at 34:02But I'd like to know from you, at this point in time, I know you came here hoping that you, we would vote on this today, either up or down, being that we've had the discussion.

at 37:20And so, unfortunately, I'm sorry that you had to go through all of this and I wish it was a little bit different.

at 1:29:39And when I feel that there is a need where it may help with safety, you know, you have kids zip in front of you, you know, in small communities.

at 1:29:57So if you can share, one, the increase, whether it's in certain areas or districts in the community, and if tickets are written, would there be a special fund for that to go in?

at 55:39And I just want to make sure as we try to help these organizations get off the list, some of it has been long time, and I'm not going to call any names right now,

at 1:09:07But what I was saying, if that didn't come across clearly, was having a process that we need to put in place and to make sure, you know, for a lot of these organizations, again, not saying their names, their issues are different.

at 7:21You know, I've known you for many, many years, and you have been a big advocate for the arts.

at 9:30And I appreciate you looking to commit yourself to the cultural council because there is a space

at 42:53from this particular legislation because I work with the Clara White Mission and staff do apply for housing.

at 1:04:10that? This is the first time I'm ever hearing this. So any resident can apply, and what's the qualifications?

at 1:51:00Well, there have been promotions made internally that I was told, I don't know this for sure, that staff were interested in, and they never got an opportunity for an interview.

at 1:55:12But as a CEO, I think it's important that your staff is giving you information or information if you need it to take to your board because that's the way it works.

at 42:47First of all, I want to say that you brought us on, but I appreciate the work, Ro, that you did before, and I feel that it was necessary to have different voices and different sides, and even though we may have disagreed on some things, we did bring things home and get it to the finish line.

at 43:08And I look forward to us, as I told Mr. Lane this morning, that he earned this position, and, you know, I know that he is going to look at every line and kind of take the legacy from both of you all and make sure that we save our taxpayers money and to make sure we have innovative ways to make sure we keep the money that we need and spend it.
