[0:12] I'm saying later on it will be revealed that they abused the Blue Ribbon Committee, [0:17] they abused yung paggamit sa investigation ng DOJ at ombudsman. [0:22] I won't go there right now because I want everyone to fully understand the situation. [0:27] The situation now is that we want an independent impeachment. Magaganap po yan. [0:36] Walang mga scheme, sinister plot. Basta kung anong ebidensya, lalabas yung ebidensya. [0:42] And I will correct kung totoo yung reports about one senator na pag sila daw majority, malalatag nila ebidensya. [0:49] Hindi po. Ang prosecution dapat ang lumatag ng ebidensya nila to convict. [0:54] Ang defense ang dapat lumatag ng ebidensya nila para ma-acquit. [0:58] Ang senator judges ay dapat mag-examine ng mga ebidensya. [1:04] So in accordance with the rules. And there are rules. There are rules of evidence. [1:09] So people will be able to judge us. So that's one important thing, the impeachment. [1:14] The other important thing is yung ekonomiya natin. Presyo. [2:00] But if we allow the flood control issue, the biggest corruption issue in our history, to go unchecked, [2:09] let me throw you this question. [2:11] Alam niyo na ba kung ano talaga ang scheme o scam sa flood control? [2:17] Ilan ba talaga ang ghost? Ilan ang hindi ghost? Ilan ang substandard? [2:22] Bulakan lang ba? O maraming lugar sa ating bansa? [2:26] Senador lang ba? May congressman? May cabinet member ba? May mastermind ba? O wala? [2:32] Ano yung real numbers sa 1 trillion a year sa 2023, 2024, 2025? [2:39] Ano ba dyan ang tama? Ngayon ba? Wala na bang corruption ngayon sa infrastructure problems? [2:45] Kamusta ang ating flood control? Pag umulan ba ng malakas ngayon? [2:50] Makakasiguro tayong hindi babaha? [2:53] So ang dami pong tanong. [2:55] Hindi po ito masasagot kung wala tayong independent, impartial na hearing.
