Pres.Trump Delivers Remarks at the Faith & Freedom Coalition's Policy Meeting- 06/26/26

[1:27] Of course, a number of events going on this week, and specifically, we interviewed a number of great American patriots. [1:34] Let's start with this one right now. [1:45] Great to be with you, as always. [1:47] Definitely. Let's dive right into that 24-7 news cycle. [1:50] Recently, of course, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Trump administration on those two immigration-related cases, including, what, temporary restricted status for illegal aliens and asylum procedures. [2:03] What is the White House's reaction to all of that victory? [2:08] These are two massive victories for President Trump and for the Trump administration, but they're also big victories for the American people and, of course, the rule of law. [2:17] On temporary protected status, the Supreme Court affirmed what this president has said all along, which is that temporary protected status is, by definition, temporary. [2:28] It was never meant to be a pathway to permanent citizenship or status in the United States. [2:34] And so the Trump administration now, thanks to the Supreme Court, will be able to abide by the rule of law and enforce the laws as they are on the books. [2:43] And the ruling on the asylum is also a big win for the Trump administration. [2:49] It means that the Trump administration is able to stop the exploitation of our asylum system that has gone on for years and years, encouraged by Democrats in Washington, [2:59] and that the Trump administration is able to make sure Americans are being put first. [3:04] This is enabling us to fulfill key campaign promises and, once again, really just upholding the rule of law. [3:10] So we're very pleased by these rulings and their great wins. [3:14] Speaking of law, a law and order president. [3:17] I mean, as soon as he stepped into the office there at the U.S. office as the 47th commander-in-chief, [3:21] we saw the national emergency on the southern border right away. [3:25] And it's something that really shut down what Biden and the whole crew did. [3:30] Isn't that great to be a part of a White House that has those things going on for the safety of us? [3:36] Absolutely. [3:37] It's great to be part of an administration that is putting the rule of law first. [3:40] And, you know, 10 or so years ago, you would have never thought we would have Democrats [3:45] who are so insistent on chipping away on just law and order. [3:49] But as we have seen, especially when President Trump was out of office, [3:53] the Biden administration just cheered on the criminals that were crossing our border, [3:57] that were invading our country. [3:59] The Trump administration has definitely put a stop to that. [4:02] We have secured the border. [4:05] But also with these actions that the Supreme Court has taken in favor of the administration [4:10] and a host of other pro-America policies that we are implementing, [4:14] President Trump is slowly chipping away at the damage that Joe Biden did to our immigration system. [4:20] And we're not stopping anytime soon. [4:23] Exactly. [4:24] And speaking of law, wouldn't it be great to see the Save America Act be signed into law by President Donald J. Trump? [4:30] Because thanks to President Trump, the momentum has started to have an uptick in Washington. [4:36] Since that Easter recess, it kind of went downhill. [4:40] But now it's back up into the mainstream, you know, narrative, which is good, [4:45] even in independent and alternative media like us here at Right Side. [4:48] So, you know, what's your take right now on getting that thing passed, ideally before the midterms? [4:54] Yes, the Save America Act has been a top priority for President Trump for quite some time. [4:59] And it continues to be one, as you see and all of your viewers see. [5:03] The President talks about the Save America Act at just about every opportunity possible. [5:08] And the reason he does this is because he knows how important it is to the American people. [5:14] These are common sense policies, things like proving you're an American citizen in order to vote in American elections, [5:19] showing ID when you cast your ballot, something you have to do when you go to the library to get a library card. [5:25] And they're supported by the vast majority of Americans outside of the politicians in Washington, D.C., [5:32] especially the Democrat politicians in Congress, trying to stop the President's agenda. [5:37] So, as you see and as your viewers see, the President is continuing to push on this legislation. [5:43] He knows it is the number one priority for the American people, and he is treating it as such, and he will continue to do so. [5:51] It's pretty wild to see that President Trump said recently in the Oval Office that it's a 99% issue, [5:58] meaning that's 99% of people support this. [6:02] And to your point, it does seem like it is the extreme leftist Democrats or the mainstream media, [6:09] maybe the fake news, are the only two entities that are really against the Save America Act. [6:15] I mean, even there are Democrats that are saying, you know, we should have fair elections. [6:19] I mean, isn't that wild to see that? [6:21] Yes, and you're right. [6:23] President Trump says it's a 99-to-1 issue, and I think that 1% is probably Congressional Democrats and the fake news media. [6:30] But, yes, Democrat voters throughout the country, they want fair elections, too. [6:34] They want to know that their vote is counting and that illegal aliens aren't voting in their elections. [6:38] So that's why the President is pushing so hard on this issue, because he knows it's not just a red issue. [6:43] He knows it's not just Republicans. [6:45] He knows it's good for all Americans, and not just Americans today and during his term, but for generations to come. [6:53] It is absolutely critical to secure our elections. [6:55] 100%, and finally, the President's speech just the other night at the National Mall to really kick off Freedom 250, he really brought it home to the American people, didn't he? [7:06] Yes, the President's speech was absolutely electric. [7:10] I was very lucky to be in attendance. [7:12] And something I loved was how he talked about the greatness of our American history. [7:18] I think this is something that Democrats and the mainstream media often try to belittle and attack America and all of the great things that we did, and President Trump didn't shy away from that at all. [7:30] He talked about our incredible history and how we are the greatest nation history has ever known, and he also talked about moving forward and looking ahead and how great our country can still be and great things that we can do in the future. [7:43] So the President struck a great tone, a very patriotic tone. [7:47] The crowd was absolutely fired up to see him, and what a great way to kick off our America 250 celebrations on the National Mall. [7:55] Exactly, and we're only a few days away from July 4th. [22:16] Earlier today in the Oval Office, it was my honor to sign an executive order directing federal agencies to accelerate agricultural innovations [22:23] that give farmers and ranches the necessary resources to ensure American crops are the healthiest and the most abundant and the most affordable. [22:33] And we're always working for the farmer. [22:36] We want to make it better and easier for you. [22:38] A lot easier for you. [22:39] We're pleased to be joined tonight by Secretary of Agriculture, Brooke Rollins. [22:44] And Brooke is a friend of mine. [22:49] And we talk all the time about affordability, because when we came in, prices were through the roof. [22:54] And you see, they're coming down very fast, Brooke. [22:56] Good job. [22:57] You know, eggs, I think, were four times higher than they are right now. [23:00] And it was my first day in office, and we had a news conference. [23:04] And the fake news, which is around here someplace, they're always around someplace, unfortunately. [23:11] But the fake news said, eggs, why are they so high? [23:15] I said, what do you mean? [23:17] Explain to me what's going on with eggs. [23:19] There are four times they were so high, like at a record high. [23:22] Now, I was only there for one day. [23:24] And I said, I've only been here for one day. [23:26] Give me a break. [23:27] And now, Brooke went, we worked very hard on it. [23:30] And they're actually at a very low price right now. [23:33] So it's really great. [23:34] People are eating a lot of eggs. [23:36] But Brooke Rollins has done a fantastic job. [23:39] We have our Secretary of the Treasury, Scott Besant, he's central casting. [23:44] I say, he's totally central casting, right? [23:49] He's a great guy. [23:50] He's done a good job. [23:50] How's our economy doing, Scott? [23:52] Pretty good, right through the roof. [23:55] It's potentially, I think, we have almost $19 trillion being invested. [24:00] As an example, Sleepy Joe Biden, his administration, you know what it had? [24:04] Less than a trillion dollars for four years, investment in the country. [24:08] We have $19.2 trillion for 12 months. [24:12] It's a big difference. [24:13] And you see that all the factories being built all over the country. [24:17] Nobody, you will never have seen this. [24:19] And you may never see it again. [24:20] I don't think anybody's ever seen anything like it. [24:23] We have our Secretary of the Interior, Doug Burgum, who's another star. [24:28] He's a big star. [24:29] He's helping me with all the fountains and all the statues all over Washington. [24:35] And they're really looking good. [24:37] We caught some people vandalizing our beautiful reflecting pool. [24:42] We have the reflecting pool. [24:43] They took a cutter, a box cutter or something very sharp. [24:48] And can you imagine? [24:49] Where did these people come up with this? [24:52] And they threw a little fertilizer in the water, which is not good. [24:55] Fertilizer doesn't go well with water. [24:57] Clear, beautiful water doesn't work well. [25:00] But they caught him. [25:01] They actually caught him. [25:02] And those guys have some problems ahead of them. [25:06] But they did some damage. [25:07] But it looks beautiful. [25:08] I just looked at it, Doug, and it looks beautiful. [25:11] And they're going to fix it. [25:13] They cut the bottom with a knife and pulled it and tried to do it as much damage as possible. [25:21] These are sick people. [25:22] But none of them are in the farming community. [25:25] You're lucky. [25:26] If you did have, you wouldn't put up with them very long, I don't think. [27:35] Anyway, the Democrats, they gave us the worst inflation in the history of our country, 48 [27:40] years to be exact. [27:42] And they crushed farmers with the burdensome restrictions. [27:45] And my first term, we had an agricultural trade surplus. [27:49] Biden took that surplus and turned it into a $50 billion agricultural trade deficit. [27:56] We had a big surplus with the farmer, and he took it in. [27:59] I couldn't believe it. [28:00] I was watching it happen with a rigged election. [28:03] And he turned it into a $50 billion trade deficit. [28:06] We had a deficit in agriculture, the worst we've ever had under Biden. [28:11] He failed to negotiate a single trade deal on your behalf during a four-year period. [28:16] That's because he had no idea where the hell he was. [28:18] And in his last year, farm bankruptcy rose to the highest levels ever, more than 55% up. [28:28] One of the things I did for the farmers, I don't know if we get to it, but in the Great [28:33] Big Beautiful Bill, so many farmers, they love their children, and they want to leave [28:38] their farm to their children. [28:39] And the children love the farm, and they don't want to move into the big city because they're [28:43] very smart. [28:44] They want to stay at the farm. [28:45] But a lot of the farmers are cash-rich in some cases, and others are really land-rich. [28:53] And the ones that are land-rich were having a little problem. [28:55] They'd leave their farms, and their children would have to go out and borrow a lot of money [28:59] to pay the estate tax or the death tax, a nasty tax, and it would be like 55%, 60% in [29:06] some cases. [29:07] And they'd end up losing the farm. [29:10] They'd go out, borrow the money, and the banks would end up owning the farm, and they [29:14] did terrible things to themselves. [29:15] They'd be, you know the story, it's a terrible thing, but there'd be suicides. [29:19] They'd be, they lost their farm, it was taken away. [29:22] And I ended, in the Great Big Beautiful Bill, the death tax on farms and small businesses. [29:29] So if you like your children, good. [33:12] And China's committed to purchase at least $17 billion in U.S. agricultural products, [33:18] in particular soybeans. [33:19] So I just left President Xi three weeks ago, three or four weeks ago, and he's agreed to [33:25] purchase $17 billion worth of mostly soybeans and different things, but mostly soybeans. [33:31] I terminated the insane electric vehicle mandate where they wanted your tractors within five [33:37] years to be all electric. [33:38] That's just what you want is an electric tractor. [33:40] Would anybody like an electric tractor? [33:43] Because typically it's not the greatest. [33:45] You run out of fuel. [33:46] If you're out in the field someday, and you're running a little low on juice, you'll never [33:51] get it started. [33:52] You might as well abandon it. [33:54] So ridiculous. [34:27] We eliminated unnecessary restrictions on sales of E15. [34:32] And I made it clear that I will sign a bill allowing E15 all year round. [34:36] And that was something that was very important to the farmers. [34:40] I also repealed the Biden administration's ridiculous Waters of the United States. [34:44] Well, it sounds so beautiful. [34:46] The Waters of the United States. [34:49] It sounds so beautiful. [34:50] The Waters of the United States. [34:52] It's a killer. [34:54] It absolutely destroyed you and your businesses. [34:57] Had a good name, and everything else was bad. [35:00] When I did that, I said, I'm going to be killed by the fake news media with this one. [35:04] I'm destroying the waters of the, think of that, the title. [35:07] And when I did it, I was surrounded by farmers when I signed it. [35:11] And half of them were crying. [35:12] They said, you've saved our business, sir. [35:14] Pretty, pretty amazing, right? [35:16] We passed the largest tax cuts in American history and made the small business tax deduction [35:20] permanent, benefiting 98 percent of farmers and ranches to help keep your family farms in [35:27] good shape. [35:28] It's really, it was a fantastic, it was a fantastic thing that we did for the farmer. [35:33] I took a lot of heat because sometimes there is a group of people that are the exact opposite [35:38] of the farmers, and what's good for the farmers is not good for them. [35:42] But I am pro-farmer, I will tell you right now, I am pro-farmer. [35:48] And yesterday, we also called on Congress to pass a supplemental funding bill that will [35:53] provide $11 billion in relief towards specialty crops and helping our great agricultural [35:59] producers rebound from the losses that they had due to the Biden administration's horrible, [36:05] horrible rules and regulations. [36:07] So we're going to be getting an $11 billion payment in relief to our farmers. [36:12] And Brooke, you'll distribute that money, hopefully equitably, you'll do it equitably, and you'll [36:18] do a great job with it. [36:20] I just want to tell you, you're special people, and you have been right from the beginning. [36:25] From the day I ran, for some reason you like me. [36:27] I came from the city, a city slicker. [36:30] And from the day I ran, you like me. [36:32] And from the day I ran, I like you. [36:35] And we won Iowa, and we won Nebraska. [36:37] We won everything. [36:38] We won everything there is to win having to do with the farms. [36:41] And now I think we're more popular than ever before. [36:50] But if you remember, last term I got you $28 billion dollars because you were taken advantage [36:54] of by a lot of countries, including China. [36:57] And I took $28 billion out of the tariffs, and I made you all whole, beyond whole, I think. [37:05] But we made you whole. [37:07] And now even just in talking here, we're doing the $11 billion relief to help you get through [37:12] a pretty difficult period of time. [37:14] We're never going to let you down. [37:15] We're never letting the farmer down. [37:17] We let the farmer down. [37:18] We're letting our country down, and we're doing great. [38:31] But we're going to help them out. [38:32] But we did that. [38:33] And Iran, effectively, within a week and a half, we knocked out their entire military, [38:38] their leadership, their aircraft, their navy. [38:41] They had 159 ships within one and a half weeks. [38:45] They were all at the bottom of the sea. [38:48] And then I have to listen to the fake news. [38:49] Oh, they're much better today than they were – these people are crazy. [38:53] They want to make a deal with us very badly. [38:56] And we probably will. [38:57] I think we will. [38:58] But the strait is open. [39:01] Yesterday, they took out 19 million barrels of oil. [39:04] That's the most in the history of the strait. [39:07] And the oil prices are dropping like a rock. [39:09] And, you know, as goes oil, so goes everything else, including all of your products. [39:14] You have to spend a lot of money for your tractors. [39:17] Now you're going to be spending much less than you were spending just a few weeks ago. [39:21] And, you know, with all of the – and Scott will tell you this – with all of the things [39:24] you hear about, we had to go and make a U-turn. [39:29] We had the best numbers we've ever had. [39:32] And I called in Scott. [39:33] I called in Howard. [39:34] I called in a lot of the people standing right there. [39:36] I called in our great Secretary of the Interior, Doug. [39:41] And I said, here's the story. [39:43] We just hit records. [39:45] Our country is doing better than it's ever done. [39:46] The stock market – we've had 73 all-time highs in less than a year and a half. [39:53] Think of that. [39:54] 73. [39:55] 73 days we hit highs. [39:57] But we had just hit the highest we ever were. [40:00] And that was three months ago, three and a half months ago. [40:02] And I said, well, here's the story. [40:05] We're doing great. [40:06] But now we're going to have to make a U-turn. [40:07] We're going to have to journey down to the Islamic Republic of Iran. [40:12] Because if we don't do it, they're going to have a nuclear weapon. [40:14] And if they have a nuclear weapon, the world is in great danger. [40:17] Israel is gone. [45:43] We've talked about it here, too. [45:45] Can you explain to me exactly what microplastics are? [45:49] Yeah, microplastics are a big problem. [45:51] They are these tiny plastic particles, usually smaller than five millimeters, and they form [45:57] when the larger plastic items that we use all the time break down through either sunlight, [46:01] heat, friction. [46:03] They are finding them everywhere, Matthew, in our oceans, our rivers, our soil, the food, [46:09] drinking water, and even our air. [46:11] And, you know, we have been unknowingly exposed to and ingesting these microplastics every single [46:18] day for a decade. [46:20] That's wild. [47:31] Wow, that's a lot to take in, no pun intended. [47:35] Once you do take it in, what does it mean for your health? [47:39] Well, for instance, if microplastic plaque is discovered in your arteries or veins, [47:45] you're going to be 4.5 times more likely to die from a heart attack or stroke. [47:51] And these microplastics have even been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier, [47:56] which now we understand can lead to early-onset dementia. [48:00] These are awful things to hear right now, but the question then is, [48:05] is there really anything natural that we can do to try and combat these microplastics in our body? [48:12] Well, let me say first, our brains now are even 99.5% human and 0.5% plastic. [48:19] That's about a plastic spoon's worth. [48:22] So if you take a plastic spoon, a heavy-duty plastic spoon, that's what's in your brain. [48:27] And the only thing that it, you know, it's not easy for anybody to avoid plastic in our world [48:33] that is dependent upon these plastics. [48:36] And avoiding plastic bottles or containers or synthetic materials like the polyester in most all our clothing [48:43] and cutting down on packaged or processed foods, those are all important steps, Matthew. [48:48] But limiting the use of plastic is not going to be enough. [48:52] We have to, we must take active steps to remove these toxins from the body before they do irreversible damage. [49:00] And then, so what are some of the solutions then to actually do that? [49:03] Because, I mean, with all of your experience with wellness and health for the people, [49:09] over 50 years of that, you guys are going to be, your company, 30 years young in September. [49:14] So I'm sure you have a lot of, you know, research as to what would be a good thing to do from there. [49:21] Well, yeah, I've read a lot of research over those 50-plus years. [49:25] And, you know, I'm 71 now, so I've really taken in a lot of research, let me tell you. [1:27:51] It was faith that strengthened the Minutemen who stood up at Lexington Green and Concord Bridge [1:27:59] and Philadelphia 250 years ago. [1:28:02] Next week, our founders invoked the Creator four times in the Declaration of Independence. [1:28:07] Four times. [1:28:08] I wasn't mentioned once. [1:28:10] I'm very upset. [1:28:12] Not once. [1:28:14] Faith pushed the pioneers to journey west. [1:28:18] Faith led Americans to abolish slavery. [1:28:20] And faith built this country into the most exceptional nation in the history of the world. [1:28:25] It was going very badly a couple of years ago, very badly. [1:28:36] And we're going to be discussing that in just a minute. [1:28:40] Americans have always deeply believed in the promise of Christ's words and the Gospel of Matthew. [1:28:56] That's why as we prepared to enter the 250th year last month, [1:29:01] tens of thousands of patriots came together on our national mall. [1:29:18] We're not going to let them take it away. [1:29:19] But as we celebrate this anniversary, [1:29:22] we must also remember that our country could have been marking this occasion under very different circumstances. [1:29:29] The last administration carried out a reign of persecution and repression against Christians [1:29:35] and people of faith like America has never seen before. [1:29:39] It's terrible. [1:29:40] They turned a nation founded on freedom for believers [1:29:43] into a place where Catholics were targeted by the FBI, [1:29:47] where pro-life grandmothers were put in jail for praying, [1:29:52] and where members of our military were thrown out of the armed forces for their religious beliefs. [1:29:56] The radicals responsible for these offenses would have loved nothing more than to mark America's 250th anniversary [1:30:04] by driving God from our public square once and for all. [1:30:09] They wanted to do that. [1:30:10] I don't know how anybody could vote for these people. [1:30:14] They were so bad. [1:30:14] They were so evil. [1:30:16] And yet in many ways incompetent, certainly incompetent on policy. [1:30:20] Open borders. [1:30:22] Transgender for everybody. [1:30:24] Men and women's sports. [1:30:25] Just grossly incompetent ideologies and so many more. [1:30:31] But they did not get that chance because they lost an election in a landslide, [1:30:36] and we won an election in a landslide. [1:30:43] And while I am in the White House, I will defend Christians and all Americans of faith 100%. [1:30:49] You have it 100%. [1:30:51] And you've seen it already. [1:30:52] So upon taking office, I created the first-ever Presidential Commission on Religious Liberty, [1:30:59] led by Texas Lieutenant Governor, a great guy. [1:31:03] I don't know if he's here. [1:31:03] I know he's coming over to my office in a little while. [1:31:06] A thing called the Oval Office. [1:31:07] Beautiful office. [1:31:09] Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick. [1:31:26] And later today at the White House, they will present me with their official report [1:31:30] and recommendations to ensure that America continues to uphold the first right in our Constitution, [1:31:37] and that's religious liberty. [1:31:39] We have to uphold religious liberty, the most important thing. [1:31:48] On day one of my administration, I ended the weaponization of law enforcement against religious believers. [1:31:54] You know that. [1:31:55] I pardoned the Christians Joe Biden threw in jail for saying prayers. [1:32:00] He threw them in jail. [1:32:01] He didn't know what the hell he was doing. [1:32:02] The guy's grossly incompetent. [1:32:03] But he was surrounded by very smart, in some cases brilliant, lunatics. [1:32:11] I got rid of the sinister Johnson Amendment so that pastors can speak the truth that they're pulpits. [1:32:17] We created the very, very popular White House Faith Office. [1:32:24] First time that's ever happened. [1:32:25] And I set up an official Department of Justice task force to eradicate anti-Christian biases. [1:32:32] Anti-Christian bias. [1:32:33] Who would think? [1:32:34] At a high level, too. [1:32:36] Although it's fading. [1:32:37] Going to fade fast. [1:32:39] That task force just produced a new documentary revealing the abuses of religious freedom that [1:32:47] they uncovered. [1:32:47] It's called By Dawn's Early Light. [1:32:50] And it's out right now. [1:32:52] And it's really supposed to be. [1:32:53] I have not seen. [1:32:54] I cannot tell a lie. [1:32:55] I have not seen it. [1:32:57] But I've heard about it. [1:32:58] And I hear it's great. [1:32:58] And I will see it. [1:32:59] I hope soon. [1:33:01] I also signed a historic executive order to combat the scourge of anti-Semitism in our country. [1:33:08] And we reinstated the warriors who were thrown out of our military by the Biden vaccine mandates [1:33:16] and restored them to their former ranks. [1:33:21] And we lent them back with full pay. [1:33:23] Is that good? [1:33:24] We want to cut costs. [1:33:25] But we figured we have to take care of them. [1:33:28] And we're protecting our churches and synagogues by prosecuting mobs of radical left lunatics [1:33:36] and agitators who tried to harass and intimidate people in their places of worship not so long ago. [1:33:45] And to help parents send their children to schools that share their values, [1:33:49] I signed the largest expansion of school choice in the history of our country, including in Texas. [1:33:57] And in my direction, the Department of Education issued new guidance protecting the right to prayer in public schools. [1:34:03] That was a big thing. [1:34:06] And these are all things that we were, you know, they fought us very strongly. [1:34:10] Very, very strongly. [1:34:11] Hard to believe they'd fight us on that, but we had to fight the good battle, but we won every time. [1:34:16] We slashed federal funding for any school that pushes transgender insanity on our youth. [1:34:25] We expanded the Mexico City policy to stop taxpayer dollars from being used to promote radical gender ideology around the world. [1:34:33] Radical gender ideology, it is. [1:34:36] I made it the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female. [1:34:44] That wasn't too tough. [1:34:49] That was sort of an easy one, but, you know, we have a man running in Texas who thinks there are six genders. [1:34:55] I don't know why. [1:45:20] They were being butchered, butchered thousands and thousands of people who were being killed, children, women, old people, just being slaughtered, hatched to death. [1:45:31] They know that if they go further, the attack will be far greater and that they don't want to really get involved anymore so much. [1:45:40] You know, we hit them very hard. [1:48:12] And the one representative for the landlords who's on the board, I think they have eight or nine people on the board, [1:48:19] and you had one who was representing one, one out of like eight. [1:48:24] But at least you had somebody. [1:48:26] But that person walked off in disgust, walked off and got booed. [1:48:30] Mayor Mamdani, who came to the White House and seemed like a nice guy. [1:48:42] He said he was going to make sure that people don't have a rent increase, even though energy went up. [1:48:48] It's going to come down. [1:48:49] It's coming down fast right now. [1:53:44] Their drone capacity has been cut by 82%. [1:53:48] Their missile capacity has been cut by 80%. [1:53:51] Their rocket launchers have been cut by 90%. [1:59:35] And then you wouldn't have Israel. [1:59:36] Israel would be gone. [1:59:37] I know you have a lot of good fans of Israel in this room. [1:59:40] And Israel would have been gone and probably the Middle East would have been gone. [1:59:43] And they could have taken a shot. [1:59:45] We would have wiped them out pretty quick. [1:59:47] But they could have taken a chunk of us, too. [1:59:50] But in my first term, I created the greatest economy in the history of the world. [1:59:53] The first term was a great success and rebuilt the military, did everything. [1:59:58] But now we're blowing it away. [1:59:59] We're doing much better this time. [2:00:00] And again, we did have to make that excursion. [2:00:04] How would you like to be given the best numbers we've ever had as a country and tell people, [2:00:08] guess what, we're going to war. [2:00:11] And nobody in the room knew what I was talking about because they weren't, it wasn't their thing. [2:00:16] And I said, we've got to stop them from having a nuclear weapon. [2:00:19] Because you want to see problems, let a crazy country have a nuclear weapon. [2:00:24] You'll see problems like you've never seen before. [2:00:26] The stock market has set 73 all-time record highs since the election. [2:00:30] And more Americans are working today than at any time in the history of our country. [2:00:35] That's pretty good. [2:00:37] In January 2025, we inherited the worst, most dangerous, most wide-open and insecure border in history. [2:00:44] I actually think in the history of the world, I don't think it's just here. [2:00:47] You could just walk into the country. [2:00:50] And again, they were letting prison populations, they were taking buses and dropping them off at our border. [2:00:56] And people coming out, murderers coming out of prison, drug dealers, the worst, the worst people. [2:01:03] They made our criminals look like nice people. [2:01:06] That's the only thing nice. [2:01:07] Our criminals, for the first time, looked very nice by comparison to these people. [2:01:12] But they dropped 25 million people over four years into our country. [2:01:18] And it's the single hardest job I have getting them out. [2:01:20] We're getting them out pretty rapidly, but it's a very hard thing. [2:01:23] But it's, think of it, prison populations from the Congo, from all parts of South America, from all parts of the world, [2:01:33] were taken in, driven through Mexico, and dropped off on our border. [2:01:37] And they would walk right into our country. [2:01:40] And we've quickly turned it into the strongest and most secure border in the history. [2:01:46] We have the strongest border we've ever had now. [2:01:48] And for the past 13 months, zero illegal aliens have been admitted into the United States. [2:01:57] We have zero. [2:02:03] And those are the numbers. [2:02:04] They report them. [2:02:05] And they're taken by sort of a left kind of a group, the stats. [2:02:09] You know, if anybody did, they'd like to report them. [2:02:11] But we have zero. [2:02:12] And they don't even try because they know they're probably not going to get in, [2:02:15] so they're not going to make this very dangerous march. [2:02:17] We're saving a lot of lives. [2:02:19] Because in those caravans, remember I named them caravans, [2:02:22] they'd have 25,000 people sometimes more. [2:02:25] But they'd come up from South America and all through Mexico. [2:02:28] They'd go all through. [2:02:30] And they'd go through jungles in Colombia, really tough jungles still, dangerous jungles. [2:02:37] And women would die and women would be raped. [2:02:41] Remember what I mentioned when I said they get raped, crime, murder, and everyone, [2:02:47] my first speech, my first speech was controversial when I announced I was running. [2:02:52] Everyone said, what do you mean raped? [2:02:53] What I said was peanuts compared to what happened. [2:02:57] And the women would come up and they'd die. [2:03:00] They'd be raped. [2:03:00] A lot of people would die on those caravans. [2:03:03] The journeys up were, they call them journeys through hell. [2:03:07] Because they had to go through jungles. [2:03:08] They had to go through very dangerous areas. [2:03:11] And the people that got here would just walk right into our country. [2:03:15] We had no idea who they were. [2:03:16] Nobody would even stand there and check. [2:03:17] They just came in. [2:03:18] Come on in. [2:03:19] Come on in. [2:03:19] This was sleepy Joe Biden's ideology that was forced on him by much smarter people than him. [2:03:26] That wanted to destroy our country because he had no clue. [2:03:30] But with the help of our law enforcement heroes in 2025, we achieved the largest drop in the [2:03:36] murder rate ever recorded in our country's history 125 years ago. [2:03:42] Think of that. [2:03:43] 19... [2:03:44] Think of that. [2:03:45] The year 1900. [2:03:47] That was before my father. [2:03:49] My father would hate me saying that because it's a long time ago. [2:03:52] But that was before my father was born. [2:03:54] I had a wonderful father and mother. [2:03:57] But... [2:03:57] And family. [2:03:59] But the lowest murder rate in 125 years. [2:04:03] Washington, D.C. is now one of the safest, most beautiful cities in the country. [2:04:08] And just a little while ago, it was a killing machine. [2:04:14] Think of that. [2:04:14] A year and a half ago, Washington was a very unsafe city. [2:04:19] Now it's one of the safest cities in the country. [2:04:20] It's one of the most beautiful cities. [2:04:22] Doug Bergam and myself and a whole group of people did a great job on the monuments and [2:04:28] fountains. [2:04:29] And the reflecting pool was so beautiful. [2:04:32] They tried to destroy it. [2:04:33] They cut it up with a box knife and tried to destroy it. [2:04:36] And it's in great shape now. [2:04:38] They're terrible. [2:04:39] They're vandals. [2:04:40] They've caught six of them, I guess. [2:04:42] Maybe more. [2:04:43] They've got others in line to be caught. [2:04:45] But we just inspected it. [2:04:47] We'll fix it right after the 4th of July. [2:04:50] Gotta let the water out. [2:04:50] Just fix it. [2:04:52] But we caught them. [2:04:53] They would cut it. [2:04:54] And they would grab this very expensive and very good material. [2:04:57] Totally waterproof. [2:04:59] And they rip it. [2:05:00] These people are sick. [2:05:01] They ripped a scar 350 feet long through the side of the reflecting pool. [2:05:08] These are the people we're dealing with. [2:05:10] These are the people that want to destroy our country. [2:05:12] But we've invested a record $1 trillion in the United States Armed Forces. [2:05:18] And we're going this year for $1.5 trillion, all made in the USA. [2:05:22] And something that's so exciting, the recruitment. [2:05:28] You know, if you go back a year and a half, two years ago, you could not get anybody to join [2:05:32] the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the Marines, the Coast Guard, Space Force. [2:05:38] You couldn't get anybody to join. [2:05:40] They had tremendous recruitment problems. [2:05:43] But now recruitment in every branch of our military is setting records. [2:05:47] 18 months ago, we had tremendous shortages and we couldn't fill them up. [2:05:52] We were never going to fill them up. [2:05:53] That included police and firemen. [2:05:55] We couldn't get policemen and women. [2:05:58] We couldn't get firemen and women. [2:06:00] Anything with a uniform because they were ashamed of our country because we had people that were [2:06:06] not respected. [2:06:07] You have to respect the president. [2:06:08] If you don't respect the president, you're going to have a problem. [2:06:11] You're going to have a problem. [2:06:12] They had no respect. [2:06:13] And now we have waiting lists. [2:06:17] Now you can't get into the moment. [2:06:19] Literally, we went from the worst recruitment numbers ever in one year to the best recruitment [2:06:25] numbers ever. [2:06:26] And it all started on that beautiful day, November 5th, right? [2:06:30] A thing called Election Day. [2:06:32] And as soon as we won, before I even got to do anything, those numbers started going through [2:06:37] the roof. [2:06:37] People love our country again and they have spirit. [2:06:40] You always loved it. [2:06:41] But you were down. [2:06:42] You were depressed. [2:06:44] You were not feeling too good about our country. [2:06:46] Especially you as people with a great religion and a fervor for Christianity and religion. [2:06:53] You should be depressed. [2:06:55] You should have been. [2:06:55] But now you're riding high. [2:06:57] But we have to be careful. [2:06:58] We don't want to lose it. [2:06:59] We've got to win the midterms. [2:07:00] We've got to win the election coming up. [2:07:03] And we're going to be in good shape. [2:07:07] But you have to expose them. [2:07:09] If you don't expose them, I stand here and I expose them. [2:07:11] Some people don't do it right. [2:07:13] They say they're going to get free rent. [2:07:15] Well, that's okay to say. [2:07:17] But everyone's going to vote for them. [2:07:19] Except for a few of the people in this room. [2:07:21] But you have to say they're going to get free rent. [2:07:23] But in two years, everything is going to collapse and you're going to live in squalor. [2:07:27] When you say that, you can beat the free rent. [2:07:31] You can beat the fact that they're going to take your house away and give it to somebody else, [2:07:36] which is essentially what they'd like to do. [2:07:38] But it's happened so many times over the years with really powerful countries. [2:07:42] And we're not going to let it happen. [2:07:44] So we have the strongest and most powerful military anywhere in the world. [2:07:49] I built it in my first term, using it a little bit in my second term. [2:07:52] And we're once again using it to defend America's interests and American values. [2:07:58] Look at what happened in Venezuela. [2:08:01] We have a great... [2:08:01] And by the way, we're helping Venezuela. [2:08:03] They had a tremendous earthquake. [2:08:05] A lot of people killed. [2:08:06] And unbelievable. [2:08:06] Right in Caracas. [2:08:07] And we have a lot of people over there helping. [2:08:10] But Venezuela has been fantastic. [2:08:13] We've had a great relationship. [2:08:15] It was a one-day war. [2:08:16] We hit them so hard. [2:08:17] And one-day war. [2:08:18] Now, we've taken out millions of barrels of oil. [2:08:22] And we've paid for the war many times over. [2:08:24] But just as importantly, they are doing better than they've ever done. [2:08:27] They're making more money than they've ever done. [2:08:30] They've never made the money that they're making now. [2:08:32] And it's really, I mean, outside of what happened last night with the terrible... [2:08:37] That was terrible what happened. [2:08:38] And it was a big earthquake. [2:08:41] Knocked down buildings. [2:08:42] But outside, it was really a happy country again. [2:08:45] The people are happy. [2:08:46] They're dancing in the streets. [2:08:48] The people running it are doing a very good job. [2:08:50] The United States has never been stronger. [2:08:53] We have never been wealthier. [2:08:55] We've never been prouder to be an American. [2:08:59] Since 1776, America's story has been a tale of freedom, overcoming oppression, [2:09:04] good, defeating evil, and faith, overcoming every challenge and every foe. [2:09:10] We had everybody was winning and we're going to continue stronger, maybe stronger. [2:09:16] One generation. [2:09:18] Think of it. [2:09:19] Just one generation after our war of independence, the British tried. [2:09:23] They really tried hard to conquer America in the War of 1812. [2:09:27] That didn't work out too well. [2:09:30] But they failed and the cause of freedom won and it continues to win. [2:09:34] The War of Survival ultimately gave America our national anthem and our star-spangled banner. [2:09:39] Many Americans know the story of Francis Scott Key writing the words of the anthem. [2:09:46] Watched the flag under attack and he wrote that beautiful, those beautiful words. [2:09:51] But what few realize is that the very same poem also inspired our national motto, [2:09:58] the fourth verse of the song, ends in these words. [2:10:02] And this be our motto, in God we trust. [2:10:07] In God we trust. [2:10:08] And as you know, the Democrats want to end that. [2:10:17] They don't want the words, in God we trust. [2:10:19] They want to have that stricken. [2:10:20] They go to court. [2:10:21] They take us to court. [2:10:23] We're never changing that. [2:10:24] We'll fight for that. [2:10:25] We're not changing that. [2:10:27] In God we trust. [2:10:28] Better believe it. [2:10:31] So today on the threshold of our 250th year, this room is proof that America is still a nation [2:10:37] that lives by those magnificent words, in God we trust. [2:10:42] With the help of everyone here today and Americans of faith all across this country, [2:10:46] this land, we will continue to protect the promise of the Declaration of Independence, [2:10:53] one of which actually is in my office, in the Oval Office, so we cherish it. [2:10:59] We will continue to defend our values, our traditions, our faith, and our freedom. [2:11:03] And as we enter the golden age of America, that's what we have. [2:11:07] This is the golden age. [2:11:09] We've never had anything like it. [2:11:10] We have factories all over the country. [2:11:12] We have car plants, AI plants, all sorts of plants. [2:11:18] Our businesses are expanding. [2:11:19] Our numbers are unbelievable. [2:11:22] Remember that we've never had a year with so many number one stock markets. [2:11:27] It's good to have number one stock markets, because that affects everybody. [2:11:29] That means jobs. [2:11:30] That means success. [2:11:32] That's good, as we said, for your 401ks. [2:11:34] It's good for your stock investments. [2:11:37] Everyone's doing well. [2:11:38] We have a country that's just the hottest. [2:11:42] It just is so hot. [2:11:44] And I'm working really hard to make it even better. [2:11:46] We're going to get rid of some of the flaws. [2:11:48] We're going to make it even better. [2:11:49] But the biggest thing we have to do is we have to stop this horrible threat of cancer [2:11:56] that's permeating our country called communism. [2:11:59] We have to stop it, because that's what it's about. [2:12:02] That's what they want to do quietly. [2:12:03] And we ask that God will continue to bless the United States of America, [2:12:10] and God will bless the United States of America because of people like you.
