improper and that they are required [17:11] to submit an explanation or justification or the documents being shot in the uh notice of suspension [17:17] or both if a notice of suspension is shown to printers and computers [19:00] uh uh supported lamang ng acknowledgement receipts uh instead of sales invoices or official receipts [19:08] and also with respect to the purchase tables and chairs and uh desktop printers and computers hindi po nila [19:14] in indicate if these purchases were intended for the confidential operations of the office of the vice [19:20] president what else is here in your notice of suspension third po yung um yung ibang acknowledgement [19:31] receipts po yung receipts of payment ay naka december 2023 at yung ibang acknowledgement receipts [19:37] ay wala pong date kung kailan ni receive ni pay yung payment po if if these acknowledgement receipts [19:47] there are certain acknowledgement receipts dated 2023 if shown to you would you be able to identify the [19:54] same yes ma'am showing to you now acknowledgement receipts dated december 20 2023 beyond the period [20:13] december with beyond the covered period of the last quarter of 2022 please go over these documents [20:22] existing council may show the witness the documents your honor please this notice of suspension as i [20:58] mentioned earlier is a common exhibit your honor and i will call ang total amount po ay 3 million 276 000 pesos okay and pag tinotal natin ito magkano [22:57] lahat ito ang nakalagay sa notice of suspension no yung undated tsaka this december 2020 um bali ang magiging [23:09] total po ay almost 29 million pesos po sa notice of suspension what others what other findings [23:23] are stated there are as a notice of suspension po um may findings din po about the about some expenses [23:34] po na pinresent doon sa kanilang acknowledgement receipts na hindi presented doon sa kanilang accomplishment [23:40] report report what else mr witness um number five po dun sa notice of suspension katulad po nung sinabi ko [23:51] kanina yung total expenses nila based on the acknowledgement receipts ay umabot ng 125 million [23:57] 150 000 which is uh 150 000 in excess po doon sa kanilang um total expenses based on the accomplishment [24:05] report report now 125 million let me try to understand this nag issue no total is sobra nagliquidate [24:16] pero ang liquidate nila ay sobra sa amount na 150 million ang ginastos po nila based on the [24:23] acknowledgement receipts ay sobra po compared dun sa laman nung kanilang accomplishment report may
