[1:31:25] نظام ناکام ہو چکا ہے کیا آپ اس سے متفق ہیں

[1:32:05] وہ حل نہیں ہو سکتے if you remember there is a national action plan
[1:32:13] there is an agreed consensus document of national action plan
[1:32:16] جس کے چودہ نقاط ہے جس پہ تمام political parties over a period of last 12 years
[1:32:23] have a consensus whether they are in power or they are outside power
[1:32:28] another if you can put these points these are those points
[1:32:37] جس میں میں ہمیشہ یہ کہتا ہوں یہ پہلا point جو ہے نا this is related to kinetics
[1:32:41] جس کا میں نے کچھ آہات آپ کو یہاں بھی دیا یہ جو باقی تیرہ نقاط ہیں کہ
[1:32:46] ایک بیانیاں بنانا ہے آپ نے terror financing کو چوک کرنا ہے آپ نے illegal
[1:32:52] spectrum جس کے اندر نارکو بھی ہے smuggling بھی ہے جس کی ہم نے کچھ باتچیت کی

[1:33:29] pakistan now how to get that good governance that is for the politicians and the political
[1:33:36] parties to decide but if you ask us yes we there has to be there has to be serious
[1:33:46] discussion because یہ سارے مسئلے حال نہیں ہو رہے ہیں so that means
[1:33:52] کہ good governance کے لیے کچھ کرنا پڑے گا اگر good governance کا
[1:33:56] مطلب یہ ہے کہ 1972 میں i think 1972 کا census تھا if i'm not wrong
[1:34:03] چھے کچھ ساڑھے چھے یا ساتھ کروڑ maximum عبادی تھی پاکستان کی
[1:34:08] چار صوبے تھے آج ہم پچیس کے اوپر ہیں تو اگر اب آپ کی عبادی
[1:34:13] تین سے چار گناہ بڑھ گئی اور وہی چار صوبے ہیں we have to see is it
[1:34:18] serving good governance but that debate has to be essentially done by the politicians by
[1:34:27] those in power even those who have been previously in power and those who are responsible
[1:34:35] towards this for the people of pakistan but the answer lies it has to be done as per the will of the
[1:34:42] people of pakistan the will of the people of pakistan is supreme and we are sure we also
[1:34:52] as part of the people of pakistan all desire good governance and if that good governance requires
[1:35:01] an administrative reset then let that be happen if that good governance requires it changes then let
[1:35:09] that be happen but it has to be done through the constitutional method through the legal method
[1:35:16] and through the political representatives but surely as per the will of the people of pakistan

[1:35:41] I would like to say that the government of the people of Pakistan
[1:35:47] would like to know what he would like to know.
[1:35:51] And then I would like to say that there was a crisis
[1:35:57] where there was a protest.

[1:36:04] you have tried to do it with the people's party.
[1:36:18] So what are the people's party?
[1:36:24] party of the people of Pakistan and all political parties and all political parties
[1:36:58] and all political parties and all political parties and all political parties.
[1:37:10] If there is a water bottle of water, it starts to smell.
[1:37:13] So this stagnation is perhaps not providing the solution that we can see what to do and how to do.
[1:37:20] But it has to be done.
[1:37:23] Because what I will try to give you a little contextual answer, context of this.
[1:37:44] There are a few facts that need to be understood.
[1:37:50] First is, Pakistan and Kashmir are one of the two.
[1:37:58] Kashmir was the share of Pakistan.
[1:38:01] Then when you and me are growing up,
[1:38:07] and your children will grow up,
[1:38:11] then there is only one voice that comes from Pakistan.
[1:38:15] Kashmir will become Pakistan.
[1:38:19] And only one voice that comes from Kashmir.
[1:38:22] Pakistan is our, we are Pakistani.
[1:38:27] We are Pakistani, we are our.
[1:38:29] Nothing can change that.
[1:38:34] Because the path that the people of Pakistan and Kashmir have adopted over decades
[1:38:41] is based on principle.
[1:38:43] It is a legal, constitutionally, internationally,
[1:38:48] it has to be decided as per the UNSC resolution,
[1:38:58] and the right of self-determination rests with the Kashmiris,
[1:39:02] this side, that side,
[1:39:04] that side,
[1:39:05] that they will have to be in Pakistan and India.
[1:39:07] We are absolutely clear.
[1:39:08] This hall is clear.
[1:39:09] You are all in Kashmir.
[1:39:10] You are clear.
[1:39:11] Once this question is put,
[1:39:13] the Kashmiris here and there will have only one answer.
[1:39:16] We will join Pakistan.
[1:39:17] Why?
[1:39:19] It's not only because,
[1:39:20] that our culture is our country and our world views.
[1:39:25] It's also because over the last almost eighty years,
[1:39:29] if anybody,
[1:39:31] not only in Pakistan here,
[1:39:33] if anybody has actually seen the brutal face of this hindu rashtra,
[1:39:37] it is the people of Kashmir up front close
[1:39:41] .
[1:39:45] who in his right senses is going to case
[1:40:03] nobody will do that
[1:40:07] and secondly over a period of time
[1:40:13] despite whatever
