Today is Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 I am traveling again, it's the show of the traveling, Melanie And I've also been really sick I don't know what's wrong with me But I don't know, it's been really sick I can't get rid of this, like, pressure I don't know, I heard that the sea thing is going around again And I don't know what's going on But my voice is feeling it My congestion, my head is feeling it It's all feeling it It's the ick Whatever it is, it's the ick Thanks, Allison, for becoming a member Patches for Cupcakes for Justice Thank you for your super sticker And look at Patches for Cupcakes for Justice Gifting five memberships So early in the stream There's so much to catch up on There's so much to catch up on I thought it was going to be harder to cover The Matthew Farwell trial Because we have no live feed But there's so much more to cover I feel like because we don't have a live feed And because I'm trying to call together So many different people's Interpretations of the testimony From the trial that happened today In Mowgli Federal Courthouse Downtown Boston And there's a lot of boots on the ground Grant Smith-Ellis continues to do great work If you didn't watch our show yesterday We did a show yesterday that I found fascinating And I hope you did too So go on over there And catch the replay If you didn't see it He has been He's been spilling the tea All over the place Somebody called him like The tea The king of tea Or something I don't know So A lot of stuff happened today Some of the amazing stuff Number one Michael Proctor's attorney Was in the courtroom today Furiously taking notes Remember the one
[00:03:47] Speaker ?: Remember the one
[00:03:47] Speaker 2: Who looks like Abraham Lincoln His name is Hamel I think with one H-A-M-E-L But then it came out That maybe he's representing Another witness in this trial I don't know But in true Grant fashion He got some footage of him Outside on the street He's like an on-the-street reporter He's an in-the-courtroom reporter Then in the afternoon He went into the overflow room And he said the overflow room Was even better Because on the big screen He could see Matthew Farwell's face And the faces of the people In the gallery And something really horrific And jump scare Happened this afternoon When the defense Put up By accident A picture of Sandra Birchmore With a ligature around her neck Post-mortem They intended to put up Something else Like a floor plan Or something totally benign Without warning All of a sudden This picture Flashed up on the big screens And everyone was traumatized Everyone In fact Grant Had to like collect himself And leave the room And like miss some of the testimony So yeah The high T host That's good Okie dokie That's good They did it twice Twice today Well we're going to get to it Because we're going to go through All the notes We're going to go through All the testimony There were five witnesses today Five witnesses They heard motions in the morning And how can you make that mistake? Well the judge didn't like it It's hard for me to Obviously I say this to you guys All the time It's hard to Discern tone From text messages And from articles And from transcripts You can only Really evaluate tone When you actually hear Someone's words Which is why It was so important For us to Get those Audio transcripts Of the Kelsey Fitzsimmons Hearing With Judge McCarthy Nyman Remember We had the transcript And I said No, no, no I got to order the FTR And I ordered it And we listened to it And her tone Was even worse Than I impersonated it to be But the judge Wasn't happy About the mistake Of showing The wrong photo And it's a problem It's a problem Today's motivational quote Of the day For Tuesday October 13th 2026 Nelson Henderson said The true meaning of life Is to plant trees Under whose shade You do not expect To sit I hear that again The true meaning of life Is to plant trees Under whose shade You do not expect To sit That's good, right? Nelson Henderson For your quote Stay focused Focus, focus, focus There we go And so We have it We'll get back to it If you missed it I can't keep repeating myself About everything But we're going to cover the day We're going to cover the day Iced coffee Fan I'm an iced coffee fan too That's what I'm always drinking When you see me on the air Proud newbie cupcake From Canton Oh, Canton's in the house I'm sorry Thanks for being here for a month Robin says Love the hat Feel better soon I love the hat too I'm a hat person I love hats On days when I just have Bad hair days And I just don't feel like Putting on Doing my hair That's when you see me In a baseball cap When you see me In a baseball cap That's because I didn't have time To get up and do my hair And I'm just a hat person I love hats All kinds of hats Thank you Kay Willis is here She says get better soon She's a realtor South the bus In 23 months She's been with me And thank you Allie G For loving the hat And for being here For 18 months Because you're awesome You're awesome So all day I'm refreshing Refreshing Refreshing Refreshing the browser Constantly To hear from Emily C Who has the best handwriting Of anyone I've ever known In my entire life We're going to look At her handwritten notes We're going to look at Or I'm going to read to you I have summarized Most of the testimony But I'm going to read to you Portions of it From Grant Smith Ellis' Twitter feed We are going to look At some tweets At least one That I have pulled up For you From Boozy Beauty Who is also In the courtroom And she Gives us a little bit More insight Into the connections Between all of these players My show notes Are in the My email's in the show notes Below this video Katie Thanks for your super chat I like to stay on topic Though So if you wanted To send it to me I can look at it At some point later And so there you go That's what we're going To look at I didn't even look At mainstream media reporting Because quite frankly They haven't really been there So Now all of a sudden They realize That Grant Is the one Who all the YouTubers Are using For their source information And so I saw I saw today That Christina Rex Is now publishing Her notes As the day goes on She's collaborating With somebody With her You know She's collaborating With somebody For her notes I'm not really Even sure who So we've got five witnesses We've got Was there anything else I wanted to discuss With you Before we start Nancy says Thanks for doing this Melanie It's so under Stated The abuse of power Here listen When I started
[00:09:23] Speaker ?: When I started
[00:09:23] Speaker 2: Covering Karen Reed So many of you Said to me You got to look Into Sandra Birchmore You got to look Into Sandra Birchmore And being neck deep And over my head I mean underwater Basically in Karen Reed Coverage For so long It took me a while To be able to get to it But then When I got to it I was blown away We went through And I have an entire Playlist linked below In the show notes Of Sandra Birchmore We went through Every single Police report We can get our hands on All of the witness statements All the investigative materials The civil lawsuit That her estate brought Against Matthew Farwell And others And this is Horrific At the highest levels At the highest level Oh Who said this? Patches for Cupcakes says I was so upset today The main street media Main street media Said Farwell was on trial For having a relationship With a woman What? I don't have receipts On that But Whoever mainstream Collaborates They won't be As fast as Grant Yeah, he's an incredibly Fast typist And When I first started Covering Sandra Birchmore It just brings back To me Everything that I learned During my coverage Coverage My representation Of victims Survivors Of clergy SA All of whom Were children When the scandal Broke in 2002 In 2002 I became one of the lead
[00:10:57] Speaker ?: I became one of the lead
[00:10:57] Speaker 2: Attorneys On Long Island Against the Diocese of Rockville Center And Represented 50, 60 Maybe more Plaintiffs Against The Diocese of Rockville Center That scandal Broke in Boston In 2002 And it was A scandal And a cover up Of epic proportions Nationwide Worldwide That had been going on For decades Really for Over a hundred I mean over a hundred years It's been going on Since I don't know The beginning of the Catholic Church And it was Covered up And it was Managed And in my cases Many of the priests And the Monsignors Who were in charge of You know Complaints Let's say From parents Were also lawyers So a parent Would go in To complain About father There was an actual Father fingers Believe it or not They would go in Let's say And complain About father Bud Touching their son And And the Monsignor Lawyer would say Oh don't worry We'll handle it We'll handle it We'll handle it You know how they handled it They shuffled the priest To a different parish And didn't warn everybody At the next parish That father fingers Liked little boys I had I think Seven men Who were abused Seven No seven To ten Maybe ten men Abused by the same priest At something like Seven different parishes Over the course of 20 years Okay And then What they would do You know To help these Priests Is send them To a special Pedo Rehab camp In Pennsylvania Okay So when people say There's no such thing As a cover up It's impossible There's no way That so many people Could keep a secret Oh it's possible It's happened I I I Investigated it And Represented people At the highest level Of corruption And there were so many people Who knew what was going on And nobody talked about it So there's that So it can happen It's happened It's happening And it'll happen again It's not that hard to believe Really If you have any I don't know Sense of Any common sense I believe I think that too Skokian says There's got to be a special Corner of Hades For those who harm children I think I don't believe in the death penalty In a lot of cases But I feel like people Who hurt children Maybe Just maybe It would be appropriate In those kind of cases All right And here we go Pivot Day two Matthew Farwell trial In Mowgli courthouse In Boston It's beautiful It's on the water Gorgeous Gorgeous Sometimes Grant does His coverage from outside On the HABA On the HABA Here's what he said Well first Let's take a look At his footage Of Michael Proctor's Lawyer That he got I don't know Do you think he's in there Taking notes Does anybody know for sure If he's out there You know Just trying to see What they know Or if he actually Does represent A witness In the trial All right Let's see Here's this He says Michael Proctor Worked for Jeffrey Epstein He said To Michael Proctor's Lawyer Matthew Hamill Outside today Sandra Birchmore And Matthew Farwell trial Hamill was very weirdly Taking notes In the courtroom He says That's what he gets For Stare Boosie Beauty And Esty Okay Esty's Oh I forgot Esty is there too And I think Karen Goldberg I'm not sure If she was there today Because they've been Managing a lot of things And haven't had a chance To cover everything Or look at everything But I always feel like I have more time Than I do This is courtesy of Grant And this is Matthew Hamill Remember the guy Who looks like Abraham Lincoln A little bit Walking down the street Let me know You can hear it
[00:15:06] Speaker ?: Mr. Hamill
[00:15:08] Speaker 3: Mr. Hamill Did you enjoy The hearing today I'm glad you enjoyed it Have a good rest Of your afternoon Michael Proctor Worked for Jeffrey Epstein
[00:15:16] Speaker 2: Mr. Hamill Did you enjoy The hearing Michael Proctor Worked for Jeffrey Epstein I mean We pulled up Some receipts Last night Of very crazy Coincidences About Apparently Michael Proctor Worked As a Mutual fund Accountant At State Street And other places At the same address Where Jeffrey Epstein Was paying rent For girls It was wild All the receipts Are there We pulled them up Last night I don't know That Michael Proctor Worked there At the exact same time But It's giving me Did you enjoy Cancun With Melanie Little Vibes Right Jackie loves Grant Last night's show Was great And informative Thank you I feel like I'm being a little bit Gaslit Tell me this Chat Because I know You will Did Matthew Dunn Testify At Karen Reed's Trial I was on Trial Channel I could have Sworn that He did But I went On Trial Channel Today And I could not Find his Testimony In either trial And maybe I'm conflating It with another Trial Maybe he Testified in Harry Turk Or maybe he Testified in Brian Walsh And so I don't know Was it Brian Walsh Okay Thanks Nancy I thought He testified In Karen Reed Then I couldn't Find it Because I Wanted to Put up A picture Of him While we Were talking About him Okay It must have Been Brian Walsh We've covered A lot Of cases In Norfolk County Thank you Babes Mom For your Super sticker I appreciate You so much All right So then it's Going to be Storytime Today It's going To be Storytime Okay And this Is Grant In the voice Of Grant Smith-Ellis From This morning Hello From inside Boston's Moakley Federal Courthouse Where I'm Here with Live post Coverage Of the first Day of Testimony In the Santra Bertram Matthew Farwell Trial Remember Openings Happened Friday Afternoon And so And yesterday Was a Federal Holiday Columbus Day So Courts Just reopened Today And today Was the First Day Of Actual Testimony We expect An 845 A.M. Motion Hearing As to Defense Openings Three Unknown People Entered With The Defense Okay We're Inside The Courtroom And my Quiet Towel Typing Device Is Active Remember How Somebody Used to Complain That he Typed Too Loudly During Karen Reed's First Trial Mizzy And Barb Were The First Ones In The Courtroom Peter Murphy Is Also Here Shout Out To Peter Murphy Who's Really Trying To Expose The Corruption In Canton Because He Retired As a Canton Police Sargent He was There For I Think 30 Years And He's Amazing Peter Murphy Is Really A Really Salt Of The Earth Like Just Kind Soul Really Kind Man Matthew Farwell Has Arrived He's In A Black Suit Today He Sits Looking Straight Forward Now He Turns To Each Side Discusses With Defense Counsel Farwell Looks Engaged With His Paperwork The U.S. Attorneys Arrive They Flash A Quick Smile At The Farwell Defense We Await Judges Arrival On The Bench At 8 45 A.M. My Quiet Towel Typing Device Is Very Effective I Noticed That No One In The Media Section Is Looking At Me Like I'm Some Kind Of Typing Prod Prod
[00:18:48] Speaker ?: Prod
[00:18:48] Speaker 2: This Is Good News For Towels There Is One Woman On The Farwell Bench In The Gallery She's Older Dark Brown Hair She Slumps The U.S. Attorneys Tori Cummings And Elizabeth Riley Are Filing Documents On A Push Cart That Contains Roughly Seven To Nine Binders And Easily 100,000 Pages Of Material We Still Await The Judge Judge Enters All Rise We Begin First Matter The DOJ Motion For Further Curative Instructions After Defense Openings Judges Read The Defense's Response Judge Says After Considering And Thinking About The Opening Statements By Defense The Judge Will Allow Docket 339 To The Following Extent The Judge Will Read This Instruction Good Morning Jurors Because Remember They Wanted A Curative Instruction Because Of Some Of The Missteps In The Opening Of The Defense That We Talked About Yesterday With Grant And So She The Judge Decided That She Would Read This Instruction To The Jury Today Before Testimony Begins Good Morning Jurors As I Told You Last Week The Government Will Begin Its Presentation Of Evidence This Week Again Council's Opening Statements Were Not Evidence If There Were Exhibits Referenced In A Council's Opening That Are Not Admitted That Was Part Of It That Defense Council Referred To Some Exhibits That Had Not Yet Been Admitted You Will Not Be Permitted To Consider Them During Deliberations Also To The Extent That Council Reference The Law Only If The Instructions Given By Me Not By Counsel Are What You Will Consider During Deliberations And Remember That Had To Do With The Defense Saying In Its Opening If One Of You Finds That The Prosecution Did Not Prove Its Case Beyond A Reasonable Doubt Then They Must Acquit Or Then You Must Then You Must Acquit And It Wasn't Clear Whether You Referred To The Entire Jury Or Whether You Refer To That Single Juror Who May Have Decided That The Prosecution Didn't Reach Its Burden For That One Person To Vote For An Equital It Was Very It Was Incorrect And May Have Crossed The Line For Something That Could Have Been Admissible In An Opening Or Not Admissible But Appropriate So She Says Also To The Instructions Given By Me Not By Counsel Are What You Will Consider During Deliberations Counsel As I Alluded To On Friday This Case Is In Its Infancy Remember The Jury Is Not Here At This Point I Don't Think More Is Warranted At This Point But I Will Be Listening To What Counsel Says As We Go Forward Two Further Notes One There Were Two Things Miss Stevens That Raised My Eyebrows During Your Opening This Is The Judge Talking To Farwell's Defense Attorney Kimberly Stevens Who's Been The One That's Been A Little Touchy Feely With Him As People Have Reported So She Says There Were Two Things Miss Stevens That Raised My Eyebrows During Your Opening First Arguments About Reasonable Doubt Are Clearly Fair I Encourage Counsel On Both Sides To Reread The Case Law On Nullification And We Are Not Going To Have That Here My Apologies Your Honor Says I'm Really Stevens The Defense Attorney Thank You Noted Says The Judge Remember Just Chief Justice Denise Casper Is The First Black Woman To Be Appointed To The Massachusetts Federal Court We Learned That Yesterday Judge Says She Has Her Eyebrows Raised By The Defense Mentioning Farwell Using Covert Means To Enter Sandra's Apartment By Using A Mask To Hide His Affairs The Judge Reviewed The Government Motion To Now Admit Evidence Of Farwell Affairs They Want That In They Want Three Women To Be Able To Come In And Testify Listen I Was Having An Affair With Him Too And He Never Ever Wore A Mask Because In Opening If You Recall If You Were Here For My Grant Grant And I Did A Live Read Yesterday A Cold Read Of The Openings Because The Transcript Was Released Right As We Were Live So We Just Pivoted To That The Defense Said In Its Opening That He Had An Affair Like That's How They Opened And The Reason He Was Wearing A Mask Is Because He Was Having An Affair Prosecution Argument Is Look They Because There's Three Other Women Who Are Going To Come In And Say I Had An Affair With Him And He Never Wore A Mask Which Is Interesting The Judge Is Considering Whether Firewell's Defense Opened The Door To A More Limited Version Of The 404b Evidence Which Is More Narrow Than The Prior That More Narrow That Prior Scope Judge Is Still Thinking About The 403 Balance It's Like Is It More Prejudicial Than Probative That's The 403 Weighing Test When Deciding Whether Or Not To Admit Evidence Is It More Prejudicial To The Defendant Then Probative That's Just An Easy Way Of Explaining It To You For The Moment Judges Prior Ruling Stands But The Judge Understands The Concern That The DOJ Is Raising So I Guess They're Going To See How The Testimony Pans Out And Then They Talk About The Updated Exhibit List And Then She's Going To Rule On Some Exhibits That Have Not Yet Been Ruled She Looks At All The Paperwork And The Judge Expects Based On Prior Rulings That These Disputed Exhibits Will Come In Assuming That Foundation Can Be Laid There Was One Exhibit That Was Withdrawn All Right She Wants Them To Mark Their Exhibits Refer To Them A Certain Way By Number And The Judge Mentions A Stipulation About Toxicology And She Says Do You Expect That Today And The DOJ Says Tomorrow And The Judge Says She Will Read The Instructions To The Jury But Stipulations She Will Read The Instructions The Judge Is Going To Read The Jury But The Attorneys Are Going To Read The Stipulation Into The Record So Counsel Is Going To Do That For The Jury And Also This Is What The Judge Said This Morning That's Why That Mistake That Was Made Was So Horrific Judge Says Today We Will See Some Photos Of The Scene That Will Include Photos Of Sandra's Body The Judge Will Read An Instruction To The Jury Before Doing So And Here Will Be The Instruction Before These Photos These Gruesome Graphic Photos Of Sandra's Body Are Shown Jurors As We Mentioned Before In Jury Selection I Expected The Government Will Introduce Photos Of Sandra Birchmore's Body From The Alleged Crime Scene And The M.E.'s Office Some Of These Will Be Introduced Today They Are Graphic I Instruct That Your Verdict Must Not Be Influenced By The Graphic Nature Of The Photos Nor The Fact That They May Induce Sympathy For Ms. Birchmore Consider Them Only As They Relate To The Elements Of The Crime The DOJ Wants Her To The Alleged Crime Scene And The Judge Says I Think It Is The Alleged Crime Scene The DOJ Says This Will Come Up With Officer Cotard Who Is Coming Before Trooper Dunn He Did Testify Today Cotard There's A Bunch Of Papers That Have Been Filed Since Friday And The DOJ Is Asking For The One New FBI Witness To Be Exempted From Sequestration And There's No Objective To That That Means That Whoever This New FBI Witness Is Is Going To Be To Sit In Court And Watch Testimony Or Watch It Somewhere Else There's Also Some Sealed Motions About Certain Exhibits That Have Not Been Ruled On Yet And Then They Waited A While For A Juror There's Also Another Motion Regarding The Civil Complaint That's Outstanding Judge Still Has To Look At It The DOJ Withdraws The Sequestration Exemption Request And The DOJ Is In Agreement With Admission Of The Civil Complaint So I Guess The Civil Complaint Is Going To Come In All Right Marking Exhibits Etc Etc Housekeeping And Then They Had To Wait Until All The Jurors Arrive And Some Of Them One Of Them Was Stuck In Boston Traffic Which I Hear Is Pretty Bad Boston Traffic Then He Says Brian Fogarty Stands By The DOJ Table With His Hands In His Pocket Elizabeth Riley Is At The Lectern She May Be Directing The First Witness Another Woman Has Joined The Farwell Bench In The Public Gallery She's Middle Age Dark Thinning Hair Unclear Who She Is There's If You're Keeping Track There's Two Women Sitting On Farwell Side Of The Court Room Sandra Has 40 Which Is The Max Allowed I Wonder If You Wanted To Get Into Court If You Could Just Say I Wanted To The To The Three Open Seats On The Farwell Bench In The Public Gallery He Says There's No Sound In The Court Room Whatsoever While They're Waiting For This Juror And Then The Juror Arrived And There We Go Jurors Entering All Rise We Begin Judge Says Good Morning Gives The Curative Instruction After The Defense Opening The One That We Read Earlier Together That I Just Read To You Grant's Notes Say Heavy Scolding For The Defense Here But The Judge Does Not Lay That Out Directly For The Jurors So I Guess The Tone From Her Tone He Could Infer That She Really Was Kind Of Spanking The Defense About Their Opening And The First Witness Is Detective Heather Cheever Heather Cheever Was Sandra Birchmore Mentor And It Was Very Interesting To Hear Sandra Birchmore Mentor Chosen To Be The First Witness Because She's Also A Stoughton Police Officer So The Things That She's Testifying About She's Kind Of Testifying Against Her Own Department So This Is Very Interesting And She's Sworn Her Name Is Heather Cheever Stoughton PD She's A Detective She Joined The Force In 2013 Her Current Rank Is Detective She's Asked What Is The Difference Between That And A Police Officer She Says A Police Officer Responds To Calls For A Detective It Would Be An Investigation Or A Call That Would Require A More Depth Investigation She Became A Detective In May Of 2025 During Her Time As Stoughton Police Officer She Did Respond To Unattended Deaths Some Of Them Involving Taking Of One's Own Life And Then The Question Is Any Of Them Involved Someone Seated And She Said No Did You Ever Work With The Norfolk DA State Police CPAC Unit Yes You Worked Alongside Them Yes What Kind Of Things Do You Do When Working With Them And She Says For Something Like An Unattended Death I Respond On Scene And Gather Information Depending On Where The Case Goes If It Requires Follow Ups Then CPAC Gets Involved So When CPAC Takes Over An Investigation For An Unattended Death You Stay On The Case And Keep Working With Them And Do Follow Up And She Said Yes Here The First Exhibit Pulled Up On The She Smiling And Wearing Her Glasses It Is Shown To Jurors And On The Court Room Screen She First Met Sandra In 2013 When She Graduated The Academy That's When She First Became A Stoughton Police Officer At The Time Sandra Was 15 Years Old She Came To Meet Her Because Sandra Was In The Police Explorers Program She Says I'd See Her In The Station She Would Ask If We Want A Coffee She Wanted To Talk To Us At The Stoughton Police Station When She Wanted To Come And Talk What Did You Discuss Heather Says A Lot Of It Would Be Her Wanting To Be A Police Officer What The Academy Is Like What Calls Are Like When You Go Out On Them What It's Like To Be A Woman In Law Enforcement And She Seemed Interested In The Job Her Attitude Towards Other Police Officers Was Very Respectful And When She Grew Up She Wanted To Be A Police Officer And Heather Says And I Became A Mentor To Her She Asked Me For Life Guidance Or Homework Questions Or Social Questions She Looked Up To Me Next Question Was When You First Started At Stoughton PD Sandra Was In Something Called The Police Explorers Program Yes Exhibit 326 Is Pulled Up On To The Screen It Is A Picture Of Sandra In The Police Explorers Program The Defense Objects The Judge Overrules The Objection The Judge Admits The Exhibit We Now See The Picture On The Screen Of Sandra At 12 Years Old In The Police Explorers Program Did You And Miss Birchmore Discuss Her Involvement In The Program Yes Heather Says She Loved Being Involved In The Program She Liked The Structure It Gave Her Something To Do Other Than Going To School And Being At Home She Liked The Knowledge She Gamed At The Program What Did The Program Entail I Just Lost My Place Hold On Oh Please The Program Was Like A Smaller Police Academy It's a Smaller Scale Police Academy They Do Physical And Other Training They Learned About The Roles Of A Police Officer I Didn't Realize That They Did Physical Training Another Training At 12 Years Old It's Pretty Cool Exhibit 327 Is Now Published A Judge Allows It Over The Defense As Cumulative Objection Okay So They're Saying Don't Keep Showing Photos Of Her In The Police Explorers Program So Everyone Could See How Little She Was And How Young She Was When Barwell Started Grooming Her There's Another Picture Of He's Wearing A Police Explorers T-Shirt Sandra Is Half The Size Of The Other Children In The Photo The DOJ Asks Cheevers To Identify Farwell He's In The Middle Of The Table There Wearing A Suit She Must Have Pointed At Did The Defendant Have Any Role In The Explorers Program When Ms. Birchmore Was There Yes He Was An Instructor It Took Place At The Stoughton Police Department And The Next Question Is Did That Program Involve One On One Tutoring At The Library And Detective Cheever Says No Did You Discuss Other Subjects Beyond Police Work And She Says Yes School Works School Work And Things Like That What Kind Of Student Was Sandra An Average Student Sometimes I Would Visit Her While She Worked At Dunkin Donuts And She Would Ask For Help With Her Homework Sandra Worked At Dunkin Donuts During High School And She Asked Her For Help With Homework During This Time And Detective Achiever Says I Worked Overnight 12 To 8 A.M. And Sandra Stayed Up Late She Wanted To Stay In School And Do Well And She And I Would Speak On Facebook Messenger Throughout The Night She Would Ask For Homework Help I Gave Her My Phone Number As Well Sandra Just Really Needed People To Look Up To She Just She Was Seeking Guidance She Was Seeking A Lot Of Things And She Was So Young We're Going To Find Out Later In Some Of This Testament She Never Knew Her Father And Then Her Mother And Her Grandmother Died Within A Year Of Each Other When She Was 18 And Then Her Aunt Tied She Had So Much Loss And She Was Just Looking For Guidance And Love And Support And That's What This Police Explorers Program Was Supposed To Provide To Children But Instead They Preyed On Them And I'm Sure She Not The Only One And I Hope If There's Anybody Else Out There Who Was A Victim Of The Police Explorers Program In Stoughton Please Say Something She Was So Vulnerable Right So Vulnerable Robin Who Are You Salted Ruby Okay Number One Of The Day Oh Please Sandra Was Running Wild Okay Who Do You Think This Person Is Defending Matthew Farwell Hold On Because Because We Need To Deep Dive Into This Person This Is What They Do This Is What They Do It's Wild Oh Please Sandra Was Running Wild What Evidence Do You Have Of That Salted Ruby Let's See If You've Ever Commented On This Channel Before And Whether Or Not You You've Actually Waited Three Know Nothing About Why Am I Freezing Why Am I Freezing YouTube Having Issues All Right Maybe It's The Broken Internet If You Didn't Hear What I Said Because I Froze Oh And Now I Froze Again All Right I'm Going To Keep Freezing I Don't Know Why Because My Internet Speed Is Super Fast I'm On Ethernet And Everything She Was A Child Tell Me You Know Nothing About Child SA Without Telling Me You Know Nothing About It Because When You're 12 Years Old And That's Your Normal How Do You Think It's Going To Work Out For A Kid Like That When Someone That You Trust In A Position Of Power Takes Advantage Of You At Such A Young Age How Do You Think That Child's Life Is Going To Work Out Sicko All Right I Wasn't Freezing On My End I'm Freezing So I Assumed I Was On Your End Too I Have No Time For That Zero Detective Cheever Goes On To Say Every Time I Was Where Sandra Was She Was Always In A Good Mood Did You Ever Tutor Her At A Library No Did Sandra Tell You The Defendant Tutored Her At A Library No What Would You Have Done If She Told You That This Is Important She Said I Would Have Asked Why She Was Hanging Out With Someone Who Was Older I Would Have Said It Was I Appropriate Sandra Had Closer Relationships With Adults Than With Kids Her Own Age The Witness Was As Did Sandra Discuss Her Family Life With You At The Time And She Said Yes Sandra Adored Aunt Darlene And Her Cousin I Found Out Sandra Was A Single Mom And I Bonded With Her Over That Question Was Sandra's Father Ever In Her Life Answer No And Sandra Also Had No Siblings At The Time Sandra Lived In An Apartment With Her Mother Her Aunt And Her Cousin They Had Section Eight Her Mom Had Cardiac Issues I Had Responded To That Home A Few Times Because Sandra's Mom Had Medical Emergencies I Mean So Not Only Was Sandra As A Young Girl Taking Care Of Her Mom She Was Just Looking For Guidance Would Sandra Be There When You Helped Her Mom Detective Heather Cheever Says Yeah Sandra Was Always There She Was Always Polite And Always Talked With First Responders Did You Visit That Park Street Address When You Were Off Duty That's Where She Lived With Her Mom Yes One Time Sandra's Cat Had A Litter Of Kittens And We Adopted One Of The Kittens My Partner And I Did Sandra Talk About Her Love Of Cats She Says Sandra And I Talked About That A Lot Sandra Then Graduated From Stoughton High School And She Enlisted In The Army However The Army Discovered A Shellfish Allergy And Then Sandra Was Returned Home Heather Said Where Was Sandra Before She Returned Home And The Answer Was I Forget The Exact Location But Sandra Told Me It Was Out Of State After Her Time In The Army Sandra Started College At Massa Soiet If I'm Pronouncing That Right If I'm Not You'll Tell Me And Then Her Mom Passed Away Shortly Thereafter When Sandra Was 18 Years Old Heather Says I Was Close To Sandra And She Was Devastated In 2016 When Her Mom Died Heather Goes On To Say I'm Calling Her Heather Just For Ease Of She's A Police Officer At Stoughton BD At The Time She Then Became A Detective Very Recently Oh Good Job On Massa Soiet Thank You Sandra's Grandmother Who Sandra Was Close To Then Died A Month After Her Mom Had Died Sandra Had Not Even Processed The Death Of Her Mom And Then Another Person Who Loved Her Passed Away Sandra Then Started Reaching Out To Me A Lot More That's When I Gave Her My Personal Phone Number I Told Her To Call Me Anytime She Needed I Told Her I Would Be There For Her Can

I am so sorry that that happened to you. Jenny Jams, she was anti-Murdoch on that case with Julie Carpenter. Okay, interesting. Microdots is this garbage channel. No, but I think like if they're going to go around trashing us and others and they want to use their fake names and identities and then yet they go out and find everything about us that they can and dox us and our children and our families and our homes and post pictures and shit, and this has been an orchestrated campaign since the beginning, then we deserve to know who they are and where they come from and whether scrapbooking is one of their favorite hobbies and whether they call themselves a social media teacher, whether they live in Texas or Washington State, and whether two of them have the same last name as each other coincidentally, although I don't know if they're related. How would I know that? Because I don't really think anybody's ever done an expose on them, have they? Has anyone ever done an expose on those five women who have done, they've disparaged my looks all over the cesspool of Twitter, posting pictures of me and talking about how they think I'm not attractive enough for them. Have you seen these women? Nobody's done it. Nobody's done it. Oh, that's so interesting that nobody's done it. Huh. Okay. They've already done it, MicroDots. They just haven't done it as them. They've had other people do their dirty deeds. Dirt cheap. Yes. Shout out to MicroDots on his amazing, amazing video and timeline for Sandra Diversmore. Please go watch it. If you haven't, I will link it below if Richie says I can. And Richie's awesome. Social media teacher. I mean, how carefully did they call together that group of five women exactly? Tuesday Gazette. It's not your name, is it? Did you used to be a brunette? I have so many questions. MicroDots for the win. All right. So next up is Erin Porter. She is the property manager of Canton Woods Apartments, which is where Sandra lived. Let's go. This is Erin Porter. And that's where Sandra lived. Hang on. Okay. So Erin Porter takes the sand. She says that Sandra leased apartment number 3307. I think the rent was something like $1,516 a month, as I recall. She interacted with Sandra approximately five times. She seemed very sweet. She told her about her pregnancy in the leasing office. She was happy and excited. She was contacted by law enforcement on February 4th of 2021 to do a wellness check because her work had not heard from her. Sandra's work hadn't heard from her. She told law enforcement Sandra was pregnant, but she hadn't seen her in a few days. November 9th, Providence, Rhode Island. Dave Matthews Band. Enjoy. Are you going to go? So damn lucky. So damn lucky. She called Sandra's cell. There was no answer. She noticed Sandra's car had not been cleared of snow as the others were. Remember, there was a nor'easter. Notice how people seem to do their killings. People seem to do their killings in Massachusetts when the nor'easter is coming so that maybe the bodies won't be found for a couple days. So she went to Sandra's apartment with the spare key with a Canton police officer. He went in the apartment and she did not. It's always snowing. Because they know they're in chance of cleaning the scene. There is a chance of cleaning the scene. Got any carry in? So the officer went in. She did not. Did the officer come out of the apartment? Yes. And I told him I had a bad gut feeling and he nodded his head at me when he came out. And I took that as a confirmation of my bad gut feeling. It was kind of like unspoken. Once you returned there, did you talk to someone from the maintenance department? Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. New Hampshire Katie says it's all Chad McKay. Once you returned there, did you talk to someone from the maintenance department? She says, yes, I talked with Carlos. We talked about reviewing footage from the security cameras. And Carlos is the one who would operate the software during that process. Then they showed the video of Sandra walking into her apartment after she cleared snow off of her car. It's the lobby area of building three at Canton Woods. It's just after 530 p.m. on February 1st, 2021. Someone would need a key fob or a code to enter into the building. On February 5th, Carlos asked her to make a telephone call. She did so at 7 p.m. that day. And then the judge gives the jurors an instruction that says this testimony will go to the completeness of the Massachusetts state police investigation or lack thereof. The person she called told her about Sandra's involvement sexually with a Stoughton police detective, and she relayed this information to the Canton PD. They knew everything that they needed to investigate this case, and they didn't know anything. And if you're not outraged by this, if you're twisting yourself into a pretzel to try and explain away why the state didn't need to bring charges because three and a half years later, the feds did, you need to have your head examined. She was present when Sandra's family came to retrieve her belongings on February 5th. Put a pin in that. Put a pin in that because I want to know if Sandra's family found her laptop there on February 5th because the Canton PD and the MSP who searched the apartment did not have a laptop. And then comes cross, and this is still on the stand, Aaron Porter. And after lunch, after lunch, Grant went to the overflow courtroom where he said he had a much better view of everything, including Farwell's face. And the gallery. He can also see the exhibits far more clearly, and he can hear everything that folks are saying. Oh, my God. And this is where the jump scare happened. Oh, my God. They showed a picture of Sandra's face when she was found dead. I am glad I'm in the overflow room. I just gasped and said, Oh, my God. I think the defense put up the wrong exhibit. Oh, dear God. I am traumatized. He said, I cannot believe that was just put up on the screen with no warning whatsoever. I don't know if I'm ever going to be the same. That poor girl. Damn you, Matt Farwell. Damn you to hell. People are crying in the courtroom. He says, I can see the entire gallery. I can't see the jury. I can't pay attention to those questions. I'm traumatized. People are crying. Someone left the overflow room in tears. And here's Emily's notes at this moment. She says, Video on screen. Friend juror looks like she's taking deep breaths looking at Sandra on the screen. Emily didn't take a lot of notes on this, apparently. But I'm sure she'll tell you about it when she does a show. And then Grant says this. And her poor family. Agreed. Michael Proctor's lawyer is in the gallery sitting near Farwell. Remember we watched the video of him earlier. Sitting near the Farwell defense bench in the public gallery. He's the only person I can see on camera other than Farwell who seems unbothered by what they have just seen. I'm very, very overwhelmed. I wasn't ready for that, Grant says. How did the defense put up that in open court with no warning? A lot of you are saying you don't think it was a mistake at all. The defense asked a few questions about Sandra's family coming to collect items after the picture of Sandra's dead body and face was shown by accident by the defense. I am not sure if anyone has any idea what was just said or asked. My notes on this part of the testimony are in the next post. Okay. Next time. There are no cameras in this. Okay. So then they get into the cameras. This is a big problem. This is a big problem. This is so highly prejudicial. And so many people on that jury and in that gallery are not going to be able to unsee what they saw. They're just not going to be able to. But we read from this morning where the judge said, okay, before we show any pictures of the scene that involved the inclusion of Sandra's body, I'm going to give them a warning ahead of time. A warning. And they just put that up with no warning. Because, of course, they did. Sick. Sick. Absolutely sick. Oh, please. Emily said, please. The most devastating moment happened early into the afternoon testimony as defense attorney Stevens continued her cross of Aaron Porter from the Canton Woods Apartments. I don't think I can overstate how shocking this was. Stevens intended to play the video of Sandra in the lobby that we've all come to know. Instead, the screen advanced to another exhibit and displayed a photo zoomed into Sandra's face with the ligature around her neck. This was an image that would have typically come with an instruction from the judge allowing Sandra's family, the jury, and the gallery time to prepare and for some to leave the room if necessary. She says, to me, what was most off-putting about this terrible mistake was the way Stevens handled it, that's Kim Stevens, defense, federal defender, federal public defender, or didn't handle it. She did not acknowledge it, did not apologize, and continued her questioning in an exaggerated, sing-songy voice as if that would lighten the mood. I, I, wow, just wow, not a mistake, wow, just wow, how awful, outraged. Oh yeah, members, we have the we are outraged emoji. Use it, feel free to use all those emojis, they can be used for every trial. Well, it was shown to the gallery. Oh, it probably wouldn't have been, right, if they, it might have not have been shown to the gallery. I don't know if they made a motion to preclude it from being shown to the gallery, but it was, by mistake. Richie says, this is riveting. I saw your other nice comment about me before, thank you. I didn't want to put it on the screen, but thank you very much. Richie is one of the, one of the people that I've met in actual real life, including Emily C. Andrew Burkhardt, who I went to the dating company at the Sphere with, personally, for a weekend on her birthday last year. Will DeGlarer, Aidan Carney, Kelly Reed, all people that I've met in real life, that I love in real life. Aidan, did I say Aidan? Auntie Deb? Mrs. Parks. Mrs. Parks, Mrs. Parks is in the house and she's amazing. You can't unsee anything that horrific. Scott's blood pressure is through the roof. Sounds like the defense is trying to cause a mistrial, says Dee. Sherilyn thinks they deserve sanctions. Somebody said they, they say that it happened twice. Let's keep reading and see. You cannot unring that bell. Could that be basis for appeal? Well, the defense did it. So. Wouldn't be the basis for them to appeal it. In the event of a conviction. Emily says Farwell was standing, staring straight at the screen in front of him and didn't look away. Oh, my God, that is a psychopath, in my opinion. And so I think a lot of people were completely freaked out and triggered by that. And who could blame them, right? Who could actually, who could blame them? Back to the testimony. Erin says, Erin testifies that there's the only cameras, the only surveillance cameras in the building in which Sandra lived were in the lobby of the building. No cameras in the parking lots, no cameras in the hallways, no cameras anywhere else. And Emily said also the jurors have individual screens shared between the two of them. So they picture, the picture popped up directly in their faces.

[02:26:07] Speaker 2: Okay, open up. Called Lank. Went down to the parking lot and found her car. There was a lanyard attached to her car somewhere, maybe hanging from the rear view, that confirmed that it was her car. He noticed that the snow on her vehicle was slightly melted and entirely untouched. The other vehicles had no snow. That indicated to him that it had not been moved. Okay. Thank you, Officer Cotard, for having some common sense and actually an investigation, maybe for the limited time that you're involved in this. He went back to the apartment. The door was locked. He was with Officer Brady. And another officer, him, Aaron Porter, Brady and another officer knocked and announced, hello, hello, Canton police. They unlocked the door and they saw a cat. Or he saw a cat. And the cat took off, frightened. Then they did some discussion. They showed the floor plan of Canton Woods. Apartment 3307. He says the bedroom door was closed when he came in and the door was locked. The front door was locked. The bedroom door was closed. And then the judge gave a warning on graphic exhibits. And she said, well, I'm giving court notice of the next exhibit. The judge instruction, your verdict must not be based on graphic. Sympathy, says Emily. Back to Grant's notes. Did you open that bedroom door? I did. Your Honor, at this point I'm giving the court notice as to the next exhibit. And we, the judge now gives the graphic exhibit instruction. And this is what we were supposed to get earlier before the defense showed Sandra's dead body and face. And he says, for Sandra, I will look at these images and describe them. The world must know what was done to Sandra and her unborn baby.
[02:28:39] Speaker ?: Boy.
[02:28:40] Speaker 2: Her unborn baby boy. What did you see in the bedroom? What did you see in the bedroom? Upon entering the room, I saw Ms. Birchmore seated on the ground, deceased by her bathroom door. What is this? This is what I saw when I entered the room. Ms. Birchmore was seated in front of the closet door with a strap around her neck. And these are Grant Smith Ellis' notes. Sandra is shown laying down on the floor of her apartment. She's not seated. She's at a 70 degree angle. She is hanging from the closet door at an angle. There's simply no way she hung herself in that way. I have not seen that image until now. It is simply impossible that Sandra hung herself at that angle. Impossible. We now see another exhibit. It is a picture of Sandra at an angle. Her belly that had her baby boy inside alive few days prior is exposed. Her body is lifeless and she hangs at an angle from the door of her closet. This is disturbing in so many ways. Did you notice any blood underneath Sandra? No, not underneath. Did you touch her body or her clothing?
[02:30:07] Speaker ?: No. Did you move her? No. Did any of the other officers touch or move her? No. Did the other two officers come into the bedroom? No. He's an 18 year veteran at the time. Or I don't know if he's 18 years now or then. What did you do next? I told my supervisor blank that we needed the OCMA. That's the medical examiner. The state police and the appropriate personnel to investigate the matter. And what did you do next?
[02:30:20] Speaker 2: No. No. We called the state police. Who are the state police? The detective unit. Where are they located? The Norfolk County District Attorney's Office. And why did you call them? Because they have original jurisdiction over all unattended deaths. Remember that. We learned that in the murder of John O'Keefe. Karen Reed case. About how long were you? Are they also known as the CPAC unit? Yes. About how long were you inside the apartment? Not long at all. Maybe eight minutes. He says besides opening the bedroom door, he didn't touch anything else in the apartment. And then he met the state police officers in the hallway outside Sandra's apartment. Next, he called Officer Hawking. He confirmed that state police were on scene. He handled the scene. He handed the scene over to CPAC and then he left. Oh, Emily said he said, "NCDAO is a snarky tone that made me like him." Here's interesting. This is interesting too. So he's Canton PD. I wonder if he was a school resource officer back then or if he was like, I have questions. Because he wasn't involved in, I don't think, any other investigation involving Canton PD that we've looked at, any other trial that we've looked at. I don't recognize his name from any other case. If I'm wrong, tell me, is he one of the good guys? He wasn't involved in any further investigation into her death. He didn't collect any evidence or interview any witnesses. He didn't get any search warrants and he didn't attend her autopsy. And Emily's notes here say, "The photo from the hallway of Sandra's body," and there's a closer photo, "The desk lamp is on, the window and the shade are open, and it's well-lit from outdoor light." Sandra Lamp. Emily's notes say, "I advised it appeared to be an S. I called CPAC to do crime scene investigation in their jurisdiction." Dispatch called the medical examiner and he exited the department and held the scene. Oh, he held the scene for maybe eight minutes. Maybe he was in there for eight minutes. MSP arrived and he went back to Canton High. And then there was an exhibit of the camo duffel bag strap, the duffel bag with the missing strap. He sounds like a real stand-up guy, people are saying. The trial is expected to last about... I think four weeks, maybe 20 days of testimony. Cotard is a good guy, says Duke's Bosox. Okay. But they collected no real evidence. Well, KNPD was not in charge of collecting the evidence. It was the Massachusetts State Police because it was an unattended death. So... Grant said, "Farwell's lawyer up on cross. Now I stepped out for a second to compose myself." Wait a second.
[02:34:09] Speaker ?: Let me give it a second.
[02:34:09] Speaker 2: Let's cross.
[02:34:21] Speaker ?: At that time, he was approximately, had been working there for about 15 years.
[02:34:30] Speaker 2: He had been to other scenes of suicide, including in that position. Hang on a second.
[02:34:56] Speaker ?: And...
[02:34:57] Speaker 2: I made it up to myself to read Grant's version of this. He said, "Do you recall if the door to Sandra's apartment was locked?" Yes. "Did you try the handle?" Yes. "Did you insert the key into the deadbolt?" And he says, "I can't recall which lock I tried first." Now we see a picture of Sandra's apartment kitchen. Sandra had some plates in her kitchen and some papers on the counter. "Did you enter the bathroom of Sandra's apartment?" I don't recall. "Did you see inside the bathroom?" Yes. "And the door was open before you got there?" Yes. I did not open the bathroom door. Judge is now screening each exhibit very carefully before allowing the defense to show it on the big screens. For good reason. Kimberly C. Stevens and her team are in for a bad night after that slip-up earlier. I am told the main courtroom was seriously traumatized. "After you secured the scene, did you contact any other school resource officers?" Yes. I contacted Ms. Isabel to obtain next of kin information. Objection. Sustained. "Can we be heard?" Defense. "Not on this council." "Okay. Thank you, ma'am." "Your Honor, may I have a moment?" Says the defense. "Sir, while you were in the apartment, did you open the closet door as part of clearing the scene?" No. Did you see any signs of a struggle? I did not. You were trained to look for signs of a struggle. I was trained to check Ms. Birchmore's well-being. Were you trained to look for signs of a struggle? I saw a dead body. Nothing further.
[02:36:52] Speaker ?: That is a rough end for a cross. Here's a redirect.
[02:36:53] Speaker 2: You were asked about signs of a struggle. You were in the apartment for eight minutes, right? Yes. And your job that day was what? A well-being check on Ms. Birchmore.
[02:36:58] Speaker ?: Was it your job to investigate Ms. Birchmore's death, sir? No. You were asked on cross-examination about some disarray in the apartment?
[02:37:03] Speaker 2: Yes.
[02:37:04] Speaker ?: Can we show Exhibit 29, please?
[02:37:04] Speaker 2: Which is already in evidence? Yes.
[02:37:06] Speaker ?: Sir, do you see moving boxes? Yes.
[02:37:06] Speaker 2: Can we show Exhibit 29, please? That is a rough end for a cross. Here's a redirect.
[02:37:10] Speaker ?: Here's a redirect.
[02:37:11] Speaker 2: Here's a redirect. You were asked about signs of a struggle. You were in the apartment for eight minutes, right? Yes. And your job that day was what? A well-being check on Ms. Birchmore. Was it your job to investigate Ms. Birchmore's death, sir? No. You were asked on cross-examination about some disarray in the apartment? Yes. Can we show Exhibit 29, please? Which is already in evidence? Yes. Sir, do you see moving boxes in this photo? I do. Moving boxes. Yes. Were you aware as to whether Ms. Birchmore had moved in the recent past? I'm not. Do you see a pile of cat droppings? Yes. Was it clear that there was no one to care for the cat after Sandra died? Yes. Very clear. What does the box say in the picture? It's a baby stroller. She had a baby stroller in her apartment. Nothing further from the DOJ and no recross. I need a quick break. So while I'm taking my break, I'm going to put a little teaser on for you. Richie, if I put on just the beginning of your micro dots video as a teaser, there's no, is there any, is there any music in there that's going to get me stricken? Because I know what you guys will do. You guys are going to get on over there and get micro dots a like and a sub.
[02:38:48] Speaker ?: Okay.
[02:38:49] Speaker 2: I think there's no music in the beginning. So this is micro dots new video on Sandra Birchmore. This is a full timeline and visual recreation recreation. And for a few minutes, I'm going to put this on while I take a quick break so that I can fill up my iced coffee. And I will be back to to tell you all about the next witness who testified today. And we're only here at two hours and thirty nine minutes and 15 seconds. So, you know what? Recaps are not fast. Here's Emily. Emily, can you pin your comment in the chat? Can I do it from here? I can't. Can you pin that in the chat that the link to this video so that everyone can go finish it later? Let me just put micro dots on here. Maybe I can highlight. Okay.
[02:39:49] Speaker ?: All right.
[02:39:50] Speaker 2: BRB. Oops.
[02:40:10] Speaker 6: It's February 1st, 2021. At 5:46 PM, Sandra Birchmore is seen alive for the last time. 9:14 PM. Officer Matthew Farwell sends her a text message asking if he can come by for a second. She told him the door would be unlocked. Then put one load of laundry in the washing machine. He gets into his grey SUV and starts driving to the Canton Woods apartments. He told the investigators, other cops he knew and worked with, that he only went there to break up with her. She had a lot of issues and told a lot of lies. She told him that she was pregnant. And he was the father. So he was going to end it. Right then. And there. It's a few minutes before 9:30 PM. And that is the front entrance to Sandra's building. Matthew will be here in a few moments. But before he arrives, there's something you need to know. Matthew Farwell has a very, very serious problem. And he is quickly running out of time to address it. All of his past decisions have finally caught up with him. On the night of the murder, he was 34 years old. But he was 25 back in 2010. When he first met a 13-year-old Sandra Birchmore at the Stoughton police station. She was interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement and joined the Police Explorers Academy. Farwell was an instructor. He would use his authority to begin what federal investigators called a long game. An unbroken chain of and psychological manipulation spanning a decade. His twin brother, William, though not identical in appearance, shared Matthew's same predatory tendencies. The two of them, as well as then-detective Robert Devine. Each reportedly engaged in sexual acts with Sandra Birchmore over several years, utilizing their authority as police officers and academy instructors to maintain the relationship. While all three men had sexual relations with her, it was Matthew who took her virginity at 15. It happened on April 10th of 2013. After two years of ******, he crossed a line from which there was no return, making the decision that would ultimately destroy him. And shockingly, the very next day, on April 11th, he attended an important photo shoot. Just as he began ****** Sandra, he was also starting his marriage to Michelle. To the outside world, he was a respected police officer, happily married and living a stable life. But behind closed doors, he was consumed by a dark and increasingly violent obsession involving a ****** year old girl. Sandra's journal entries describe his preoccupation with ******, ****** and ****** violence, introducing the idea of ****** to her when she was just 16 years old. He was 28. This continued as Sandra became an adult. Allegedly all three men would arrange to meet her in isolated parking lots around town, in their police cruisers. One such location is 1165 Park Street in Stoughton, at the Chateau restaurant, out back in a hidden overflow parking area. Detective Robert Devine later testified that he would meet Sandra here on a weekly basis.
[02:44:38] Speaker 5: And how long would those interactions last before she asked you to rail her? She came up with that one, probably two or three weeks in. Okay, so even after those suggestions, you interacted with her on a weekly basis for multiple months? It wasn't my choice, sir. You know, I would be sitting somewhere and she would pull up to me even though it wasn't. So just out of the blue, she would just say, "When are you going to give in a room?"
[02:45:07] Speaker ?: That's what she does.
[02:45:08] Speaker 5: Or what she did. You'll be famous as famous can be with the whole wide world watching you when on TV. You would acknowledge that she had told you that she was having a sexual relationship with Matthew Farwell? What she said to me was, when she was propositioning, "Matt and Billy like it."
[02:45:24] Speaker 6: Matthew preferred taking her to local motels and retail parking lots. This Costco in the neighboring town of Avon was one location he returned to repeatedly. Another was the Five Guys parking lot at the Village Shops on Washington Street in Canton. By 2019, Sandra was 21 and Farwell was 33. He was getting older, more established in his career and deeper into his marriage. Matthew and Michelle had two young children. With so much to lose, paranoia began to consume him. And he started making efforts to conceal his crimes. At the end of their text exchanges, he would instruct Sandra to delete their messages. He was being more careful now, telling her to make sure all of their early conversations, from when she was 15 years old, were permanently deleted. But the fear of getting caught didn't stop him from continuing their relationship. He just became more controlling. Now he insisted she share her phone's location data with him. So he could track her every move for almost two years. And when she didn't, he would interrogate her. By 2020, which was the year preceding Sandra's death. The fantasies he pursued with her were becoming increasingly dark, violent and disturbing. Throughout the year, he indicated his intention to ch*ck her, on at least 20 separate occasions. Farwell's depravity was reaching a crescendo. He asked Sandra to pretend to be the victim of his simulated assaults, while she role-played as a 13-year-old girl.
[02:47:24] Speaker 1: "Matthew was treating Sandra like an object he owned." "Matthew was treating Sandra like an object he owned."
[02:47:51] Speaker 2: "Look at this picture of her, and how little she was."
[02:47:55] Speaker ?: "Wow."
[02:47:57] Speaker 2: "Wow."
[02:48:01] Speaker ?: "Wow."
[02:48:05] Speaker 2: "Josie Liu says, 'There's an unknown witness, impounded name. I'm curious, is it either Divine or someone who would cause a certain commotion? And today Proctor's lawyer was there. Makes one wonder."
[02:48:18] Speaker ?: "That's a little teaser for you."
[02:48:19] Speaker 2: "That's a little teaser for you of the timeline and the recreation of the Sandra Birchmore story by Microdots. Go give him all the love and all the likes and all the thumbs up. And watch the rest of it later, because I only gave you a little teaser for about seven minutes. I hope they're doing the Lord's work. Thanks be in trouble." "The father of the baby she was carrying is a guy named Jason Picard. He was her army recruiter." "We do know he is on the witness list as well." "All right. Back to our regularly scheduled program. Thank you. You're welcome for sharing this. Go on and give Microdots the love." "It is not easy to do what he does and he does it really, really, really well." "The next witness up was Carlos Verissimo, the Canton Woods apartment complex maintenance supervisor for 20 years on direct by Brian Fogarty. He only worked in that building, building three. They showed floor plans of the building. And he explained that in order to get to the stairs to exit Sandra's third floor apartment, one would have to walk past all the other apartments on her floor in either direction. One key opened both the door handle and the dead bolts. It was the same key. "I don't know if these men are still married to their wives. I'm not here for gossip and I don't know the answer. I just don't know. I don't know if the wife has divorced him or not. Don't know. Sometimes people don't get divorced because spousal privilege. Sometimes they don't get divorced because they want to protect the assets. Sometimes they get the divorce so that the spouse who's going to be convicted maybe of murder doesn't have any assets. So I just don't know the answer to that. And so I don't, this is a legal channel, not a gossip and rumor channel. And so I don't really talk about, you know, the families of these people, of his wife. I have no idea where she is. And I don't know. Right. Matt's on trial, not his wife. Try and keep it classy. Let's do that. Thank you." "He was working on February 4th. Carlos was. He knew the residents, but he didn't know Sandra, but he had seen her around. He learned that Sandra had passed away. He spoke with Aaron Porter and law enforcement about surveillance video. There's only one camera in the building and it's the camera in the lobby." To review footage, he had to log in to a computer and he was asked to look for the resident of 3307, which was Sandra. "He did not recognize. Law enforcement came to sit with him to review the footage. And then they showed the footage of Sandra entering and exiting throughout the day and early evening on February 1st of 2021. They also showed the video of Farwell entering the lobby to 1:21 at around 9:07 PM. And he was asked, "Do you recognize this person?" He said, "No." "Did you identify this person as a law enforcement?" "Yes." "How did you do that?" And he said, "I told him I didn't know that guy and I'd never seen him before." The next video is Matthew Farwell leaving the lobby and Grant said, "Minutes after her murder." And he also said the video is only stored for 30 days. And then he was shown a picture of wire shelving in Sandra's closet and I don't, I don't know why. But maybe that'll, maybe they'll close the loop on that at some point. The cross of this witness was done by Joanne Daly. One second, I gotta get back to my notes.
[02:52:23] Speaker ?: Oops.
[02:52:34] Speaker 2: Michelle McPhee of LA Magazine says, "I'm looking at the very graphic photos of Sandra taken after her death, and it's apparent that her nose is broken, misshapen and bruised in these photos, which was not noted in any of the MSP police reports." Story coming. All right, well, keep an eye out for that.
[02:53:09] Speaker 4: Hold on.
[02:53:10] Speaker 2: Oh, Grant says this. Hold on, breaking news. The unnamed woman in question is now on the DOJ witness list as to Brian Tulling and John Fanning's cover-up of Sandra Burstmore's murder. It's the same woman who extorted Sandra over $248 and then called the Stought and PD about Sandra and Fart while on 1-21-21. So she's coming in to testify. We testify. Huh. Okay. Okay, let's get back to it. Oh, please. Oh, my God, there's so much to cover. I can't even. I'm going to try and move it a little faster because I know this is taking a really long time. There's a lot to scroll through. Oops. Where were we? Carlos. Carlos, right? Oh, please. Emily, I think you put your afternoon notes up on YouTube, right? Because sometimes it's easier to access and it plays nicer when you're flipping pages.
[02:55:02] Speaker ?: Okay.
[02:55:03] Speaker 2: Oh, at 1:50, Emily's notes say, "Farwell walks back in after lunch and super casually and begins snuggle whispering, with his attorney Stevens."
[02:55:32] Speaker ?: Disgusting.
[02:55:33] Speaker 2: And then she said, "When Carlos Verisimo took me out of his office,
[02:55:36] Speaker ?: I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office.
[02:55:39] Speaker 2: I'm going to go back to my office.
[02:55:40] Speaker ?: And then she said, "When Carlos Verisimo took me out of my office, I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. And I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office.
[02:55:58] Speaker 2: I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office.
[02:56:03] Speaker ?: I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office.
[02:56:10] Speaker 2: I'm going to go back to my office.
[02:56:22] Speaker ?: I'm going to go back to my office.
[02:56:23] Speaker 2: I'm going to go back to my office.
[02:56:34] Speaker ?: I'm going to go back to my office.
[02:56:45] Speaker 5: I'm going to go back to my office.
[02:56:46] Speaker 2: I'm going to go back to my office. I'm going to go back to my office. And then he's got some, there's so much breaking news. The breaking news also is that Stoughton Police Chief Donna McNamara may testify tomorrow, Wednesday, in the trial. She's expected to be the last witness of the day. We may not get to her testimony. If so, she will testify on Thursday. So the lineup for tomorrow is Trooper Dunn continued, then Leslie Davis, then Robert Kuhn, then Alicia Zimmerman, then Stoughton PD. Chief Donna McNamara, who they are trying like hell to get her out of her job at Stoughton PD, because she's the one who started the internal affairs investigation into John Fanning. So there's that. Emily made it just in time for dismissal. I know, sometimes you got to rush to get that bus. I can't even imagine what the traffic is like for you going all the way back to Canton.
[02:57:47] Speaker ?: No, please. Okay.
[02:57:49] Speaker 5: Per Boozy.
[02:57:50] Speaker 2: They did show a picture the second time on Grant's interview this evening. Okay. The same picture? Well, they showed it a second time, but the second time was not an accident. I think what Emily is saying is, how did they get it out of order when it wasn't even the one after the one when they showed it by accident? Right?
[02:58:20] Speaker ?: I don't know.
[02:58:20] Speaker 2: This is a really long.
[02:58:21] Speaker ?: I love feed. So it takes time.
[02:58:26] Speaker 2: Oh, the forensic people are ramping up again, in case you haven't noticed. Two different pictures, both an accident.
[02:58:48] Speaker ?: Okay.
[02:58:48] Speaker 2: Okay. Okay.
[02:58:50] Speaker ?: I don't know if he started a new thread. Hold on. Okay.
[02:58:55] Speaker 2: Anything else happen with Carlos Verisimo? I don't know if he started a new thread. Hold on. Okay. Anything else happen with Carlos Verissimo? I think he showed, they showed, they talked more about the surveillance video, right? I made notes for everything except the continuation of this thread, so bear with me for a second. We left off at cross. Let's see if I can find another way. I'm getting tired. Emily, you want to come on and talk about it? Hold on. Oh, well, I guess it was on cross that the supervisor testified at Sandra's cross. He concedes that people would prop the front door open of the building. I know you're also spent. I know. Despite a sign telling them not to. Thank you, Glenn Jones. So that's interesting. And the jury looked tired. Matthew Dunn then takes the stand. And all he says, Glenn Jones says, could get awkward. First state trooper from Norfolk County DA's office takes the stand. Matthew Dunn could get awkward. US attorneys believe local and state investigators botched this case. And then he says, testimony ends for the day. Direct examination of Matthew Dunn resumes in the morning. See if there's anything else. Here's somebody else. I don't know if Dunn really testified about much today, did he? Yeah, they were disinterested and then they were tired. That's exactly right. In the meantime, we'll cover, you know, we'll do, we'll cover the entirety of Matthew Dunn's testimony tomorrow because there wasn't much before they broke for the day. But, um, Rachel Rollins, Rachel Rollins is weighing in on this. Hold on. She says, great first test day of testimony for the feds finished five witnesses and started a six trooper Matthew Dunn, the case officer and Sandra's death investigation. Awkward. Dunn is satisfying about the premeditated killing of Sandra and her unborn child that MSP and NCDAO deemed a suicide. Wow. The swamp waters. Peter Murphy's here. He says the swamp waters are rising. Uh, let's take a look at some other video that Grant caught today. I think he interviewed Esty. Let's take a look at that. And, um, he says wild. I just ran into Kate Peter's friend, Joe Warren outside of federal court. I don't know who that guy is. I don't know the lore behind him. He got very concerned when I asked when Kate and Joe were present, when the FBI was wiretapped while investigating Brian Tully and John Fanny's coverup of Sandra Birchmore's murder. Then he, okay, hold on a second. Oh my God. Grant is like the man on the street talking to everybody. Can somebody tell me who Joe Warren is? Who's the F is Joe Warren? What's the lore? Peter Murphy was at court today too. All right. Here you go.
[03:03:59] Speaker 3: Mr. Warren. How are you, sir? How are you? Okay. So what I want to know is not you per se. I think you might've been in the orbit of this call, but why did Kate Peter wiretap the FBI? You keep
[03:04:08] Speaker 4: telling people I wiretap the FBI. You were there. That counts. That counts. You can't. What is the
[03:04:14] Speaker 3: actual statute? Illegal interception of an oral communication. Great. Just stop. Agent Lea Ferreira knows your name. Why are you saying her name? I, cause I can say her name. I told, no, I said, don't say the other woman's name. The woman you two were fucking intimidating. I'm so pissed. Why would you and Kate Peter know that that woman was talking to Lea Ferreira? What the fuck? You shouldn't have known that. She was looking into Tully and Fanning. Who you really protecting? Who's this guy? You don't know what you're talking about. I want to know if you were working for them as a CI. Great. You don't know what you're talking about. I'm asking you a direct question. Were you a CI? I'm asking you, do you deny it? You were there. You were there for that conversation. The statute defines it as illegally intercepting and oral communication. Lea Ferreira didn't know you were there. Neither did you know Kate was there. How do I know? I talked to her. Yeah, I cooperated with the FBI. I co-op. Oh, well, listen, you can sell that song up the river, right to Sing Sing. Well, hi, Sing Sing. Well, listen, I'm just saying, please, no more. All right. Sing Sing is a place. Sing Sing is a place. Get out of here. Go. It's public. It's just public. I thought you're going inside. You're going to miss it. I'm not going anywhere. Oh, okay. See, I'm just coming up to you. Just tell you stop saying my name. I'm not. Say it to this. What do you ever say? Say it to this. Why are you shaking? I'm a little concerned as to who you work for. I don't know what the was going on at Amelia's. I don't know what the these cops were doing, but I'm worried you protect men that hurt women and kids and then put them in brothels because they got dirt on you. How about that? Oh, you're wrong. Don't touch my birdies. You're wrong. Don't touch my birdies. Did you hit your wife with the microphone? I don't have a wife. Your girlfriend? You hit her in the mouth with the microphone. She might have hit me in the mouth with the microphone. Is she okay? She's fine. She is. She's very nice. You may not talk to her. You might be. I'm worried that you bring women. You might be the feral journalist. Did Kate Peter pimp her prior roommate? Is Kate Peter a pimp? I've got no comment. I've got no comment. Okay. Will you help me break up this brothel ring? Can I flip you?
[03:06:28] Speaker 2: Did you promise to stop? There's no comment about whether Kate Peter runs a brothel? What?
[03:06:38] Speaker 3: I'm telling people that I want your child. You've got to tell it to Agent Leah Ferreira. She wants to know. So verify that you talked to her and told her that. Verify it. You want her phone number? Verify it. Oh, you want me to play you the voicemail?
[03:06:50] Speaker 2: Oh, he's the antiquated rogue guy? That's him? I don't really know who that is, but okay. Rogie rogue. I don't know who that is. Can I flip you? Oh, I do have a voicemail from her. You have a voicemail? Sure. Send it over.
[03:07:03] Speaker 3: I'm not going to send you shit, but I'll play you the voicemail so you can know how serious this is. You shouldn't have been there for that call. It made me mad. Don't be emotional. I'm not being emotional. I'm concerned that you and Kate Peter tried to compromise a federal investigation into Brian Tully and John Fanning's cover-up of Sandra Birchmore's murder because it touched on Amelia's. You fucking ring of degenerates. Stop buying prostitutes. Stop it. Stop it. Don't buy no prostitutes. Make me old man. I didn't buy Wendy Murphy. I never bought Wendy Murphy. Hey, I never did.
[03:07:40] Speaker 2: Why was Liz Syracuse's uncle in law? Wendy Murphy is Grant's mother. She's a lawyer in Massachusetts and a law professor. What? Her uncle. Who's a statey? Why was he hanging out with my mom? Michael Proctor's uncle has been hanging out with his mom, Wendy Murphy.
[03:07:57] Speaker 3: Wait, wait. What's his name? Marty Syracuse? Is that his name? I don't know. Oh, you don't know any stateys, do you? You on that CI list? The Globe's suing for it. We're going to find you on there. 827 names.
[03:08:09] Speaker 4: You're a conspiracy nut. I'm just saying.
[03:08:11] Speaker 3: Hey, why'd Michael Proctor work at State Street? I want to know. Why was his lawyer here? Have a good day, Grant. Have a good day. I'll see you in there? No, you won't. Yeah, exactly, because you're too afraid to give your ID to the federal agents who want to arrest you. How dare you wiretap the FBI? You piece of trash. Tell Kate Peter to go fuck herself.
[03:08:33] Speaker 2: Okay, earmuffs, everyone. Amelia's is a restaurant. We watched this. He told us all about this yesterday. He told us a lot of stuff. Was it only yesterday? It feels like a long time ago. And the way this man just ran off makes me think that maybe Grant's on the right track. I don't know. Let's take a listen to Grant interviewing Esty and Boozy Beauty outside the courtroom after what he says. It was the worst moment of any federal criminal trial ever in the United States. The Matthew Farwell defense team twice showed a picture of Sandra Birchmore's dead body and face in open court with no warning. Esty and Boozy Beauty explained what happened. Sandra's family was so broken up. They were unable to speak.
[03:09:20] Speaker 7: So were you in the courtroom when the defense, this is Esky by the way, were you in the courtroom when that picture went up without anyone? Can you tell us what happened?
[03:09:29] Speaker 8: Yes. We all processed it for like a glimpse and was just like, can I use my language? Holy shit.
[03:09:38] Speaker 4: Was there a reaction audible in the courtroom? Did people have... I let out an audible like,
[03:09:43] Speaker 8: oh my God. And then I right away put my hands over Barb's eyes for her not to see. Sandra's cousin Barb. Yeah. And she's like, thank you. And I was like, oh my God. And like, yeah, she just started crying obviously because she's not expecting to see that. We were told or she was told that they would give instructions to the jury that sensitive material would be seen and then at that warning. Yeah. And the family would then leave the courtroom and she was planning on doing that.
[03:10:13] Speaker 4: That was the plan the whole time. And the defense did this without any warning.
[03:10:16] Speaker 8: No warning. They, they put up a picture. Not the prosecution. It was the defense. Yes. It was the defense that they were supposed to be putting up a picture of like, her condo. And instead it was Sandra's face, like zoomed in of her deceased rigor mortis face. Which I can still see right now when I close my eyes.
[03:10:39] Speaker 4: Was it difficult in the room after that for anyone to take in any of the information? Did we resettle after a little bit? Kind of. It was hard because you could still see that the
[03:10:49] Speaker 8: family was sniffling and upset and Barb actually did go and leave because she couldn't trust what was going to come up next. What pictures were going to be displayed. Wow. Yeah. I don't even have anything else to say. I was disturbed by it. Yeah. Yeah. Those are my feelings about today.
[03:11:09] Speaker 9: Boozy beauty. Can you tell me what you felt when you saw that? Shock initially. It's boozy beauty. She's a beauty. And then immediate anger. And I immediately turned to Barb. I had someone in between us and I immediately checked on her because you could just see the instant despair in her face. It was unsettling to say the least. Very unsettling. Were you able to take in any evidence after that? I tried. And normally I can't in these type of things. But because it was so shocking, you didn't even realize what was coming. Because it happened twice actually. They originally flashed it. And then they went to go on to the photo. And then after they were done, they actually showed it again. So it happened twice. And I actually was surrounded by Sandra's family, both next to me and in front. And they all equally, you could see by their body language, they are very much upset by this. Obviously anger, a few of them. And then others were just pure and utter shock and instant tears, which is to be expected when it comes to obviously Sandra Birkmore's family. She is the victim in this and still has yet to receive justice. And here we are in federal court because the Norfolk company district attorney's office and the Massachusetts state police refused to change her manner of death when it comes to Sandra's case. The defense seems like they almost lost this case.
[03:12:32] Speaker 4: How did the jury react to that photo going up about any warning?
[03:12:36] Speaker 9: Uh, you could tell a few of them were shocked, you know, because it wasn't what we were expecting. Even Judge Casper, you could tell was pretty alarmed, pretty, pretty alarmed almost instantaneously. And then in fact, several times afterwards had to remind both teams to basically make sure you follow the exhibits when you're calling them and make sure you don't flash other exhibits that haven't been okayed yet by her. So thank you. And how do you want to be identified?
[03:13:02] Speaker 2: Boozy Beauty. And this is a great way to close out this part of the segment here with Boozy Beauty's long thread, which I will read to you, where she connects all the dots for those of you don't know. Brian Tully was the head supervisor of the John O'Keefe death investigation when Jen McCabe's 227 Google search Haas long to dying cold was mysteriously deleted. The only search to have been missing amongst 4,056 searches. John Fanning was the head supervisor of the Sandra Birchmore death investigation when her laptop's server mysteriously crashed. Thus, the raw native digital forensic data from the laptop was completely wiped out. This occurring days after a meeting with federal investigators where they likely told Fanning that they did not agree with the state's suicide finding and also only four days before Matthew Farwell's arrest. Fanning in a report also stated that a search of Farwell's phone produced zero communications with Birchmore. Her laptop, however, produced 32,709 communications. Fanning and Tully both worked within the Massachusetts State Police Unit assigned to Norfolk County. Before their promotions, they were even partners. Both would go on to have some level of involvement in both the John O'Keefe and Sandra Birchmore investigations. Fanning is a Stoughton native who worked for the Stoughton Police Department from 2002 to 2005. Matthew Farwell began volunteering with the Stoughton Police Department through its Explorer program in 1998, remaining involved until the program was shut down in 2016. Norfolk County District Attorney Michael Morrissey also previously ran a basketball camp in Stoughton. Through the Explorer program. Oh, I just threw up a little bit in my mouth. Tully attended Stonehill College where he played football with Paul O'Keefe, John O'Keefe's brother. Paul was the team's quarterback and captain during the 2000 and 2001 school years. Tully, who was only one year younger, was there during both seasons in which Paul served as a captain. Taken together, these connections raised serious questions about the investigators who played supervisory roles in two of the most significant cases handled by the Norfolk County investigative apparatus. Both investigators were once partners. Both had supervisory roles in these investigations. Both were involved in some capacity in the O'Keefe and Birchmore cases. And both cases contained significant questions surrounding missing or compromised digital evidence. Oh, and how could I forget? Tully and Fanning worked together to retrieve Karen Reed's cell phones when the county attempted and failed to indict her on witness intimidation charges. They also went to Matthew Farwell's federal indictment together. There you go. There's a picture of them going to retrieve Karen's phones. Because you can't make it up, folks. You just can't make it up. And nobody wants you to know about it. Nobody wants you to know about it. But we're not shutting up, are we, folks? Thank you to Kimmy for your demo, who says, "This isn't easy to cover. We appreciate the heck out of you, Melanie." Thank you so very much. Decline says, "I love you so much. You say everything that some of us will never." Thank you. Mary Beyer says, "Mizzy says Sandra's apartment was a bit isolated between the elevator and the maintenance closet." And Charles saying, "It's called The Fabulous, I don't like that word, show. Thanks for tuning in from South Africa. It wasn't enough. He abused her in life. He abused her in death," says Janice. Mama, she says, "Mel, you and the crew do amazing work. So grateful for all your reporting on this case. Justice for Sandra Birchmore. Thank you so very much." May says, "Two years. I love you with all my heart, Melanie. Blessings. Thank you so much." Oh man, the information is rolling in. Susie, thank you for tuning in from Canada. Good evening. Just joined. Sorry if this was already answered. Will his wife testify? Well, she's got spousal privilege, so she can't be forced to. She's not on the witness list. Thank you. Susie and Ms. Jewell says, "I just love you with all my heart. You're doing a sweet young girl justice. I appreciate you so much. Thank you." Under your scars, thank you for your sympathy. FYI, Grant on 10:00 PM on Turtle Boy. Juror's board already. Crazy. Thank you. Care Bear, thanks for gifting five memberships. And great coverage, Melanie. Condolences was working. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry for the loss of your mom. Jules, thank you for your, my life is dark in healthcare, she says. Thanks for your 20. Music. Grant's video with Joe Warren made me concerned for ground safety. I think you were right about Grant needing security. Melanie, I hope I'm wrong. He says that he's got a lot of FBI watching him at all times. And there's a huge, apparently there's a huge FBI presence in the courtroom. But look who's all riled up today. Hold on a second.
[03:18:22] Speaker ?: Well, 13 hours ago, she was all riled up about this. Here you go.
[03:18:31] Speaker 2: Oh, look, one of the, one of the four, one of the four score and seven years ago people says, so Melanie little is threatening third party action. If she's sued in the defamation case with four little laughy, um, uh, laughy emojis with tears. Hey, honey, baby, good luck to you. I'm not your honey, baby. Everything we've ever posted includes videos of the exact wording coming out of your mouth. Are you sure about that, Jules? Are you sure about that? I'm not aware of any jurisdiction. Oops. In which you can sue yourself, but that's who you should be looking for at right in the mirror. Oh, dramatic one. Or do you think it's dramatic? Jules, do you think it's dramatic? Oh, and then look, one of their minions, Lara says attorney, Melanie little, you're a clown. Maybe you need to go brush up on the law. You've been spending so much time manipulating it that you clearly don't know what you're talking about anymore. Weirdo. You know, it's so funny if what they say is true and they're trying to make me a witness in this case under Massachusetts law, wouldn't this be witness intimidation? I don't know. I don't know. What do you think? And then they post a video of mine. Hold on. Cause we're not done yet. There's more. Oh, look, there's more. This is, she spends her life tweeting like it's her job. Hold on. Like it's her job. Like almost as if she's getting paid to, I don't know how she could ever do anything else in life other than posting about everyone who doesn't think John O'Keefe was hit by a car. Hold on. Let's see. Cause this must be today's talking point. This is what they do. This is how it's orchestrated. Okay. You're getting a great, a great lesson in what it is that they do. Oh, look, Mama Llama, another one of the four score and seven years ago, three years of relentless defamation, lies and harassment. This is exactly what it is. Full stop. Oh, good. And then you're going to post some of my videos. Okay. Good. Let's listen. So Jennifer McCabe, tell your army to keep coming for me. Cause we're going to keep coming for you and your family. So Jennifer McCabe, tell your army to keep coming. Oh, that's a little Jennifer McCabe. Tell your, that's a little clip of when I was talking about how they were stalking me, just like they're still doing. So funny when you take things out of context, isn't it? Isn't it Mama Llama, the self-proclaimed bestie of Jennifer McCabe. That's what she told that person in that, uh, really bad podcast. What the hell was it called? It was by that guy Phelps, right? Remember this is their marching orders for today. Come after Melanie little again. Oh, and here's something else. I guess here's something else. I guess that I, uh, another video. This must be really old. Hold on. This is, she's considering this harassment. Hold on. Oh, my freeze game is on point. Look at that. That's evil. My friends, you are staring at the squinty eyes of evil. Oh, that's defamatory. That's my opinion. You've said far worse about me. Let's keep going. Chris Albert coming in. Oh, oh, did you make a little montage of what you think is my defamation? Okay, cool. Cool. Cool. Cool. Chris Albert. What did I say about Chris Albert? Let's play it out of context for the D bag of the year award. Um, are, are, are you guys watching this? Are you seeing what I'm seeing here? Clearly opinion. Clearly opinion. Chris Albert up for the D bag of the year award. Wow. That's the best that you could find of my defamatory statements. First of all, Chris Albert isn't even a plaintiff. Okay. Try harder. Try harder. Hold on. Three years of relentless defamation lies and harassment. Really? That's the best that you could do. That's the best you could do on your assignment. Um, from, um, this morning. Wow. Well done. Well done to you. Oh, and then Jennifer Altman is in there saying just FYI, Chris Albert is one of the nicest men I have ever met. Sounds like a threat. Wow. Wow. All right. Hold on. Cause you know, of course there's going to be more just go on there and you'll find it. Oh, wait, there is more because now they're denying that they ever said anything about me on their four score and seven years ago channel that nobody's watching. Like literally the amount of views they have on there is embarrassing. How much money do you think they're raising for their, their, uh, their king? Why are you so obsessed with me? Go on out there. Armchair detectives. Oh, here are 10 hours ago. Forensic room says I don't even think we've ever mentioned Melanie little on our show. And then they're all reposting whoever this Laura girl is. If anybody knows who this Laura girl is, let me know. With a little, another laughy, smiley emoji. Oh, really? You don't think so? I'm sure everyone's got the receipts on that. They've never mentioned me on their show. Okay. All right. We'll keep going. There's more I'm sure, but I'll pull it all up for you tomorrow. They've got marching orders, but if those two little clips are the best that they can do for my defamation of Chris Albert being up for D bag of the year award. Well done. I can't even tell you how many examples I have going back two and a half years. Well, let's see. February, January of 2024 is when they started coming for me. It's all orchestrated. You know it. I know it. We all know it. You want to make me a witness? Make me a witness. Will they prosecute any of people who are harassing me for intimidations if my feelings get hurt? So it's Massachusetts law. That's not my law. I think it's stupid, but you know. Thank you. Thank you, love from Tejas for calling me the queen and healing vibes and deep clients as you have class integrity and humility. Love you and all the cupcakes. Feel free to email me with any further examples that you have of the harassment that I've received from these morons. It'll be fun is all I can say. It will be fun. All right. We'll come back tomorrow. We'll do this again. We'll do a recap of day three. Should be exciting. Donna McNamara should be the last witness of the day. And Matthew Dunn will tell us everything. He didn't get to tell very much today, so he'll tell us everything. Stay cool, stay kind, stay classy. Don't believe everything you read on the internet. Stay safe out there, my friends. Thank you, moderators, because you're the most amazing people. And I can never do this without you. That's right. Winners focus on winning. Losers focus on winners. You got it.
