[00:00:00] Speaker 1: A B2 will be kind of classy, a cupcake so sweet and sexy Have fun and enjoy the journey, just have a good attorney No big whoop, no biggie, she lives in New York City Not just the YouTube show, you know you know You better grab a straw, learn about the law It's cool here in the shade, sipping motions of lemonade Cool hands will prevail, kindness will never fail Be classy and lastly wise, oh Melanie, little is going live Oh no, where is Melanie, follow the island's melody There's a concert within reach, no surprise she's at Jones Beach She heard some music far away, Captain Jack's at Harbor Bay He sings in his piano plays, not all sounds are water away Speaking Yiddish and Latin, it's not just for Manhattan It's for Gupta and Meshagas, a ridiculous mess that he sent us Oh boy, they mockers, pro said, that's for schmucks Be cool, be kind, be classy, a cupcake so sweet and sexy And not just the YouTube show, you know, you know, you know Cool hands will prevail, kindness will never fail Classy and vastly wise, Melanie, little is going live Good morning [00:01:49] Melanie Little: Can you hear me? I am in an undisclosed location This is the show of the traveling Melanie Sometimes when things happen in your family And some of your family can't come to you You go to them And that's all I'm going to say Except happy Monday, my friends, happy Monday Today is Monday, October 12th, 2026 And Grant's back He's back, you've been asking for it, he's here Let's take a look Because I actually did bring with me this time The motivational quotes of the day So check this out Today is Monday, October 12th And Theodore Roosevelt said Keep your eye on the stars and your feet on the ground It's a good one, isn't it? Keep your eye on the stars and your feet on the ground Thank you so very much, Elaine, for your very generous Venmo Before this show even started And she just said for your continued coverage You are very, very kind and generous I love you so much But an even better quote from yesterday Nelson Mandela said Forgiveness liberates the soul It removes fear That is why it is such a powerful weapon You want to hear that again? Because I do Nelson Mandela said Forgiveness liberates the soul It removes fear That is why it is such a powerful weapon And isn't that such a great quote for today With Grant being on this stream Because you know I don't forget anything There was a time All the way back in 2024 When Grant was told to target me He was told to target me By a bunch of unsavory characters Who are still targeting me And others And he asked Alan Jackson on camera With the microphone He said Alan Jackson, did you have fun in Cancun with Melanie Little? And he shoved the camera in his face And he did it twice He is the inspiration for the merch I went to Cancun with attorney Melanie Little Which he wears often He's the model of my merch And so Grant eventually Figured out that they were using him They figured out that they were orchestrating A campaign And I'm talking about the Haas defendants And the Haas plaintiffs Against people Who were speaking out Not even speaking out I'm reading court documents I'm watching a trial And analyzing behavior Okay And evaluating third-party culprit defense And that rumor about Cancun Was hilarious Because I had just been to see Dave Matthews in Mexico I had a bracelet That was very similar to a bracelet Alan Jackson was wearing in court And I said Oh, I wonder if he got that Dave Matthews in Mexico It was a total joke They ran with that rumor And they perpetuated that rumor And it just goes to show They shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet And that there are people out there Who have a very targeted campaign Against certain people Who were saying things they didn't like But without further ado I bring to you Someone I've forgiven Grant Smith Hi, Grant [00:05:01] Grant Smith: Hello How are you this afternoon, Melanie That's going to be hard for me to do I know [00:05:06] Melanie Little: You were calling me Attorney Melanie Little On our preak show And I said Please call me Melanie I mean, it's so It's so nice That you're like Trying to be respectful But you know We're on a first name basis now Chat Just let me know Mods If our volumes are equal Because I'm traveling With crappy equipment And Grant has very high And equipment So if our volumes are not equal Just let me know [00:05:28] Grant Smith: Yeah, it's hard to get my towel camera set up for you It's my new towel camera It's really nice I love it [00:05:35] Melanie Little: I love it And well, maybe I should sit back a little bit Our frames are even You are getting all of your flowers right now For your reporting inside the courtroom At federal court And I just I'm so happy about it Because you work your ass off You really do You work your ass off On everything that you do You're thorough You're intelligent You have an amazing Photographic memory I know you call it something else But I think it would be easier For people who are listening To know that you have a photographic memory And you just You analyze things in a way That a lot of people can't understand But And you've been in the courtroom For Sandra Birchmore's trial Well, it's Matthew Farwell's trial But it's in honor of Sandra Birchmore Justice For Sandra Birchmore But the question that everyone wants to know the answer to Really the most important question of the day Because we have an amazing community here And they really want to know At least I want to know This is really from my own personal knowledge I want to know About the meet cute Of you and towel girlfriend Nikki [00:06:34] Grant Smith: How'd you guys know? Oh, towel girlfriend Nikki's so wonderful I'm actually looking at her right now She's my towel camera woman She's so smart We It was actually It was kind of like Casablanca Which is really beautiful So Being I don't know if people know this But back in 2023 I was In 2024 I used to get up really early To go to The Karen Reed case And I would stand in line with the media The Globe guy Whatever I used to get there at like 3, 4 in the morning And hang out with the cameramen Who would get bonus hours To just sit in line and wait And the Globe guy says to me one day At like 5, 6 in the morning Why do you get up every day At 3 in the morning? And I was like Well, I'm a subject matter expert In South Lebanon and Yemen And he was like Why? And I was like Oh, I have colleagues there Like my colleague Zina Khador Is the bureau chief for Al Jazeera in Lebanon And my colleague Wail Al-Duda Is the bureau chief for Al Jazeera in Gaza And my friend Ali Hashim Covers Qatar and Iran So I'm concerned about them Because I think there's going to be A regional flare-up This was like 2024 He's like, okay And just a passing moment He's like That's the only He didn't say it But his face was like That's the only reasonable explanation For why you get up at 3 in the morning Well, the war started And I was actually I have proof of this On the day Mr. President Gave his State of the Union I said, folks You got like 2 days 48 hours max He's going to unload on I went live for 24 hours When Khomeini was killed And I went live every day For the entire duration Of the 40-day war I covered every bombing From missiles flying To the alerts And Tal Girlfriend Was very concerned About her friends And colleagues Around the area In the Levant In particular in Israel She's Jewish And so she was watching Because no other news station Could tell you When the alert would go off From Iran And then give you The missile footage From sources on the ground In Edok And Yemen And Syria And then tell you Okay, the Quorum Sharhar Is coming over South Lebanon You have 40 seconds If you're in Tel Aviv Get in your shelter right now And that's what we would do Every day And so her and I She started watching We eventually talked Because she sent me Like I'm hard to reach I'm very guarded So she I always think Everyone's running game So she messaged me A few times And then finally She sent me a song Where she was singing An Afrikaans melody And it was the greatest thing ever And I'm really glad I paid attention And the love was born In the chaos of war And then we spent About seven months Getting to know each other And now we're in person And I adore her [00:09:20] Melanie Little: Oh wow So she lived in South Africa And she came here And now you guys are together In real life In person I love that [00:09:27] Grant Smith: Yes it's very wonderful She's my person And she's very smart She's a lawyer Although common law trained She's very smart And she actually watches Auntie Deb And Emily C And you And Emily D. Baker So she knows about Turtle Boy So she's well informed But she didn't know as much About some of these cases So she's watching them in person The Sandra Birchmore And Matthew Farwell case And she is just a joy She was hanging out With Barb the other day She's very erudite She's I think A comfort to folks And she's just wonderful I adore her [00:10:02] Melanie Little: Her voice is very soothing Yeah Phoebe Thanks for gifting 10 memberships And Grant Thanks You're awesome And we lost you for a second [00:10:15] Grant Smith: Oh hold on Hold on We're going to push the button Just push Push the red button At the top That you used There we go Hold on This is why we have Towel Camera Woman I'm back She's amazing No worries She's wonderful So just If I can just tell her Every once in a while If you kind of zoom Or just unzoom It'll keep the camera running But if we run into that issue You know the button Sorry [00:10:35] Melanie Little: Training is everything Training is everything Everyone is saying That your work coverage Was amazing And everyone wants to know If they can come to the wedding You probably can't come to the wedding But if they do get married I suggest that you post Like a Like a You know Like a registry On Amazon And everyone will buy you Everything you need Because these people Are the most generous people In the world I will put your QR code up I have it somewhere But as always As I say Every time we use Grant Grant's coverage Or his live tweeting If you can afford to buy Towel And his girlfriend lunch Please do it And for those of you Who don't understand What Towel is It's a South Park reference Towel used to smoke A lot of weed And as does Grant And so Wait wait wait Hold on [00:11:14] Grant Smith: Hold on I can give you some deep lore here Where Towel came from Was on January 28th 2024 Someone named Stoop the Kid Came into my YouTube chat And was like Grant Thinks he's a towel And we're pretty sure Those are his pronouns And I was like Wait a minute That's freaking hilarious I'm going to become An anthropomorphic towel It's in Hitchhiker's Guide To the Galaxy It's a useful Utilitarian object It's in South Park And it's also warm And fluffy And everyone needs towels So I like towels [00:11:41] Melanie Little: It's like a warm hug It's like a warm hug And what I want to point out Also is that you And Nikki Were one of Four or five journalists That were allowed Into the courtroom For voir dire [00:11:50] Grant Smith: Four journalists And two members Of the public Which were just me and her There were six people In the courtroom For open court voir dire I've never seen voir dire Done open court It was the most intense Thing I've ever seen [00:12:02] Melanie Little: Very interesting And I watched your coverage On that I'm sure a lot of Other people did too Where they did Individual questioning And they were They put the After the The group voir dire And the filling out Of the questionnaires They sent them Into a holding room And brought them In one by one And they were You said they were Like around a conference Table or something And the juror Had them back To the gallery [00:12:21] Grant Smith: No They arranged The council tables In a rectangle In the well The juror Was facing Like In the juror box Looking towards The exit door Not at the courtroom But where the Marshal would bring In the defendant If they were in custody And then With the backs To the gallery Was Farwell His attorneys And the court stenographer On the other side Of the table Facing the gallery From right to left What my right to left Was judge Her clerk Her assistant clerk And then the three prosecutors In order Brian A. Fogarty Tori Cummings And then Elizabeth C. Reilly Was on the end [00:13:02] Melanie Little: And they would Question them And you could hear What they were talking about And they were saying [00:13:08] Grant Smith: Judge led Judge led Voidire So judge Would question them Based on a pre The judge had questions Every juror It was 17 page 50 questions Open response Every juror Questionnaire Judge had tabbed With questions And then The lawyers Could ask questions But it would go Through your honor And then your honor Would interpolate The question It was weird The lawyers Would ask a question And then judge Would be like Okay my actual Question is And the juror Would be like But I just heard His question And so it was Kind of funny [00:13:39] Melanie Little: And she's wicked smart This judge right [00:13:42] Grant Smith: She didn't She did So if a state court judge Did that individual Voidire It would have taken Two days Three days She did it in Nine hours straight She spoke at my graduation So I had heard her talk I knew she was smart She speaks like an IRAC This is what I'm going to tell you Here's point One, two, three, four This is what I just told you And here's why it's important Okay, let's go [00:14:03] Melanie Little: Yeah, she gets it right She's the She used to be I just looked her up earlier She's born in 1968 She's the chief U.S. district judge Of the U.S. district court For the district of Massachusetts She used to be the deputy DA For the Middlesex district attorney's office In Cambridge She is the first black female judge To serve on the federal bench In Massachusetts [00:14:24] Grant Smith: You know why that's so interesting I wonder when she was a DA Because did you know My parents met Working under Scott Harshbarger In the Middlesex DA's Office in the 80s [00:14:34] Melanie Little: I think you told me that Yes And she's also notable For presiding over The criminal trial Of Whitey Bulger So she's no stranger To corruption [00:14:42] Grant Smith: You know what else she does? She's the judge For Karen's lawsuit Against Ham And Proctor And Tully And Buchanan [00:14:49] Melanie Little: Yes, the Karen Reed Versus everyone lawsuit So it's so interesting Now that she's I mean, you can't tell me That wasn't Well thought out It's going to be A lot of the same players In Karen's Civil rights lawsuit That we are seeing In the Matthew Farwell trial [00:15:04] Grant Smith: In the wrestling parlance They would call the move From Ham And the state police Defendants To move Former state police Defendants To move the case To federal court Working yourself Into a shoot We walked right Into what they wanted Which was The powers that be A federal judge Who has access To the protected material In the Birchmore And Farwell case [00:15:24] Melanie Little: And Michael Proctor's Text messages Wasn't she also in charge Of Michael Proctor's Text messages? [00:15:30] Grant Smith: Yes And judge plays it Right down the middle She's a very good justice But she doesn't like People who are The vulnerable She called Farwell Didn't want the term Predator and groomer Used It was a subject Of a pretrial motion She denied the motion Then started using [00:15:44] Speaker 4: Those words all the time To troll And it was great Oh wow [00:15:47] Melanie Little: Wow So one of the Interesting questions That they asked In voir dire was Do you I don't know if you saw Were you able to see The questionnaire Or get a copy of it? [00:15:54] Grant Smith: No But we interpolated The questionnaire Based on the fact They kept asking About the same questions Over and over So we could figure out What they were But the questionnaire Sealed [00:16:02] Melanie Little: Tell us about The question about Do you watch any I don't know what it was Do you listen to podcasts Or watch YouTube Or follow anybody On social media What was the question? [00:16:12] Grant Smith: Questions 34 and 35 I think were What is your level Of case exposure Mild None Moderate Or severe Then Unrelated to the case What YouTube channels Do you watch Or what media Do you consume Because there were Three questions Like if you've been Exposed to the case Where did you see it? If you watch Other than the case If you watch media What do you watch? So the general Question was And they didn't Like go directly To what YouTube Channels do you watch You had to check boxes Facebook They would ask Like Instagram Facebook Social media News Newspaper Radio Podcast If you checked YouTube Or said YouTube The judge Would say Okay Please tell us What YouTube Channels you watch And at least Three jurors Said Oh I watch Attorney Melanie Little And judge Didn't Judge looks like She knew you Because with the Other YouTubers Annie Elise And lawyer You know Judge Kind of just Looked quizzically Like she didn't Really know But with you And especially Because you came up More than once She was just Kind of smiling And nodding As if she like Knew She knew who you were But she didn't Say it She didn't Say to them I know Who Attorney Little is But it was Pretty clear [00:17:26] Melanie Little: Wow And she People also Mentioned Lawyer You know And yeah Annie Elise Does seriously Tend to life We love Annie Elise She came Actually Didn't she Come to trial One day On Karen Reid I remember Her doing A live show With Will From a bar Somewhere I don't remember When that was But I think Maybe she did Come to court One day That's wild It's wild And you did A little video Outside of court I posted it On my Instagram So thanks For letting us Know that Because a million People sent it To me And Microdots Did do a video On Sandra Birchmore I posted that On my Instagram Too If you haven't Watched that Go watch it Because they may Be trying to Shut us up But what happens Is when they Try and shut us Up we get Louder [00:18:07] Grant Smith: Oh speaking Of things That are in Dispute I know we got A lot to talk About I just Want to quickly Let people know That DOJ Has moved For expedited Transcripts Of opening Because of I know we'll Talk about this Because of how Egregious Farwell's lawyers Were they also Opened themselves Up to a huge Collateral attack By saying Farwell only Wore a Mask While he was Seeing Sandra That night Because he was Having an affair And didn't want His identity Revealed It turns out That opened The door Under special Relevance To allow The DOJ To bring in Three women That Farwell Was having Affairs with One of which The motion Last night Revealed He was sleeping With like Right next To his wife In the physical Proximity Of his wife Is what the Motion said Last night Yeah it's up On the DOJ Yeah it went Up last night Like in the other Room I was wondering If they meant While she was Next to them I have no idea But either way The point Farwell did not Want these women Called But the point Of the DOJ Calling them Is going to be About the fact That Farwell Didn't wear masks Ever He hated masks He was the head Of the union And hated COVID masks But the point I want to make Is there's a Dispute And normally We wouldn't Get transcripts Of openings Or otherwise For a little bit Because the court Reporter has got Stuff to do She's got to Like prepare For the next day She can't be Typing up Formalized transcripts Until the end Of the trial That's how it works If you need The record on appeal She'll do it But you need to wait And you got to pay All right Well The DOJ Was so mad Because these are 1099 contractors Doing the court reporting The DOJ Was so mad About Farwell's Opening Six different parts Of it There was a motion That went up About this last night Too They were working Until 8 p.m. On a Sunday Over a holiday weekend All right Because it's Columbus Day The federal court's Open today But it's not open For court business They were filing Motions last night One about the affairs And then one about The openings This is going to be A big deal Because Meg Kennedy Sandra Birchmore's Adjustment counselor In high school Is on the witness list And her name came up During openings Not by the DOJ But by the Farwell defense And I got multiple people That I've checked this with And I know it's going to be In the transcript The Farwell's defense lawyer Said You will hear From Meg Kennedy Sandra's counselor Who will tell you That Sandra Attempted to Self-harm Or unalive Herself in high school That freaked The hell out Of the forensic room Who then accused me Of lying Yes [00:20:32] Melanie Little: About what [00:20:32] Grant Smith: The defense lawyer Said And I want to be clear That I have Checked with multiple People who were In the courtroom Now Sandra's aunt Or Sandra's cousin The dear Barb Was not taking notes So I'm going to Show her the transcript But I'm telling you I talked to Four or five people And I saw someone Comment on X as well That's exactly What the defense lawyer Said about Meg Kennedy Now Meg Kennedy's name Might not mean Anything To someone In general But Meg Kennedy's name In the context Of the Karen Reed case Has a multitude Of meanings One She's Jen McCabe's Very close friend Two Turtle Boy said Last night When I was doing An interview with him Might have been Two nights ago On Saturday Actually That Meg Kennedy Was one of the people Who reached out to him To try to get him To not run The initial Canton cover up Part one Okay Number two Number three Meg Kennedy Is The wife Of Larry Kennedy Larry Kennedy's In the Proctigate Messages Being her biggest Alright And then on top Of all of that Meg Kennedy Not only went To the Karen Reed Trial One day But she Apparently Was like Involved With trying to Like go after Christina Kolokithis [00:21:40] Melanie Little: Karina Kolokithis We love her [00:21:43] Grant Smith: Yes She was the one Who tried to [00:21:45] Melanie Little: Intimidate her [00:21:46] Grant Smith: Yeah No Well that was Apparently Jen McCabe At like a Like a Sporting event Or that was Tom Beattie Sorry that Jen McCabe Yelled at But somebody Tried to Like get Christina Karina Kolokithis In trouble And it was Meg Kennedy Now What's wild Is Meg The forensic Room Who wasn't Even going to Cover this case I think they Wanted to Black it out And cause Artificial drama Vis-a-vis Kate Peter's Weird network Of alienated Kirk Minahan Show people That all pretend Like they're the Hottest thing In the world But it's really Like a few Of them Traveling around Trying to Mimic Big brother To make Sure people Don't pay Attention to Brian Tully And John Fanning's Cover up Of Sandra Birchmore's Murder But anyway My point With that Is these People Forensic Room Of all People They I don't Know if They took The bait Or what They were Doing They jump Out of The woodwork To try to Defend Meg Kennedy And they're Like she Doesn't Think she's Testifying Her name Didn't come Up She didn't Say that About Sandra Excuse me The prosecution Just filed A renewed Witness list Which has Meg Kennedy On it And furthermore We're getting That transcript Tomorrow Because the DOJ's Rushing it Because they Needed to Supplement Their motion On the Openings Because they Want a Further Curative Instruction And they Want Farwell's Council Admonished Outside the Presence And that Transcript Is going To say Meg Kennedy's Name Exactly The way I Related To you What are You going To do Then Brian Tully And John Fanning Friends How about Them Apples She's a Witness For who I think Both But at Least The Prosecution According to Their That went Up 20 Minutes Before we Started This Interview Yeah [00:23:24] Melanie Little: Esti is Here She said Carrie Lama Is so Mad That you Are Providing This Fact And she Really Tried To Call you A liar And say That No She's Going To Say That Sandra Birchmore Never Or Never Wanted To Take Her Life She Was Sandra Birchmore's Counselor When she Was In High School Like Guidance Counselor [00:23:44] Grant Smith: Adjustment Counselor And it Caught It's Going To Cause Big Problems I Don't Know Why The Farwell Defense Said That Because There's A message Out There That Meg Kennedy Sent To Rachel Eataly Okay Who's A woman In The Area Okay Shout Out Eataly On X Meg Kennedy Sent Her A message A few Years Ago Being Like I'm So Meg [00:24:11] Melanie Little: Kennedy Wrote To Ida Lee Cause She Posted This Ida I-D-A-L-E- She Seems To Be Very I don't Know Who She Is But She Seems To Know A lot About A lot Like [00:24:21] Speaker ?: Like [00:24:21] Melanie Little: Maybe She Was A Target At One Time Or So What Happened Was [00:24:25] Grant Smith: Yeah I don't Know I don't Want To Speak For But What Happened Generally Was Eataly Was Yet Like Running Her Mouth To Brian Telly About Sandra Virgmore In The Cover Up And Then All Of A Sudden Eataly Starts Catching Criminal Charges And Like They Used Family Court To Target Her Family And It's Like The Playbook That This Group Of Men And Police Officers Would Use And She's Been Pounding The Drum About These Guys Forever She Knows Like The Yearbooks She Has All The Dirt On Them And I Cannot Believe Meg Kennedy Said This To Her In A Vacuum Meg Kennedy Saying This What You're About To Read Is Not A Big Deal Now That The Farwell Defense Has Somebody Is Lying Either The Farwell Defense Got The Name Wrong They're Lying Or There's Something Really Weird Because They Must Have A 302 Or Something Where Meg Kennedy Said That Otherwise Why Are They You Do You Know How Bad It Is As A Defense Lawyer In Federal Court To Get Caught Lying To The Jury [00:25:24] Melanie Little: Oh It's Bad It's Bad [00:25:34] Grant Smith: 8pm They Didn't Watch Any Football Yesterday I'll Tell You That [00:25:37] Melanie Little: Yeah Right Exactly I mean You Never Sleep In Federal Court It's 24 7 Here's The Message That She Posted And I Cannot Verify It's Truth Or Veracity But I'm Going To Read It Because It's Out There On The Internet Meg Kennedy Wrote Hi Rachel I Just Want I Wanted To Thank You Thank You For Bringing Attention To The Way Sandra Was Painted In Some Of The Media Coverage The Truth Is That She Was An Innocent Kind And Caring Young Lady Who Was Desperately Looking To Be Loved And Cared For In Return She Was Never In Trouble Or Troubled Other Than Seeking Connection And Needing To Be Nurtured I Find It Interesting That No One Has Reached Out To Me During The Entire Of The Investigation And I Honestly I'm Not Sure What I'm Legally Allowed To Disclose Even After Her Death However I Feel 95% Confident She Did Not And Would Not Have Taken Her Own Life Especially Because She Was Pregnant If You Have Any Contact Information From The DA's Office I Would Appreciate It Thank You [00:26:43] Grant Smith: The DA's Office Ah Well Miss Is I Can't Imagine They Would Do [00:26:58] Melanie Little: You Can [00:26:58] Grant Smith: Tell Them Not Knowing What She Is [00:27:00] Melanie Little: Going To Say [00:27:01] Grant Smith: Yeah Just Basically Calling Someone Up There And Then The First Time You Interrogate Them Is Like Through Direct Which Is Very Dangerous Because It's Open Ended Questions [00:27:10] Melanie Little: And You Never A Good Lawyer Never Ask A Question She Or He Doesn't Know The Answer To So It's A Very Risky [00:27:26] Grant Smith: That Meg Kennedy Is On The DOJ Witness List Without A 302 Probably More Than One You Need To Be Interviewed You're Not Going On That Witness List Unless They Know What You're Going To Say Right Even If They Don't Call You They're Not Doing That They Never Do That She's Been Interviewed By The FBI It Seems Like She Doesn't Want To Tell People That But Listen It's A Trial What Do You Think That You're On The Witness List Literally On The Witness List [00:27:48] Melanie Little: This Was In October Of 2022 I'm Just Looking Back At This So In October Of 2022 This Is When Allegedly Meg Kennedy Sent This Message To The Girl Named Ida Lee On The Of Twitter And She Says In November Of 2022 That Meg Kennedy's Husband Was Arrested The Following Month [00:28:08] Grant Smith: And You Know What's Weird About That We Should Talk About A Few Other Things Did You Know So You Know That Proctor Gate Group Chain Also Had A Guy Named Kevin Foley On It You Ever He [00:28:17] Melanie Little: Yeah [00:28:18] Grant Smith: Yeah [00:28:18] Melanie Little: He [00:28:20] Grant Smith: Got Busted In Brockton In 2013 He Was A Canton Cop He Got Busted In A Prostitution Sting Down In Brockton Down 24 And You Know What's Weird About That Is In January Of 2014 You Know Sadly John O'Keefe's Niece And Nephew Were Double Orphan November Of 2013 And January Of 2014 Right January 12 2014 I Believe Was The Date Of The Second Death November 23rd Or 27 2013 Was The Date Of John Sister's Death From Cancer Guess Who Hosted A Fundraiser For Those Two Vulnerable Double Orphan Children In Kevin Foley's CrossFit Gym Kevin Albert Kevin Albert And Michael Proctor And Yuri Buchanek Went On To Work At That Gym Why Didn't This Come Up Ever [00:29:12] Melanie Little: Because Everything's Coming Out Now Because They've Spent A Lot Of Money And A Lot Of Time Trying To Hide Everything From Everybody And That's Why They're Doing What They're Doing [00:29:22] Grant Smith: You And I Are Going To [00:29:24] Speaker ?: Have [00:29:24] Grant Smith: A Very Fun Discussion Guess Who's On The Prosecution's Witness List As A Cooperating Federal Witness And Guess Who's Been Investigating Tully And Fanning Since 2023 Who Jessica Hyde [00:29:36] Melanie Little: Has Jessica Hyde Has Been Investigating Tully And Wait I Need Receipts On This So Let's Pull Up The First Amended Witness List Why Don't We Go There Now You Want Yeah Yes And [00:29:48] Grant Smith: There Is Motion Practice On This As Well But Let's Go To This Witness List We Can Go Right To H If You Want So This Was Filed [00:29:56] Melanie Little: Today Today [00:29:58] Grant Smith: 10 Minutes A 20 Minutes I Paid 20 Minutes I Paid For It On Pacer I'm A Taho Oh [00:30:03] Melanie Little: I Have My [00:30:04] Grant Smith: Copy If You Ever Need [00:30:06] Melanie Little: Anything Just Tell Me And I'll Pull It For I Have A Pacer Account Don't Worry About [00:30:10] Grant Smith: Do You Know How Much It Cost To Pull The Farwell Docket Just To Check It Right Now It Cost Two Dollars And Sixty Cents Every Time Just To Check The Docket [00:30:17] Melanie Little: I Thought It Oh But I'm An Attorney I Have An Account For Me It's Like Ten Cents Please If You Need Anything [00:30:22] Grant Smith: Oh Well I'm A Jer You Know Oh I Got Credentialed By The Department Of Justice So I Think I Get A Media Account Now I Might Do That Actually [00:30:30] Melanie Little: Congratulations What Did It Take What Kind Of Hoops Did You Have To Jump Through To Get It A Lot Of Hoops Or Like Background Check Do Want The [00:30:39] Grant Smith: Exoteric Or Esoteric Explanation [00:30:42] Melanie Little: Yeah Whichever You Whichever Shorter [00:30:44] Grant Smith: Otherwise We're Going Here All [00:30:46] Melanie Little: Day [00:30:46] Grant Smith: No Like The Public Facing Process Way Different Than The SJC Rule 119 The Private Process I Think Leah Foley Herself Made The Call [00:30:56] Melanie Little: Oh She Likes That You're Getting The Truth Out There I [00:31:02] Grant Smith: Think It's More Just Am I Can I Be Because That Pass Gives You The Ability To Go To DOJ Pressers So Can I Be In In That Environment And Be Respectful And I Think The Answer Is Yes And I Probably Passed A Background Check So Ha [00:31:14] Melanie Little: Listen YouTube Is The New Journalism Like Nobody's Watching Mainstream Media Anymore And It's Nobody's Really Covering This Okay Nobody Had The Kind Of Detail That You Had About Opening Statements You You You're Able To Type I Don't Know Like What 180 Words A Minute And Yeah And I Was Doing That It's Incredible You [00:31:31] Grant Smith: Know That What You Read I Did That On My Phone [00:31:34] Melanie Little: That's Incredible Like In Real Time Yeah That's Incredible [00:31:38] Grant Smith: That's Why There Were A Few Typos [00:31:40] Melanie Little: We Don't Care About [00:31:42] Speaker ?: That [00:31:42] Melanie Little: We Care About The Detail And Nobody's Doing It None Of Where's Ted Daniel Where's Christina Rex Where's Anybody In The Boston Area [00:31:51] Grant Smith: So Christina Rex Is There She's Doing Nightly Recaps For TV They Have A Digital Team The People That Are There So Ted Daniel Wasn't There Ryan Besserlin Was There I Didn't Get The Sense He Really Knew The Case Ted But He's Working On It There's A lot Of People That Are Trying To Divide The Media Not You But On Social Media They Keep Tagging The Other People In The Media And Be Like Why Aren't You Doing What Grant Is Doing Just So You Know That's They Do Different Styles Of Work Not You But I'm Just Telling Those Folks Like We're All Very Cordial We Like Each Other We Talk We Help Each Other There We're We're A pool So There's No Point In Those Folks Out There Who Keep Pestering Them And Yelling At Them They're Doing Their Thing And They Like To Do It Their Way But It's The Globe It Was NBC 10 It Was The Brockton Enterprise USA Today Me Karen Goldberg Yep And Then Maybe I don't Know Three The Herald Was There Three Or Four Other National Stations And That Was It Was 16 Media Members 40 Members Of The Public And Then Leah Foley Was There In Person For Opening [00:32:54] Melanie Little: So You [00:33:00] Grant Smith: They Did Not Want Anyone To See That Wadir They Were I Got The Sense That They Thought People Were Going To F With Their Jury [00:33:07] Melanie Little: Yeah We Can't Have That We Don't Want That Let's Make That People Close To [00:33:11] Grant Smith: People Close To The State Police I Got The Sense They Were Waiting For People Close To The State Police To Try To Come To That Building They Had Every Corner Of The Building Watch They Told Us I'm Speaking Generally They The Powers That Be Told Us That They Watched Me And Tower Girlfriend As we Were Doing Our Reports Around The Building And They Were Like We Saw Everywhere You Went They Were Sending A Message They Were Like Just Let People Know We're Watching I [00:33:34] Speaker ?: I [00:33:34] Grant Smith: I Told Them I Know You're Watching I Can Tell There's Men With Guns On The Roof Trust Me [00:33:39] Melanie Little: So Then They Flung The Doors Open For Openings And Then That's When They Let In The 40 40 [00:33:46] Grant Smith: Members Of The Public With Sandra's Cousin Barb And Mizzy The Wonderful Mizzy From The Justice For Sandra Birchmore Page I Really Encourage Folks To Take A Look At Her I Think You'd Love Talking To Her And Barb They're They're Just Wonderful They Were First In Line SD Was There Boozy Beauty Emily See And Then 40 Members Of The Public Quickly Filled The Line Tell Girlfriend They Capped It They Let Us All In And Then The Media Was Over To The Left And What Was Fascinating Is They Censored The Exhibits From The Media They Won't Let Us See Them They Turn The TV So That Only The Gallery Sandra's Family And The Jurors And The Parties Can See The Screen We Only Get Like A 7% Angle View What Else Is Fascinating Is On The Right Side Of The Courtroom Listen There's At Least 30 Federal Agents Probably 40 They Travel In Packs They All Have Badges On Their Hips Like Gold Badges On Their Hips And They Have Guns And They Wear Suits They All Are In Like Very Like Sleek Suits And They All Look Like Just Regular Humans And Then Leah Foley Came And Sat Like Near Them And Mizzy And Barb Maybe Mizzy Not Barb Mizzy Saw Her Barb Didn't Because Barb Was Looking At Farwell In The Opening But Leah Foley Came Into The Courtroom So It's It's A Very Intimidating Atmosphere There Was About Eight Marshals They Like Constantly Patrol The Media Like They Thought People Were Going To Take Pictures None Of Us Would Ever Push It Though When You're In There You Know You Know That They They Will Just Throw You In Federal Prison So It's Kind Of Like They Set A Trap They Wanted To See If Anyone Was Going To Go And Pull Any Nonsense Nobody Tested Them No One It Was Actually Pretty Shocking And There Were Some Overflow Rooms Too Yeah The Overflow Room Was Room 20 Now Here's The Trade Off If You Go To Room 20 Well First Of You Can't Just Walk Around You Got To Check In And Then They Got To Assign You To The Overflow Room If You Get To The Cameras Are Good And They're On His Face You Can't See The Jury But You Can See His Face By The Way Before We Move Off One Of The Questions That They Would Ask Is Do You Have An Opinion Formed About This Case Even After All The Screening With The Written Questions By The Time They Got To Or They Had About 20 People Who Said Yes I Have An Opinion Almost All Of Them Would Be Like One Of The Guys Said He Guilty Of Sin Your Honor I Sorry I Just Have To Tell You They All Said He Was Guilty No One Had An Opinion And He Was Not Guilty That Blew My Mind They All Got Excluded Of Insight As To The Kind Of Things You Would Say Artificially To Get Off A Jury You Should Be Honest You Should Have Candor And If You Get Off You Get Off If You're On You're On That's How I Noticed Judge Did It All She She Didn't Care What The Answer Was Just Are You Being Honest Just Be [00:36:47] Melanie Little: And Can You Keep An Open Mind Even [00:36:49] Speaker ?: Even [00:36:49] Melanie Little: If You Even If You Do Know A Lot About The Case Can You Keep An Open Mind And If You Can Keep An Open Mind Then You Can Be On The Jury Even If You Know A Lot About The Case And I Really Was Joking When I Said That's A Good Way To Get Off Jury Duty But That's The Way People Get Kicked Off [00:37:05] Grant Smith: When I Noticed People Are So Respectful Of Federal Judges Like They Would Get Up There And Be Like You Know Your Honor I Was Filling Out The Form And Then I Realized There's Actually This Other Thing I Just Wanted To Tell You They Were So They Were So Concern She Was Going To Arrest Them It Was It It's Really Scary To Be In There [00:37:25] Melanie Little: Yeah It's No Joke It's Much Fancier Than State Court And It's No Joke And I When The Hoth Defendants Moved Their Case Into Federal Court I Thought What Are They Doing Why Would They Want To Be In Federal Court I Mean It's No Joke The Deadlines Are The Deadlines Like 24 7 The Amount Of Money That It's Going To Amended Witness List Filed Something Like One Hour Ago At This Point Today And This Is The United States Of America Notifies The Defendant That It May Call The Following Individuals In His Case In Sheep The Government Reserves Its Right To Supplement This List And To Call Additional Witnesses As Needed In Rebuttal You Can Okay So Michael Bodden Is Second On The List This Is Alphabetical Order [00:38:16] Grant Smith: Rebuttal He's Rebuttal [00:38:19] Melanie Little: Oh Okay It Doesn't Say That Here But Thank You For That Michael Bodden Did An Independent Autopsy On Sandra Bertsmore At The Request Of Her Family Or Their Plaintiff's Attorney In The Civil Case And I've Gone Over Extensively On This He Is A Very Highly Respected Forensic Medical Examiner I Guess Ryan He's Testified In Many High Profile Cases [00:38:48] Grant Smith: I Think He Used To Be The New York Chief Medical Examiner They Have A Different Office Name But That's Generally What His Position Was He's Very Renowned There's Only One Forensic Pathologist Or Medical He Wasn't A Medical Examiner Forensic Pathologist Who Has More Experience That [00:39:09] Melanie Little: Daniel [00:39:14] Grant Smith: Barber Is With The Stoughton Police As Is Sandra Barrett Christopher Beckstrom Is A [00:39:19] Melanie Little: Dialla That's [00:39:26] Grant Smith: A Good One I Don't Know If That's Come Up In Motion Practice I Don't Know It Off The Top Of My Head Christopher Beckstrom Is A Forensic Analyst Out Of Quantico I Don't Know If He Does Like DNA Or Data One Of The Two Lauren Brown Not Sure On That Maria Capo Martinez Is The Medical Examiner Who Flipped She Worked Under Dr. Scudordi Bello Who Else Cheryl Carson I Think Cheryl Carson Is From The Stoughton Public Schools Becca Chandler I Don't Know Off The Top Of My Head Heather Cheever Stoughton Police Department She's The First Witness Zach Clark I Would Imagine Is A State Police Forensics Analyst It Turns Out That The FBI Took Over The Massachusetts Police Crime Lab And Had Them Do Work On The Case And Just Cut Out The SBDU Entirely Oh Sorry Oh [00:40:22] Melanie Little: That's Okay Keep Talking We Can Still Hear You It's Okay [00:40:24] Grant Smith: Oh It's Okay I Didn't Know If You Could Still Hear Me [00:40:35] Melanie Little: I Remember His Name [00:40:36] Grant Smith: People Are Going To Want To Be There For That I Think He's With The Crime Lab I'm Not Positive But Yeah People Want To Be There For That Marcy And Ray Cosgrove I Believe Are Sandra Sandra's Family Members That Live In New Hampshire But I'll Need To Double Check They're [00:40:51] Melanie Little: Not Relation To Robert Cosgrove [00:40:53] Grant Smith: No I Checked It Out And We Did Run That Down I Couldn't Find Any Connection Okay Libra [00:41:00] Melanie Little: Robin Is Saying That Diala Is A Mental Health Counselor Okay Okay That Makes [00:41:04] Grant Smith: Sense Thank You Heather And Then We Have Emily Cotard With The Canton Police [00:41:11] Melanie Little: Ensley Cotard Wait That Name Is Familiar To Me Also Maybe From The Original Police Reports Of The When They Found Sandra's Body Anybody Remember Okay Let's Get That Sound [00:41:23] Grant Smith: Right Know That Name Or Leslie Davis I Feel Like Davis Might Do I Don't Know Actually Matt Dunn He's Going To Testify Tuesday Or Wednesday Tuesday Afternoon Or Wednesday Morning The First Member Of Brian Tully State Police Unit To Testify All [00:41:40] Melanie Little: Right Let's Talk About Matt Dunn For A Minute Since We're Here Matt Dunn Also Testified In The Karen Retrials Both Trials And Are They Trying To Now Make Matt Dunn Was He The Lead Investigator Into The Death Of Sandra Birchmore Or Are They Trying To Now Make Him The Lead Investigator Similar To What They Did With Buchanan And Proctor [00:41:58] Grant Smith: Nope John Fanning Was The Personally Assigned Member Tully Was The Detective Lieutenant Answered To Lenny Coppen Rath At HQ But Tully Ran That Okay Fanning Was The First Officer Second In Command Tully Right Hand Man And Ran The Sex Crimes Child To SA Unit And Digital Unit Fanning Personally Assigned Himself As Lead Investigator And Fanning Grew Up In Stoughton Went To Stoughton High Was Around In Like The 90s And 2000s Worked At The Stoughton PD Okay For A While Fanning Was The Lead Investigator Assigned And That Not Disputed [00:42:44] Melanie Little: So And Fanning And Buchanik Also Went To Stoughton High Yeah [00:42:49] Grant Smith: Yes Yuri Was A Townie And Farwell Also Went To Stoughton High But Didn't Graduate And Then Matt McCabe From Stoughton As Well [00:42:57] Melanie Little: And Fanning And Fanning And Farwell Worked Together At Stoughton PD Yep [00:43:06] Grant Smith: And Devine And And Robert Devine [00:43:09] Melanie Little: And William Farwell The Twin Brother The Family Ties Of Canton Stoughton Surrounding Areas Are Very Twisted And They're Very Deep And I Think So Many People Have Such A Hard Time Believing That Corruption Can Happen And Conspiracies Can Happen And You Know So Many People Would Have To Keep Their Mouths Shut To Cover Up Something Like This Think Of How Many People Were Involved In Covering Up The Murder Of Sandra Birchmore Which I Firmly Believe Is A Murder Think Of How Many People It Took To Get That Rule To Suicide It Wasn't Just One Person [00:43:44] Grant Smith: And I Know You're Going To Keep Going Through The List But I'm Going To Take Two Seconds To Run Into The Bathroom I Am Towled This Go Right Ahead [00:43:54] Melanie Little: I'll Chat With The Chat While You're Gone You Guys Must Have Questions For Grant As Well Let's Get In Here Thank You Patches Cupcakes For Justice For You Super Sticker And A Mac Talking Smack Thanks For Becoming Thanks For Pointing It Out And Thanks For Being Here For 15 Months Laurie Matt's Tea Party Says I Absolutely Love Seeing Mel And Grant Combo Wasn't That Nelson Mandela Quote Perfect Thanks For Being Here For 25 Months Nobody Models My Merch Better Than Grant I'm Going to Have To Send Nicky Some Merch To Carolyn Thank You For Your 50 Super Chat Says I The Good And It Is Very Hard Just All I Can Recommend To You Is That You Take Time To Also Take Care Of Yourself Because When You're A Caretaker And You're Working Two Jobs And Maybe You Have Kids It Is So Hard Take Care Of Yourself Take Time For Yourself I Know You Probably Feel Guilty About It But You Can't Take Care Of Yourself You Can't Take Care Of Anybody Else So Please Do That And We Miss You Too And Thank You So Much Be Very Generous 50 And Josie Lewis Here And Says This Is Amazing Break It Down Grant Starting Go Fund Me By Kevin Albert Didn't Know These Kids Tully Foley Fanning Proctor And Jessica Hyde Stepping In Chronological Timeline Well Documented Blessings To Both Thank You So Much Josie Liu Be 50 And Sooner Girl Is Here As Well Thank You For Coming Remember All Right Back To We Were On Matt Dunn [00:45:45] Grant Smith: Yes I'm Back And Can You Don't Think [00:45:48] Melanie Little: They're Going To Try And Flip It Around To Make It Seem Like He Was The One Who Was Really In Charge It Wasn't Really Fanning The Way That They Did With Proctor And Buchanik [00:45:58] Grant Smith: No What I So This Is The Deal I See A Trial Within A Trial Jerry I People May Have Heard Of Speaking Indictments Sorry About The Autofocus People May Have Heard Of Speaking Indictments What I Think This Is Is Actually A Speaking Trial I Think That The Feds Are Not Going To Insulate The Brian Tully's Unit They Went At Them Hard In Openings I Think Instead What They're Going To Do Is Actually Put It On Trial I Think We [00:46:32] Melanie Little: He Had A Near Death Experience As Did Some Other Witnesses Like Nick Barrows Weren't They Both Involved In Like And This Takes Us Back To What We Talking About Backstage Right Garino And Nick Barrows Both Having Near Fatal Car Accidents I Think Within One Year Apart [00:46:51] Speaker 1: I [00:46:53] Melanie Little: Remember Garino Hobbling Into Court For Trial Number Two And The Young Girl Remember Who Was Tragically Killed In A Car Accident That Went Back To What's His Name Again The Developer [00:47:07] Grant Smith: Oh O'Connell William O'Connell The 2014 Car Accident Where The Victim Tragically Died In A Car Accident And What's Weird We Should Take A Second Garino We Can Scroll Down And I Can Show You Garino Is On The Witness List He I Think Is The Most Like There's Manning [00:47:25] Melanie Little: Oh Angela Farwell Is On The Witness List That's Matthew Farwell's Wife [00:47:30] Grant Smith: No I Think It's William Farwell's Wife Interesting [00:47:36] Melanie Little: Okay And William Farwell [00:47:40] Grant Smith: Yep What's Fascinating About This Is If We Go To Yeah We're Trying To Get Rid Of This White Box But Anyway It's A Fancy I Know But That's Just The Like Lighting Causing The Camera Autofocus So Sorry About That What's Fascinating About Nick Garino Is We Should Talk About Sandra's Computer Now Sandra's Computer In 2021 Was Not Originally Obtained By The State Police They Did Not Do Anything To Get That Computer Instead What They Did Was They Sandra's Family Found It At The Scene So Just To Give Context Because This Does Play The Timeline Here That's Why Microdots Video Was So Great The Timeline Is Very Important So In September Of 2021 Excuse Me Let Me Back Up In February Of 2021 Sandra Is Discovered On February 4th She Had Died On February 1st Throughout The Week Of February 4th The State Police Only Talked To Two People To Investigate Matthew Farwell In A parking Lot Of The School And Parting [00:48:48] Speaker ?: Parting [00:48:48] Grant Smith: Parting Lot Of 45 Shammott Avenue The Norfolk DA's Office On February 6th And February 9th Respectively And They Talked To Billy Farwell Matt Farwell's Brother They Tell Billy Farwell John Fanning Personally Tells Billy Farwell That Brian Tully's Unit Needs This Investigation Like They Need A Bullet In The Head And The DOJ Said That During Openings [00:49:10] Melanie Little: Yes You Tweeted It We Read It We Need This Investigation Like We Need An Bullet In The Head Just Hold One Second Farwell's Wife Is Angela That Would Make Sense Because She Can't Be Forced To Testify Against Him Anyway So That Is Billy Farwell's Wife Somebody Said [00:49:26] Grant Smith: Angela Hold For [00:49:29] Melanie Little: Siren Hold For Siren Yeah Sorry About That [00:49:32] Grant Smith: I Love [00:49:34] Melanie Little: It You're Like Out In [00:49:39] Grant Smith: Week The Only Thing That Farwell Had Been Telling Fanning That Sandra Had Was Her Cell Phone Because Sandra's Cell Phone Was Something That Farwell Would Monitor Now You're Going To Find Out It's In The 2023 Stoughton Police IA Report Which Can Be Found On Crime Timelines And Elsewhere You're Going To Find Out That William Farwell And Others Were Instructing Sandra To Surreptitiously Record Encounters With Her Paramours And Send Them To William Farwell For Blackmail So Matthew Farwell Was Assigned Then To Make Sure Sandra Constantly Deleted Her Phone So Matthew Farwell Had Told John Fanning That The Only Thing That They Had To Look For Was Sandra's Phone And That They Didn't Have To Worry Because He Was Making Her Deleted Unbeknownst To Oh [00:50:25] Melanie Little: Please Hold That Thought I Know It's Hard Because We Both Have ADHD Do We Know Of Any Of Her Victims Or His Victims That Were Blackmailed With These Videos Has Anyone Come Forward Do We Know If There Been Any Charges Brought Against Anyone For That Actual Blackmailing Of Sending These Cornographic Videos [00:50:43] Grant Smith: Let Me And It Is My Opinion That There Are Men And Women Out There Who Went To The Back Room Of That Restaurant And Now Know That Every Time They Slept With Sandra Birchmore It Was Recorded No One Has Come Forward For Good I Actually Think One Person Did Come Forward I Think They I'm Not Going To Say Their Name Because They're Actually A Pretty Decent Guy I Think Like They're On Camera But Some Of These Drawings I Think Were Judges Lawyers Police Like An Episode Of SVU Yeah And So But Getting Back To The Computer Yeah Part Of This Computer Is Fanning And Farwell Didn't Know It Existed Sandra's Family However Did Know It Existed Was [00:51:47] Melanie Little: It In Her Apartment When She Was Found Police Hate Wait You So You Just Cut Out So Fanning And Farwell Didn't Know About The Laptop And Nobody Found It During The Search Of The Apartment When Her Body Was Found Nope We [00:52:04] Grant Smith: Don't Know Where It Was That I Could Ask But I Don't Know Right Now Sandra's Aunt Who Found It I Believe Is Testifying So When Sandra's Aunt Discovers What's Going On What She The State Police Don't Do Anything With It In February Of 2021 They Do Nothing In Fact All They Do Is Retain The Laptop But Donna McNamara Who's Now Fighting A Laws Against The Town Of Stoughton [00:52:37] Melanie Little: She's The Stoughton Chief Of Police For Those Of [00:52:40] Speaker ?: You [00:52:40] Melanie Little: Don't Know Oh [00:52:44] Grant Smith: No So The Sorry The Autofocus Just Won't Stop But We'll Just Work Around It But So Donna McNamara Who's The Stoughton Chief Of Police On February 8th 2021 Makes An Internal Affairs Investigation Referral Now This Is Because On January 21st Or 20th 2021 A Woman Who Worked With Sandra It's In The 2023 IA Report At The Dorm Suite At The Amelia's Sandra Ode $248 I Have Reason To Believe It Was Actually Sandra's Boss At That Operation And So This Person Can't Get Paid Back She Initially Sends A Man To Try To Extort Sandra Then To Pay Then Sandra Won't Pay So The Woman Says I'm Going To Call The Stoughton Police And Tell Them About You And Farwell And Then She Acts On It Now This Is Important For Two Reasons One The Federal Loan Charking Statute Is $100 Or More So That Was A Crime Yeah Two In When The Woman Makes The Call To The Stoughton Police On January 20 2021 She Says Sandra Birchmore Owes Me $248 I Want To Report Her For A Crime And The Dispatcher Says That's Not A Crime Ma'am And Then The Woman Says Oh Yeah Well Sandra Birchmore Sleeping With Your Detective Matthew Farwell The Dispatcher Instead Of And By The Call Was Lost Never Preserved Yeah Never Preserved By The MSP Or Stoughton PD And Lost The Dispatcher Takes The Information And Instead Of As A Mandated Reporter Doing Something With It Tells Farwell Farwell Tells The Dispatcher Don't Say Anything About This 11 Days Later Sandra Birchmore Is Dead And That Was In The Government's Opening Now A Few Things Are Fascinating About This One That Was The Impetus For Donna McNamara Opening The IA Referral To The IA Referral Though It Opens In February Of 2021 Doesn't Start It Takes Seven Months For A Deputy Chief Not Robert Devine A Deputy Chief To Be Assigned It Opens In August Of 2021 Why Is That Relevant By September Of 2021 The IA Investigator Is Like Hey John Fanning Can I Have An Extraction Of Sandra's Laptop Fanning Had Never [00:55:12] Speaker ?: Never Never [00:55:12] Grant Smith: Done An Extraction So He Tells Nicky Garino Hey We Gotta Do An Extraction Of Sandra's Laptop Garino Opens A Virtual Machine Okay Which Is Just A Software Program Where You Run A New Operating System Within Your Computer To Extract Data You Run Celebrite Within A Virtual Machine To Insulate Your State Police Network From Any Files On Sandra's Computer That Might Be Malware Anything Like That Sorry My Notebook Fell So As Garino Does The Extraction That's September 25th 2021 This Is A Very Important Date To Remember Okay Wait Let me Write [00:55:48] Melanie Little: Down September What 9 25 [00:55:50] Grant Smith: 2021 Garino Does The Extraction And For Fanning And Then He Does It On A Server A Virtual Machine At The State Police And Then He Gives The Extraction To Fanning Who Gives It To The IA Investigator For Donna McNamara Within 24 Hours The IA Investigator Has Found 30 To 40 Thousand Messages That Are Evidence Of Criminal Activity That Required Him To Call The Army Because Obviously Jason Picard Was The Father Of Sandra Unborn Child And Caused Him To Call A Number Of Other Investigative Agencies Now That Was The First Stop [00:56:25] Melanie Little: Nobody Knew That [00:56:31] Grant Smith: Recent Correct No One Knew That Picard Was The Father But There Was Evidence That Picard Was Talking To Sandra On The Extraction On The Laptop Extraction Which Was A Backup Of The Phone So That's What Led To The Referral To The Army And There's All This You Know In The Stoughton PD And Further Investigation Okay That's Occurring And By October 15 2021 The IA Fanning Gives It To Him Now On December 6 2021 While The Computer Is In The Possession Of The Stoughton Police IA Investigator An Unknown Entity Extracts Sandra's Computer Again This Came Up In Motion Practice From The Farwell Defense Okay Why Is That Relevant Okay Wait What [00:57:22] Melanie Little: Was The Motion Because I've Been Trying To Find Receipts On This So December 6 Of 2021 Is When Another Entity And We Know That The Other Entity Is Likely The FBI Because That's The Way They're Referring To This Other Entity During The Entity Of Karen Reed's Two Trials Nobody Could Refer To The FBI Right So Another Entity It Was The [00:57:41] Grant Smith: First It Was The First Or Second Government Motion To Exclude Loper And It Although It References It In The First One It References Generally This In The Government Motion And The Response It Was In Open Court So We'll Need A Transcript Where The Lawyer For Firewall Says Now Your Honor We Have Two Extractions One Was From September 25th 2021 Which Gourinho Did For Banning And Then There's This Other One From December 6 2021 While The Laptop Was In The Possession Of The Stoughton IA Well You Extraction So My Like Spidey Sensors Are Already Tingling But Remember That December 6 2021 Date And Then Remember The September 25th 2021 Date Okay So Jump Forward Now Okay So Two To Three Years And We're August 15th 2024 There Is A Meeting There's A Record Of This Ted Daniel Got The Public Records Request Which Confirmed The Sign In At The Medical Examiner's Office There Is The Medical Examiner Who's On The Prosecution Witness List For This Case Two FBI Agents Who Will Remain Nameless And A U.S. Attorney's Office Prosecutor That's When They Tell Fanning And Dunn That Farwell Is Going To Be Indicted Wild Nine Days Later August 24th 2024 Nick Garino Loses Due To Catastrophic Data Loss The Entire Server That Contained The Virtual Machine With The Records Of The Extraction He Did On Sandra's Computer On September 25th 2021 Now It Gets More Intense Farwell Was Indicted Five Days Later On August 29th 2024 Now It Gets More Intense October 3rd 2024 Nick Garino [00:59:34] Speaker ?: Garino [00:59:34] Grant Smith: Garino Garino Is Working At Detail Short Of Exit 123 On The Mass Pike East Bound All Right In Newton Between Newton And Watertown And He Gets Struck By A Drunk Driver Who Contrary To People Who Found A Report About An October 1st 2021 Crash That Occurred With A State Trooper That Was Not Nick Garino Nick Garino Was Accident Was October 3rd Or 4th 2024 No One Was Ever Charged As Far As I Can Tell Is There An Accident Report There Probably One Somewhere I Don't Know If It's Ever Garino Was Then Out On Medical Leave Okay And Then He Leaves The State Police He Retires And He Shows Up Again In The Spring Of 2026 Working As A Forensic Analyst For The Norfolk DA's Office Not The State Police After Morse He Announces His Retirement I Have Reason To Believe That Nick Garino Flipped After That Car Accident And He Is A Cooperating Federal Witness Because He Was Instructed By John Fanning And Brian Tully And That Unit To Not Look Into These Messages Or Anything Related To Sandra And Farwell And The Cover Up Thereof And That's What I Think Garino Is Going To Testify About [01:00:42] Melanie Little: So You Think That He Was Planted Back In The Norfolk DA's Office As A Plant [01:00:48] Grant Smith: He Wasn't Planted [01:00:49] Melanie Little: He [01:00:52] Grant Smith: Wasn't Planted The Wildest Thing As Early As February Of 2023 John Fanning And The State Police Were Being Interrogated Inside 45 Shawmutt Avenue By The FBI There's 302 Who? Greeno And Who? No At Least Fanning Fanning's First 302 And Remember How Federal Investigation Works They're Not Going To Remind Everyone [01:01:19] Melanie Little: Tell Everyone What A 302 Interview Is [01:01:21] Grant Smith: So Anytime You Speak To The FBI There Is A 302 Form That's Written Up Now Most Of The Time When You Do A 302 It's A Recollection The FBI Agent Is Recording Their Recollection Of The Interview Why Is This Important Because Under 18 USC 1001 If You Ever Say Anything That's Different Not From The Actual Conversation But From The Memorialized Recollection Of The FBI Agent In The 302 That's Grounds For A Charge Of Lying To A Federal Officer So That's A 302 Interview Now The Weird And It's Not Recorded Well Unless You Have A Good Defense Attorney And I'm Not A Lawyer But A Good Defense Attorney Will Say You Can Talk To My Client But We're Recording It And We're Bringing A Recorder Now Someone Got The FBI To Agree To Recording John Exhibit I Read It [01:02:20] Melanie Little: Recently Yes I Went Over That Motion It's One Of The Few That I've Been Able To Do I Think It Was It Maybe 312 Portions Selected Portions Of It [01:02:29] Grant Smith: And In That Interrogation Fanning Makes Reference To Yeah So The Meeting With Farwell Was Here That Was The Parking Lot They Were Interrogating Them Inside The Norfolk DA's Office The FBI Has [01:02:48] Melanie Little: Downloaded Sandra's Computer As This Other Entity In January Of 2021 January 6 Of 2020 I'm Sorry December 6 Of 2021 That Means The FBI Was Looking At The MSP Norfolk DA's Office Unit Before The Murder Of John O'Kee That Is Why It Is So Important Yes [01:03:10] Grant Smith: Yes And Not Only That That Means That When Fanning And Don Were Told About The Pending Indictment It Was To Bump Them And Then They Had Garino Delete The Server Or Lose It Catastrophic Data Loss To Lose A Server You Have To Do Something Like Bleach Bit Remember That Story Paul Combetta And Hillary Clinton's Emails You Have To Literally Run A Program When They Use The Word Bleach That's Why People Who Don't Know Text Use It When You Use The Bleach What You're Saying Is You're Overriding The Zeros And Ones On The Hard Drive So Much It's Like Dubbing Bohemian Rhapsody And You Can't Read The Underlying Zeros And Ones Everyone Understand That's [01:03:49] Melanie Little: How Do We Not Understand But Yeah Sure We [01:03:55] Grant Smith: Yeah So The Only Two Ways To Catastrophically Lose Data Three One Would Be To Pour Liquid On The Damn Thing Two Would Be To Stick A Magnet On It And Like Wipe It And Three Would Be To Use A Software Base Program Like Bleach Bit To Overwrite Sectors Of The Hard Drive Corrupting The Underlying Data Making It Stuff To Delete Stuff You Have To Literally Purge The Like Underlying Technological Like Composition Of The Data On The Chip And So That Shit Doesn't Happen By Accident Sorry For Cussing But Nick Orino That Wasn't An Accident That's Why He Almost Got Hit By A Car Now I'll Tell You I Can't Talk About This In Full Yet But Something Happened Yeah People Are Very [01:04:41] Melanie Little: Worried For Your Safety Do You Have Mace Or Pepper Spray Yeah People Are Very I Mean I See The Chat And Even When I'm Just Talking About Your Reporting People Are Like You Know We Got Great Needs Protection Like They're Worried For Your Safety Donnie Are You Here Donnie From Wuchesta You Know Maybe You Need A Little You Know Maybe Great Needs A Protection What [01:05:03] Grant Smith: I Would Say About That Is I Public I Have Been Very Public About This I Told The FBI I Have Multiple Conversations With Them I Told The FBI That When The They Were Talking To The Woman Who Sandra Ode $248 To Kate Peter And Joe Warren Wiretapped Agent LF While She Was Doing That Interrogation And Asking Questions About Tully And Fanning Cover Up Of Sandra Murder So We Already Have Enough Like They Already Caused So Many Problems For Themselves By Going After Sandra And People Who Are Aware Of These Crimes I'm Openly Telling You That Not Only Did I Speak To The Congress I Spoke To The FBI Directly About This Situation So They're Going To Retaliate They're Basically Inviting It So I Don't Know Why They Would Do That Secondly Let's Go And I Did Not Run Into Nick Arena But Just A Human Being And I Saw The Fear Of Death In Their Eyes Not Of Me They Looked At Me Like Please Help Me And I Was Like They Didn't Say The Words Please Help Us But The Look In Their Eye Was Like I've Never Seen A Look Of Someone Who Stared Death In The Eye And Was Terrified But I Saw It In That Person's Eye And I Was Like Oh Yeah He Flipped Absolutely He Flipped And Then For Some Reason Sean On The Gulf Was Really Mad About It Like Really Mad Like He Was Spying On Nick Arena Like Somebody Sent Flowers To His Mom And Sean Knew About It Was Weird As Fuck I Was Like Bro Why Are You Spying On Nick Arena That's Weird I'm Creeped Out [01:06:43] Melanie Little: Let's Let's Talk About Sean Some Other Time I Want To Talk To You About That Offline But Mike Richie From Microdot Says I'm Going Tomorrow I'll Watch Him And Donnie From Wuchesta Is Here So Hey Donnie In The House Donnie In The House Oh That's Interesting So I'm Happy To Hear That For You But [01:07:01] Grant Smith: As To The 2024 Thing With Computer Loss I Don't Mean To Jump In Just Be Aware This Has Come Up In Motion Practice Related To And We'll See More About This Related To Fanning And Tully Handling Of This Data And Garino Is Key To Proving That The Reason Why This Data Was Lost And The Reason Why This Cover Up Is So Obvious Is Because Tully And Fanning Were Instructing Him Not To Do A Full Investigation That's Why I Think He's On The Federal Witness List I Think Where He's Going To Get Up There And They're Going To Say Were You Given Anything In Exchange For Your Testimony He Was Going [01:07:35] Speaker ?: To [01:07:35] Grant Smith: Be Yeah Immunity [01:07:36] Melanie Little: He Needs To I Mean You Could See When He Testified In He Was Like A Scared Rabbit I Second Trial Was In 2025 So That Makes Complete Sense His Accident Was After Trial Number One In 2024 That Loss Of The Server Was Also After Karen Reed Mistrial Which Was That Was In Karen Reed Mistrial Was Summer [01:08:17] Grant Smith: 2024 July [01:08:18] Melanie Little: 1st Maybe Of 2024 So Right After That Was When Proctor Was Suspended Right His Hot Mike Yes Remember He Said Kill Me He Said Kill Me [01:08:29] Grant Smith: And Not Only That The Let's Talk About Jessica Hyde Now Perfect She's Right There So Have You Seen From The Foia Shout out Emily C And Kyle Sharkey The Four Have You Seen From The Initial Interaction Between Where Brian Tulley Tulley Tulley [01:08:49] Speaker ?: A [01:08:50] Grant Smith: Guy A Guy Tell Me Tell Me [01:08:53] Melanie Little: Refresh My [01:08:53] Grant Smith: Recollection A Guy Named Ed Keefe Ed Keefe Used To Work As A Digital Forensic Analyst At The MSP SPDU Unit Under John Fanning He Left Under Circumstances That Are Unclear And Went On To Work For A Joint Federal State Fusion Task Force Where He Still Works To This Day In Massachusetts He's Very High Up And He Has Federal Connections So Brian Tully Reaches Out To Him And Is Like Oh We Need An Expert All Of A Sudden Jessica Hyde Gets Referred To Brian Tully By Ed Keefe Now Right As This Happened Jessica Hyde's Parent Company Is Hexordia That's Her Company She Runs Have You Ever Looked Up Do You Know How To Look Up DOJ Outlays And Contracts On The Public Records Database Hexordia Ah You Should Look Up Hexordia Right Around 2023 They Get Millions In Federal Outlays From The DOJ Yeah And So The First Time Jessica Hyde Approaches Brian Tully He Doesn't Get Back To Her Like They Kind Of Like Passing Ships You No [01:09:58] Melanie Little: But Tully Reached Out To Her First Right [01:10:00] Grant Smith: Yeah But She Replies And He Doesn't Get Back To So She Follows Up Again And She Is In May Of 2023 Leading Up To That First Hearing About 227 On May 23rd Or Whatever It Was So Hyde Got Like Three Weeks She Follows Up Again Tully Then Takes The And Responds And Says Yeah So There's This Witness He Doesn't Reveal Her Name He Doesn't Reveal That He Talks To Her And They Are Friendly Jen McCabe There's This Witness And Listen We Got This Like Search And It Was At 623 And 624 But The Defense Is Trying To Say It's At 227 And We Need A Witness To Say That You Know It Was At 623 And That Date Is Very Clear Well Hyde Gets Back To Him And She's Like Oh That's Clearly Just A Time Zone Issue Don't Worry I'd Be Happy To Do This For You I Completely Agree With Your Theory Yeah It's Definitely Just Like An Issue Now Mind You I Need To Be Very Clear What's Suspect About The Wall DB File That's Related To The 227 Search Is Not Just The Timing It's Also The Fact That When Nick Garino Originally Did The Extraction Of Jen McCabe Phone He Did Not Include The Wall DB File He Claimed Because The Version Of Celebrity Was Running At The Time Didn't Incorporate The Extraction Of Wall DB Files Whatever Only After The Defense Somehow Probably Because Federal Investigators Got Involved Requested In 2023 A Follow Up Did They Get The Extraction Of Jen McCabe Phone The Raw Data And Was Then Karen Reed 's Defense They Say It Was Richard Green I'm Starting To Think That Was Just A Laundry So The Feds Wouldn't Make It Too Obvious They Were Involved All Of A Sudden You Got The Defense Saying Wait A Minute You Carino Never Extracted The Wall DB File Then Within That Wall DB File Is The 227 Search That's Why It Was A Big Deal And So At That Time Jessica Hyde Says Back To Tully Oh Don't Worry I Don't Have Any Questions About How The Wall DB File Because Tully Tried To Explain This Away As Well He Has No Idea What He Talking About And She Like Don't Worry I Have No Concerns And The Big Guys Like Higher She Bumped Them That Was A Federal Level Bump And She Was Spying On Them The Whole Time I'm Convinced Hold [01:12:31] Melanie Little: Please For Those Of [01:12:32] Speaker ?: You [01:12:32] Melanie Little: In The Chat I Put Grant's Venmo QR Code Up In The Corner There So If You Can He's Telling Us Everything He's Telling Us Everything And Remember These Are His Opinions These Are His Opinions He's Connecting The Dots And This Is Everything That He Thinks Happened And The More He Talks The More It Becomes Likely Poor Melanie Can't Get A Word In It's Fine Listen I Love The Way His Mind Work It Works Faster Than Anyone That I Know And When I Have Guests On I Like To Let Them Talk So Either I Get People Get Annoyed Because I Don't Talk Or They Get Annoyed That I Interrupt Too Much Or Whatever We're Here To Listen To Grant Today Because You're Listening To Me Talk All The Freaking Time So If You Get To Buy Towel And Towel Girlfriend Lunch Please Do So He's Doing The Lord's Work Listen You Know How Expensive It Is To Park In Downtown Boston And Get There Every Day From Where Trolls Slash Minions Slash Orchestrated PR Which We're Going To Talk About At The End [01:13:38] Grant Smith: I Will Say This I Don't Need Too Much Help But I Do Need A Little Help You Know There Was Some Like I Don't Know Why Michael Proctor's Uncle I Was Hanging Around My Mom But Like That Cost Me Really Big There Like I Don't Have Like I Have A Family Now I Feel Very Supported By You All But Like My Dad Died And Then Like Immediately After I Was Tormented By Like Kate Peter Through My Mother She Was Talking To My Mom And They Were Just Trying To Bankrupt Me It Was Really Bad And Now I Incurred Some Cost To Hashtag Free Towel And We're Moving In A Good Direction But Yeah Any Help You Can Give Is Appreciated But Please Don't Feel Obligated The Point Of This Is To Get This Information Out There To Educate Inform And Entertain And Engender Coaching Public Discourse To Word Off The Usurpation Of Our Forms Of Government Worldwide So If You Have No Money [01:14:39] Melanie Little: Don't Give Anybody Your Last Five Dollars Please Don't Do That But If You And Many Of You Are Very Generous And Many Of You Are Massachusetts Based And Many Of You Have Been Following This Case Since It Started And Following Karen Reed Since It Started And Karen Reed Was Four Years Ago Sandra Birchmore Was Five Years Ago And This Is How Long It Takes To Get Justice And In This Case It Took The Feds To Come In And Arrest Matthew Farwell Because The State Wasn't Going To Do It And I Think That The Feds Arrested Matthew Farwell Under What Is Much More Difficult To Prove This As A Federal Crime A State Crime Because They Thought That Would Encourage The DA To Do So The DA Is Michael Marcy This Is Norfolk County We Know How It Goes There He Didn't Do It He Didn't Do It And He's Never Going To Do It And It's Wild To Watch These Minions On The Sesspool Of Twitter And Other Social Media Reddit Whatever They've Got An Orchestrated Campaign Twist Themselves Right Now Try And Twist Themselves Into A Pretzel To Explain How It's Totally Understandable That The State Did Not Bring Charges Against Matthew Farwell Because The Feds Already Did Are You Kidding Me That's The Talking Point Of The Next Couple Days Or The Past Few Days Is Oh It's Totally Understandable That They Didn't Bring State Charges Because The Feds Did And It Would Be Duplicative Which Is An Insane And Wrong Argument On Many Levels And It's Crazy That The People Like The Haas Defendants YouTube Channel Let's Just Call It First Of If Anybody Knows The Real Identities Of You Know Tuesday Gazette And Julie Carpenter I Think That's Her Real Name And That Lydia Person And Whoever Else Are The Commentators On That Channel Please Email Me My Email Is In The Show Notes Below And Let Me Know Because If They Do Try And Sue Me Because They Keep Talking About Suing Me The Haas Jennifer McKay Brian Alva Brian Higgins And Colin Albert And Trying To Serve Me With Subpoena Or Whatever I Will Be Filing Third Party Actions Against Many Many People Who Have Done Nothing But Try And Trash Me And My Reputation Since January Of 2024 When I Started Saying John O'Keefe Is Not Hit By A Car Including Jennifer Coffendafer I Wonder If She's A Paid Operative [01:16:49] Grant Smith: Well Let Me Say I'll Say Something About That You Know What I Found Out So One Time I Asked Jen Coffendafer If Her Boss Knew Sean McDonough Boss At Five Stones And She Was Like I Have Six Bosses And I Was Like Yeah I'm Talking About The One That Was On The Navy Dive Team And She Was Like Yeah That's One Of My Losses So There You Go There's Something [01:17:10] Melanie Little: Oh Cause She Came Out Of Swinging She Came Out Of Swinging And All It Took Was For Me To Be On Cork TV Against Her Twice For Me To Go Out And Find Garrett Wing [01:17:19] Grant Smith: Have You Looked At The Telegraph Article About So You Know What The Innocence Project Is Obviously Yeah Have Infiltrating Their Lives As An Outsourced Form Of Prosecutorial Overreach In Order To Save State Resources You Know Who Does That Five Stones [01:17:44] Melanie Little: Oh That Was The Firm That Came In To Do The Audit The Independent Audit Of Canton PD [01:17:50] Grant Smith: Yeah So As Much As There Was A PR Apparatus I Think What Was Really Going On Was This Was An Effort To Infiltrate Karen Reed And Show Around Both Of Them In Order To Prevent Them From Remaining United And Exposing What Was At The Heart Of This Which Was A Decades Long Operation To Basically Control People In The Orbit Of These State Police Officers Karen And Aiden Were Well Positioned To Expose It And In Turn They Got Targeted By A Very High Level Apparatus In Turn The DOJ What Makes It On Karen And Aiden Which Means My Theory That Karen Trials Were Actually Modified Limited Hangouts With The DOJ Was Managing Her And Saying Listen You Can Talk About Some Of This Stuff You Know And She Was Probably Really Nervous Because She Was Like Why Can't I Go Pedal To The Metal And They Were Like Listen 6E And Also You Can't Compromise An Active Federal Investigation I'm Sorry Karen And She Was Like But My Case And They Were Like We'll Give You Enough To Make Sure You're Found Not Guilty You Didn't Do This But You Cannot Talk About Foley Proctor The Bigoted Stuff You Can't Talk About Sandra You Can't Talk About We Need You To Let Us Do Our Work We'll Give You Jessica Hyde To Spy On Tully McCabe We'll You're Going To Help Us Get These Guys But You Gotta Do This I Bet It Was Very Stressful For Her [01:19:31] Melanie Little: Here's The Reason I Don't Agree With That Is Because Why Would They Hang Her Out There To To Get You To Lose Everything Sell Her House Sell Her Liquidator 401ks You That At The Time I Did Think About That At The Time I Wonder If They're Allowing This To Go Forward Because They're Just Trying To Collect More Evidence So That They Can Do A Whole Takedown I Think You Know The Answer [01:20:06] Grant Smith: That [01:20:09] Melanie Little: Was My Because That Is What Some People Somebody Would Say To You That Has Been Attacking Everything You Saying And Trying To Discredit You [01:20:25] Grant Smith: On A Case Of Original Jurisdiction Is Absolute And If Morrissey Wasn't Going To Yield They Had To Play The Hand They Were Dealt They Bumped Them They Gave Karen Everything She Needed And More They Guaranteed They Guaranteed An Equittal And They Got Her One [01:20:44] Melanie Little: Eventually But She's Been So [01:20:46] Grant Smith: Damaged [01:20:48] Melanie Little: In The Process And Then All Of These Cases Are Being Signed To Just Gilday Which Is Wild To Me Too And When Karen Reid Filed That Case Against Canton And MSB In Bristol County I Think I Said To Myself And My Chat How Long Is It Going To Be What's The Over Under On How Long It Takes For That Case To Also Get Transferred To Gilday [01:21:08] Grant Smith: You Ever Go Down New Seabury You Ever Spend Any Time Down The Cape [01:21:13] Melanie Little: No [01:21:14] Grant Smith: New Seabury Is Beautiful You Know There's This Place Called Pomponesset And My Family Every Year Used To Go Down Pomponesset It's Very Beautiful There's This Pomponesset Marketplace Turns Out Judge Gilday Owned That The Real Property Of That And You Know Another Thing About Judge Gilday That Blows My Mind Remember We Were Talking About Amelias That Was Owned By A Man Named Marios Mikalakis I Was Because He Is Going To Federal Prison Now It Looks Like He's Cooperating He Actually Took A Bunch Of Like COVID Loan Funds And Stuff Like That But He's Doing 33 Months On A Tax Evasion Charge For Paying His Workers In Cash Now That's Interesting Because Marios Mikalakis Had A Bunch Of Restaurants One Was Amelia's In Marina Bay Which Then It Moved To Stoughton Another Was Alfredo's At 73 To 75 Franklin Street You Know Who Was The Registered Agent And Lawyer For Seven To Ten Years For Marios Mikalakis His Company At 73 To 75 Franklin Street In Quincy [01:22:15] Melanie Little: Mark Gilday [01:22:18] Grant Smith: Correct [01:22:19] Melanie Little: That's His First Name Right Mark Judge Gilday [01:22:21] Grant Smith: Mark C Gilday [01:22:23] Melanie Little: Marios Mikalakis Okay So Oh So Amelia's Was First Located In The Marina And You Know Who Lives In Marina [01:22:33] Grant Smith: Bay [01:22:33] Melanie Little: Is Developed By And Owned By The Guy O'Connell Who Not Just [01:22:38] Grant Smith: That It's The Young Girl Place It's The That Was The Apartment The Top Floor Of That Apartment At The Tip Of Marina Bay Facing Outwards Over The Water Where He Is Alleged To Have Done That With That Girl And She Was She [01:22:58] Melanie Little: I Remember We Dug Into This One Time A Long Time Ago [01:23:01] Grant Smith: We Got A Serious Problem Here In Norfolk County And Listen I'm So Mad At The People Who Patroned Not As A Restaurant But Who Patroned Amelia's I've Seen Some Of The Text Starting To Come Out In This Trial I Know What They Were Doing To Those Girls Who Worked At Amelia's There Was Actually House In Stoughton To I Talked To One Of The Johns And He Told Me That There Was A House In Stoughton A Private House And Amelia's And Basically There Was A Brothel And Now I Mean It's It's All Out In The Open Now So But There Was A Brothel And It Was A Place Where You Could Hire Escorts And Bring Them Or You Could Go There And There Was A Room In The Back Like A Dorm Suite Set Up And Sandra Was Working There A lot They Made Them Work There I'm Pretty Sure This Was Slavery And I'm Pissed I Am F-ing Pissed And I'm Going To Bring Every Single One Of Those Men Down The Johns Frankly The Curious At These People [01:24:07] Melanie Little: Well It'll Come Out Soon Enough I Guess But This Was Wasn't There Also Like A Big Thing That Came Out Recently Where There Were A Bunch Of Very High Level People Arrested For Stuff Like This And That Was The Competition Oh The Competition Were Arrested Okay So The People With The Power Got To Continue Their Operation While The Competing Brothels Were Taken Down That Makes Sense Yeah [01:24:32] Grant Smith: And Then One Other Thing I Want To Run By You Just Because It Blows My Mind And I Can't Understand It So Melanie Maybe You Can Help See What I Did There I Didn't Say Attorney Little Maybe You Can Help Me Understand This So Michael Proctor's Personnel File Was And It Came Out Through A Public Records Request And He Did Work At Emerson College Or Whatever As A Security Guard In 2005 But From 2005 To 2006 He Went To 1200 Crown Colony Drive In Quincy And He Worked At Something Called NJAA Wealth Management Which Is A Private Wealth Management Subsidiary Of State Street Now Why Is That Weird Well Because Between 2006 And 2007 He Then Goes On To Work For United Liquors As An Account Rep And From 2007 To 2013 He Goes Up To Like State Street's Main HQ In Boston And Works There For Six Years Did Michael Did Anyone Ever Mention That Michael Proctor Was An Accountant [01:25:25] Melanie Little: He's An Accountant [01:25:28] Grant Smith: I'm Not You Can We Can Pull These Records They're On Kyle Sharky We'll Have Many There It's His Personnel File I Went Over This You Can Find It In His Personnel File You Boston Police Got Denied State Police In Massachusetts Denied First Time Accepted Second Time While He Was Applying He Was Not A Security Guard He Worked At State Street At 1200 Crown Colony Drive For 12 Months Then United Liquors Then Back To State Street For Six Years This Is All Confirmed It's In The Public Records Documents Why Is That Address So Fascinating And I Can Prove This I Have All The Documents 1200 Crown Colony Drive Is Where Jeffrey Epstein Sent Rent Payments To His Trafficking Victims Around The World I Have The Primary Source EFTA From The DOJ Files It's 1200 Crown Colony Drive It Started As State Street Then They Created A Holding Company Called NJA Wealth Management That's Exactly When He Started Doing His Thing Around Here 2006 I'm Telling Say That Michael Proctor Was An Accountant Who Worked At State Street That Never Came Up Ever [01:26:41] Melanie Little: Somebody Else In This Sphere Also Worked At State Street [01:26:47] Grant Smith: Yeah And I Don't Think That's [01:26:49] Melanie Little: Familiar To Me Was It The Ex Girlfriend Of Aiden Yeah [01:26:56] Grant Smith: And You Know It was A little Weird She Never Was She Actually Ever At Work She Was Tweeting All The Time I Don't Think Michael Proctor Was A Fucking I'm Sorry Effing Accountant I'm Sorry I don't I just Don't That's Nonsense The [01:27:10] Melanie Little: Education His Education Must Be In The File Too Right [01:27:13] Grant Smith: Yeah Let Me I'm Just Going To Get The Google Drive Link Just Because You Wouldn't Believe This Unless You Actually Saw It We'll Do That But Also I [01:27:22] Melanie Little: Can Link The Show Where You Go Over It If You Send Me Link Later I'll Put It In The Show Notes Because Otherwise We're Going To Be Here For Days You And I Both We Just Go Off On Tangents And That's Why I Never Have Any Sort Of You Know Agenda For When We Get Together Because We Just Go In So Many Different Directions Which I Love And Because We Fall In Rabbit Holes But Yeah If You Send To So [01:27:54] Grant Smith: Can't Believe That No One Ever Talked About It And It Goes To My Theory About Jessica Hyde About This Wider Sort Of Situation They The FBI Was Very Interested Proctor Is A Fall Guy The Real People They Seem To Be Interested In Is Brian Tully And John Fanning They The DOJ Seems To Actually Loathe Fanning And Tully So I Think There's Two Law Enforcement Witnesses We Found Out That Are Unavailable Declarants Because They Asserted A Privilege One Of Them Is Probably Divine I Think Tully Is The Other One And The Fact That Michael Proctor Was Like This Weird Sort Of Shady Accountant And Liquor Account Rep At State Street Of All Places For Years Before Becoming A State Cop I Think What We're Looking At Is More Of Like A Private Paramilitary Operation That Just Got Access To These Cops And Part Of It Was Human Trafficking I Think We're On To Human Trafficking Network With Some Of These Financial Firms Creating No-show Jobs Like Classic No-show Jobs To Place Their People Where They Need To Place Them They Don't Actually Work As Accountants They're Enforcers Or They Manage Things Or [01:29:09] Melanie Little: Proctors Education Let's Take A Look At This It Says Provide Information About Schools You Attended So He Went To Canton High Class Of 1997 And That's All He Wrote Hmm Beginning With The Most Recent And Working Back For Schools You Attend In The Past Three I Don't Know That's Weird He Didn't Write Any College But I Think He Did Go To College All Right So We [01:29:39] Grant Smith: Employment Yeah This Is It Like What The Hell 1200 Crown Colony Drive That Is NJA Wealth Management You Can Look That Address Up In The Epstein Files On The DOJ Site You'll Find It Like 100 Times Because It's What He Was Using To Run Rent For The Girls Around The World He Was Paying He Had Deals With Them Where They Had To Get Part Time Jobs He Would Pay For Their Apartments And He Would Kind Of Like It Was Odd Melanie He Would Treat Them Like Daughters He'd Be Like You Got To Get Good Grades In School Or No One's Going To Hire You I'm Not Pay Your Rent If You Don't It Was F'd Up I Was [01:30:13] Melanie Little: This Is This An Apartment Complex 1200 Crown Colony Drive Is It A Combination Of Both [01:30:20] Grant Smith: It Is A Formal Commercial Building And Let [01:30:23] Speaker ?: Let [01:30:23] Grant Smith: Just Get You The DOJ File Because I Think That's The Easiest Way To Do This So [01:30:28] Melanie Little: Let's Look At This First Michael Proctor Unemployment 6 2008 To 1 2013 State Street Global It Says 1 Lincoln Street Boston Yeah Keep Going Down 10 7 October 2007 To June 2008 United Liquors He Was An Account Rep In Braintree Notice Here How They Redacted His Title And Position At State Street Global Which Is Interesting And Then It Says He Left Because He Desired A More Challenging Career He Left State Street Liquors Or Whatever This Is United Liquors Then He Goes Back State Street But He Says He's Been Working At State Street All The Way Until 2013 So Then He Said State Oh Here It Is 1200 Crown Colony Driving Quincy He's A Mutual Fund Accountant [01:31:19] Grant Smith: At State Now If You Look At That I Sent You Two DOJ Files And This Is We Don't Need To Do Any More Research Beyond These Two You Can Open Them Both You're Going To See Bella Klein Epstein's Assistant Looking Into Some Transactions From NGA Wealth Management And You Might Be Like Okay But Why Was Epstein Having His People Even Look Into It Well The Third Link I'm Going To Send You Explains It All A Woman In Vienna Who Was Getting Her Rent Paid By Epstein Was Like Why Did Quincy Show Up On My Bank Statement Well Epstein A Few Months Later Has All His People Like Track This Down And Then We Come To Find Out That 1,200 Crown Colony Drive Is The Private Wealth Management Division Of State Street That Was Moving Epstein Money Around To Pay The Girls Rent And I Have The Primary Source Files That Was That In A [01:32:11] Melanie Little: Second I Just Want To Show Here That 2005 To 2006 He Was A Mutual Fund Accountant At Investors Bank And Trust So This Was Something That He He Was A Mutual Fund Accountant Before He Ever Became A Cop [01:32:20] Grant Smith: And That Is The Weirdest Thing It Is Not Just A Mutual Fund Accountant That Address 1200 Crown Colony Drive State Street Is A Main Building In Boston That Address Is A Subsidiary That Does Private Wealth Management And That's Epstein's Private Wealth Management Part Of State Street And I Can Prove It I Sent You The DOJ EFDA [01:32:39] Melanie Little: Let's Come Let's Go There Next My Rabbit Hole Going Is A Little Bit Slower Than Yours Hold On [01:32:45] Grant Smith: Oh That's Okay I Like Primary Sources So I I We Like Receipts [01:32:49] Melanie Little: Here Too That's Why This Is So Wild To Me They're Like They're Like Grant Says It Has To Do With Epstein And I'm Like I Don't Know That Okay So Wait Which One You Sent Me Three Epstein Links Which One Is It [01:33:02] Grant Smith: Sorry One Second You Want To Start With The Bottom One [01:33:07] Melanie Little: Start With The Bottom One Okay 162 Ending In 162 [01:33:10] Grant Smith: Yeah Sorry I Have A Camera That Every 12 Minutes I Gotta Turn It Back On Or It Gets Made So You Want To Start With The Bottom One That's A Discussion Between Epstein And One Of His Victims And She's Like Why Did She's Speaking Broken English You His Victim So It's From Epstein To The Victim You Gotta Read It From Bottom To Top [01:33:39] Melanie Little: Okay [01:33:39] Grant Smith: So If That Because The Emails Are We're Good So You Can Scroll A Little Bit More Up It's Going To Start A Little Bit Further Up So The First Thing That Happens Is She Says To Him I Don't [01:33:52] Melanie Little: Let Me Just For The Record January 16th Of 2016 Yeah [01:33:56] Grant Smith: So Why Your Stories Are So Inaccurate What Is Quincy Massachusetts On The Bank Statement What Are Your Plans Regarding School I Thought You Wanted A Degree Having Bad Grades Makes It Worse Than None At All Employers Look And Say This Person Refuses To Work No More No Less I Always Keep My Promises You Have Yet To Keep Any I'm Not Sure What To Do About It The What Is Quincy Massachusetts Which Date In My Italian Bank Account I Do Still Have Money But It's The Money I'm Trying To Save I Don't Want To Waste Everything And Arrive At The Point Of Having Zero I'm Still In Rome And I'll Be Back In Paris Tomorrow My Classes Begin On Monday Hope You Are Well So Then We Go Up And Epstein Says Quincy Is On Statement I Don't Know You Like Driving Which You Went To Class School Has Been Years And You Have Done Nothing About It I Don't Think You Should Give Up But You Have Told Me The Same Exact Story Five Times And I Promise I Will I Promise I Really Will This Time I Will Remember If You Don't Have A Paying Part Time Job A Month From Today Our Deal Is Over You Have Lied Over And Over To Me Throw Through Our Agreement Though Our Agreement Was That You Can Tell Me Anything But Cannot Lie You Tell Me About Batman But You Lie About Psychology Grades You Stole Money And Did It Again You Took Money For One Class You Spent It On Another When I Asked About It You Didn't Tell But Like The Cartier Bracelet You I Like It What You Say You Don't Want To Waste It I Guess Paying For School Is A Waste In Your Mind This Is Him Personally Managing The Victims This Is Freaky And So Then We Go To The Now We Go To The Next One He Has His Assistant Bella Klein She's Like Please Reach Out And Find Out What The Is Going On With This Thing I I Think I'm [01:36:17] Melanie Little: On The Wrong One Hold on [01:36:19] Grant Smith: This is the wrong one Probably up at the top Yeah so client services take a look at that address right there State Street Private Wealth Management Services 1200 Crown Colony Quincy Mass now take a look at the next one that this is Epstein's this is EFTA 0136 0148 whatever it just said down there take a look at the next because remember this is Bella Klein Epstein's assistant reaching out to the person at State street being Like why is this Quincy thing showing up on this woman's statement now take a look at the [01:36:39] Melanie Little: Wait here's Bella Klein this one's [01:36:41] Grant Smith: Yep now they trace it down okay and they're like okay we found the source of the wire our guy Arthur at State Street look at the source of the wire you got to scroll up a little bit because it's like a formal wire data look at it NJA wealth management it wasn't states that was just a NJA wealth management was the holding company bada bing bada boom that was the actual wire to pay the victims rent 2750 and if you look up that code Okay so if you look up start vine ver constant gmbh it's the city of Vienna's housing provider for their university she was he was running a he was personally managing the girls personally Epstein was yeah and then he was using State Street these are the NJA wealth management at that exact address to pay their part they had deals with him you would make them sign contracts this guy was crazy this thing was wild And Proctor was just one of the foot soldiers managing the money doing what and then they they try to get their people as like state cops FBI secret service it was a blackmail ring they wanted derogatory videos of powerful Americans that's why it's it screams KGB to me seems KGB SVR [01:37:52] Melanie Little: Oh and by the way you know judge Peter Krupp yeah you want to see something crazy wait where does it say that Proctor was working at State Street in 2016 wasn't he already working for MSP [01:38:05] Grant Smith: Yeah so this operation you just have one example from the Epstein files where they were using that location to send money it started in 2006 the Epstein files go back from 2018 all the way to 2006 it wasn't once That they used NJA wealth management that addresses in there hundreds of times I got it one example Okay got it Um and then something wild because you know Judge Krupp and I'm sure like hasn't your eye raised a few times about him like most people's eyes have raised a few times about him [01:38:35] Melanie Little: I'll give one example um one example of that is when um The uh evidentiary hearing was for Miles King right and and Rosemary Scipiccio got Adam Lally on the stand This was a year ago. This was in August of 2025 Or July of 2025 and Adam Lally was telling us everything and he was on the stand and all of a sudden Judge Krupp pulled the plug on it Let Adam Lally go and said to Rosemary Scipiccio um Can make a chart like make a chart of what it is that you're trying to do here or something? And then it took over a year to continue that evidentiary hearing and get Adam Lally back on the stand Everyone was like hmm and there was something things also with Aiden Carney's case That were very strange that happened with Judge Krupp, but you tell me what your thoughts are [01:39:18] Grant Smith: Sure, so go ahead. I just grabbed a um I just grabbed a DOJ file for you. I added it into the chat if you want to bring that one up Um, that's a name you're so this is a DOJ file. You're going to remember you're going to notice one of those names on the green jet company that Epstein Um owned you're going to notice a familiar name. Isn't that interesting? Okay, hang on It's a breakdown of the investors in the company It's called green jets and notice the date is 2010 into 2011 All right, let's take a look at and I think this is 6e material by the way Oh, no, no, you missed the list go go top. You don't go up the list of people right there. What name do we? Oh, who's that? All right, this is uh people who own shares in what now? It's called green jets. It was one of epstein's like holding companies take a look at green jets and earth jets [01:40:15] Melanie Little: They were the same back to 2010 You have to notice that green jets additional information hi todd book value 675k Bs attached b slash s green jets and earth jet are two separate legal entities There are 1.7 million shares Uh ownership split below. Okay, so these are the owners [01:40:34] Grant Smith: Of the company epstein bought so go ahead and take a look at them And their equity breakdown. Oh, who's that? That's our friend peter Krupp Now, you know what peter krupp was doing in 2010 in 2011 [01:40:47] Melanie Little: I research that every shorts the same judge crop [01:40:50] Grant Smith: Yeah, do you have a new york times subscription? I do Uh, you want to click that link in the private chat because guess what peter krupp was doing in 2010 in 2011 [01:41:01] Melanie Little: I cannot even believe that your rabbit holeing is this stellar. Oh, i'm good at what I do. I used to be a librarian. I like microfiche I got a microfiche. Oh, the microfiche was the best you always had to have somebody come and help you with it with the um [01:41:23] Grant Smith: With the machine you know who that you know who that person was [01:41:26] Melanie Little: Yeah Really at which library Redacted redacted okay fair enough Come on man, I have a subscription. Why is it doing this to me? Oh, you want me to do the gift link? Hold on. No here it goes. I mean I can just put it put it into way back just a little bit one second [01:41:54] Grant Smith: If it doesn't work because it's so old I put the gift link in the chat and it'll open automatically. I know I have one [01:41:59] Melanie Little: But it's just I guess maybe it's under google. I don't know. It's too uh Oh, you know why because I think I was in an incognito browser Maybe this whole weird thing with like Stream ride makes you use an incognito browser or it freezes and everything [01:42:27] Grant Smith: So the link that I sent you in the private chat the second new york times link will open in uh incognito incognito because it's a gift link And it does tie this all up very nicely actually [01:42:41] Melanie Little: Okay, here we go Spy swap forced prosecutors into balancing act. Okay, and then we're gonna just want to control f for peter krupp [01:42:52] Grant Smith: Because the actual articles long talks about Very intense like political pressure on the doj now Would you like to just read the whole section about peter krupp and who he was meeting with in 2010 and 11? [01:43:04] Melanie Little: Let's see the case moves so swiftly that peter b krupp the lawyer for one of the russian agents detained in massachusetts said He first learned of the outlines first learned the outlines of what later became the plea deal Not for prosecutors, but from a russian official in a jailhouse meeting in plymouth mass Mr. Krupp said he called a prosecutor Asking for confirmation of the terms of the deal and was left with the impression that the prosecutor himself was unaware of the details It's my feeling. Mr Krupp said that the defense team the prosecutors and the court were all pawns In this negotiation [01:43:36] Grant Smith: Oh direct contact with russian government officials point nine percent ownership of green jets brothels I wonder if we're on to a blackmail network that the kgb was using to divide america Shocking and control it shocking. I know private paramilitary forces. I read arthur kessler dark arthur kessler's darkness of noon I know what it looks like that's how I got these baskets They're the worst intelligence operatives ever and they're committing treason and i'm gonna get them [01:44:04] Melanie Little: You are you're gonna get wow this was july 6 of 2010 [01:44:10] Grant Smith: I told you exactly the same time he My guess is that was his pay listen, this was a russian blackmail off I know it seems ridiculous and on its surface, but when you actually look into the surreptitious video recording the brothels The involvement of these folks epstein in particular in stowton who why would jeffrey epstein go to an ikea in stowton? Ridiculous, right right there were receipts on that. Yes And so the only reason The only reason he would do that is because he was personally managing a drug trafficking human trafficking network And freaking terrifying is that the money was not in the girls Okay, they barely were alive the money was in the blackmail if you have a video of a judge sleeping with a prostitute The judge is going to do whatever you say [01:44:56] Melanie Little: I mean this is ripped from the headlines. This is like something that svu i i've watched every seals every single episode of every single season of law and order svu Because mariska hargis is like my queen and elliot stabler is my everything and I love chris maloney too. He's great But the these are the stories that you watch on television I mean this is ripped from the headlines [01:45:17] Grant Smith: Bob dylan said I take my songs right from the newspapers again. All I do is change the words This oh, sorry one second. We'll get me back. This is the kind of thing This is the kind of thing that unless you saw it First hand unless you saw the documents unless you lived that you would not believe could happen in this country It's why there's so much tension about this nobody can just come out and say what's going on because it involves people selling out our country They didn't do it necessarily intentionally. They got caught up blackmail perpetuates itself This was an intelligence operation and by the way to tie this into I know something that you were hinting at earlier That's why there's such vociferous Subversive tactics to control the overton window and destroy people who get too close to this familial alienation smear campaigns the dark arts propaganda Stealing information hacking all of this is the hallmark of hostile foreign state actors running intelligence operations domestically And if you don't think it's possibly not you, but folks don't think it's possible. You're crazy This is the hallmark of a foreign sponsored private sort of like blackmail network that now listen if you don't believe me there was a cambridge ring in massachusetts That got busted working for the russians like in 2014 and then it kind of went quiet All right, this stuff went quiet for a long time. They are here that when they fight wars against us Do you know what the kgb and svr strategy is to destroy a country? Induce artificial extremism in politics. Hello splc and all these random people in alligator costumes running around it lindsey clancy trials All right, and then you induce um sexual perversion Okay, you create blackmail and you destroy the society from within republics last two to three hundred years They know we're on the precipice of collapse And this is what they were going to use to push us over the edge and all of the people in power are so embarrassed by it That they're hoping this will just go away and i'm disgusted in them I'm going to find the people that knowingly partook in this operation knew it was the russians and did it Anyway, and i'm going to make sure they're held federally accountable for treason because they sold my republic out They damaged generations of children. This is worse than anything the catholic church ever did mark my words Wow, the catholic church has a lot of sins from crime and solicitations to repair at least they updated canon 904 so that It's once again required to report violations of the sacrament of penance to local civil authorities, which means police too Okay, but these people know they refuse to reform and make no mistake The only reason that this is happening that justice is happening is one because of sandra birch more two because of john o'keefe three because of fall of you And four because there was enough political will across two administrations including under president trump whose Wife first lady melania trump personally whipped and passed a law Under which farwell's being charged for the murder of sandra's unborn baby. That's a new law first time It's ever been tried and because of us attorney leah foley and because this fundamentally in massachusetts ties back to the democrats That's the only reason this actually got done This is a very dangerous thing that we all stumbled onto and it's why so many people were targeted with such vitriolic tactics It wasn't that any one person in this network was powerful. It's they all had a mutual self-interest in going to the mat a hundred percent Anytime one of the people higher up basically told them listen, it's all on the line Everybody was part of the machine [01:48:47] Melanie Little: You know, bob dylan also said When you ain't got nothing you got nothing to lose [01:48:54] Grant Smith: I think there's another quote that i'm gonna have to actually read out because one of my favorite concerts ever Is bob dylan at the philharmonic hall, you know bootleg series volume 6 on october 31st 1964. Joan biaz grew up in my town Her dad was a harvard professor. Oh, I love that [01:49:12] Melanie Little: Um, they're making me change my password. Why are they doing this? [01:49:16] Grant Smith: Uh, that's annoying. Um, so I want to get you the full quote. Okay, and it's this okay Where is it? Where is it? It was in the performance from that night and bob dylan adapted it a little bit And it's like a three-line Um, it was actually abraham lincoln who said it originally it's talking world war three blues. Okay, the um live version from 1964 And he says um, he does an homage to lincoln about how you can fool some of the people some of the time And he adopts the quote to this Um, abraham lincoln said you can fool some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time But you can't fool all of the people all of the time Bob dylan said that You can be in your um, you can be in my dream if I can be in your dream. I said that [01:50:18] Melanie Little: That's fantastic This is like giving me hassles, but apparently the transcript is up [01:50:26] Grant Smith: Of what the openings? Yeah, the transcript to the oh, I want it. Give it to me now. I know I gotta get it right now [01:50:31] Melanie Little: Here's the problem. The problem is they want me to change my stupid password. No, no, we're gonna own the first [01:50:35] Grant Smith: No, we're gonna own the forensic room live right now. I'm logging into facer. We're doing this right now. We're gonna own them Let me get it [01:50:42] Melanie Little: They just didn't update and they want everyone to change their password and that's no [01:50:46] Grant Smith: Oh, no, no, we're gonna do this together. This is the moment get ready forensic room [01:50:51] Melanie Little: We could do a dramatic reading. I'll be one a different. I'll be one Are you gonna be able to read it on your thing? I got it in my seat on your phone. Okay, hold on Let me let me get it though, cuz I'll pay for it. Hang on Keep talking while I'm doing this Keep talking. Hello, I'm back my internet. No, just keep talking. I'm trying to stop us attorney little my password. I know they are They don't want it in here [01:51:19] Grant Smith: This is a rush. This is a race Uh, uh, I got it. I got it. Okay. Hold on. I'm downloading. It's gonna cost three dollars. I got it Okay, uh, well, I'll give you the three dollars No, don't worry about it. Okay, here we go [01:51:34] Melanie Little: I remember I got to I got to log in once without my password and uh [01:51:39] Grant Smith: Is this really going to be the transcripts of openings? That's what kyle said. This could be so epic. Kyle's such a kyle Kyle's a kyle [01:51:48] Melanie Little: Do you remember south park? Season 26 episode? I forget which one maybe episode two is the worldwide privacy tour of harry and megan from canada Uh, and I reference that all the time when i'm talking about the haas defendants and the haas plaintiffs because They want this worldwide privacy tour and it was like harry and megan of canada Going around and um, you know doing every interview they could possibly do on television worldwide [01:52:13] Grant Smith: My um, best memory of south park in canada is blame canada [01:52:21] Melanie Little: Just so that we i'm gonna scroll through the rest of the witness list so the people that are watching can uh can [01:52:27] Grant Smith: You're gonna get to you all are going to get to watch an epic moment because if meg kennedy's name is in this transcript Those forensic room people are going to eat a lot of crow [01:52:35] Melanie Little: Look, she's on the prosecution witness list here. She has meg kennedy Okay, heidi kelch wait, is that melt matt kelch's Wife Remember matt kelch was higgins friend who let him go there and use the kiosk at the fbi So there's also a heidi kelch that works for the fbi [01:52:54] Grant Smith: Okay, attorney little I sent you the Um, I sent you opening ladies and gentlemen if this opening says meg kennedy Let me just tell you they are about to eat a lot of crow i'm going to scroll through it myself. I'm going to control f meg kennedy [01:53:20] Melanie Little: Oh god, it's counselor. Would you like to do a dramatic reading? [01:53:24] Grant Smith: I got to get to oh, please tell me this is not just the doj opening. Please tell me it's the defense opening, too [01:53:31] Melanie Little: Let's see it's 40 pages, which means it's only about 40 minutes [01:53:37] Grant Smith: So, okay, it has the defense opening, too. I'm reading it now [01:53:43] Melanie Little: This is how we do it in real time folks Hold for sirens This is so great because we we didn't hear the openings you did but now we have the transcript and I guess they ordered it in order to attach it to their motion Holy police activity [01:54:25] Grant Smith: Yep, looking for the part where it says self-harm [01:54:34] Melanie Little: Are you ready for it? I was going to ask you what kind of music you listen to [01:54:39] Grant Smith: Me? Oh, Bob Dylan or a lot of techno stuff. Yeah [01:54:47] Melanie Little: Grant smith ellis's venmo is in the right-hand corner of your screen. This was filed uh, today October sec uh 12th 2026. I need to go off camera for one second. Give me one second [01:55:17] Grant Smith: I think this is a rush transcript But I found it Because the name meg kennedy's in there, but it's line 12 It's her counselor that you will hear from said her first s attempt was in her early teenage years That's not what she said She that's not a full quote. It was actually like school counselor. And it was okay. Where are you? What page? It's like this is a rush transcript, but this is where it was said it's line 12 Page one around 1124 so it's going to be page 30 or 40. It was this exact line She didn't say her counselor because that would have been ambiguous. She said meg kennedy Uh, it's page 30 or 40 line 12 her counselor that you will hear from she didn't say Her counselor that you will hear from she said meg kennedy her counselor that you will hear from said her first Early teenage years. That was exactly when it happened. This is a rush transcript But that was exactly when it happened [01:56:16] Melanie Little: But maybe they didn't name her on purpose. Maybe that was intentionally think of that [01:56:20] Grant Smith: But no why I know this is a rush transcript is my ears only perked up because she said her council is she said either Her counselor meg kennedy or meg kennedy her counselor who you will hear from and I was like wait They're going to hear from meg kennedy That's what made me say that but yes, that's exactly where it was That's a certain line late page 30 line Well, here it is and and the reason why this might be rushed is she didn't actually say her counselor She said her school counselor And she said meg kennedy before it oops [01:56:59] Melanie Little: She had physical and mental health issues social and emotional issues through school her counselor that you will hear from Said her first suicide attempt was in her early teenage years [01:57:10] Grant Smith: Yep, and right there and it wasn't just me who heard it. It was i'm pretty sure I don't want to cite to people who heard it. There's a guy in the courtroom who heard it I think towel girlfriend has the name in her notes. It was at that exact moment She didn't just say ambiguously her counselor. She identified her witness by name [01:57:29] Melanie Little: There may be a reason why they didn't put it in there hang on for one second [01:57:33] Grant Smith: I can't speak to that all I know is that's the moment it happened [01:57:37] Melanie Little: Wow Let me pull up Do you want to do you want to do a dramatic reading of the openings with me? I'm not sure which side do you want to assign me? Um, you could be the defense i'll be the prosecution since that has your favorite line in it hang on one second [01:57:51] Grant Smith: Oh god help us [01:57:55] Melanie Little: I mean, I feel like you know most people who are on youtube are like Frustrated actors, right? We like performing or we wouldn't be doing this, right? And we will pull up the transcript for verification purposes Set that down put this up Here it is folks. This is the actual transcript of the actual opening statements from the united states of america Versus matthew farwell Clerk says All rise Court Entered the courtroom Court is in session. This is miss cummings. I think her first name is tori uh grant Is her name tori cummings are you practicing your lines back there? [01:59:06] Grant Smith: Yeah, no, I just didn't want any background noise to break into your reading. Oh, no worries. Okay. Got it [01:59:14] Melanie Little: Thank you your honor. Could you please ask the jurors to take out their screens? Oh, so tell me this grant Uh, they each have like individual tv screens in front of them in federal court So the jurors each have individual screens that was the biggest thing that I noticed [01:59:30] Grant Smith: Was different they have not just individual screens They are heavy screens that fold out of their armrests and fold over in front of them all of them individual screens [01:59:39] Melanie Little: So it's like um being in first class of an airplane or being at the um the club at the at a rangers game Let's just say in the vip section. They all have individual screens. Okay, here we go Uh, special shout out by the way to mrs parks And uh, kathy from gossip rumor and innuendo for um, I appreciate you very much. Thank you miss cummings. Thank you your honor. I'm just waiting for the screen share This is sandra birchmore On february 1st 2021 sandra was excited about her future She was 23 years old dreaming of a career in nursing And of becoming a mother and on february 1st of 2021 sandra was on her way to accomplishing this goal Sandra was on her way to accomplishing these goals her goals The evidence will show That on that day she was in her first adult apartment on her own chatting with her friends surfing the internet and working on completing her nursing school application requirements And she was absolutely thrilled to be about 10 weeks pregnant The evidence will show that sandra had no idea that the defendant matthew farwell decided she would die that night You will hear that as the snowfall began to fall that evening and the defendant knew he had to be at the hospital the next morning with his wife Who was scheduled to give birth to their third child by a c-section? The defendant knew he had a real problem The defendant's problem was that he had committed multiple crimes and he was worried the authorities might find out The evidence will show that when the defendant was a 27 year old stout in massachusetts police officer He had sex with sandra when she was 15 years old He was supposed to be mentoring her in an after-school program run by the police department But instead he was having sex with her when she was underage That Is a crime But he didn't stop there The defendant continued to meet sandra for sex over the next eight years often when he was on the clock And supposed to be working as a police officer lying to the town of stouten by saying you're working when instead you're off having sex It's a crime You will learn that during those eight years the defendant was committing crimes involving sandra The defendant worked hard to keep sandra quiet to make sure nobody would know about his crimes But as sandra got older and started to understand that the defendant had victimized her The evidence will show that she started to tell people about it And when the defendant found out that was happening he knew he had a problem The defendant had to solve this problem. He had to get rid of it The evidence will show that on february 1st of 2021 the defendant strangled sandra to death She was pregnant with a baby boy who also did not survive After the murder the evidence will show that the defendant staged sandra's body to make it look like she had died by suicide He placed her body in a seated position on the floor next to a closet door He tied a duffel bag strap to the door handle of the closet with the other And tightly around her neck I'm sorry with the other end tightly around her neck in an attempt to make it look like she had hung herself The evidence in this case will not only show that the defendant murdered sandra The evidence will show why he murdered her He killed her so that she couldn't talk about what he had done to her or with her The defendant is charged in count one with killing sandra who was a victim of and a witness to his crimes in order to prevent those crimes From being reported The evidence will show that the defendant's conduct while sandra was alive involved coercing And enticing her into sexual activity when she was a child using his position of authority as a police officer To deprive sandra of her right to be free from sexual contact with an adult when she was a child And defrauding the town of stoughton by claiming to be working as a police officer when instead he was having sex with sandra In count two the defendant is charged under a law involving the protection of unborn children He is charged with causing the death of sandra's unborn baby boy A baby she very much wanted and a baby the defendant believes was his child And a physical manifestation of his crimes You will learn that the defendant first met sandra after she enrolled in the stoughton police explorers program in 2010 He was a police officer and her instructor in that after-school program Here's a photo of some of the kids in the police explorers program Sandra is the littlest one On the very end She was 12 when she started the program The stoughton police explorers program aimed to instill structure and discipline and provide role models to kids who needed it most And sandra was one of those kids Sandra struggled in school She was diagnosed with adhd and received special education services She was a little different from the other kids and she had trouble making friends Sandra was raised by her mother denise and stoughton sandra had no siblings She never knew her father and she and her mother had very limited means Her mother had serious chronic illnesses At times her mother was on an oxygen tank Sometimes she was completely immobile Sandra's mother enrolled her in the police explorer program with the hope sandra would find structure and positive role models And you will hear that sandra loved the police explorer program she continued in that program through high school She spent hours at the stoughton police station. She was enamored with police officers She met some more positive role models for her. She also met the defendant You will hear that in october of 2012 the defendant sent sandra a friend request on facebook inviting her to connect with him outside of the police explorer program She was 15 He was a police officer and her instructor in that program In 2013 when sandra was still 15 years old you'll hear that the defendant began to tutor her at a local library And during those tutoring sessions the defendant began to normalize sexual contact with her He started by touching her then putting his fingers inside her body And then on april 10th of 2013 earmuffs He put her penis inside of her body She was a 15 year old child This that is statutory rape and that is a crime In this trial you will see many text messages recovered from sandra's phone and her laptop There are over 40 000 messages on those devices between the defendant and sandra In one of those messages the defendant tells sandra that the day he took her virginity when she was 15 was the best day of his life And he told her that all I wanted to do was eff you baby She acknowledged and you got that his response was I know but I wanted it so much sooner The defendant told then told sandra I absolutely would have effed you in 2012 In 12 in 2012 when she was 14 Turning 16 I mean turning 15 Are you outraged yet? You will hear that the defendant continued to have sex with this vulnerable teenager throughout her high school years and beyond He made her feel special gave her the attention that she craved and as a result sandra developed a strong attachment to the defendant She would often tell him that he was her best friend And throughout all those years you will learn that the defendant didn't tell other people about his sexual Activities with sandra not his co-workers not his twin brother not his close friends The evidence will show that the defendant deleted all of his text messages with sandra from his phone And instructed her repeatedly to make sure she deleted their communications from her phone to eliminate Evidence of his crimes you will also hear in this trial about the nature of the defendant's sexual activities with sandra They involve domination Him dominating her They involve causing pain him Causing her pain they involved Grape fantasies him Graping her For example The defendant texted her you know my favorite is r-word And then he made clear that the r-word Is grape I love it when you try to say no and I pin you down Their sexual activities also involve strangulation him strangling her you will learn that the defendant discussed strangling choking or grabbing sandra's throat in at least 20 communications Here are just a few examples that you will see during trial He texted her Quote Grab you by the throat and rip your pants off and i'll grab your throat And say you won't say a word to anyone or you'll be sorry. I'll grab your throat and say trust me. I'll do whatever I want The evidence will show that because the defendant had a history of repeatedly grabbing and squeezing sandra's neck and throat on the night of the murder He knew sandra would allow him to put his hands or strap around her neck and she wouldn't suspect that he was going to kill her You will hear that like many victims of child essay sandra had struggles in her teenage and early adult years Her mother and grandmother both died in 2016 when sandra was 19 years old and sandra grieved them deeply Sandra was diagnosed with depression and anxiety when her grief was really bad in 2017 when she was 20 years old She wrote a journal entry expressing dark serious suicidal thoughts That was almost four years before her death You'll also probably see that she sent some text messages to friends Including the defendant expressing feelings of sadness and hopelessness Sandra's first sexual experience involved a crime You'll learn that the rest of her life was impacted by the defendant's abuse When she got older sandra had sexual relationships with other people including the defendant's twin brother You'll see text messages showing that the defendant and sandra broke up on several occasions But they always communicated afterward and would resume their sexual relationship You will also hear that when the defendant was grooming and continuing to have sex with sandra for years He also got married and a family of his own He married in may of 2013 just a month after taking sandra's virginity And by 2019 he and his wife had two children You will hear from multiple witnesses that sandra had talked for years about wanting to have children to be a mom And in 2019 when sandra was 22 years old She told the defendant multiple times she wanted him to father her child because he was her first sexual partner and her best friend In 2020 when sandra was 23 she wanted a baby more than ever and as sandra got older and became more independent The evidence will show she started to understand what the defendant had done to her She started to tell people in bits and pieces her history with the defendant That he had sex with her when she was under age and he was her police officer instructor And that he was continuing to have sex with her when he was on the clock and supposed to be working You will hear that one of the people sandra told was a man named joshua heal And on october 5th of 2020 when sandra was 23 years old Josh heal told her that the defendant was going to be a father again Just not with her The defendant's wife was pregnant with a third child due in february of 2021 You will see that after hearing this news from joshua heal sandra immediately texted the defendant for about his wife's pregnancy Quote you have baby number three on the way and don't lie about it And if the answer is yes, i'm telling her what you've been doing. I don't care Or you can give me a baby Not my choice because I know for a fact she is and she's due in february Sandra told the defendant she was going to expose what he'd been doing unless he agreed to give her a baby too Over the next several hours sandra who is 23 years old at this point made clear to her friend josh heel that if the defendant would not give her a child She would disclose what the defendant had been doing The last almost 10 years She was going to expose his crimes When josh heel asked sandra what do you think he will do sandra said not my problem He took my virginity before I was 16 Evidence will show that sandra gave the defendant an ultimatum He had to give her a baby or she would tell people what he had been doing for the last Almost 10 years and that he took her virginity before she was 16 when he was her police officer instructor Sandra knew that was a crime The evidence will show that on that same night october 5th of 2020 around 7 pm when the defendant was on the clock supposed to be working He met sandra in person and told her that he would agree to her ultimatum The defendant agreed to impregnate sandra in order to silence her to prevent her from disclosing his crimes You will see text messages from october 2020 between the defendant and sandra confirming he had unprotected Vaginal intercourse with her on days. She was most likely to conceive a baby to keep her quiet But she didn't get pregnant in october The defendant thought he was off the hook but you will see that defendant that sandra told him That they had to try again in november and when sandra didn't get pregnant in november of 2020 She told the defendant they had to try again in december You'll see text messages showing that she kept changing the terms of the deal She kept asking for more the evidence will show that the defendant was not happy about it But he was trying to appease her in order to keep her quiet In december of 2020 the defendant again had unprotected vaginal sex with sandra on days She was likely to conceive in order to try to get her pregnant And on december 28th of 2020 sandra got some of the best news of her life She found out that she was pregnant Sandra tried to get in touch with the defendant all day to share her exciting news When he didn't answer she sent him a text message of a photo of a sign she had made Congrats We're going to be parents The evidence will show that sandra and the defendant both believe that he was the father of her baby particularly Because they had purposefully had unprotected sex On a day in december that she was On a day in december that she had likely conceived After but after sandra's death that was determined that the defendant was not the father of her baby You will hear that at no point In the hundreds of communications the defendant had With sandra about her pregnancy did he ever deny or doubt paternity of the baby He did however make it clear that he was not happy about her pregnancy After she sent him the congrats sign he texted her quote You are truly the worst person on the face of the earth Sandra got the pregnancy She had long wanted but the evidence will show the defendant did not want that baby He reacted with violence The defendant went to visit sandra on december 29th the day after she told him that they were pregnant He was on the clock and supposed to be working when he went to see her And after he left sandra texted him telling him he had scared her She told other people who will testify in this trial that the defendant had put his hands on her that he grabbed her phone Out of her hand took her laptop from her and shoved her Sandra was about five feet tall at that The defendant is six foot four For a few weeks after that you will see evidence that the defendant became cold towards sandra at times He was trying to distance himself from her but at no point did he deny that he was the father of her baby And the evidence will show that he was continuing to meet sandra for sex during those weeks She continued to make demands of him she wanted him to be there for her and for their baby to sign the birth certificate to buy clothes for the baby and to agree to spend parts of the holidays with their baby For eight years the defendant believed he had maintained sandra's silence But then on january 20th of 2021 about three weeks after sandra found out she was pregnant Something happened that made the defendant understand he had not maintained her silence On that day january 20th a friend of sandra's made a call to the stoughton police department where the defendant worked You will learn that in in that call the friend said that matthew farwell was having sex with sandra birchmore When the dispatcher who answered the phone told the defendant about this call the defendant was enraged He told the dispatcher not to tell anyone about the call and to never mention it to him again The defendant knew sandra was a victim of and a witness to his crimes he had sex with her when she was a child He was still meeting her for sex when she was supposed to when he was supposed to be working And now someone was reporting that sexual activity to his employer the stoughton police You will see evidence that the defendant texted sandra after that january 20th call Dude your effing friend called my job sandra what the f you also told me that no one knew about us Yet she claimed we're effing Like you have no idea how bad it is what she did But how does she know anything about me? I literally can't believe this is real life Like what else do I have to worry about now? What other friend will do something tomorrow? 12 days after the defendant sent those messages sandra was dead The evidence will show After that january 20th call the defendant realized all of his efforts to keep sandra quiet hadn't worked It was no longer a matter of whether his crimes would be exposed. It was a matter of when He had lost control of sandra. He had a real problem. He needed a way to silence her permanently So he started to plan her murder After that call you will learn that the defendant changed his tune. He started to be kind to sandra He lulled her into feeling safe so that he could kill her He made her feel optimistic about their future together so that she would not expect it when he strangled her to death You will see text messages that sandra sent to friends after january 20th telling them the defendant had done a complete 180 He stopped arguing with her. He brought her ginger ale for her morning sickness Less than a week before her death sandra noticed the defendant inspecting her closets And her bathroom and she found that weird enough that she started texting multiple friends about it on january 24th of 2021 She texted one friend But like last night, he opened my closet door for something and then he went into my bathroom looking at my bathroom And then I have a dolly in my living room and he asked why I had it. It was just really odd. He started like looking around. I don't know When a friend commented that was weird sandra said yeah, it was really weird Same day. She told a different friend He asked me if I'd give him a key and said if I keep it a secret, he'll be around and see them and all that So it's somewhere then he looked in my closet and then the bathroom, but I don't know why I haven't figured that out Eight days later her dead body would be hung from that closet doorknob In this trial you will learn from many people who knew sandra well that in january of 2021 She was absolutely ecstatic about her pregnancy She told over 85 people that she was pregnant She showed her her ultrasound photo to many of them In the month before her death you will hear that sandra booked a maternity photo shoot made plans for her gender reveal Researched baby names reached out to baby shower venues and asked photographers about prices for newborn photo shoots She obtained baby items like onesies a car seat a stroller She focused on her health taking prenatal vitamins making prenatal appointments Actively corresponding with her ob gyn drinking lots of water monitoring her exercise She also took care of her mental health going back on an antidepressant medication that she was prescribed in the past to help her anxiety and depression She made sure this is a medication that was safe for pregnancy. She actively monitored side effects Talked to her ob gyn about them And you will hear all the steps sandra was taking to ensure a healthy pregnancy to protect her unborn child There was one thing one person she could not protect her unborn son from The defendant Sandra was a victim of and a witness to his crimes She had used that to get him to impregnate her and even after he gave her what she wanted A pregnancy she was starting to tell people And what friend was he going to have to worry about next? She could end his life with the information she had so He was going to end her first Evidence will show that on february 1st of 2021 The defendant was out of time his wife was scheduled to give birth the next morning via c-section And because it was covet he wouldn't be able to leave the hospital for several days He could not control sandra or her response when she learned about the baby's birth You'll also hear that a nor'easter blizzard was predicted for february 1st and 2nd That year closing schools offering the potential that it might be a few days before a body was found So matthew farwell made sure that monday february 1st you will hear Would be sandra's laughs day alive Due to the forecasted storm the school was where this Due to the forecasted storm the school where sandra worked as a teacher's aide closed early She went home to her apartment around 12 30 pm that day She took a picture of where she parked and sent it to her friend But she had asked to shovel her out to ensure she could go back to school the following thursday When it was scheduled to be back and would reopen a day she was planning to be alive Sandra had arranged for things help with things Like shoveling or cleaning out her cat litter to ensure she could stay healthy for the baby She was carrying a baby. She had all intentions of delivering When she got to her apartment sandra searched online for an emt course She uploaded a form to massasoit community college admissions and paid 106 dollars to take an entrance exam for their nursing program That was scheduled for the following saturday a day. She believed she would get to experience That afternoon sandra also texted and facetimed multiple friends at 4 43 pm She ordered food and went downstairs to the lobby of her apartment to pick it up just ever after 5 pm This is a screenshot from her surveillance video of sandra's apartment building that you will see during the trial You will learn that the time stamp on the video was about 13 minutes ahead of the actual time Sandra was wearing blue leggings and orange zip sweatshirt and black socks She would die in those clothes later that night Then just after 5 30 pm because it had started to snow sandra went outside to dust snow off of her car Here are a couple of screenshots of her coming back inside Notice here that sandra's hair is on top of her head in a bun After that sandra would never leave her apartment again about four hours later She would be dead That evening she continued to communicate with multiple friends ultimately Sending or receiving almost 600 text messages that day You'll learn that was pretty typical for sandra multiple witnesses will say that she was always on her phone Texting everybody about every detail of her life And during this time this day on february 1st she was also texting with the defendant She told him about an early baby shower present she got in the mail that she was really excited about She asked him at 7 46 that evening if when they found out If they were having a boy or girl if he would buy an outfit for the baby to wear home from the hospital Less than two hours later She would be dead Between 8 and 9 p.m. In her final hour sandra searched for baby shower venues She searched for children's furniture and bookshelves She had a 25-minute call with her best friend who will tell you she sounded normal At 9 07 p.m The defendant texted sandra he asked her Are you still up? After she said yeah he asked Okay to come by for a second She said yeah you can come say hi you okay? Then she told him doors open when you get here That was the last text message sandra would ever send The last messages she sent anyone ever were messages welp welcoming the defendant into her apartment Telling him the door was open for him Three minutes later at 9 13 p.m. Sandra's phone locked She would never unlock it again The evidence will show that about 9 14 p.m. The defendant and entered sandra's building Again, the time stamp on the video is about 13 minutes ahead You will hear from multiple witnesses that the defendant was actively opposed to wearing a mask During covet even when it was required And here he is coming in from outside with nobody else around with a mask on and his hood up About 29 minutes later the defendant left sandra's building again With his hood up and his mask on even though nobody else was around The evidence will show that in those approximately 29 minutes that he was inside the defendant murdered sandra by strangling her He put a duffel bag strapped tightly around her neck He killed her by putting pressure on her neck and blocking her ability to breathe That's called asphyxia And then the evidence will show that in an attempt to cover up for what he had done He moved her lifeless body and left it on the floor seated underneath the closet door handle He tied one end of the strap around the door handle Leaving the other end wound tightly around her neck The evidence will show that the defendant was counting on the fact that the vulnerability sandra had that made it possible for him to groom and grape and abuse her were the same vulnerabilities vulnerabilities that made it possible for him to murder her and stage it as a suicide People would see a vulnerable girl tied to a door handle and assume suicide Maybe they wouldn't even bother to investigate her death as a homicide and you will hear he was right Three days later When sandra did not report back to work after school reopened law enforcement found sandra's dead body You will learn that they found her body in a seated position reclined back tied to that closet door handle with her position I'm sorry with her hair chaotically tangled in the strap that was around her neck A necklace was broken down the front of her chest There were scratches on her nose and her chin consistent with her face struggling Against a surface There was no s note The girl who told everyone everything about her life left no note Sandra's cell phone which had stopped moving when the defendant was still in the building Was face down on the floor just out of her reach Her glasses were in the middle of her unmade bed There were bobby pins spread across the floor and her flip-flops were oddly upside down near her body State police officers working in the norfolk county district attorney's office in a unit that was called Norfolk seapac crime prevention and control were in charge of investigating sandra's death Because sandra died in norfolk county Despite all of the evidence that sandra did not take her own life You will hear that norfolk seapac did very little to actually investigate sandra's death The evidence will show that not only did they not investigate They very quickly told others including the medical examiner That this was definitely a suicide and there was no foul play They told the medical examiner no need to treat this death as suspicious Oh great you have a line there Ms. Stevens object [02:27:59] Speaker 4: Oh objection [02:28:01] Melanie Little: Overruled About after a half an hour of this opening statement You now know more about sandra birchmore's life and her relationship with the defendant than the medical examiner knew when she made her initial ruling about how sandra died The medical examiner will tell you that when she made her initial ruling She did not know at the time of sandra's death the defendant believed she was pregnant with his child That days before her death the defendant found out she was starting to tell people about their relationship The relationship that involved him committing multiple crimes for years The medical examiner did not know that the defendant had routinely strangled sandra in the past And the medical examiner did not know that the defendant was in sandra's apartment when her phone stopped all activity Based on the information she had in 2021 the medical examiner ruled sandra's death to be A suicide After sandra died a flood of her friends and colleagues reached out to nofix c pack and told officers that sandra birchmore was not Desiring to take her own life She was very happy about being pregnant and she'd been dating a married stoughton police detective named matthew farwell who was not happy about the pregnancy Armed with the information about sandra's lack of suicidality and the defendants clear motive and opportunity to murder her You will learn that the nofix c pack investigators decided to conduct a hastily arranged unrecorded Interview of the defendant in a local school parking lot They didn't ask for his phone or his dna they didn't inspect him for any injuries And you'll hear that over the course of that interview the defendant told investigators multiple lies lies that were provable as false to anyone who had an interest in fact checking The nofix c pack investigators Did not The defendant you will hear that the defendant Then held on to his phone for three days You will hear that after that he allowed nofix c pack to search it only for messages between himself and sandra But there were no messages between himself and sandra left on his phone The defendant had made sure those were deleted before he handed it over You will hear that one of the only other people who nofix c pack proactively called in the days following sandra birchmore's death Was the defendant's twin brother billy farwell Billy's experiences with nofix c pack will provide you with insight into how they conducted their interviews You will see that this interview was also in a parking lot Investigators told billy that sandra's death Was an s that nothing was criminal that they weren't investigating and that they needed an investigation like they quote needed a fucking bullet in the head And the evidence will show that norfolk c pack investigators made good on their word to billy farwell They were not going to investigate No one would be in any trouble They closed their investigation without getting a single search warrant without attending sandra's autopsy You'll hear in the years that followed sandra's death after another law enforcement agency the fbi gave her death more than a cursory glance The medical examiner changed her opinion The medical examiner was no longer certain That the information she had been given in 2021 was complete or valid And you will hear that today sandra's death certificate no longer says suicide The medical examiner changed her ruling to undetermined Evidence in this trial will enable you to make a determination about the way sandra died And the evidence will show it was a homicide a premeditated homicide In this trial you will hear from dr william smock He has treated thousands of live patients and been involved in the autopsies of thousands of decedents He travels the globe training law enforcement and others on asphyxia related deaths and staged Scenes and he will talk to you about certain aspects of sandra's death that show it was a homicide Not suicide In addition to hand sandra's hair being tangled in the strap the abrasions on her nose and on her chin Dr smock will tell you about a u-shaped bone in her neck that was broken And you will learn that it takes a lot of force to break that bone It's incredibly hard for someone to break that u-shaped bone in the neck from a seated position reclined position There's not just enough there's just not enough force And in people under 40 years old like sandra this u-shaped bone bone is still flexible and even more difficult to break Dr smock will tell you he has never in his 40 years experience seen someone as young as sandra fracture their u-shaped bone from a seated position Dr smock will tell you it's far more common to see that u-shaped bone broken in homicidal strangulations When another person is pressing inward on the victim's neck You will hear that both dr smock and the medical examiner talk about an injury to sandra's right upper chest They both determined that this was an injury that sandra got at or near the time of her death Here's a photo of the duffel bag Strap that was around sandra's neck It had a lobster claw shaped clasp And dr smock will tell you the injury on sandra's chest was an imprint of one of those lobster clasps being forcefully pressed into her chest You will also hear [02:33:30] Grant Smith: Counsel two minutes two minutes [02:33:32] Melanie Little: Thank you your honor you will also learn that the fbi got a search warrant for the defendant's dna And a lab compared his unique dna profile to the dna from the portion of the strap that was used to hang her A forensic scientist will come and tell you about the dna results and how the results are explained in terms of the statistical likelihood Of two hypotheses number one that matthew farwell is included as a contributor on the strap number two matthew farwell is not included as a contributor The forensic scientist will tell you it was 6.2 trillion with a t trillion times more likely that matthew farwell is included as a contributor On that strap that was around sandra's neck All of the scientific evidence will corroborate what you will hear from the many witnesses who will testify at this trial About their personal experiences with sandra These are the people who knew sandra best and they will tell you even in times she was very sad She did not kill herself and on february 1st of 2021. She was happy and excited for her future They will tell you that she never would have harmed her unborn child And while you're here you'll hear about hundreds of searches on sandra's phone and computer for baby items in the days and weeks before death You'll also hear there was zero searches on her devices for ways to take her own life Or for how someone might kill themselves by hanging from a doorknob while seated on the floor On the day she died the evidence will show that sandra spent almost her entire day Planning for her future a future the defendant would not let her have When the defendant killed sandra He also killed her unborn son a son that she had prayed for nurtured and protected Over the course of this trial you will see how the defendant counted on the fact that people would write sandra's death off as a suicide You won't be able to You Won't be able to The evidence will compel you to convict at the end of this trial We will ask you to return the only verdicts consistent with the evidence Guilty on both charges [02:35:31] Grant Smith: Thank you Now there was no break but I think we should take a break one because I have to go to the bathroom and two because people Oh Okay The sad thing about federal court is because there's no break no one gets to digest everything they just heard immediately We go to defense openings also Um in defense of my honor while i'm getting ready to read the defense opening i'm gonna have to prepare myself for this How is matthew farwell's name spelled f-a-r-w-e-l-l first name sorry [02:36:01] Melanie Little: oh m-a-t-t-h-e-w right how was it spelled in that transfer Well I didn't I didn't notice because I was a cold read for me, but here I mean here it is spelled with a tt right here when when the defense starts or opening [02:36:17] Grant Smith: Yeah, but up a page Well, how's it spelled? Oh, there's one t, yeah I think there's a rush transcript and the reason why yeah, i'm not coming to either conclusion i'm not coming to any conclusion about anything but i'm um while you were reading your opening which I did hear I was thinking about two things um did I do a good job relaying it and Obviously we I want to talk about the substance, but I even took that so I just want to think Yeah, go do that Just tell you what I'm thinking about Did I do a good job relaying I that quote I nailed the quote about the bullet in the head Um, but what has me like like going out of my mind is I I know when I hear something and I did not mishear counsel say sandra's counselor As meg kennedy. I I just didn't I was listening. I was paying very close attention and I was tweeting in real time Is it possible? That the she misattributed it and the record was corrected. I don't know But I just want to let you all know I was thinking about that the whole time is it How did that name and we're going to see it in the defense opening meg kennedy? How did is it possible that I could have seen and heard that defense lawyer stay up there? Stand up there Identify the witness by name and then state what she was going to say and then not see it reflected in the transcript It makes me feel Oh, like i'm living in crazy land like you're being gaslit like you're being gas But I wonder Well, it makes me feel One did she actually say that but mean another counselor now sandra school counselor her adjustment counselor? Was meg kennedy meg kennedy's on the prosecution witness list Um, the other thing it makes me think is and i'm not belaboring this but was this a rush transcript? It was she was walking around the defense lawyer. The prosecution was standing at one spot at the mic the defense lawyer was walking left to right She happened to be saying that part while she was walking towards the gallery. I was watching her do it But i'm also not questioning my own memory because I just read the transcript and it didn't say the name made kennedy So anyway, my point is that's where my brain was at even though I was reading that great uh listening to you read that great opening I'm sure other people were listening to it and like what we're like wow, that's a hell of an opening Yeah, that's what the courtroom was like One juror at least I didn't see it during this part of the opening. I only saw her reaction a little bit earlier was in tears um What we call friend juror had lost her smile that I mean you could have heard a pin drop in that room at the end of that opening It was shocking to me how quickly judge casper moved along the um openings to um defense counsel. I thought there would be like a breather Oh, no, she we immediately went like you could hear a pin drop and then it was like miss stevens and miss stevens Just to set the tone before I go to the bathroom and then come back She stands up to begin her opening and puts her arm on matthew farwell's back [02:39:20] Melanie Little: I'll be right back. It's creepy. Wait grant One thing I gotta tell him before i'll tell him it says okay. Okay. I'm look look at the top of my highlighted It says rough transcript right at the top Rough. Thank you angela for pointing that out All right, I was so involved with my character. That was a cold read by the way I broke this to us live [02:39:38] Grant Smith: Yeah, so i'm telling you folks now can go out there and confirm this this is not a formal transcript if if My brain got that wrong i'll be the first one to say it but I was doing it in real time I have a very good ear. I my ear is so good unless they turn up the white noise at sidebar I can hear people talking at sidebar from hundreds of feet away through the white noise They have to turn it up all the way clerk margaret knows what's good She'll see me looking and be like. Oh, damn it. Grant can hear she turns this with stuff way up Clerk margaret was so smart. That's why I wanted to be the secretary of commerce. It's a rough transcript. My honor is not [02:40:14] Melanie Little: Wait, is margaret in federal court now? Wait, did margaret? [02:40:17] Grant Smith: No, I was referencing how back in state court. So this is a new technology [02:40:22] Melanie Little: Go use the bathroom before you get a uti or something. Go go go [02:40:24] Grant Smith: No, but my point is clerk margaret did leave norfolk superior court So potentially I can make her the secretary of commerce. I'll be right back [02:40:31] Melanie Little: We love margaret. We love margaret. Wow, that was a cold read. So what do you think cold read? Um I guess we don't emily said she didn't hear them say meg kennedy. I highlighted that before Uh, so we'll take this off until grant comes back and then when he comes back i'll put him back up It's it would it would have been hard. I mean I read for what probably 40 minutes I mean and it would be hard, but he I thought he did a great job. Um, live tweeting I think Chat mom lynn says uh, uh, you mel congrats grant on 20 000 subs love the collab did he hit 20 that's amazing Tk says our federal prosecutors different than the state prosecutor. Yes. Are they more experienced more educated or none of those? Um I mean listen federal court is [02:41:23] Speaker ?: I mean listen federal court is [02:41:23] Melanie Little: At a higher level than state court and so I don't specifically know what their Level of experience is Uh, it's a different training. It's a different system It's a lot of things are different about you know, be a great person to ask that question to is um mark bettero And so they could be both they could be more experienced they could be more educated. They could be maybe less depends It just depends. Thank you d that's a great. That's a great question. Thanks for your 20 Different system here's the crash dad. He says the love the collaboration god hold and bless you melanie throughout this time. Thank you for being here for 20 months I appreciate you so much and simply stacy. He must have saw this because uh, she says grant share with everyone where you discovered Michael proctor was employed before msp brought him on board State straight. He is an accountant a mutual fund account Grant what time would you suggest to be at court? I'll i'll save that for later Um, maybe someone in the chat can tell you. Oh, okay. All right [02:42:27] Grant Smith: That's time to be at court. Um, so if you want to get in the public gallery You have to be there before 7 30. They don't honor the line outside You have to go inside and stand on the fifth floor and be one of the first 40 people or you can't go in really [02:42:43] Melanie Little: interesting [02:42:45] Grant Smith: And they they don't take a sign it so what's really weird and actually this is a good public service announcement No matter how many people are in line, please let sandra's family and mizzy up to the front so the way they do it is The guy just stands there and says okay, all of you stand in a single file line We don't check you in for the public. Um, please discuss among yourself what your order is going to be So they're just like you all deal with it And then everyone has to line up and there's all these like fbi agents and like federal marshals and all this stuff And they just stay in there and look at you all and then they're like, okay Make your line And then you make a line and then eventually someone will go up to the front and be like, okay barb and mizzy if if they're not at the front They'll be like barb and mizzy are sandra's like family and busy's from the justice for sandra page and the people at the front will be like, okay And then barb and mizzy stand in front and then the next 38 people after them get in [02:43:40] Melanie Little: Tell everyone who barb and mizzy are in case they don't know and they're near the gate [02:43:43] Grant Smith: Barb right is so wonderful. She has designated herself auntie barb in my chat So we call her auntie barb. She's sandra's cousin. She's wonderful. Um, she's just the sweetest woman You'll ever meet and if you watch her interview, um, it's actually on my youtube channel It's a nice moment of levity Actually, if you'd like to hear her reaction to the prosecution opening Barb spoke to like 40 media outlets like she was sitting with her friend in a coffee shop I don't know any other human in the world like and now listen, you know And I know some very good lawyers and so lawyers are probably the best position trial lawyers to do press conferences Even they need to actually kind of like think about it Like what questions am I going to get what if I get this question from this reporter? What am I going to say? How do I want to talk to this reporter? Has anyone pissed me off recently? Am I going to ignore anyone? You got it's an art form to do a press conference barb The easiest way to come across authentic is to be authentic. She gets up there And she just oh very earnestly the most honest Reaction you will ever hear and she delivers it without a rush tone. She this is one of the first times she's done That with a full scrum i'm talking 40 cameras Plus me and she stood up there for four minutes didn't like waver her voice didn't quiver it didn't break She didn't speed up. She spoke at a normal tone. She looked over at steve cooper from channel 7 was like hi cooper How you doing? She looked at the nice man from channel 10 nbc 10. She was like, how are you? She looked at me. She smiled like and she was just talking casually It was the greatest thing the most composed performance i've ever seen anyone do and sandra Her cause her baby her name was thus put up on the news in this way That looked like someone who had practiced pr for 40 years was getting up there and like decimating the defense is opening Maybe we should save the comments for after I do the defense opening read Because sandra's cousin barb just gets up there. I was like, yeah, that was all nonsense Just nonsense. So Oh, I can't hear you [02:45:53] Melanie Little: Because I muted myself. Um, okay. Um, this is a cold read by, um, grants with ellis boots on the ground journalists slash Juris doctor Um, so you're a doctor and i'm a doctor. We could also be called doctor We could all be called doctor because it's a doctor of laws quite frankly Um, this is from the joint temple bar From the rough transcript of the uh federal trial of matthew farwell that has been just released moments ago an hour ago Maybe and this will be the defense opening as read to you by grantsmith ellis [02:46:29] Grant Smith: Yes, and I get to give the disclaimer that this is a rough transcript and may not be accurate to what was actually said in court So this is starting on page 27 or 40 for those of you who have the document Um, and here we go Matthew farwell is a man who had an affair He's made regrettable mistakes. He's human Matthew farwell did not unalive sandra birch more He did not wait [02:46:57] Melanie Little: You can say kill let's say kill just just try not to say the suicide word just say take your own life because What happens on youtube is that? Um, if they hear the word the s word too many times they think we're promoting it and somehow teaching people how to do it Then they shadow ban us and then no one will see this video So kill is fine. I say kill all the time. I care about kill the f word. I rarely say then I hate it But I felt like in that one sense it was worth it. All right [02:47:21] Grant Smith: No, and I will I will give this disclaimer uh for any of the folks listening or the bots listening or otherwise the per this is a doj Um, uh published on the federal court record trans Script of an opening a court trial and we are covering this for the purpose of raising awareness and informing people About the various machinations in the legal process and critiquing and also commenting on these various legal filings So i'm going to start again and here we go from south um, so Matthew [02:47:58] Melanie Little: You have to ask permission to speak ready uh back to one and thank you counsel counsel May it please the court. Yes [02:48:07] Grant Smith: Matthew farwell is a man who had an affair He's made regrettable mistakes He's human Matthew farwell did not kill sandra birch more He did not I'm walking over to the jury now. I started at a council table. Okay. I'm in standing in front of the jury This is going to be a difficult journey that we all take together It's hard to hear evidence of mental health struggles And challenges and sadness and obsession Despondency and self-harm The government portrayed sandra birch more just now as happy and excited She's a 23 year old young woman On january 31st 2021 We have a window into her mind And the evidence will show that she texted Matthew farwell I'm sorry I'm needy Today And I don't feel good At 5 25 pm She texts It's okay I'm hoping I feel better after dinner I just need to eat 6 41 At 6 41 pm She texted matthew farwell Can we talk tonight for a little bit before I go to sleep? Can I text you tomorrow before the snow comes? The nor'easter the government mentioned Like the one we had last weekend This time with snow 7 35 pm Sandra texts I took my medication Just to let you know So I may be asleep by the time you reply to me I ate and feel better though 9 0 2 pm Sandra texts I wish you were here tonight Sad face 1 28 am She texts I keep waking up 7 18 am I couldn't sleep last night I kept waking up 7 50 am Sandra Birchmore searches on safari What color is the self-harm ribbon? This is February 1st The day we're talking about What color Is the self-harm ribbon? 8 18 pm Sandra texts Can we talk this morning? 10 41 I'm kind of stressed out And freaking out 11 22 am Can you visit me tomorrow before work tonight? 11 32 Nine minutes later I'm feeling better 11 32 56 And I just am today It's a struggle I wish you were with me Can you visit me when I get out briefly? Can we talk later tonight when it switches over if I'm awake and not tomorrow? I'm super stressed out today 5 52 We saw the snow in the excerpts from the lobby 5 52 Please be careful I fell tonight Sandra Birchmore says I fell tonight There will be evidence of that 7 36 pm I'm sorry 7 47 pm She calls up images From the internet Of a young man Being grabbed by other people on a bridge And it says People holding tightly To a man trying to commit self-harm 7 55 pm She pulls up an image Looks at it Can I die just for a day? I just want to see who will cry when I'm gone And then the text exchange 8 19 Excuse me 9 0 7 pm Matthew Farwell responds to this volley of texts that you just heard me read Are you still up? Yeah Okay to come by for a second? Wish you can come over and say hi You okay? You asked if I could come over Sandra Birchmore, smiley face Doors open when you get here Okay That's a window into her mental state As this is all happening Sandra Birchmore had spent Thanksgiving alone Christmas alone She had no family She's pregnant Mid-January You will see the text where she is looking up I'm spotting during pregnancy I'm spotting at six weeks There's an emergency room A hospital visit And she tells the friend I was gushing blood And on this day In the series of texts I was reading you She's looking up cramping at nine weeks She's worried She's stressed out She's freaking out She's pulling up imagery of self-harm What we say is in no way In no way Meant to harm the memory of Miss Birchmore Or her memory to her family But these are facts That you will hear That she was alone at the holidays Sandra Birchmore began taking psychiatric medicine At the age of six And continued on and off throughout her life At the age of six She had physical and mental health issues Social and emotional issues through school Her counselor that you will hear from Said her first self-harm attempt Was in her early teenage years You'll hear from experts who describe risk factors for self-harm Risk factors And she will tell you that none of us None of us who fear our loved ones might commit self-harm Can pick the day or time Or it wouldn't matter It is a shock and a sadness And there are risk factors And what we have learned in preparing this case Is one of those Two is pregnancy The biggest one is prior self-harm attempts And she had one in her early teenage years And then in 2016 she lost her mom She lost her grandmother And she was dating a young man named William Kilroy in 2016 And she has texts with him that say You have stopped me from self-harming myself But ultimately they broke up And after they broke up William Kilroy will tell you that he swore in an affidavit That she threatened self- Line [02:54:59] Melanie Little: Objection Objection Objection Overruled [02:55:03] Grant Smith: Overruled Oh, go ahead [02:55:04] Melanie Little: But Councillor Miss Stevens You understand the nature of the objection? [02:55:07] Grant Smith: Yes, your honor She threatened self-harm And to blame me Mr. Kilroy After the death of her mother Ms. Birchmore lived with her mother's twin sister And her son, Jerry And things were rocky in that relationship And there were times that Sandra reported That her aunt told her to self-harm herself And you should be buried in a dump Ms. Birchmore fantasized in the 40,000 text messages That you've seen a hand-selected excerpt from In the opening statements in the government's presentation About having a relationship That would produce a child to create the home that she never had There is evidence in her journals and her texts Of her hopes and desires Of how she wanted to be wanted To matter She had numerous partners Which you will hear about She had visits to the medical To hospitals To emergency rooms And about her unquenchable desire to have a baby And you heard from the government That in the first few weeks of learning she was pregnant She'd already told 84 people She's booking a photo for a baby While she's spotting during pregnancy And while this is happening Walls are closing in She's having financial struggles She's borrowing money from friends Friends are beginning to call and say I need you to pay me back And you will see that on January 20th Her bank account balance was $2.90 And the rent was due February 1st The stresses that are swirling around her are mounting And this trial will take you through a journey of science Because make no mistake The burden of proof rests right here At this table throughout The government bears the highest burden known under the law Because the charges are that serious They must prove to each and every one of you Beyond a reasonable doubt That the charges that they levied against Matt in this case That they've proven them And the first part is whether he killed her And he did not And we're going to talk about science in a moment from the scene But the second part of that If he did so And he didn't That it would have been done to prevent A communication of a federal crime To a federal law enforcement officer And you will hear none In fact, Ms. Cummings pointed to you The one thing they could point to you in the opening That she might tell his wife Make no mistake His wife is not a federal law enforcement officer More importantly, Matt Farwell did not kill Sandra Birchmore And when we look at the science Let's look at what happened The medical examiner from the office of the chief medical examiner here in Boston They are solely charged with declaring cause and manner of death Cause and manner of death That is their statutory obligation And Dr. Maria Capomartinez declared her death to be a self-harm Not that day of the autopsy Not the week of the autopsy Not the month of the autopsy But after she reviewed the evidence And after she reviewed the body of Sandra Birchmore To determine what happened And to fulfill her statutory obligation to the citizens of Massachusetts And she declared cause and manner of death to be a hanging and self-harm Three and a half years later The federal government begins to look at the case And a half years later They consulted And you will hear this A lieutenant colonel from the armed forces medical examiners group Lieutenant Colonel Zoe Sundell She looked at the file of the medical examiner That was passed to her by the government They gave her the information they wanted And the notes of the FBI from that meeting reflect that she said I have no evidence to contradict this [02:59:25] Melanie Little: To contradict the medical examiner's conclusion of self-harm [02:59:41] Grant Smith: But they didn't stop They went on and hired who you heard about Dr. Smock He's not a medical examiner He's not a pathologist He's not trained or board certified in pathologist [02:59:56] Speaker 4: And what's the difference? You will hear the pathologist in this case testify that they are trained and qualified to determine [03:00:04] Grant Smith: Cause and manner of death if it can be done And they understand what happens after a body is killed to that body And I don't want to get graphic in the opening statement But she had been there for four days And early decompositional changes were noted that affect the way the body looks or looks in a photograph They are the experts qualified to determine cause and manner of death And what the medical examiner found was a single ligature mark with the furrows matching the position In which she was found Not two strap marks Not one across this way Or changed as they contend the body was moved One that lines up with the position on the doorknob And that tremendous pounds of force that they talked about We will call an expert who will tell you, Dr. Garvin, seven pounds of force Seven pounds of force can break that little u-shaped bone And when someone commits self-harm with a strap around their neck They shake as they die They will tell you that they can impulse as they die And you will see x-rays that Dr. Capo Martinez had done That showed the buckles of that very strap positioned here Right against the area where the break in the hyoid bone occurred That's another, there's another thing The notes of Dr. Capo Martinez Trained to conduct forensic evaluations Gone to medical school Knew to note this Did not note a hemorrhage at the site of the break in the hyoid bone Why is that important? She will tell you, the experts will tell you If a hemorrhage isn't documented around the break It happened after death The first officers on scene noted that she was seated That the clothing that you saw her wearing That's what she was wearing Those tight leggings were on and pulled all the way up She had the sweatshirt on She had a shirt on They said there were no drag marks in the carpet The apartment was generally in messy condition They documented cat hair Cat hair undisturbed at the scene There was no evidence of a struggle There was no evidence that the body had been dragged Her pants are all the way up That if she had been dragged pulled those leggings down Those people first on scene Trained officers will come and tell you Trooper Dunn will tell you that he saw the body He saw the scene and he made no notation of a struggle of any kind And furthermore that tragically as a law enforcement officer he has seen self-harms He has seen seated self-harms They call them partially suspended Science Miss abby may you pull up the dna The forensics The forensics that were done in this case Many of us like to watch forensic files other shows about forensics and think we know Trust me you're going to learn a lot in this case from experts okay [03:03:08] Speaker 4: And we encourage you base your judgment only on the evidence you receive in this courtroom From the witness stand but forensics what they examined was dna [03:03:20] Grant Smith: And they checked they took swabs they took samples from under miss birchmore's fingernails They checked two different spots of pieces in her underwear that were where that she was wearing at the time of death And they checked the ligature and one thing you will learn from the dna experts when i touch this chances are I just left dna and if i shook your hand we would exchange dna and if i say Go like this it could transfer to here That's called transference of dna Another thing so if [03:03:56] Speaker 4: The next slide please abby Matthew farwell was totally excluded from the material under both of miss birchmore's hands There were no they're too tiny to z there were no cells there was no evidence of his dna from either of her hands And recall zo sundell you would scratch you would claw you would try to get that ligature off [03:04:22] Grant Smith: The next slide please the left hand A single source and that is the kind of dna that can declare a match it's called single source It becomes much more complicated with a mixture we'll talk about that in a moment But the single source on the left hand sandra birchmore only so her own genetic material was found under her left hand fingernails Under the right hand a mixture of two contributors and matt was excluded The dna scientists will testify that matt's dna was not under her right hand but two people's were And the next slide there is a little harder this is a little harder for me to see we're getting into the complicated part In the underwear and experts will tell you what all these terms mean Don't worry str testing and why str testing but here's what to take from this The interior sample of the underwear showed a mixture of four contributors including male dna The non-sperm fraction of the str testing again this will all be explained in the trial a mixture of two contributors Including male dna and why str testing a mixture consistent with two male contributors Next slide please The underwear exterior sample str testing of the sperm fraction of the material left on the exterior of the underwear A mixture of three contributors Including male dna three four In the other the strap around her neck the ligature a mixture of four different contributors on it including male dna And the ystr testing mixture of at least four different male contributors I'm going to show you this for a brief time go ahead abby And to take it down and i'll return to that point Mixture evidence you heard some odds that were calculated at the end of a process and it's a comparison of two hypothetical [03:06:40] Speaker 4: Two hypotheses and then what number comes out of a computer And an expert will describe to you in this trial if we took four cans of campbell soup four different cans and we put the letters g t a and c the wondrous part of human dna is that we were all composed of those four simple building blocks the letters g t a and c We pour that into a single pot from the four cans and then there's a mixture and for somebody to come and pull out this g and say [03:07:21] Grant Smith: That one belongs to matt and that t and say that one belongs to the second person and that a belongs to this fourth person And try to reconstruct whether it's at whether it actually belongs to a single contributor cannot be done mixture evidence is never evidence that a single person was in fact included in the mixture okay There's a principle to watch for in this trial as you hear about the dna The last photo that i showed you miss birchmore was wearing an apple watch on her wrist at the time of her death Apple watches contain health data and heart rate data and so surely the government looked into that apple watch before they Indicted matt for crimes this serious. Do you know when they looked at the apple watch? this monday this monday matt farwell met voluntarily with law enforcement and he told them i went there to break up with her i told her that's not my baby best the timeline doesn't work up work out it's not my baby and sandra herself texted friends matt is denying paternity she knew he went over there and he said that's not my baby and he left and he blocked her from his phone and when he met with the investigators he gave them consent to search his phone for evidence related to the death self-harm of sandra birchmore gave it to them when you saw the pictures of matt farwell that the government just showed you did you notice his hands were bare he's clearly on a camera a lobby camera there's snow in his hood on his hood and he's wearing a mask which is what people having an affair might do he is a trained detective with the stoughton police department his hands were bare and as he was leaving when you saw his bare hands are in his pocket leaving the building back out into the snow at the scene where her phone was her laptop matt farwell broke up with sandra birchmore and said it's not my baby and in an impulsive act of despair she took her own life at the close of the evidence we are confident that you will find and if any one of you finds that the government has not met their burden of proof or reasonable doubt then you must acquit matt farwell and we are confident that you will [03:09:47] Melanie Little: return a verdict of not guilty okay i did my absolute best thank you counsel you did such a wonderful job okay that's the end of the transcript but this is this ending sentence is a big bone of contention for the government if any one of you finds that the government has not met their burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt that you must acquit matt farwell that they're looking for um a curative instruction on that right and for one other thing that wasn't [03:10:10] Grant Smith: too far up here which oh they want it on six things let me see if i can get you the motion from last [03:10:17] Melanie Little: i have i have the motion i just don't want to we i'm going to do that i think in another stream [03:10:23] Grant Smith: oh thank you that that one made them mad and she really did i think a lot of people were asking me why i felt confused that's that transcript first of all does have errors there's stuff in there that doesn't even make sense um she was though that confusing there was no theme she was just going like that like it was there was no break it was so confusing disjointed it it's like time travels and [03:10:49] Melanie Little: it question for you what what could be more egregious no question for you what system do they use in this federal court uh room to transcribe is it an old-fashioned stenographer who's typing it yeah [03:11:04] Grant Smith: steno on a shorthand keyboard okay all right with an audio recording to make a formal transcript on appeal or something but this was clearly a rough transcript there were typos some of those sentences at one point she just says science and stops what do you think they're trying to get out with the bare hands hands were bare it seems to make a big deal someone trying not to leave evidence would wear gloves and then the thing that got that really made the government mad was that they were implying that sandra thought she was going to lose the baby no the government has um evidence from a health appointment on january 24th 25th 2026 that sandra the baby was healthy heart rate of 146 everything was good [03:11:47] Melanie Little: sandra and baby were healthy wow this is it's just mine and he and he would and go with the [03:11:54] Grant Smith: self-harm and he got him yeah he got in trouble for the last sentence because that's wrong if one person finds him not guilty they don't all have to acquit that's a blatant misstatement of law um that's nonsense that is the result if one of you but she said it wrong so it she made it seem like if one of you fines are not guilty you all got to vote him not guilty but that's not how it works um and then deliberations for a reason she also got in trouble because she lied and this is why i wanted to play barb's quote uh barb's video and then also that motion when you review it you're going to notice um the government accuses farwell's lawyer of lying there is no text where sandra says that matt's denying paternity there is no text where sandra says she's like seriously bleeding and by the way those two cashed things that they say she brought up on instagram nope nope it doesn't say she viewed them at all and in federal court in the first circuit you can't use an instagram cache to say that someone looked at it it's not enough evidence so the defense i hate to correct you because you're so like everything is it's cash cash cash yeah what if i'm a french what if i'm part of the french resistance in [03:13:14] Melanie Little: 1944 that's why i say dalbert because it depends on and i say voir dire because that's the way i was taught in law school right you might have had a professor that taught you a different pronunciation of daubair and voir dire but it is cash right chat back me up just just you know because you are oh yeah 100 percent on point on everything else today so with regard to one thing not only do you win [03:13:39] Grant Smith: bonus points there but you have done proud the people of france and boozy beauty is the unofficial queen of france i'm going to take over northern france and rename it norman towel don't tell them i'm [03:13:49] Melanie Little: coming i love all things french i i love everything french uh let me see there's some questions for [03:13:55] Grant Smith: you in here oh go ahead i'm happy to answer i wanted to know what you thought of the defense opening though because i thought it was disjointed spastic completely confusing there the transcript is to in the defense of the defense lawyer i'm sure some of you were like oh my goodness like does this woman know how to speak no there's missing stuff in there she didn't just say the word science and stare at them but yeah if you're thinking it was disjointed it was worse in person she was all over the place [03:14:23] Melanie Little: so i'm interested in your thoughts and she also is apparently very touchy-feely with matt farwell and the way she's calling him matt throughout and uh so like your observations of her touching him hugging him as and she is also i understand like smaller than he is and he's six foot four and it's sort of like giving the impression that you're like look he's a big giant teddy bear he couldn't hurt anyone i'm not afraid of him let me rub his back let me put my arm around him let me hug him because you know he's not a scary man he reminds me of rex german long island serial killer who's also six foot four to six foot six uh who eyewitnesses described as an ogre uh did you ever get a look at his face and [03:14:59] Grant Smith: does he is he ogre like to you no train killer from the military train killer six four three hundred absolutely built um in a prison like tan prison federal suit he looks kind of meager in a like real civilian suit he looks like he would swing at your iota and take you down and kill you before you [03:15:21] Melanie Little: hit the ground he probably could have done this with one hand i'm imagining right i mean she's five [03:15:27] Grant Smith: or ten i thought maybe five somewhere between four ten and five feet five two she is small he is [03:15:33] Melanie Little: his hands must be enormous our tax doll oh stop our tax dollars wait our tax dollars what our tax dollars [03:15:43] Grant Smith: trained him to kill in the military and he used it to take her life it's disgusting yeah i found [03:15:49] Melanie Little: that they're opening to be way too dna heavy like you didn't have to get into the trillion this trillion that you could have just summarized your results whatever a lot of computers maybe not him blah blah blah you didn't have to like it was too technical and it was not a cohesive story um [03:16:04] Grant Smith: now does everyone understand why i thought i was a campbell's soup can she literally was like okay [03:16:09] Melanie Little: you're all campbell's soup cans and by the way if you're going to use that metaphor or example why not say um you know we have cream of chicken over here cream of mushroom over here tomato over here and chicken noodle right here why would you go with letters after that it makes no sense we have we have [03:16:24] Grant Smith: the best built-in example the usa is often debated as if it's a melting pot or a mixing bowl we have [03:16:31] Melanie Little: the best possible built-in example for that yeah yeah uh and also the no drag marks like who say that he didn't in there you know and because his dna was found in her underwear and that's gonna be a hard thing for them to get over like he wanted to get one last one last nookie in before he took her life that's what it feels like to me oh and by the way part of their play you know yeah on the prosecution's [03:16:53] Grant Smith: opening what did you think of how hard they went at tully's unit they named them and shamed them yeah oh did i no you got it yeah they named they named him direct they didn't say they didn't say tully fanning but they said c-pack which is the precursor to the spdu and they basically said these guys did not do anything like you jurors learned right now more than they told the me they didn't investigate this that i mean how is that not a trial within a trial it's exactly what i said they're going for [03:17:26] Melanie Little: it is and listen this is a jury uh who understands who probably watched the karen reed trial and they're going to recognize these players and in fact one of them you sat in court said that they didn't trust carino and that he doesn't do a thorough job and you know i i just that's what i believe that's my opinion everyone in massachusetts was paying close attention to the uh state murder trials of karen reed karen reed was tried twice for second degree murder in the state matthew farwell was tried zero times for a state murder and the state and the commonwealth of massachusetts and um for the idiots out there who say that well there's a reason why they didn't bring charges because the feds did understand that mike uh this guy i'm getting nothing matthew farwell was walking around free for three and a half years before the feds arrested him three and a half years he thought he got away with it for three and a half years and all that time the state did nothing they did this much they did squita oh yeah why would they bring you know charges it would be redundant uh remember luigi manjone manjoni they brought state and federal charges against him so give me a break this the federal charges are harder to prove because they have to show that she was going to talk to law enforcement about this and that's why they're getting into like his wife is not law enforcement just so you know no not quite so [03:18:47] Grant Smith: that's the motion that they file part of the court you're going to review this eventually the doj explains that the standard is only that there was a possibility that the communication may have reached a federal law enforcement officer she didn't have to and oh by the way the even more intense thing the government only has to show that that was part of farwell's motive that he thought the communication might get to some kind of higher level law enforcement it doesn't have to be his full motive they got him dead to rights even though it's a tough charge but your point stands they could have charged him with murder which is in the original jurisdiction of the state police they never did it was a cover-up and this trial is partially i think an opportunity to get some of these state troopers on the record which is why they're prosecution witnesses and they're going to be like what did you do why was your because they're not going to let the state police's cover-up tank their case they're going to be like you failed you were bad we got you we picked up your slack now tell us why you did it on the record under oath assert the fifth if you want to brian tully and robert divine we'll get fanning immunized we'll get carino immunized we're going to get you that's what i think they did fascinating and it all goes down starting this week and i it's you said they have questions [03:19:59] Melanie Little: so i'll answer as many as i can yeah well it's getting dark over there i know um any correlation with proctor's ex-father-in-law worked for the fbi says calla lily thanks for being here 29 months [03:20:08] Grant Smith: oh that is very interesting and the other thing that's very interesting i don't know how to answer [03:20:11] Speaker 4: that but where is my oh here's my phone uh remember you mentioned thank you care bear thank you thank you [03:20:17] Grant Smith: thank you okay did you mention earlier someone from the um what was it someone from the um karen reed [03:20:24] Melanie Little: trial um heidi kelch yes somebody said somebody put in the chat that they are related that it's yeah so [03:20:30] Grant Smith: wife yeah so matt kelch just so folks understand um matt kelch is um brian higgins best friend a special agent with the atf who works at the fbi regional computer forensics lab and the contact that higgins approached to help him extract text message threads from his phone to provide to law enforcement for the investigation into the death of john o'keefe matt kelch previously testified as an expert witness in the 2017 trial for aaron hernandez kelch had examined hernandez's blackberry and said that the missing sim card made it difficult to extract deleted items higgins later destroyed his sim card destroying it at joint base cape cod otis air national guard heidi kelch worked the federal prosecution of david wright who was ultimately convicted in 2017 of conspiracy to provide material support to isis conspiracy to obstruct justice etc etc the evidentiary hearing hearing on november 16 2016 concerned wright's motions to suppress evidence the defense had challenged among other things the government's search of caesars and electronic evidence an appellate brief described challenges involving wright's computers and electronic devices the government's fisa derived evidence and the search of his evra department so very very interesting it doesn't seem like heidi kelch might is a problem but i think people close to tully and fanning and higgins and others tried to get in the orbit of this fbi investigation to keep it under control and you can't control the fbi because the doj if they find out you're doing that they are the fbi's bosses and they're going to come for you oops sorry about that that's okay that's okay i'm hold on i should be back soon enough hold on i got a plan that's all right [03:22:15] Melanie Little: thank you superstition man thank you okay that's great a dog give the 10 you're amazing i had your venmo qr code up for quite a while hope you got some contributions care bear thanks for your 50. oh god bless you all i'm going to go through each i'm going to go through each one on my phone and [03:22:30] Grant Smith: leave a heart and a comment uh god bless you all you're wonderful the cupcakes are great they're so engaged they're so smart you're all wonderful they are smart they really are smart uh deborah haslet [03:22:39] Melanie Little: says okay conspiracy theorists what if john o'keefe found out about all this corruption from the firewall case and that's why he ended up in the snow that night you mean donna mcdemira's [03:22:48] Grant Smith: ia investigation that really ramped up in the fall of 2021 and you mean john o'keefe and karen filming that drug deal in march of 2021 where then kevin albert and sean goody covered up the drug dealer outside john's home yeah you mean john and higgins talking about working girls after the pats lost to the colts on december 18 2021 you mean john and higgins talking about overpaying for drinks at restaurants maybe amelia's let's talk john was on johnny was on to them i know i believe in my heart that a man a boston police officer who took in his two adopted niece and or his adopted uh orphan niece and nephew double orphan and who protected them from that group i don't believe for a second that that officer who's reporting drug deals was going to those bars because he was soliciting prostitutes nonsense anyone who says that is subversively manipulating his legacy he was on to them he was on to them and he thought higgins was somehow involved and i think he told karen and i think karen was helping him and i think karen didn't go to the feds they came to her because on december 6 2021 although it's a little obfuscated in the documents it's there somebody searched that laptop and i think the fbi through donna mcnamara who by the way is also a cooperating federal witness and who got fired basically although she's now on leave for cooperating with the fbi make no mistake that i think what we're going to find out is that donna mcnamara's referral wasn't just for an ia investigation she and sandra's family went to the fbi and they were on brian tully and john fanning before john o'keefe died which means the fbi and doj went to karen not the other way around and everything else in that context was an investigation into this unit and they fell into the trap they worked themselves into a shoot they went way overboard with the turtle boy charges with the karen charges with the rob thompson charges and they did it all under the nose of leah foley and a very ever vigilant fbi and then kate peter wiretapped the fbi with joe warren's help while the fbi was asking questions about tolly and fanning and then i told the fbi about that how about them apples oh my goodness um [03:24:54] Melanie Little: tell tell nikki that she can go into the settings on stream yard into the uh video settings and she can [03:24:59] Grant Smith: up the brightness on you ah you know what it might be hold on you know yeah you're outside in a dark place i get it yeah and it's not just that i think if no matter what i do because i didn't bring my um camera so the best i can do is that that's good i can switch cameras that's all better hi that's me who told you to come after me in 2020 um it was um i'm pretty sure it was kp's people but she didn't do it directly like kp was one of the big people pushing that hayley walbrack was you but of course jason broils was on kp's discord as early as 2019 which means when jewels and that other person came to me i forget who the other account was they were pushing hard they would not stop bothering me they kept telling me that hayley was you hayley was you they and then hayley with [03:25:47] Melanie Little: their that was your bump because it was a bomb lindsey's phone extraction yeah that was the bump [03:25:52] Grant Smith: and you wanted to protect lindsey not just that ken mellow had called me in april of 2024 and was like listen tully me um tully released lindsey's phone extraction without my permission and i'm pissed fuck him and he just told me everything and i was like oh these guys i'm mad i didn't know john o'keefe's death was a cover-up at that point but as soon as i found out that tully fucked ken mellow over on lindsey's phone extraction i was like oh oh floodgates open i'm [03:26:19] Melanie Little: going to the fbi and then i did wow wow because everything they're accusing everyone of doing to them these hoss witnesses is what they've been doing to me and other people since 2024 we got [03:26:35] Grant Smith: we got inadvertently caught in the middle of a war between the doj and brian tully and fanning and all those people around them and they there's a reason why they went after ann paruti and adam deitch and leah foley they are terrified that the fbi and doj while they're charging farwell right now have actually been interested in them all and listen i'm telling you you gangsters don't wiretap the fbi what these people did to the fbi really pissed them off it was not okay they ran game on them they treated them like it was some kind of internet game you cannot wiretap the fbi gangsters don't do that these people thought they answered to no one but god and maybe sean mcdonough and they found out that it was way worse than any of them thought and the fbi will let you because look at what they do to people like don adelson they will let you think you're getting away with your crimes just so they can watch you and the more you fuck with them the more they are likely to run really intense game on you grab 14 years of your phone extraction investigate your entire life backdoor you make you think you're under investigation for one thing they're really investigating you for another and then before you know it the cuffs are on and you've been federally indicted or you roll and you get immunity and you thank god that you're not going to end up in hazelton or wherever the whitey met his end that's the life and they deserve it i want to say one more thing these men and the women who enabled them deserve to feel the same exact way as their victims they deserve to feel that hopelessness that sense of being trapped in an open-air prison listen we are not the soviet union okay we're not going to do to them what they really deserve which is to be put in a gulag but we're going to do the second best thing which is we're going to one stop this nonsense of open-air prisons and three ways out uh death or forced addiction or prison or losing your kids we're done no more human trafficking stop it it's just bad [03:28:35] Melanie Little: hey thank you towel girl i put your qr code back up in the corner so that is grants right now in the [03:28:40] Grant Smith: corner up there for somebody else for it and then this thank you they're wonderful at grant dashi one the second thing i want to say is that um what these men have done i think only god can truly judge them but what they deserve from our society is to be put into a position where they can identify for years on end with the feeling of hopelessness that they induced in their victims and then also you don't have to have sex for procreation but have sex for love sex that's done not for love or procreation is just a drug and if you're doing that you're enabling this culture of blackmail and human trafficking and we can't stop it while you're out there petring it so stop going to brothels go back to your families or at least pay your fucking child support thank you for your attention to this announcement thank you for [03:29:26] Melanie Little: your ted talk uh grant is the head brewer at the tea factory says cal and i will allow it this was a [03:29:32] Grant Smith: crime not an affair cnn had a headline uh their headline was young lover oh it's this yeah they got lit up on twitter for that and i was like have me on had judge irk judge carol irksine the wonderful judge irksine lit up cnn about that me too i was like that is nonsense he groomed abused her s8 her as a child why what are you trying to normalize ebophilia cnn i have some questions who's running that [03:29:59] Melanie Little: operation ted turner would be ashamed right closing thoughts because i want to let you and uh nikki go [03:30:06] Grant Smith: have a nice steak dinner yes i will take her to dinner and we have to be we have to be at federal court early we got i know god god bless you all so first thank you all for your support um thank you melanie attorney melanie little for being you and for all of your hard work um secondly um god bless all of you i think there was a lot of effort artificial control dramas smears attacks infiltrations of your personal life doxing threats and worse all to make sure some of us would not ask questions about this state police unit and their habit over years oh damn wait don't forget your [03:30:45] Melanie Little: thoughts because you're frozen false criminal you said over years wait we lost you after you said oh it's been going on over years and then start from there if you can remember as to false criminal [03:30:55] Grant Smith: charges cover-ups abuse of the vulnerable and hoping that just sheer force of will folks would not stand up for folks like sandra birchmorner unborn baby or rob thompson or turtle boy or karen or otherwise but it came to a head because of this justice department because of president trump across multiple administrations but it's president trump and his doj that made this happen don't you ever forget it and because of people who just would not let sandra birchmore or her unborn baby or john o'keefe's name be said for the last time people die twice when their soul leaves this earth and then when their name said for a last time and no one at least for the next hundred years will say sandra birchmore or john o'keefe's name for the last time if justice means anything it means that god bless you all may brian tully and john fanning's cover-up fall and may everyone who enabled them face judgment from god who i believe is good you can find more from me youtube.com forward slash accurate smith ellis god bless all the cupcakes thank you for being you and we'll see you soon patches for cupcakes says thanks [03:31:58] Melanie Little: for uh he hopes that you and nikki enjoy the pork chop dinner that you sent him oh can i she sent you yeah [03:32:04] Grant Smith: because patches is from my chat and we have some towels here can i in 10 seconds do one little parlor trick for you all of course yes please do so at the end of stream we like to do something called tippecanoe and tyler too and just to test my mental acuity i'll list the u.s presidents in them for them in order so i'm going to do this for melanie here and we'll see if the cupcakes can get now it's hard with this many wonderful cupcakes watching but i'm going to do it all right ready president washington president adams president jefferson president madison president monroe president adams jr president jackson president van buren william henry harrison then president tyler then tippecanoe and tyler too so that's going to be polk and then taylor 13 is millard philmore he's a bit of an odd duck then pierce buchanan lincoln johnson grant rutherford b hayes garfield chester a arthur cleveland harrison cleveland mckinley teddy roosevelt william harr taff which are wilson harding coolidge hoover fdr truman eisenhower kennedy johnson nixon ford carter reagan bush one clinda bush two obama trump biden trump how old were you when you learned that i [03:33:17] Melanie Little: just want to know like when you started memorizing that no during the war no during the war over the past six [03:33:23] Grant Smith: months weeks i said i started from like pierce i could do pierce and buchanan as a parlor trick over the past like 10 years what i'm really trying to do just you'll appreciate this i'm not trying to memorize all the presidents i'm trying to memorize all the presidents so that i can memorize all the supreme court justice is ever appointed so that i can understand the political constellation of their appointments when reading slip opinions so i can hermeneutically reconstruct what it is they're really doing when writing opinions like wachner west coast hotel brown v board whatever it is uh locon valley plaza i want to get marsh v alabama connecticut general life insurance v johnson i want to get inside the mind of the justice as their like thoughts uh were synced up with the political machinations throughout their terms so to do that i have to know all the presidents first then i'm [03:34:11] Melanie Little: going on to the supreme court justices your mind works in ways that fascinate me but i have one final question for you because i've seen it coming in the chat a couple times if you're so smart why did you think that john o'keefe was hit by a car and karen was a murderer in the beginning [03:34:26] Grant Smith: because i think i was psychologically profiled i'm very smart but i'm on the spectrum and autistic people are impressionable and i was surrounded by a number of people who preyed on my emotional vulnerability and my financial insecurity and my familial connections to and my trust of the process and the prosecutors and john's family supporting them to make me basically fall victim to stockholm syndrome where i was i learned to love my abusers and say whatever they told me to say kate peter used to call me when i would do interviews and be like you can't say ian whiffen contributed to the code the code of celebrate i can't find that and i'd be like you don't even know how to use github stop talking to me go away you script kitty leave me alone so yeah emotional predation and psychological profiling of the worst order and in time i'm gonna too think about these various familial alienation and various torts that i have suffered and yeah i don't know i know a lot of lawyers i'm talking to one right now [03:35:30] Melanie Little: when did you when did you decide that you had been duped um i think i really figured it out in april [03:35:35] Grant Smith: of 2024 i was like oh damn like with that phone extraction leak and then like kate peters like trying to bribe me really freaked me out in the beginning there was an envelope of money but here's [03:35:45] Melanie Little: the thing also what does that tell you who was paying her who showed up in that toyota corolla or whatever it was with a giant envelope full of cash for her i mean i know she showed it to you and waved it around like hey maybe this could be you too maybe you could be meeting people for an envelope of cash [03:36:00] Grant Smith: but somebody was giving her money it was lisa or julie cricello's family member so it's somehow connected to the alberts but more importantly why was kate working for marty kraft at the time kate's on a pi she's got a record longer than anyone else this isn't pi's look at the people just to leave us on this i know they're really worried because the globe wants this list look at the people going to karen and aiden and you and otherwise they all got rap sheets like 40 pages long they are the quintessential definition of cis they've been exploited some of them they've been abused some of them just are in it for the fun at this point because their brains are fried but the point remains the same listen they're down to like the f listers the norfolk the ac pack unit is running thin on ci's and shop is about to close up the rats better flee the sinking ship because the doj is pulling it down to the bottom of the atlantic ocean and i got a front row seat you do and we'll look [03:36:56] Melanie Little: forward to i'll do a recap tomorrow evening with your tweets and we will catch up and thank you so much for coming will you come back i wanted to give you a chance to defend yourself against all those comments so i mean i didn't tell you that question was coming but uh i appreciate your explanation and uh people can change and that was an excellent quote did you hear my quote that i read from nelson mandela forgiveness forgiveness liberates the soul it removes fear that is why it is such a powerful weapon [03:37:20] Grant Smith: yes and i'll leave you with this quote for me i don't say i'm sorry i show it and the people who have harmed you and karen and aiden let's just say i made some calls to my friends in the government and i will not stop until the justice system holds these people accountable god bless all you cupcakes i'll see you again very soon towel girlfriend says hello she's wonderful and ready to go get some steak [03:37:40] Melanie
