so let's say i didn't do [30:53] those tariffs and let's say you bought the lumber for just a tiny bit less wouldn't be much maybe it [30:58] would be more but just a tiny bit less you would also have all your sawmills would be out of business [31:02] right so they don't talk about that they never mention that every sawmill would be out of business [31:08] your sawmills are thriving american sawmills are now supplying more lumber in the united states [31:15] than at any time in almost 50 years so if i took the tariffs off and let's say we got [31:23] a penny off the cost of your lumber by whatever gauge you want to do it but all your sawmills all over [31:30] the state and all over other states would be closed up that doesn't work they don't like to mention that [31:36] but we don't have inflation and tariffs don't cause inflation you know what they cause wealth they [31:41] cause wealth we're richer now we're making more money there than we ever and we have more jobs than [31:46] ever before remember that so our country is doing so well under republican leadership that only i can [31:56] make this promise you this might be for some people the most important thing i'll say it's really not [32:02] but it could be for some people if republicans can win the house of representatives and the u.s senate [32:09] i am going to give all adult citizens in the united states of america five thousand dollars [32:16] and only a republican president can do that because the democrats can't the reason is that we're taking in [32:29] massive amounts of money through tariffs and our country even our auto plants are all coming back in from canada mexico [32:48] south korea japan germany they're coming all in because they want to make cars they want to sell [32:53] cars and we put big tariffs on them to bring them in and the only way they don't have to pay any tax [32:58] you don't have to pay any tariffs all you have to do is build your plant in montana or any one of our [33:04] states build it in the interior united states of america you build your plant there are no tariffs [33:11] and we're making more money so the democrat policies won't allow this to happen and it into the strongest and [39:16] most secure border in the history of our country and in the past 17 months zero illegal aliens have [39:23] been admitted into the united states right we achieved the ripe old age but he didn't like talking about age but he was great but this is substantially before my [40:21] father was born so it goes back to 1900 126 years think of that the lowest murder rate in 126 years and [40:33] that's done by leaning left people you know these numbers all come from leaning left people you [40:43] know what that means thanks to a republican congress i signed the great big beautiful bill [40:49] delivering the largest tax cuts in american history we gave you no tax on tips no tax on [40:55] overtime and no tax on social security for our great seniors and if sam forestag and alani bankhead win [41:09] they will raise your taxes on social security and to protect your family ranches and farms i'll tell [41:16] you i did something that people don't talk about to me it's like one of the most important things to [41:21] protect your family ranches and farms we eliminated the unfair estate tax or the death tax as they call [41:28] it think of that so if you have children that you love if you don't have children does anybody have [41:40] children that they don't love because if you don't love your children don't even listen to what i'm going to [41:44] say because but if you want to leave your farm small business but your farm it really affects the [41:50] farmers almost more than anybody and you get an appraisal in your farm and you realize that you're [41:57] land rich and cash poor because the farm is great but it doesn't throw off that kind of money and then [42:02] you you kick the bucket as they say and you leave it to your beautiful children and it gets valued by the [42:08] government at some ridiculous number and you go to the banks and you borrow the money and so often this [42:14] happens your children ended up and they end up committing suicide because they end up losing the [42:21] farm to the banks all because of a very ugly death tax and we have eliminated the death tax so [42:28] congratulations and i hope your children i hope your children appreciate you oh it's terrible no they [42:38] write books about it the many you know children they grow up in the farm and you pass away and you love [42:44] your children you leave the farm the farm gets valued and your children end up going they borrow [42:49] money and guarantee everything and the bank ends up taking over the farm violently vicious it gets very [42:55] vicious even your friendly banker all of a sudden turns out to be not such a nice person and your [43:00] children so many documents on this that say i hate to mention but they end up committing suicide [43:06] it's not going to happen anymore you have no more death tax or inheritance tax on your farms and small [43:12] business we don't talk about that enough in my opinion and they also just gave our farmers 12 [43:22] billion dollars in relief including 250 million dollars sent to 7 000 farmers you know we just sent [43:31] to 7 000 farmers in montana 250 million dollars that's to help out where because you've been you've been a [43:42] little bit ripped off by some foreign countries that won't be ripping you off anymore by the way but we did [43:48] send you quite a bit of money do you remember my first term i sent you 28 billion dollars remember [43:54] that 28 billion and you know paid for china china really did take advantage now i will say this [44:00] president xi promised he was going to be doubling up on his purchases from the farmers and that's great [44:05] he's going to do it and he'll do it with the soybeans and all the other things he's going to be [44:09] buying a lot more than he agreed to buy and we were really happy with that but then i said would you [44:15] do me if you know china has an insatiable appetite it's extremely large as you probably have heard [44:22] and i said could you do me a favor could you buy more soybeans more this more that and he's agreed [44:27] he very nicely he agreed to do that so you're going to be doing good but we just sent you 12 billion but [44:32] first term i gave you 28 billion you know where it came from out of china from the tariffs i charged them [44:39] and we had plenty of money left over 28 billion we're never going to let our farmers get hurt we'll never [44:47] let our farmers you know a lot of people didn't even know this a lot of the people even in [44:52] government they didn't know about the 12 billion they didn't know about six years ago they didn't [44:57] know about the 28 i just i do what's right i also just signed a historic executive order allowing our [45:04] farmers ranchers and everyone else to put red dye diesel into your vehicle or truck that means your [45:13] diesel is totally tax-free saving farmers thousands of dollars a year and those numbers are going to come [45:20] pouring down very soon anyway but maybe i'll keep that on i'll keep it on i'll leave it on and to [45:25] help more montana families buy a home next year under my leadership fannie mae and freddie mack [45:32] will be investing three billion dollars in montana mortgages to help 10 000 montana homebuyers achieve [45:39] their american dream and we have the head of fannie mae and freddie mack here mr bill [45:50] pulte who's done a fantastic job thank you thank you bill i said bill can you work that out for [45:59] montana we're doing it for montana and some other really good states that have been great and thank [46:05] you very much bill it's great that you're here too under my most favorite nation agreements on drug [46:10] prices this to me i think is the biggest thing that's happened maybe ever certainly financially on [46:16] drugs we went from paying the highest drug prices anywhere in the world to paying the lowest drug prices [46:24] anywhere in the world with price differences of 300 400 500 600 and even 700 percent biggest drug cuts [46:36] in history and other presidents never even tried because you had to get the consent of all of the [46:48] foreign countries that all had all these you know for 50 years at all these low drug prices and we had to [46:54] get the consent of the drug companies and i got the consent of the drug companies by being a rather [47:00] violent individual they got a little scared but they weren't that worried because they knew i couldn't [47:06] get the consent of the countries but i called up the countries i called up president macron of france and i [47:14] said uh emmanuel you got to do me a favor oh yes donald anytime please double the price of your drugs [47:23] because we're going to lower our drugs to be equal to what the lowest price is no no no donald i will [47:28] not do that you know you have to take a ten dollar pill and make it 20 and we take a hundred and thirty [47:34] dollar pill and make it 20. that's what happened because the world is a bigger place no no no donald i [47:42] will not i will not do that of course you know we're asking to basically don't double the
