[1:16] Madriaga identifies himself as a close ally and leader, stating he was formally introduced to then Mayor Sara Duterte in 2018 and tasked with intelligence gathering. [2:28] Sinabi ni Madriaga, ini-identify niya ang kanyang sarili as a close ally and leader, [2:35] stating, ito po ha, he was formally introduced to then Mayor Sarah Duterte in 2018 and tasked with what? [2:45] Intelligence gathering. [2:46] He claims, yun ang sinabi niya, he formed the Inday Sarah Duterte is my President. [2:55] In short, isip. [2:58] Yung pong isip group na ito at her direct instruction. [3:05] Number two, the duffel bags of cash. [3:10] Yung po'y binanggit din naman ni Madriaga. [3:13] Most importantly, Madriaga narrates that on December 2022, the same day the OVP encashed 125 million in confidential funds, [3:29] he witnessed the transfer. [3:32] Nakita niya ang pagkaka-transfer ng apat na duffel bags. [3:38] It's containing between 33 million pesos to 35 million pesos. [3:45] Yun po ang sinasabi ng kanyang affidavit. [3:49] Number three, the SM Mega Mall and Ombudsman deliveries. [3:54] He details driving a white Vios. [3:58] O, pati yung name ng kotse, binanggit niya. [4:01] Pati yung kulay, binanggit niya. [4:03] Filled with 80 million pesos in cash to the SM Mega Mall parking lot, leaving the keys on the tire for retrieval. [4:16] He further alleges, ito po, a similar drop-off at the Ombudsman parking compound. [4:23] Number four, the Pogo Connection. [4:27] Kung maalala po ninyo, sa Quadcom hearing po namin, tinudukan namin ang Pogo Connection na yan. [4:32] At dahilan po dyan, ngayon bawal na lahat ng mga Pogo sa ating bansa. [4:38] Madriaga alleges that the national campaign of ISIP, Pilipinas, was funded by Pogo operators and drug dealers. [4:50] Yan ang sinabi niya. [4:51] And that he personally picked up bags of cash at locations like the Grand Hyatt BGC and the Seda Hotel. [5:00] Now, when it comes to justification for clarificatory question, for example, [5:08] Madam Chair, section 7 of our impeachment rules grants this committee the power to, and I quote, [5:19] issue compulsory processes for the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents.
