[00:00:00] Speaker 1: The market sell-off we've seen over the past few days is a huge gift and in this video I'll share with you seven stocks with 10x potential from here at a huge discount. Hang around till the end of the video, I'll reveal the top one, the best one out of the seven and it's going to blow your mind how good this is. Now as always don't click nothing, don't smash nothing, don't buy nothing. The market sell-off that started on Wednesday hit everybody but I want to show you why this creates one of the best opportunities in the market and why 90% of investors will never ever be able to utilize this to make outsized returns, which is exactly what you will be able to do after you watch this video. I've created this chart in my head many years ago and I use it every time I look at a situation like this where you have a lot of discounts, a lot of money on the ground and have to be very judicious with how I deploy my capital because there are a lot of opportunities right now, so you have to be very smart where you put it. So what I like to do is I like to look at the fundamentals, F, and the price, P. And if we divide the stock market into these four quadrants, okay, these are the quadrants you never want to be at when the price is coming down but the fundamentals are also coming down. Another quadrant you never want to be in when the fundamentals are coming down but the price is actually going up. Okay. That is also no bueno, very, very bad. You never want to be in either of these quadrants. Okay. They're not good. Now in the good quadrants, there's the good and there's the elite. Sometimes it's okay to buy a company with improving fundamentals when the price is either going up or even stagnating. That's fine. That can be okay. In fact, it can be very smart sometimes. But the elite setup, the one that I will show you in this video today, absolutely for free is this quadrant. This is where I get excited when the fundamentals are getting better, but the price is getting lower. This is how you make outsized returns. This is how you create the next 10x opportunity to set up your own financial future. Right now, I can tell you until the cows come home, that no matter what happens over the past few days, in the next few weeks, the stock market is going to do its thing, we're going to get 10% per year from the S&P 500, no matter what, in the long term. And yet somehow 90% of retail investors and that's documented statistics will not listen to that would not listen to me would not listen to logic and they will lose money in this market, despite understanding logically, that this is the setup. Of course, I've explained multiple times in previous videos why that happens. But if you want one word explanation, emotions, I always say that the stock market is not really about perfection. If you're trying to be perfect in investing, it's never going to work, you're always going to have mistakes, you're going to have bad calls. I had a few quite a few more than a few. Okay. But the goal in long term investing is not so much perfection, as it is consistency and patience. If you are surrounded by constant noise, bombarded by insane amounts of data coming at you at every single direction you can think of mainstream media, social media, your friends, everybody right now has a podcast, right? So what you have is a complete misunderstanding of what volatility is. We've experienced some volatility of the past few days, Wednesday and Friday, very volatile days. But people look at this volatility. And they think this is dangerous, that this is bad. This is something to be scared of. While in fact, smart investors understand that this volatility is actually good. Volatility equals opportunities to make money. You can't really make a lot of money in a market that only goes up. The money is made when there's blood on the streets, even if partially some of the blood is yours sometimes. Now, look, market volatility, and I'll get to the stocks in a second, we'll talk about the seven stocks. And I'll even give you a few bonuses. And at the end, I'll share with you my topic. Okay. So, these market sell-offs are a normal thing. In fact, we haven't even seen a sell-off. This 2% on the S&P 500 is not even a sell-off. It's just another day, another Tuesday. Normal features of the stock market. Okay. 2% here, 3% there. Even 5% drops are quite often. That happen almost every quarter. But this is the best time to prepare ahead. Smart investors use these times to prepare ahead and make sure they're set up financially, emotionally, logically, everything. Everything is set up so that when the crash actually comes and we see that 10%, 15%, 20% drops on the index, then they'll be able to act based on the plan that was predetermined and pre-built when they were in the calm state, not in a state of panic. Right now, we're looking at 2026 and everybody came out of this week with a really nasty taste in their mouth. Oh my God, this is bad. Did this feel... Look at the year so far. Okay. Objectively speaking, 2026 is a pretty good year. We're up 12% on the S&P 500. We're currently in October, already up 12%. That's above the average. We're up 13% on NASDAQ. That's very good. Okay. So, objectively, that is normal. In fact, that is slightly above normal. And a two and a 5% drop that we've seen as far as the NASDAQ and the S&P 500 happens a lot. But every time that happens, these people crawl out of the holes, explaining to you that this time it's the big one. This time it's different. This time it's going to happen. Sell, sell, sell. And usually they are the ones buying, by the way. The people who are telling you to sell, the big institutions, they're the ones that are loading up at 50, 40, 30, 20 cents on the dollar. At the end of the day, the only thing you have to remember is, even if we hit a rough patch and we have a few months of volatility, you always have to remember this chart. Right now, this current market sell-off is built on one thing and one thing only. The geopolitics, the global situation, the energy shortage, Iran and Russia and Ukraine, oil prices going up, inflation going up, Fed is basically hiking in. That scares a lot of people. These are all of the events that happened on the S&P 500, placed at every single point that they happened chronologically from 2009. Now, you can see that there's no shortage of chaos in this world. If you think the world used to be a calmer, safer place, well, you're lying to yourself. You're romanticizing the past. The world has never stopped being erratic and chaotic. Now you just hear about it more because of mainstream media, because of social media, because everybody has a camera on their phone. So you're hearing about it more, but the world has always been full of chaos, and yet that has never stopped the S&P 500. Over the past 15 years, the S&P 400, despite all the chaos we've seen, we had the pandemic and we had a bunch of stuff. Look at this. 15 years, the S&P has 6x from 1200 to 7600 in 15 years. And it's going to keep doing that again and again and again, despite all the naysayers. This is the only number you need to remember, 15 years, 6x. In the short term, you might have a lot of volatility, sure, yeah. But in the long term, none of this really matters. Now, again, I've shown you this chart before. I'm going to show it again before we go to the stocks. It really doesn't pay to be bearish. This is from the past 100 years, literally on the screen. When has it ever paid to be bearish on the stock market? When? Show me a time. Sure, we had some drops here and there. But overall, as a long term investor, the bull markets are longer, they're bigger, and they are more profitable. It does not pay to be a bear in the stock market, even if we are in the midst of a significant sell-off. Everybody knows that the stock market does this, and it will do this for the next 100 years, because guess what? It has done this for the past 100 years. The stock market is going to go from hope to euphoria and then to crash again and again and again and again. And most people will take this as a really good sign to try and time the top and time the bottom. And of course, they fail again and again. While smart investors understand, hey, the slowest point actually keeps on getting higher and higher and higher every time a cycle is completed. So as long as we just stay in the market and keep on buying good companies, these cycles we're actually going to benefit from. In fact, historically speaking, if you look at the fear and greed index, the best time, absolutely hands down best time to buy stocks is during extreme fear. There is no better opportunity when the market is in panic mode. What you want to do is look for this. This is the pattern that you need to be trying to figure out. Let's find this company when the business is getting better and better and better and better while the price is somehow magically coming down. And while you would think that this is impossible to find because the market is very good at pricing fundamentals, but the market is very good at doing that long term. It absolutely sucks at this short term. So in the short term, there's a lot more of this than what you would think. Now, a lot of people are scared right now and they get it, but we are in the middle of one of the greatest secular trends of our lifetime. AI is revolutionizing how we do everything. What a lot of people don't understand that during a bull cycle, even during an outsized historically generational bull cycle like we have right now, you will have drops and crashes. This is absolutely normal. As long as you ignore them and understand that's a feature of the market, not a bug. And as long as you save more money, buy better companies and hold it for longer, you will make more money. And yes, the stock market is extremely volatile right now, extremely bipolar, but still we're up 12% of the year on the S&P 500. Look at the five year performance of the S&P 500 with everything we went through, the tariffs and the wars were up 70% in five years. Time in the market is a hell of a lot better than timing the market. Remember that. Now, what I want to show you here is this, okay? A lot of people will be chasing these new hot stocks and every time that happens, some new wave comes out with these new hot names everybody wants a piece of, right? But that tends to burn out very, very quickly. This is like pouring lighter fluid on the fire without firewood. It's never going to last. Instead, focus on these three things: build conviction in quality business, do your research and have patience, and have zero emotions in your process. If you do this, you will be fine and you'll be immune to all this garbage that's going on in the market right now. Now, I want to show you something else that's also very cool. Now, historically speaking, every time we had a transformation like we're having with AI right now, people have made a lot of money, okay? But where was this money made? Where? This money was made in the infrastructure layer. And the paradox is the same thing as it was with the Jevons paradox during the steam engine era, is that the cheaper AI becomes, and AI is becoming cheaper because there's a race to the bottom, make no mistake about it, the cheaper AI gets, the more demand goes up. And the more demand goes up, more infrastructure is needed, and more money is made with infrastructure plays. So, the best way to play a transformational era like we have right now is through infrastructure, not through the shiny hot new stocks. Now, look, recently some are starting to get this. There's more understanding about this, but still most do not understand how big this is and how important it is to focus on infrastructure. The first wave, obviously, is always going to be hardware. Hardware splash, AI is always going to start with hardware. GPUs, TPUs, craniums, CPUs, memory, all of this is going to be huge. The second wave is going to be upgrades that will continue, but at a slower rate because we will move on to software, okay? The second wave, ask yourself, who makes money in the second wave of this AI hypercycle after this is over? Software. So, infrastructure, hardware, infrastructure, software. So, how do we use this to make money? If you think that this CAPEX cycle is over and we're moving on to phase two, we're not even close to ending phase one. I'm talking about the future. We're still in the beginning of phase one. We're not even close to being over. And that's not going to happen until the AI development slows down. Only when AI development slows down and it gets to a point where the stagnation as far as how AI is getting better and better and better, then we will say, okay, phase one is over. Looking at AI right now, it's exponentially increasing the development pace, okay? So, the layers of making money from AI, given everything I told you right now, are very, very simple. Compute and semiconductors obviously is the first layer, the infrastructure. Then you have cloud, power, and cooling, which are critical bottlenecks. Orchestration, which is software with a better, fancier world. And physical AI, which is essentially robotics. If you play these categories over the next 10 years, you will generate outside returns. Simple as that. Number one, NVIDIA. NVIDIA is a stock that's going to absolutely blow people's mind in the next five, 10 years, even though it has already done that. In fact, we're up 1400% since we added it to my top stock list in the Academy. October 2020, 1400%. If you invested $10,000 in this stock, when we put it out, you are now sitting at $143,000. But here's the setup. NVIDIA is actually down 6% in the past 30 days. That's element one out of three. You have a price decline. Element two, we have the fact that the chip cycle is very different than what we've seen so far with, for example, Cisco, everybody talking about telecom. No, no, no, no, no. Chip cycles are different. They're short, they're brief, and this is going to continue to happen. NVIDIA is always going to be needed. You can't just deploy GPUs and go home every few years in a new cycle. You have switching costs, which are insurmountable. You have a huge moat and an expanding total addressable market. So the story is there. The price drop is there. Fundamentals, don't get me started. Revenue is growing at 106%. Net income is growing at 126%. Operating growth is at 124%. Two and a half times cash than debt. 65% operating margin and everything right now is selling for 14 times forward PE for all of this. Another stock I want to show you here is this, Amazon. Amazon, we also added to my top stocks list. It hasn't done 1400%. In fact, it has done significantly lower. It has done 61%, but that's the crux of it. Because it is basically lagging the S&P 500 of the past five years with 61% versus 70, this is the opportunity. You're now buying at three and a half times sales. What you're getting is the biggest vertical integrator in the cloud space, along with Google, with Trinium chips and TPUs. Ecosystem, moat, switching costs, all of it is there. Expanding time, all of it is there. Demand, never ending. This is the biggest cloud and it's vertically integrating, just like Google does. And it has an ecosystem and a moat and it's lagging the S&P 500 for the past five years. And by the way, for those five years where it's lagging the S&P 500, look at what the numbers have done. Revenue went up from 470 billion to 720. Currently growing at 20% per year. Operating income went from 24 billion to 80 billion, almost four times higher and then growing at 43% per year. And the 4P went down from 56 to 17 and a half. Actually declined 20% just over the past year. So the company is getting cheaper and cheaper and cheaper while the fundamentals are getting better and better and better. And it's absolutely lagging the S&P 500. That's a steal. Now, the third company on this list at no particular order is Arista. Anet, it is up 342% since we added it in 2023. Over the past 30 days, it is down 14%. Look, this is the backbone of data centers. This is the networking. Now, fundamentally speaking, these are the roads that are connecting all of the data centers. You have to have roads to have cars. This is essential. And look at the fundamentals. Revenue is up almost 40%. Operating income up 40%. That's just for the past year. Zero debt versus 13 billion cash. And it's trading at 27 forward PE. Wonderful, great fundamentals, price decline, and it's still incredibly cheap. Number four on our list, Zeta Global, a stock I actually talked about in May. And I said, hey, I love the setup. It is up a lot since then. In fact, I think it's up like 90% since I mentioned it. But check this out. Year to date, it's up 60%. So there's not a lot of price drop here. Sure. But look at the numbers. They're up 96% since I added them in May. 44% revenue growth, of the past year. 430% operating income growth. And they're trading at only five times sales and 22 times forward PE. This is still a cheap company with massive upside, even though it hadn't had a price decline. And of course, before we're going to reveal the top stock, these are also on the list. Tesla for robotics. You've got Microsoft and Google for cloud, CEG for nuclear energy, Blumenergy for on-site, and CrowdStrike for cybersecurity. You cannot go wrong with any of these. Now, the top stock on the list is, drumroll, Palantir. Palantir has done a lot of crazy stuff since I started investing it. It went from $10 to $40 to $6 to $80 to $200 to $130 back to $200. 20x since 2020 with all of this manic depressive behavior. But over the past 12 months, it is only up two and a half percent. Two and a half percent basically flat for the year. While in fact, there's no AI deployment on scale without Palantir. Look at what the company has done for the past year when the stock price basically remained flat. Revenue growth, 93%. Operating income, 240% increase. 225% increase in net income, zero to $9 billion of cash. And it's now trading at 69 forward PE. Just a year ago, it was 95, and it will get lower. And if you look at the forward PEG, price to earnings to growth, it is trading at 1.2, which is literally the definition of cheap. All you have to do is account for the growth when you look at PE and Palantir becomes my top pick. Now look, this list is wonderful, but it's not going to be enough on its own. In order to utilize these stocks and these picks, you need a system, a process, the mindset, the understanding, all of the things I will be giving you for free during my free live masterclass this Saturday, October 24th at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.
