[0:00] Hey everyone, I'm Megan Kelley. Welcome to The Megan Kelley Show and happy Monday. We've got an
[0:04] incredible show for you today. My goodness gracious, the news gods have rained down a very
[0:11] interesting mix for us today. And we also have a great series starting tonight right here on
[0:17] the MK Show podcast feed and on our YouTube channel. This is for all of you true crime
[0:22] aficionados who, like myself, are very into that genre. We're calling it MK Confidential

[1:30] really have been enjoying doing the episodes. It's like, it's super fun to dig into the facts on some
[1:36] of these old cases. Disturbing, rattling, fascinating, and just entertaining in the way that
[1:46] like trying to solve a crime can be entertaining, right? It's like stimulate your brain with a problem
[1:52] that isn't yours exactly. So, but it's, but it's got great gravitas. And so it can distract you from
[1:58] your own problems. I, there's a lot of reasons why people like true crime and try and crime con is so
[2:04] big and so on. And I know there are a lot of people who've got thoughts about some of the cases
[2:07] that we've chosen. So in any event, please enjoy that. Uh, you will see it in your MK show feed this
[2:12] evening. Don't miss a moment. Subscribe to this show on YouTube and follow me on Insta, Facebook,

[3:15] place. Go to super sure.com slash Megan paid for by super sure insurance agency, LLC, a licensed
[3:21] insurance agency. Let's get to some news. Sunny Hostin of the view is on tape trying to get her son
[3:29] out of legal trouble by pulling the Harvard card. I've got thoughts. First though, there are already
[3:36] major developments in the race to be the democratic nominee for president in 2028. We're rooting of
[3:42] course for Kamala to give it another go. And it does sound like that may be happening because look at
[3:47] this headline from New York magazine this morning quote, like it or not, Kamala Harris is the front
[3:53] runner. You go girl. You got this. Don't believe the naysayers. Look at New York magazine. They're
[3:59] acknowledging you're the front runner. That's right. Despite cackling through a billion dollars
[4:04] in 107 days only to fail by losing every single swing state, the Democrats are seriously considering
[4:12] giving Kamala Harris another chance. I love them so much. Thank you, Democrats. Thank you.
[4:21] New York magazine quotes one of her former aides as saying, quote, she walks in as the front runner.
[4:28] It is fairly obvious she's followed wherever she goes. And I don't want to upset any narratives that
[4:34] any of the other candidates are pushing, but she comes in with 99% name ID and everyone else is going
[4:40] to have to raise money and buy it. So you're right. Campaign aid. You are correct. She she's got a running
[4:47] start. Let her run. The more America saw of Kamala Harris, of course, the less they liked her
[4:53] as a presidential candidate. But who cares? Because she's a woman and she's black. And if
[4:57] you're a Democrat, that's all that matters. But Harris's advisors somehow came to the opposite
[5:01] conclusion that she was building momentum with voters, determining that the problem for her in
[5:08] losing was simply that she didn't have enough time to show America who she really was.
[5:14] The problem is not that we got to know her and didn't like her. It's that we didn't get to know
[5:20] her. OK, so after four years as vice president, not to mention her time prior to that as senator
[5:26] and her time in California politics and then her 107 days in the campaign, we just didn't know her.
[5:32] That's yes. Let's not disabuse them of that notion. You're right. If we get to know her better,
[5:37] I'm sure you're going to have a different result next time around. And I'm sure, you know,
[5:42] in a debate setting against J.D. Vance or Marco Rubio, she she would really shy. All right. Now,
[5:48] I shouldn't say that because the one thing she was actually pretty decent at was the debates. I'm
[5:52] going to give her that legitimately. It could have been worse. Let's put it this way. So now she's
[5:58] trying to repair and rebuild. She is meeting with members of the far left part of her party,
[6:04] the anti-Israel wing, and has even reportedly reached out to New York's socialist Muslim mayor,
[6:11] Zoran Mamdani. And that's very interesting. I mean, he's got a constituency and she wants it.
[6:17] So listen, this woman is running. Why would somebody like Kamala Harris reach out to him
[6:21] if she weren't? New York Magazine quotes a supporter who recently met with Kamala
[6:27] as saying the following, quote, she's looking for where the wave is going and is determined to ride
[6:32] it. Yeah, ride it, sister. Her mindset is that I should have won and I am going to do it my way
[6:38] because my way would have won. And it was all these consultants that were telling me to take
[6:43] this position or that position. And it was their fault. Yes, it was their fault. Hold on a second,
[6:51] because there's another quote in there that's absolutely spectacular, where she said, hold on,
[6:58] I'm pulling the article, which is right here. Not she. Somebody says, here's the final, the final line
[7:05] from a Democratic strategist in the New York Magazine piece. I hope she runs, said Alex Hoffman,
[7:11] a Dem strategist who advises several major party donors, quote, because then she will lose and we
[7:16] will never have to hear from her again. She will never win an election at a national scale. Never.
[7:22] So will they listen to this Alex Hoffman or will they listen to Kamala? I don't, I don't know.
[7:31] The Democrats do have some other choices, including the Congresswoman from New York,
[7:38] Alexandria Ocasios-Cortez, Sandy, Sandy Cortez. That's what she went by until she decided to get
[7:45] into national politics. Yes, AOC, as she's colloquially known, is getting praise. Back to
[7:53] Mayor Mom Donnie, he's the kingmaker now himself, getting praise from him in an interview with the New
[7:58] York Times. He got the Lulu Garcia Narvala, whatever, Navarro treatment over the weekend
[8:05] and did not hold back on whether AOC would be a strong commander in chief. Watch. We all have to
[8:12] take a step back and appreciate what it is that she means to so many across this country. And the
[8:20] reason for it is the work that she has done. I think she'd make a good president. I think she
[8:24] would make a good anything. Okay. We do know one thing about AOC. She will not be afraid to pander
[8:32] to Democrat voters. Listen to how she changed her accent while campaigning for House candidate
[8:38] Justin Pearson before a predominantly black audience in Memphis on Friday. Watch.
[8:45] Brothers and sisters, we cannot afford to leave Tennessee behind. We cannot afford to leave
[8:56] Kentucky behind, Alabama behind, Mississippi behind, Georgia behind. Sister Presley and I
[9:06] were in Montgomery, Alabama. One of the things that we said was that it is time for the North
[9:11] to roll up to the South. We will not places anymore, brothers and sisters. It is going to take all of us
[9:25] together, rejecting the separation for us to organize and speak life into one another because we will,
[9:34] we will see the day where we will turn the crooked path straight, Memphis.
[9:41] Sister Presley and I, Sister Callahan and I have thoughts.
[9:52] Okay. Look, maybe this is working. We don't, do we really understand
[9:59] Democrat voters that well? I don't know that we do. Maybe that's going to work because now she's
[10:05] getting compared to Barack Obama and in Democrat circles, that's a good thing. That's a compliment.
[10:10] Axios is Alex Thompson has a new piece out entitled AOC channels, Obama's hope and change message
[10:18] pointing out that AOC in 2026 sounds an awful lot like Obama did back in 2007.
[10:24] Here she is campaigning for far left Michigan Senate candidate, Abdul El Saeed over the weekend.
[10:31] Watch. Is the answer to our problems to turn to the same playbook over and over again.
[10:39] The book that says in order to win, we need to show deference to Trump by thanking his same
[10:48] Mice agency that has shot Renee Good, Alex Preddy, Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, and Johan Sebastian Durán Guerrero.
[10:55] A playbook that says in order to win, we must be defenders of the same status quo that is drowning us
[11:07] and tells us the aspiration to change our government and the ambition to even try is foolish.
[11:14] It is foolish. No, it's not foolish, Michigan. It is the responsible and right thing to do.
[11:24] Oh, she's good. She's going to have to pick a lane, by the way. She's doing like the black
[11:33] thing. She's doing the Hispanic thing. She's trying to be Barack Obama. But listen, by the way,
[11:39] speaking of Barack Obama, listen to his message. This was him speaking to Democrats in Iowa in 2007.
[11:46] The same old Washington textbook campaigns just won't do in this election. That's why I'm asking
[11:56] you to stop settling for what the cynics say we have to accept. In this election, in this moment,
[12:09] let us reach for what we know is possible. A nation healed, a world repaired, an America that believes
[12:19] again. Thank you very much, everybody. Thank you.
[12:22] Can you believe people fell for that bullshit? A nation healed, a world repaired. People were
[12:29] literally like, yes, he'll do it. Okay. The very first thing he did when he got elected was going
[12:33] on an apology tour for America across the world saying how sorry we were for our foreign policy
[12:38] and then jammed a revision of one seventh of the US economy down our throats without majority support.
[12:45] The first time an entitlement like that had been passed without majority support in US history,
[12:49] Obamacare, which is still struggling, unpopular and effed untold numbers of Americans over when it
[12:57] comes to keeping their doctor and their healthcare plan. Literally people died. This is the same guy
[13:03] who gave Chris Matthews a thrill up his leg back in the day. I mean, what a weird media we have
[13:08] thrill up his leg. Even like, if you have a thrill when watching a politician, shouldn't it be like
[13:14] up your back? Up your leg takes us to a strange place, Chris Matthews.
[13:20] It's just, I'm not sure as a man in particular, you really want to be saying another man makes you
[13:26] feel like that. Maybe it's just me. Speaking of excitement, maybe AOC will give us more moments
[13:32] like this one when she went on the trail. She's been everywhere. You know, this is last year or two years
[13:37] ago, 2024, but like she's doing a lot of politicking for her fellow Democrats. Yet another sign. She's
[13:45] got higher career aspirations. Um, but here is where she went on the trail for far left Congressman
[13:51] Jamal Bowman in 2024. This was AOC unleashed. It didn't work. He was voted out of office, notwithstanding
[13:59] this performance here by her. You know, I remember Roger Ailes telling me that men don't like women
[14:40] who are screaming at them. There's a different news personality out there who I shall not name
[14:46] in this particular moment, whom he did not like. And he used to say that it's only like a weird
[14:54] fetish, fetishized section of men who want to be across from a woman who's screaming at them.
[15:02] And I think AOC might benefit if she took that advice to heart. In general, I mean, men and women,
[15:09] but especially men don't respond well to a woman screaming her guts out at them. And honestly,
[15:16] I think most men want a woman they can respect, not somebody who's confused and still stuck in her
[15:22] teenage years and still thinks what would be bad-ass is to show up in shorts and like a white button
[15:29] down, hop around the stage, whip your hair down. Like you're, you know, in back in the bar serving the
[15:36] margaritas. That's a good move as a cocktail waitress. Yeah. You want tips and you want to kind of look hot
[15:40] and sexy. Like you're thinking about sex, let your hair down. Yeah, you go. Now you want to be taken
[15:45] seriously as a politician. And you think the way forward is to both try to project some sort of sex
[15:50] appeal, which failed given the outfit you chose and also to scream at the people. I don't, I don't
[15:57] think so. Didn't work for Jamal Bowman. And I don't think it's going to work for AOC either. Okay. But as bad
[16:05] as these options are, Kamala and AOC for the Democrats, the Democrats would certainly prefer
[16:11] to talk about those two than what's going on in Maine in the wake of Graham Plattner falling apart.
[16:18] As we told you, he won the Democrat, the Democratic primary for Senate in that state, but he was forced
[16:24] to withdraw after sexual assault allegations. I mean, he was on his way toward officially securing the
[16:32] nomination. And, um, that's when everything fell apart with all these women coming forward. And
[16:37] then finally, one woman came forward and said he raped her and he denied it. And that was the end
[16:43] of him. One of the candidates running to replace him, wanting to take on Susan Collins in Maine, who's
[16:50] been very popular with Maine voters. She may not be popular with the Trump White House or the MAGA base,
[16:57] but you know, Maine is a different kettle of fish and she's popular up there. And look, she's better
[17:03] than one of these far left Dems. Um, but one of the candidates now vying to take on, uh, Susan Collins
[17:11] by replacing Graham Plattner as the nominee is Ashley Webb. Ashley Webb is a man who had this to say about
[17:22] why the Democrats should nominate him to run against Collins. Ashley Webb, what qualifications do you have
[17:30] to serve in the U S Senate? Whoa. Oh, I ran for office several times. Didn't win, but I did run.
[17:36] And then, um, I'm a songwriter and then I write my own books and then I suppose my transparency,
[17:45] I wouldn't lie to the people and I wouldn't deceive the people like we're being deceived right now. Like
[17:50] you wouldn't lie to the people. You wouldn't deceive the people. Okay. You are standing up there in a
[17:58] dress trying to pawn yourself off as a woman. So I'm feeling like you would lie to us and you would
[18:06] deceive us. Um, that's, that's just my own. That's my, that's my own feeling based on what I've learned
[18:14] about you, Ashley. It's even worse on Webb's Reddit account, which has since been deleted.
[18:21] What a shock, what a dope. He didn't even delete it before he decided to run for the seat,
[18:27] but we have the screenshots. Of course, this one was posted about a year ago. Buckle up. Okay.
[18:32] He wrote quote, it's just forgive me in advance trigger warning here. When I am having this monthly
[18:39] period pain and it is not too bad. I feel something in my right side where my appendix is located and
[18:47] something of the bladder. When the monthly pain is real bad, I am feeling something in both my right
[18:54] and left side and above my bladder. When you don't have the proper hole, it finds one of two exits.
[19:02] The guy in China was lucky and the exit was his bladder. Me on the other hand was not so lucky.
[19:08] Listen to this idiot. Me was not so lucky. My exit connection was made with my colon.
[19:17] Cause when I get this monthly pain, that is where the blood comes out of. Intersex like us
[19:24] don't get diagnosed until our twenties. As we tend not to be born with extra holes. I didn't get
[19:32] diagnosed in my twenties because I was dealing with incompetent doctors. Where, where do we be?
[19:41] He is deceitful. He's not a woman. His name is not Ashley. And he is not menstruating with the blood
[19:52] coming out of his anus. That's not a thing. Um, it just to be extra, extra sure. I did consult, uh,
[20:04] my medical references this morning and it's not a thing, no matter what. Um, he, he attempted to post
[20:13] some like proof that this was his problem. It utterly failed apart, fell apart and failed to prove
[20:19] anything other than he's deranged. He's not a well man. Um, about a year ago also, he allegedly posted
[20:26] the following on Reddit quote. I don't like talking about the monthly rectal bleeding again, sorry,
[20:32] trigger warning. Cause when I talk about it to doctors, it tends to get me colonoscopies
[20:38] that turn up. Nothing's right. When any of us go into a doctor and say, we have rectal bleeding,
[20:47] all of us would be given a colonoscopy. And he goes on and talking about the pain gets me
[20:55] cat scans that turn up nothing. That's because there's nothing in there, sir. There's not,
[21:03] there's not a uterus and there's not ovaries. He continued FYI cat scans can't find a uterus and
[21:10] ovaries when they enter your gender as male, they use different scanning process for females. I see.
[21:18] So the cat scan, which is supposed to survey, take up, take a, basically a look inside of your
[21:26] abdominal cavity right below your stomach. It has special screening abilities for ovaries and like
[21:33] you're in there looking around and what did they find, sir? Nothing like your, your ovaries and your
[21:40] uterus just simply disappeared off the screen. And that was, and you, and you had no testicles either.
[21:47] There were no gonads in there. I'm like, this person is a deranged lunatic. He thinks that he's
[21:53] got a bad doctor because he complained of bleeding out of his anus and he was given colonoscopies.
[21:59] That's pretty much par for the course. It's kind of standard operating procedure. The next trip should
[22:07] have been to his psychiatrist. Webb also revealing a report he says is from his CT scan just over the
[22:14] weekend. He just revealed this writing about it on Facebook quote, the radiologist addressed the
[22:21] adrenal gland and explicitly noted that the scrotum was not well evaluated by CT, but remained completely
[22:31] silent on ovaries. Despite being asked silence on a specifically requested finding, isn't no evidence.
[22:39] It's an incomplete report. One that hasn't concluded whether ovaries are present or absent either way.
[22:47] Anyone citing it as proof of anything about my anatomy is citing a document that doesn't answer
[22:51] the question they are claiming it answers. Well, I don't really need to see a scan of your cavities,
[23:02] sir. Can we rerun that soundbite we just ran? Here's my proof that you are a man.
[23:08] Ashley Webb, what qualifications do you have to serve in the U.S. Senate?
[23:12] Oh, I ran for office several times. Didn't win, but I did run. And then I'm a songwriter and then I
[23:20] write my own books. And then I suppose my transparency, I wouldn't lie to the people and
[23:27] I wouldn't deceive the people like we're being deceived right now. Like you wouldn't lie to us
[23:34] except to tell us that you have blood coming out of your ass. That's from your uterus. I'm we're going
[23:42] to have troubles, you and I, sir. Webb is also apparently tech savvy. He has a memoir entitled
[23:49] I Am Ashley. But he used an image generated, I mean, I would too if I look like him, generated by
[23:56] AI. And check out the picture he chose to promote his memoir instead of what he really looks like.
[24:04] It's a stunning, slim, pretty woman, unlike the Hulk of a man that Ashley actually is over here on
[24:15] screen, right? This is unbelievable that this person participated in the debate. I mean, who'd you
[24:23] rather have this guy or Graham Plattner, the, you know, alleged rapist Nazi tattoo guy? I don't,
[24:32] I think I'd be voting for Plattner. To the surprise of no one, progressive Troy Jackson is now considered
[24:40] to be a lock for this Democratic nominee spot in Maine instead of Webb, instead of Plattner. But this
[24:48] guy, Troy Jackson, has his own troubles. As we reported to you back when his name first surfaced
[24:56] as a possible replacement for Webb, there is an ex-account called Progressive Victory that tweeted
[25:03] out that he, several years ago, in a heated disagreement with a colleague, struck her with
[25:10] a bottle he threw at her. And they went after him saying, this can't be a replacement for Graham
[25:17] Plattner. It's like out of the frying pan and into the fire. Like, we don't want to upgrade from
[25:24] someone who didn't give, didn't, didn't get consent with his girlfriend before having sex
[25:30] with her to someone who's whipping beer bottles at female colleagues and hitting them. Um, so that's
[25:36] a no. But now, in the wake of the Ashley Webb debacle, here's what Progressive Victory is tweeting
[25:44] now. When we received the information about Troy Jackson, our fear was that the left was about to
[25:49] accidentally rally behind another potential monster. We panicked and spread unverified
[25:56] allegations in a post about Troy Jackson that has rightfully received criticism. We agree with many
[26:02] of you that we acted in a manner that was irresponsible and inappropriate. Um, I don't,
[26:09] I don't think that that's exactly a denial. That doesn't sound like a full retraction or even a denial.
[26:18] And I'm sure there will be some intrepid reporters now, probably from, you know, publications on the
[26:24] right that are going to take a deep dive into Troy Jackson and see whether the first report was the
[26:30] true one. Because Progressive Victory had tweeted this when they tweeted out that information about
[26:35] hitting a woman with a bottle that he threw at her. Quote, they said, we began asking our contacts
[26:41] on the ground in Maine about Troy Jackson earlier today. And they said that multiple people told them
[26:48] this, that it basically implying it was an open secret in Maine. So let's see, because right now
[26:54] they're not saying we regret the erroneous report. We're saying it was irresponsible and inappropriate
[27:01] of us to post it. And we spread an unverified allegation. That's not the same as saying it's not
[27:08] true and we retract it. So that's going to be their candidate in Maine, Troy Jackson. And we shall see
[27:17] how Troy Jackson does. He's he's on his way. Meantime, the operatives who helped make Graham
[27:26] Plattner a thing are coming under scrutiny because frankly, they just shat the bed so badly that a lot
[27:33] of Democrats are looking at them like, should we allow these people to have anything to do with our
[27:38] party ever again? There's one guy, his name, Daniel Marath. He was educated at Brown University and
[27:48] yeah, law school. His grandfather was the founder of the predecessor business of Toys R Us. This is
[27:53] all outlined in a Politico piece. That's pretty interesting is up today. And he had described
[27:59] Marath when he was pitching Plattner as the candidate as a cross between a rugged JFK and Bernie
[28:05] Sanders. Sadly for them, that JFK analogy proved to be very true. Hailing him as one of the most
[28:11] talented politicians of our time, maybe any time. They were so excited to find somebody who had actual
[28:16] testosterone. They didn't know what to do with themselves. That's me, not Politico. The email
[28:20] which was obtained by Politico carried the subject line, I think this guy is going to be president.
[28:26] Then there was a guy named Morris Katz. He's a Zora Mamdani guy who's 27 years old and an ad maker
[28:33] who alerted his fellow Democrats. We found a model here to win over working class voters. Find a guy
[28:41] that looks like he's a union working class guy and put him forward. So how'd that work out for you
[28:48] people? Because now you are in tatters and it certainly looks like you are going to be stuck
[28:54] with this guy who may or may not have thrown and hit a woman with the projectile bottle not too long
[29:05] ago. Or I don't know, some years ago, either him or Ashley Webb, whose real name is James Charles,
[29:12] James Charles Webb. And if you decide to go with James Charles Webb, or even by engaging in the
[29:20] fiction that this person could possibly represent Maine in the United States Senate, here's a little
[29:29] news update for you on the latest from the transgender community, which our audience knows
[29:36] is not the best adjusted community. They're not, they're really not all that well together as a
[29:42] rule. Might be some individual exceptions on a case by case basis, but there's an overwhelming
[29:47] percentage of people who suffer or claim to suffer from this problem. The vast majority of whom are
[29:55] males who are working out their sexual fetish on us. That leads to a hair trigger. And we've seen in
[30:02] in too many instances, turns them into actual trigger men. But the latest example comes out of
[30:09] Florida. Now this thing happened in 2025, but for some reason is just now hitting the internet now.
[30:16] And here's what happened. It was in Florida. It led to the arrest of a male student at the University
[30:24] of Central Florida down there. I'm going to show you the video in one second. But the video shows police
[30:30] approaching two students, one of whom is the student identified in arrest records. His name is
[30:37] Jarrett Preston Vick, 26 years old. It's kind of old for a student. Maybe he's a grad student.
[30:44] And the cops were approaching these students as part of their investigation into a reported car theft
[30:51] on the Orlando campus. No word that this guy actually committed the car theft. That wasn't one of the
[30:57] charges that would wind up resulting from this encounter. But the cops had a legitimate reason to be
[31:02] there. They were trying to do their business, conduct an investigation. And they had the
[31:07] unfortunate experience of running across Jarrett Preston Vick. Watch this.
[31:15] What's the problem? If you don't lower your voice, I am going to put handcuffs on you and I'm going to
[31:26] take you to a Baker Act facility. Lower your voice.
[31:29] Fucking try it.
[31:31] Are you threatening me?
[31:34] You're threatening me.
[31:35] Are you threatening me?
[31:36] I'm going to just...
[31:37] Because I'm here right now to deal with a stolen vehicle. I ain't got time to hear you screaming
[31:42] and yelling.
[31:43] I don't have time to constantly be abused.
[31:46] We'll get OPD down here then because I got to work on a stolen vehicle.
[31:50] What do you mean OPD?
[31:51] Alpha 73 University.
[31:52] Can we get another unit to deal with Jay Lee here? He is having a breakdown.
[32:05] What did you say?
[32:07] 73, 51, 76, 51.
[32:09] Get down on the ground right now.
[32:10] No!
[32:11] No, please!
[32:11] You're about to get sprayed.
[32:13] No, just let them.
[32:13] Get down on it right now.
[32:15] You don't tell me where to go.
[32:18] I'm going to stop.
[32:18] Fuck you!
[32:22] Alpha 73 University.
[32:24] I wanted to get away from you.
[32:26] No, it's too late now. It's too late now.
[32:27] He's going to be taken away.
[32:29] Jay!
[32:29] Jay Lee, you can stop.
[32:32] Stop.
[32:32] He's taken.
[32:33] so this person was ultimately charged with several you know offenses related to that behavior
[33:21] disorderly um resisting arrest and is very very angry that the police will not call him uh by his
[33:32] so-called preferred pronouns but the policeman was dealing in reality and he was clearly faced with a
[33:37] just like ashley webb another hulking deranged man posing as a woman demanding that he be recognized
[33:44] as one of us well i'm proud to say you're not one of us you'll never be one of us and frankly you're
[33:52] doing a piss poor job of pretending to be one of us his hair looked like a like one of those wigs you
[34:00] would get if you ordered rocker you know like 70s rocker 80s rocker off of amazon just pointing in
[34:09] every direction um covering his face and frankly i can see why he wants to do that uh he's not dressed
[34:16] like a woman he just wants this police officer to know that in his heart he is one and then to call
[34:22] him she and thank god that cop operates in ron de santis's florida and understood full well that
[34:29] florida is a free state and a reality-based state and that he would not be in any trouble for sticking
[34:35] to reality with that lunatic who was prancing around the florida campus bothering god knows whom
[34:44] look here's his mugshot all male obviously and a pathetic excuse for one of those as well um but think
[34:53] about it kids in florida are going to school with this lunatic who can't hold a ticket you imagine being
[34:58] this guy's professor or colleague in the university setting or what if per se that person decided to
[35:04] run for and possibly even win a position into the u.s congress and we we do have one in the house of
[35:13] representatives i i just think the senate remains too august a body to ever go this far but i i could
[35:20] be proven wrong that maizie herona is there she's an idiot um but it is one thing and like absolute
[35:26] deranged lunatic is another so i don't think it'll happen for ashley webb and i urge the voters in the
[35:32] in the main democratic contest to consider this case down in florida before you go any further as if the
[35:39] blood coming out of the anus is actually my period weren't enough okay there you have an extra um there
[35:49] is you know some interesting information on um the upcoming midterm elections which is what this is all
[35:57] about right everybody's trying to like shore up their chances from maine on down and harry enton
[36:03] the cnn data analyst gave us a little update on the generic ballot uh looking ahead to november take
[36:11] a listen to this in sat zero so the numbers show what harry they show a big uh-oh worry sign at least
[36:18] compared to history because i want to take it back through the history machine i want to note
[36:23] okay house national july cnbc washington post poll average midterm years this is the generic ballot
[36:29] right where were we back in 2006 when of course democrats would go back on to win the house they
[36:35] were up by 12 in an average of those two polls how about 2018 they were up by an average of 10
[36:39] in those two posts look at where that average is now well less than half of either the level of 2018
[36:46] and 2006 way down there yes they're ahead but they're ahead i have to shrink down on the screen
[36:51] they're ahead by only four points which is significantly less than what we saw in 2018
[36:55] and 2006 when democrats took back the house so as i said this is an uh-oh this is a warning sign
[37:01] well yes democrats are ahead not by anywhere near the margin they were in prior wave years okay that's
[37:09] because they're so crazy the republican party is not popular right now the around war is not popular
[37:16] and it's ramping back up people are voting most of the time based on their pocketbook issues and
[37:23] president trump's approval numbers there are in the toilet so why would the democrats only be four
[37:30] points ahead you think they'd be crushing the gop right well they're not because of themselves
[37:37] because of them they're they're cray cray i mean i've been saying this for months now it's like
[37:45] you know i've made the analogy of like you're looking at your spouse and your spouse has put on
[37:50] like 75 pounds and was sitting on the couch shoving potato chips into their mouth like a little drool
[37:57] coming down and won't help out around the house and you feel like you're doing everything and you
[38:02] maybe your eye starts to wander like maybe oh okay hey look at this person they're looking pretty hot
[38:07] they dress nicely they have a good job they care about their presentation and bam they tell you that
[38:13] they want to chop off little kids body parts hard no that's that's the position voters are in right
[38:20] now looking at the slothful republicans but then taking a look you know about possibly cheating on
[38:26] them and you've got true loons out there on the outside and voters are on to them i mean they saw how
[38:34] lunatic they were back in 2024 and it's actually funny because that political article i was telling you
[38:40] about about kamala harris goes into how now her people have convinced themselves and her that
[38:46] while they really thought that you know she's for they them trump's for you ad was devastating at the
[38:53] time they've changed their views on that and it was really all about the fact that she had too short
[38:59] a time that's really that's what did it it wasn't her positions on the issues like trans so great i mean
[39:06] again this bodes very well for the gop this is a dream frankly for them and you've got this
[39:12] democratic socialists of america group that we've been telling you about that wants to eliminate the
[39:17] u.s senate the pentagon funding for all police um all jails i mean we could go on it's truly crazy
[39:25] shit but they're growing they're growing in popularity at least among the left and there's um the
[39:32] new york democratic socialists of america chair this is a group by the way we saw them in times
[39:39] square on 10-8 after the attack on israel on 10-7 i mean on 10-8 when we we were still fielding the
[39:48] videotapes of women with their bloodied pants thanks to attacks on them yes there were rapes of israeli
[39:57] women the murders we saw all over israel of elderly women of children of innocent theater or concert
[40:06] goers male and female the torture that they were subjected to cheering there was the dsa that was in
[40:12] the middle of times square cheering and pulling down posters of the hostages including babies toddlers
[40:19] fucking vile okay so this is a disgusting group that really should be nowhere near power but they're
[40:25] they're winning and their chair gustavo gordillo went on fox news which is kind of interesting
[40:33] um and here is well a little bit of what he said here's sat 16 let's start with that one
[40:39] the problem we're facing in our housing system is that we talk about tenants and we say they have to
[40:47] pull put uh pull themselves up by their bootstraps uh they have to be responsible financially but when
[40:53] we look at the landlords we don't uh we don't use those same standards uh landlords in new york have
[40:59] been making a 12 return on their investment for on average should they make what's fair for the
[41:05] landlord to make if you don't like 12 they're complaining that 12 is not enough and we don't
[41:11] think that anyone should have a constitutional right to double digit returns on their investment
[41:16] that's why we've implemented no one should have a right to a double digit return on their investment
[41:20] no one has a right that's not no one's in that that's not in the constitution but we what we see
[41:26] is that when we implement a rent freeze we have landlords who are crying uh that the government is
[41:33] going to put them out of business and um they're trying to do it effectively no you know do are all
[41:39] landlords perfect are some landlords lousy of course they are um but i i just think that the idea
[41:45] that no one should make a double digit profit is the antithesis of the desire to like you can be
[41:51] anything you want to be in new york yeah in america um that's right but this little man with the
[42:01] ponytail and the weird facial hair would like to dictate how much you can make on your business if
[42:06] you're a landlord he'll decide this is right back to barack obama i do think at a certain point you've
[42:12] made enough money this is right back to his exchange with joe the plumber remember and um how
[42:19] yeah you've made enough money and you didn't build that you didn't build that you know you you built
[42:25] your business you didn't you didn't really build that you owe the government still just you know we
[42:31] i was just thinking about this on the on the death tax it's like you earn money you pay taxes on that
[42:37] money then you get to put it in your bank account if you want to pass it down to your children
[42:44] upon your death they have to pay a massive death tax on it just for receiving that same money that
[42:50] you've already paid taxes on and depending on your tax bracket you may have spent as many as 50 percent
[42:56] as much as 50 percent on your taxes so you you lost half your money that you earned you paid that
[43:02] because you didn't build that in other words you did pay for the highways and the bridges and the
[43:07] maintenance of your fellow americans you really had no choice but you did it if you were honest
[43:11] um and if you're not a new york real estate baron not just trump i told you about this other guy
[43:16] i knew he was a big real estate guy who said his father would roll over in his grave if he found
[43:21] out that the son had paid one dollar in taxes they find a way to claim these huge losses so they don't
[43:25] have to pay anything it's chumps like you and me who are salaried employees and that i am too thanks
[43:32] you know my business that that get stuck paying the full boat that don't have all these weird fake
[43:39] write-offs to diminish our income and we have to pay basically half of our salary to the government
[43:45] and you do that and then when you die you want to leave it to your kids they have to pay another half
[43:49] so they get 25 percent uh of what you'd want to give them and what you originally took in it's
[43:56] just outrageous and it's because the guys like this who are already in command it's because the
[44:00] democrats that we have a huge death tax and huge taxes and so on um because they never think they've
[44:04] taxed you enough ever ever and that guy who i guarantee you has accomplished nothing in his life
[44:10] um nothing in terms of business and never signed the front of a paycheck as opposed to the back as
[44:17] an employee who wants to decide um how much you can make as as a as a new york city landlord and by
[44:26] the way things in new york under his fellow democrat socialist zoran mamdani are not going well at all
[44:33] when i lived in manhattan i lived in the upper west side we were constantly on the west side highway that's
[44:38] the main thoroughfare that you take to get from the north to the south if you live on the west side on the
[44:43] east side it's the fdr and i was steps away from that and my child's school was steps away from that
[44:52] and now for what is the block radius it is roughly 12 blocks uh from the from 34th street up to 46th
[45:01] street which is right right by where i mean so many people live uh off the on the west side highway just
[45:08] off of there they have a huge homeless encampment huge it's turned into a tent city and
[45:16] it's sprawling according to fox news reporting that uh yeah stretches nearly 12 blocks that um
[45:24] the city has done very little to address it it's full of tents trash and reported illegal activity
[45:31] and take a listen to this soundbite it aired on fox just days ago with the people in new york this is
[45:37] overwhelmingly democratic and i guarantee you a large collection of the new yorkers interviewed voted
[45:43] for zoram mamdani because they want to change maybe even hope and change and instead they got homeless
[45:50] encampments with trash and illegal activity everywhere listen to how they're reacting and it's just getting
[45:55] worse apartment buildings keep going up you know people paying good rent to live in this neighborhood
[46:01] and it's terrible drugs prostitution and everything else in between yeah i'm a tourist here in new york and
[46:10] i'm disappointed how the government failed to support homeless people it's not that's they're not getting
[46:18] support how they they promise them make this a better place for everyone and make it a better
[46:26] place for tourists we have enough problems bringing people from overseas into the united states it seems
[46:34] like it's an unfriendly place to be this is not a great look for us i think they got to clean them up
[46:40] they got to keep on top of them this seven day stuff or whatever it is now it's really not working
[46:46] and they they just need to keep cleaning up i mean i hope you like it because you're going to be
[46:53] getting a whole lot more of it as this radical group takes over the democrat party that's that's why
[47:01] that's one of the many reasons why those harry andton numbers are so bad for dems the gender issue
[47:08] the embrace of the far left dsa who would vote for a party that wants to get rid of all prisons
[47:14] and cops and the senate and the pentagon i mean like who just like victims here victims here that's
[47:22] really the messaging that they're going for so i mean look republicans need to get their together but
[47:29] that that that should provide some comfort on those you know cold nights leading up to early november
[47:37] when they're getting very worried about the historical trend of the party in power losing and losing
[47:43] mightily um there's one other that i want to show you and that is well i don't know if we have time
[47:50] well let's stick with this dsa guy gustavo gordillo who also said the following to martha mccallum stop 15.
[47:56] how does the government become more democratized if the government takes over more of the power
[48:03] so for example here in new york if you have government-owned grocery stores right in what world does
[48:10] it make sense to build a 30 million dollar grocery store and put competitive pressure on the bodegas
[48:16] that are in the neighborhood i think that what we saw in the mayoral campaign is uh the mayor was
[48:23] able to build a movement that inspired people to believe that we could have a government that works
[48:28] for ordinary people that is actually responsive to the working class inspiration is great but if you're
[48:32] the bodega owner how would you feel if the government opened a big grocery store right next to your bodega
[48:39] if one if one publicly owned grocery store that brings prices down in the neighborhood is enough
[48:46] to put someone out of business then maybe they shouldn't have been in that business in the first
[48:51] place okay the bodega operators now that's is this the hope and change zora mumdani ran on we're talking
[49:02] about these small kiosks and in some instances storefronts that have just like you've seen it if
[49:08] you've gone to new york just like a little hot bar where you get like sweet and sour chicken
[49:12] or something like that or in the bodega and the sort of the kiosks that are around those are gonna be
[49:16] wiped out by these government stores and this is progress it's it's better if the money goes to the
[49:22] man than to the mom and pop shops that are actually supporting families with their grocery sales um it's
[49:30] not what they promised of course because as we know from history socialism never works that's why it gets
[49:39] rejected every time it's tried as every young person with stars in their eyes eventually learns in some
[49:46] instances the hard way we'll be right back with sunny hostin hey thanks for watching today's full

[51:45] near you that's b-y-r-n-a dot com all right we've got um on the subject of politics before we leave uh
[51:55] and new york city and how crazy these democrats are zora mamdani has decided a good person to screen
[52:02] um who can make it onto the the new york city bench the judges in new york would be cynthia nixon because
[52:14] cynthia nixon has a lot of experience as a lawyer oh wait that was a character she played on tv she's
[52:21] not a lawyer she's never been a lawyer she doesn't know jack about the law and yet she would be the
[52:28] appropriate screener for who can make it on the bench in new york city um maybe she's gotten less
[52:35] crazy maybe she's just turned into a reasonable person whose opinion might no no here she is with
[52:42] her make make abortion great again hat remember when this came out we thought it must be ai did not
[52:49] believe this could possibly be real but it is she really wants abortion to be great um and here she
[52:56] is thanks to president trump and the penalties that he and rfkj have threatened on these health
[53:01] care facilities when it comes to their medicare payments and otherwise and they're as a result
[53:06] their reversals on performing these trans surgeries so thanks to the trump administration god bless them
[53:12] um many of these hospitals have stopped doing it because they they don't give a about these kids
[53:17] they want to pretend that they care about trans youth they they want money they want money and
[53:23] once the cost became too great to perform these surgeries like they care about their medicare
[53:28] payments a hell of a lot more than they care about their trans payments even though the latter are
[53:31] lucrative but not as much as medicare the services started drying up they stopped offering them
[53:37] and cynthia nixon who prides herself on having like i don't know three kids all of whom are queer in
[53:42] some way trans or gay or what have you it's like it's a you problem madam uh reacted when asked about
[53:50] the fact that nyu a great university uh and great hospital where i uh have been many times for my
[53:57] children and their arrival into this world um that they've stopped performing these surgeries
[54:04] watch this at 17. most importantly i am here today as the mother of a proud trans man
[54:16] how trans man kid is trans everyone's friends friend is trans my trans kid
[54:35] his top surgery at nyu a number of years ago wow his doctors were fantastic his surgeon was the best we
[54:48] could have imagined and the idea that the city is filled with young people who thought they had
[54:58] a place to go where they could receive the highest care and that place has now been shut to them
[55:04] sickens me sickens me to my core so just imagine if you would for a minute the kind of screening
[55:13] questions that cynthia nixon will be asking potential judicial nominees and i realize it's not her fault
[55:20] zora mamdani would be placing any radical in this position she just happens to be the one he named
[55:25] he's the radical it's his election that we need to have the problem with but i mean it's as bad as we
[55:30] thought between the homeless encampments the objection to bodega's owners being able to make a living
[55:37] um the just the the non-stop problems across new york the sex workers who are now all over the west
[55:45] side highway servicing homeless in their tents yes that was part of the report absolutely disgusting
[55:51] imagery um and now this nutcase deciding who's going to be on the bench deciding cases i mean it's just
[55:59] it's as bad as we thought it would be um back to presidential politics want to check in on joe biden
[56:06] as we have been over the past few weeks again they wanted us to believe this man could be president right
[56:11] now they wanted him him to have access to the nuclear football right now a couple of weeks ago
[56:17] well i guess a month or two ago now at this point jill biden launched her book that shot right up to
[56:22] the number one uh spot on the new york times bestseller list only to fall off into oblivion because it was
[56:27] bulk sales and she purchased her audience no one has actual organic interest in jill biden but she had
[56:34] an event at the 92nd street y in new york we showed you the tape in part well now the full tape has come out
[56:40] of when joe biden stood up at the end of the event which was moderated by whoopi goldberg and spoke to
[56:46] her like a toddler and she spoke right back to him like a toddler and it's even more disturbing than
[56:55] the short clip revealed now i don't generally like to go over the same sound bites more than once because
[57:02] it's a waste of your time but i actually do want to show this longer version of this clip because it's
[57:08] just it's disturbing that's what it is forget the lies we were told it's just disturbing the
[57:15] exploitation of this man that his own family was doing and was perfectly happy to continue doing
[57:20] and by the way it's the same team you know some of them at least who are still at the top of the
[57:27] democratic pyramid uh who are still running messaging for the dems and i'm sure a lot of them will emerge
[57:34] as we get going again uh after these midterms and presidential politics maybe not on behalf of
[57:39] kamala because those two camps don't think much of each other reportedly but on behalf of somebody
[57:44] um but listen watch this joe has a question like you couldn't ask it later who do you love most in the
[57:55] home and so i'm i'm going to do the last nope i love you most joe is that it is that the answer
[58:17] he wanted yes overwhelming well that's what keeps him on his toes he's never 100 sure i always keep
[58:27] him guessing is that not true so the last thing i have to say is i please remind people to pick up
[58:36] now i know it says books but look at oh yeah gooks it looks like gooks it looks like good i'm thinking
[58:42] what are gooks but i'm going to remind them but i'm to remind people to pick up books on your way out
[58:51] the name of the book is the view from the east wing and that concludes our conversation
[59:16] my book sir my book which comes out in september i have to remind them this is my event
[59:30] the only thing jill does better than right she's a beautiful woman it's so it's so uncomfortable
[59:45] he's a dirty old man by the way like if they had let that roll uh two minutes longer we would have
[59:51] been getting that image of her in a bikini again that he keeps bringing up i mean i'm i'm happy that
[59:56] they still have attraction for one another don't get me wrong it's inappropriate for him to keep
[1:00:00] talking about her like that publicly but the way she speaks to him is i think i think we're crossing
[1:00:08] over into like you know kindergarten teacher who's pissed off at the disruptive toddler um in front
[1:00:14] of her like the tone the the words the affect all of it to me projects she's annoyed she's annoyed
[1:00:23] she's speaking down to him quite clearly um and just at the end like do i have to remind him of whose
[1:00:30] event this is she's genuinely annoyed he did that my book and it was rude it was rude i mean doug would
[1:00:35] never do this to me he's the author not me i've written one book but doug my husband is he would
[1:00:41] never if i stood up at his event or if he he would never talk down to me like that he would be happy to
[1:00:46] see the spotlight and but he would this we would never speak to each other this way and if i were
[1:00:54] ever up there on stage doug would never be like my book i mean would your spouse ever do this to you
[1:01:00] so he's lost his marbles she's annoyed by it there's like a seething resentment underneath that
[1:01:07] tone affect and her willingness to treat him like a toddler publicly on that mike i get that
[1:01:13] he's become one but he's still your spouse and the former commander-in-chief and she can't she
[1:01:20] doesn't respect him i mean neither do we but like that's different we're not married and it's just
[1:01:25] incredible the the fraud that that family tried to pull on us these democrats should never be trusted
[1:01:31] again the media that enabled them should never be trusted again they literally thought this guy
[1:01:35] could be in charge of the nuclear football right now right now it makes me angry when i see him
[1:01:43] that way it makes me angry of how he was taken advantage of by his family and makes me angry that
[1:01:46] they offered him up to the american people in in a fraudulent manner with an entire media complex
[1:01:54] working to cover up the truth from us to gaslight us on the cheap fakes and all that
[1:01:59] bullshit these same journalists are now asking you for their trust as we go into the next round
[1:02:03] of heavy politics f them all right so that's biden enter don lemon speaking of the gross democrats and
[1:02:14] enabling media who lied to us um don lemon's got thoughts about the next presidential contest and
[1:02:20] how it might involve him watch the political ambition is that true no but people keep asking me if
[1:02:27] i'm running for president and i don't know i might i'm serious i don't know i might because
[1:02:31] people keep asking me to do it um uh i actually think i would be a really good president of the
[1:02:35] united states okay like you're you're being serious you're not i'm being totally serious
[1:02:41] for the people to want me for the people to want me well then we're safe
[1:02:49] this is like crazy if you are in media if you are in political commentary you're going to get a fair
[1:02:56] amount of people asking you that question that is a reality of being at the pointy end of the spear
[1:03:01] it it doesn't mean you actually have any chance don pro tip it does not mean you actually have
[1:03:06] any chance a whole different host of considerations go in to who can actually win never mind who should
[1:03:14] try and you are not on the list either list not not to say i wouldn't enjoy covering so it's like a
[1:03:23] kamala harris situation i don't want to discourage it i don't want to completely uh you know pop the
[1:03:28] balloon for him but um this is the delusion this is the narcissistic delusion that somebody like
[1:03:35] don lemon who was on you know cable news for years in the prime time at cnn operate under as we listen
[1:03:41] to him and we actually some treated him like an authority uh thank god those years are over here's
[1:03:46] more this is um that one i think was a week or two ago here's another one where he was on um the angry
[1:03:53] ladies podcast right steve is that where this one comes from uh 10 oh it's the same one okay
[1:04:00] it's a podcast called can't be censored and um he has some thoughts on maga because i know you define
[1:04:05] maga based on what don lemon thinks of it well here's your answer satan maga is the closest thing
[1:04:12] to the modern version of the nazi party this is america's version it's the closest thing
[1:04:16] without the holocaust and all that stuff that sort of mindset that's what maggie is because most
[1:04:22] intelligent people or logical people when they get new information and if that information is not is
[1:04:28] negative or not factual then they change their minds with oh well i wish i had known better and
[1:04:35] now that i have this information then i can readjust no matter what you the no matter how many facts and
[1:04:42] how much information you give them you give them about this presidency about the policies they don't
[1:04:49] change their minds because they're really not voting for uh the price of eggs they're voting for
[1:04:55] white supremacy again it's kind of like the joe biden situation cnn put him in the prime time of its
[1:05:08] lineup as a straight well news anchor and wanted us to believe that this was an objective journalist for
[1:05:17] all those years not only does he of course not like the right he hates he hates the right hates it
[1:05:28] he hates maga he hates trump voters hates them they paraded him for years as an objective journalist over
[1:05:37] there and by the way he's no different than 99 of the on-air talent over at cnn no different if you think
[1:05:46] uh you know i don't want to name names but any of the talent over there right now has a warm spot in
[1:05:52] their hearts for any maga voters of course you don't think that but if you were to think that you would
[1:05:56] be sorely disappointed to hear them talk behind the scenes it's just that don lemon has dropped the facade
[1:06:02] now um so let's see if that's a winning campaign message for him that the the republican party are a
[1:06:08] bunch of nazis now maga is a bunch of nazis it didn't seem to work out that well for kamala harris
[1:06:14] because it kind of was her campaign theme um and she was rejected just like don lemon would be
[1:06:19] although you go girl you got you got this now um michelle obama has been everywhere you know trying
[1:06:26] to build her brand and try to build her very sad little podcast and she showed up at the essence
[1:06:33] festival and wanted to talk about a number of things how aggrieved she is yes you know that
[1:06:39] and also how amazing she is so she's aggrieved and amazing those two things always go hand in hand
[1:06:45] like she's incredible people don't understand her she's amazing people are racist she's spectacular
[1:06:52] she's got an annoying family a pain in the ass daughters she's a great wife but she has an
[1:06:58] asshole husband i mean we could we could be here all day here's the latest installment of america
[1:07:05] you've disappointed me again side 11. i remember the first big speech i gave in iowa it was packed i mean
[1:07:13] i was pulling more crowds than most of barack's opponents but it was interesting the more popular
[1:07:22] i became the more of a threat i became it was interesting that's when the articles started
[1:07:30] coming out i had been campaigning for more than a year and then it was this is when i understood like
[1:07:35] this is politics oh they're coming after me because i'm useful and they're trying to beat my husband so
[1:07:43] they're trying to slow me down right and some of those first articles they would always start
[1:07:49] she was wearing a purple sheath and she had on this pair of shoes it wouldn't matter what i said kiki
[1:07:56] the article would start with what i had on wow and i realized oh this is how they do women in politics
[1:08:06] this is how we treat women in public life we diminish them to just what they look like
[1:08:13] and not what i'm saving now i'm giving impassionate speeches i think people know now that i can give
[1:08:18] a speech that wasn't just that didn't just start happening you know i was i was always really good
[1:08:26] on the campaign trail i was always a powerful orator oh my god she is dripping in narcissism a dripping in it
[1:08:39] would you at least feign some humility i'm embarrassed for you you're actually not that
[1:08:45] great you're fine but you seem very scripted and artificial to me if i'm honest you don't speak from
[1:08:51] the heart it didn't you didn't move me at all at the democratic national convention you felt a little
[1:08:56] recycled and tired if i'm being honest um but just listen to her oh i was powerful and that didn't just
[1:09:04] start happening i was powerful from the start let me tell you something michelle the reason they
[1:09:10] wrote about your fashion is because yes you're a woman it wasn't to diminish you they do it to every
[1:09:16] female politician and it's not to diminish them it's because it's interesting it's part of your look
[1:09:22] it's part of your messaging they would do it to men too if men dress differently from one another
[1:09:28] but they don't they all look the same they all have navy suits on with red ties
[1:09:32] it's not interesting or we would cover it when your husband wore that tan suit we wrote about it
[1:09:37] oh that was our racism i forgot no if if a politician dresses in a different way in a way
[1:09:43] that catches our attention we as the media we will write about it we'll cover it but they never do
[1:09:48] they all look like carbon copies of one another when it comes to fashion so it's boring but the women
[1:09:54] do tend to take more risks and then it gets more interesting it's fun to talk about it's yet another
[1:09:59] item about them that's expressive that says something as we try to get to know them or the
[1:10:06] spouse of a politician so off with this grievance nonsense you're not aggrieved it's not it doesn't
[1:10:12] make anybody a misogynist it's just something about you that caught the eye of people who are bored need
[1:10:18] to fill magazines or newspaper copy etc stop making everything an attack on you you thin-skinned person
[1:10:28] it's just ridiculous and by the way if she's so upset about our focus on her fashion why did
[1:10:34] she pose for vogue four times on its cover why did she just do a whole book about fashion why didn't
[1:10:41] she release a book on my policy prescriptions for 2026 america why where's that she wants to be known
[1:10:49] for her fashion that has to be on her terms you see she wants us to rate what a style goddess she is
[1:10:55] for us to admire her bold colors in her you know fall palette but god forbid we just do that because
[1:11:02] our eyes brought us there that we're racist or we're misogynist or we're trying to diminish her
[1:11:09] she finds grievance in everything this is what poor barack has been dealing with for 20 30 years now i mean
[1:11:17] no wonder the guy is so gray so prematurely no one of the girls fled the coop and you never see pictures
[1:11:24] really with the four of them i'm sure they're so happy to be rid of this non-stop negativity negative
[1:11:29] nelly all the time um and you know like the self-aggrandizement with the the aggrieved nature
[1:11:36] and so but not for nothing we did go back just to see like what were they saying about her fashion at
[1:11:43] that time well i was there i was on the air i remember she she was beloved beloved by the press
[1:11:51] maybe some mild criticism over on fox but even the folks over on fox and i was there they were afraid
[1:11:56] to criticize her and she was the black woman she's the spouse of this rising black star democrat of
[1:12:02] the you know of star of the democrat party and there was hesitance to go after her because you know
[1:12:10] people are afraid um so she did not get it hard are you kidding me like she didn't get it anywhere
[1:12:15] near as hard as sarah palin got it um but here's what was written about her all right i'm gonna i
[1:12:22] looked up some headlines from 2007. here's vogue now vogue is a fashion magazine they you would expect
[1:12:30] them this is august 2007 all right it's a year before her husband will win the presidency and you
[1:12:38] would think vogue would be leading with whatever her fashion was since we were all so obsessed with it
[1:12:43] according to her here's the lead line iowa in spring a full nine months before the primaries
[1:12:50] but michelle obama is already at work on her husband's behalf the setting the chit and chat
[1:12:56] coffee shop in waukee population 9 213 percentage of population that is white okay here we go vogue
[1:13:03] 97.7 the subject values hers and his i married my husband she tells the crowd composed equally of
[1:13:11] reporters and supporters quote because we share the same midwestern values keep your word work hard
[1:13:18] treat others with respect absolutely nothing about clothes that's vogue nothing talking about your
[1:13:26] values an implication that the midwest is too white and how hard you're working it doesn't really feel
[1:13:34] like a racist misogynistic piece to me glamour again it's a women's magazine that's obsessed with
[1:13:40] fashion by the way the headline of that vogue piece was michelle obama the natural the headline
[1:13:47] of the glamour piece your next first lady question mark lead line i have to admit i was a little
[1:13:52] intimidated by michelle obama when i first saw her she was standing on the far side of a hotel
[1:13:57] conference room and i got the impression of a regal woman who has a model's height she's 5 11 and a
[1:14:03] classic understated chic but then she came forward extended an endless arm and broke out her fat her
[1:14:10] famous million dollar smile million watt smile she gave me a big hug as if we were old girlfriends
[1:14:18] and i felt as though i'd known her forever okay where's the in-depth wardrobe commentary i failed
[1:14:26] to meet to see it were you offended by the passing reference to chic which could mean anything is that
[1:14:32] are you upset with glamour calling you chic as they said you had a million watt smile and you look like
[1:14:39] a model and how radiant you were is that part of the glamour's misogyny and or racism michelle april
[1:14:48] 2000 here's stephen colbert let's see what he had to say everybody wants to know they speculate on what
[1:14:56] kind of first lady a candidate's wife might be and if you would forgive me in saying so i think you'd be
[1:15:03] jackie o okay because and i hope i i hope i'm not out of place in saying this you're you're a very good
[1:15:15] looking lady well well we found your misogynist we found him stephen colbert said you were good looking
[1:15:30] and like jackie and by the way you're there in a short skirt showing off your legs with jackie o'hair
[1:15:37] but that was because of our racism she would later tell us we were too racist to have her wear her braids
[1:15:42] that's why she had to look like jackie o so the only people we find making comments about your looks
[1:15:50] uh are stephen colbert who is a leftist a committed progressive as we know so maybe that's what's in
[1:15:57] your head michelle uh then here's one more for you okay before we move on 2009 the guardian america's
[1:16:06] new vogue for black fashion is all due to michelle obama so here we find one a leftist publication
[1:16:13] that wants to talk about fashion her clothing choices fuel endless segments on cable news and
[1:16:19] countless column inches in print and online an entire website mrs o has been set up to catalog every
[1:16:25] fashion move that michelle makes when she chose a dress from jason woo to be her inaugural gown it
[1:16:32] catapulted the designer to overnight success everyone is obsessed quote she's got an innate sense of how
[1:16:39] she wants to look it goes beyond clothes jackie o had it princess die had it michelle obama has it
[1:16:46] said edward and in full a top stylist and fashion director who works closely with the magazine it
[1:16:52] probably helps that laura bush who had michelle's job for the past eight years definitely did not have
[1:16:59] it though laura bush remained popular even as her husband plumbed the depths of national disdain
[1:17:05] she was never adopted by the fashion industry she wore variations on the same homespun fashions for
[1:17:12] most of the decade so who has the right to be aggrieved in response to articles like that michelle
[1:17:18] is it you or might it be laura bush did you get the worst end of that or do you think it was the republican
[1:17:26] first lady you're i'm sorry this woman is a lying sack of you know what she's never seen a situation
[1:17:34] in which she's not the victim even though all the situations and she in which she most feels
[1:17:40] victimized are in fact complimentary of her i just she's like a mental illness with this person
[1:17:48] you know it's it's true it's like a like a a vision disorder like somebody who's you know like if you're
[1:17:54] colorblind you're looking at red but it's actually green and you would swear to the world that it's red
[1:17:58] but everybody who's not colorblind can see that it's green and that there's something wrong with your
[1:18:02] vision she's got this she sees every compliment as an insult every uh honor as an attack like there's
[1:18:12] something wrong with this woman and we need only open our ears and hear her speak in order to know
[1:18:19] it's so all right um let's take a quick break and when we come back we are going to get to sunny hostin
[1:18:26] and more all right don't go away our sponsor the electronic payments coalition says washington
[1:18:32] politicians are always getting into your wallet and that now they're messing with your credit card
[1:18:37] they say your credit card and the security it offers are under attack and that senators dick
[1:18:42] durbin and roger marshall want to change the nation's payment system to benefit corporate mega
[1:18:47] stores like walmart and target at the expense of everyday americans credit cards can keep your
[1:18:53] payments secure and provide rewards that families use to help make everyday purchases more affordable
[1:18:58] the electronic payments coalition says the durbin marshall mandates would let corporate mega stores
[1:19:04] cut corners on credit court processing credit card processing routing transactions over cheaper
[1:19:09] untested networks with weaker security and fewer protections find out more at guard your card.com
[1:19:16] and consider telling congress to guard your card high prices might be here to stay gas groceries
[1:19:22] insurance i mean let's hope not but they might if you're a homeowner you may have thought
[1:19:26] should i refinance to pay off this credit card debt that i've amassed and then you second guess
[1:19:31] yourself because of that low mortgage rate you currently have listen that low rate it's not saving
[1:19:36] you if you're drowning in credit card interest at 25 or more if you are only making minimum payments
[1:19:43] that debt can follow you for years and this is why people are calling american financing because
[1:19:47] they can save customers an average of eight hundred dollars a month by using equity to finally break free
[1:19:53] from credit card debt no upfront fees no pressure and if you start today you may be able to delay
[1:19:59] two mortgage payments call american financing to see if this is for you the number is 800-852-2010
[1:20:08] that's 800-852-2010 or just go to americanfinancing.net slash megan kelly disclaimer nmls number
[1:20:18] 182334 nmls consumeraccess.org apr for rates in the 5s start at 6.327 for well-qualified borrowers
[1:20:27] call for details about credit costs and terms visit americanfinancing.net slash megan kelly
[1:20:31] average savings based on borrowers who save over 199.99 no one is above the law it's a celebration of
[1:20:40] the law and how it applies to all of us no one is above the law no i do think that there is a thing
[1:20:48] called pretty privilege there is a thing called white privilege there is a thing called tall
[1:20:52] privilege and we have to acknowledge that supposed to be a nation of laws is there a thing called
[1:21:01] harvard privilege and millionaire privilege the view privilege because you seem to be dripping in it
[1:21:08] madam honestly when i first heard that sunny hostin showed up at the scene of her son in handcuffs
[1:21:17] to help him out i thought what is the controversy i would do this for my child too she's behaving like
[1:21:25] a mama bear and you're lying if you say you wouldn't show up there to help your child being
[1:21:31] handcuffed if they called you especially if you're a lawyer uh like she is and i am too i i i don't
[1:21:38] i do not begrudge her one second trying to help her son out in a tense and potentially scary moment
[1:21:45] i do begrudge her her dripping sanctimony and hypocrisy no one's above the law and everyone
[1:21:53] other than sunny hostin is swimming in privilege that she's very pissed off about she doesn't she
[1:22:01] doesn't love our country she feels threatened and unsafe when she sees a neighborhood full of american
[1:22:07] flags because the country's been just so devastating to her we made her a multi-millionaire we funded her
[1:22:13] mansion in westchester which you could probably fit four of your homes in it we'll show you the
[1:22:19] video yet again so you know what we're talking about um did your child go to harvard most people's
[1:22:25] kids didn't go to harvard do you think her child got into harvard completely on merit or do you think
[1:22:31] she might have played the sunny hostin view card to help him along not to mention the fact that her son
[1:22:39] being black is only a bonus to getting into an ivy league university like that everybody knows that
[1:22:46] so if there's any privilege it's the one that she is immersed in day after day after day but she won't
[1:22:53] acknowledge any of that no it's all about white privilege which she talks about all the time on
[1:22:58] that show and how i guess trump is evil and his voters are white supremacists that's her main talking
[1:23:07] points from the view well what happened is recently her son who's a harvard grad she'd really want you
[1:23:14] to know and 24 years old he's not a 16 year old um was running and apparently he's an avid runner she's
[1:23:23] made mention of this many times on the show and decided not to run like you or i would or anybody
[1:23:30] who's in training for a marathon or for a track team or what have you on the road on a track on a path
[1:23:39] in the woods wherever i'm i've lived in westchester there are tons of beautiful neighborhoods and
[1:23:46] lovely suburban roads where you could run easily and tons of high schools with unused tracks where
[1:23:52] you could potentially run in the off hours and tons of wise you know ywmca or ymca where you could go
[1:24:00] like there's tons of facilities in westchester it's not like manhattan where there's like chelsea
[1:24:04] peers and that's all you have um he decided to run on railroad tracks and i'm sorry to break it to you
[1:24:12] sunny and gabriel that's the sun that's dangerous not just for you but for riders of the trains that's
[1:24:21] why it's criminal that's why they've criminalized it you're not allowed to do it i newsflash as a
[1:24:27] white woman i'm not allowed to do it either okay um it doesn't matter if you went to harvard
[1:24:34] or if you didn't go to college at all law applies the same you know why sunny because no one is above
[1:24:41] the law a concept with which you claimed to be familiar when we were talking about donald trump
[1:24:47] what happened with that i don't think there's a get out of jail free card if you went to harvard
[1:24:53] i don't think so pretty sure i all all my years practicing law i never saw that one you don't have
[1:25:00] the law doesn't apply to you if you went to harvard geez the applications would be even more
[1:25:05] great in number than they are right now if that were the case no working class elite class harvard
[1:25:14] class you're not allowed to trespass on the railroad tracks because it's dangerous not just for you but
[1:25:21] for the people riding the trains and the people waiting for the trains and the people who live in
[1:25:26] the areas if you don't believe me here take a listen to the u.s department of transportation
[1:25:33] on how long it takes trains to stop because while you might think they can stop on a dime if they
[1:25:39] happen to see somebody running down the track you're wrong watch an automobile traveling at 55 miles per
[1:25:46] hour can stop in about 200 feet a tractor trailer rig at the same speed will take about 300 feet
[1:25:52] the length of a football field the average freight train at 55 miles per hour on the other hand
[1:25:59] will need a mile or more to stop that's 18 football fields you should know that an oncoming train
[1:26:06] may be closer and moving faster than it appears it is easy to misjudge a train speed and distance from
[1:26:13] the crossing because of the train size and your perspective as it comes toward you it appears to
[1:26:19] be moving much more slowly than it actually is railroad tracks trestles yards and equipment
[1:26:27] are private property walking or playing on them is illegal trespassers are subject to arrest and fines
[1:26:38] even if they went to harvard here's what happened he got stopped he got cuffed he called his mom and
[1:26:47] it all played out on body cam footage here's her son explaining that his mother is a lawyer and then you
[1:26:57] hear sonny hauston on the phone with him and listen to the instruction this is from police body cam footage
[1:27:03] from june 16th sat 21. my mom's a lawyer by the way that's okay what's your name what's your name
[1:27:09] sir i'm brian brian brian is that your badge number 2814 yes yes so the reason we're stopping you this
[1:27:14] is trespassing right here oh i'm sorry though it was open over there i was just walking on a run here
[1:27:19] i saw it just looked open for me so i just walked in so this is considered trespassing it's criminal
[1:27:23] trespass the reason why it's such a big deal people get hit by a train all the time we want to prevent it
[1:27:28] obviously do you have any idea on you oh yes okay where is it it's it's in my phone uh if you take
[1:27:34] off the case tell them your mother is a federal prosecutor yes hey mom how are you this is officer
[1:27:39] gomez your son's fine how are you this is this this is the federal prosecutor okay that's my son he's a
[1:27:49] harvard graduate okay so before she knows that the police officer is there and hearing everything and
[1:27:57] holding the phone she tells him to lie tell them your mother's a federal prosecutor no you're
[1:28:03] not you were once but you're not that was a long time ago sunny and you shouldn't be advising your
[1:28:11] child to lie to the police then once the officer identifies himself and she knows he can hear her
[1:28:18] and he's got the phone she says former former right correct madam you're already off on the wrong foot
[1:28:27] don't lie to police to get your son out of a jam it's the wrong decision the son says i didn't know
[1:28:34] you know he didn't see the sign okay that that could be true um i think most of us know you're
[1:28:39] not allowed to run in a on the railroad tracks or next to the trains i i think most of us know that's
[1:28:46] we don't own that property and it's a dangerous thing to do but whatever um my beef in this whole
[1:28:51] video is not with the son it's with the mother um she shows up to the scene as well she's in person
[1:28:59] uh and i believe this next soundbite shows that some of the exchange is on the phone and some of
[1:29:05] it is in person let's watch saw 23. let's get my mom on the phone of course here miss hansen this
[1:29:10] officer gomez officer gomez about four minutes away okay that's fine so i just wanted to give you a heads
[1:29:17] up so i am going to be writing your son uh what's called an appearance i'm sure you know what that is
[1:29:21] because it is criminal trespass where he was officer is that really necessary this is a kid
[1:29:26] that doesn't do anything he's a harvard graduate and a yale researcher he teaches geometry to
[1:29:34] i understand that why would you put something on his record like no no it's it's not it's not even it's
[1:29:39] not anything criminal he just has to appear i'm dumbing it down to a violation that's all it is
[1:29:44] with all due respect man i still have a job to do and we have to deter people from being on the tracks
[1:29:50] indeed you do because uh trespassing is the leading cause of rail related deaths in the united
[1:29:57] states nationally more than 500 trespass fatalities occur each year per the u.s department of
[1:30:04] transportation more than 500 deaths occur as a result of trespass in and around the railroads
[1:30:11] and the tracks every year so they do have a job to do and it's part of keeping the community safe
[1:30:16] here is the son gabriel um asking if the cops can look the other way and saw 23. what happens if you
[1:30:23] didn't do it what happens you're like oh we're gonna do right well you know uh we have cameras
[1:30:30] everywhere if we didn't see you somebody would have called it over correct you know there was too many
[1:30:37] trains coming in and out of there they're not i hate to say it's like my partner said our hands are
[1:30:41] tied it is what it is again i don't i don't care that's that doesn't bother me have you ever been pulled
[1:30:49] over while driving your car i mean i don't think it's beyond the pale to say what if what happens
[1:30:53] if you don't write me a ticket please don't write me a ticket i was going fast because of x i mean
[1:30:57] everyone's done that there's nothing wrong with that it's the privilege card that people are revolting
[1:31:04] against here she is now on scene in sat 24. what's going on he was walking along the tracks
[1:31:14] okay i'm on a run on a walk and it was okay i was out yeah i see yeah
[1:31:22] so i'm gonna fill with me actually okay i'm a former federal prosecutor he knows he's a harvard
[1:31:29] grad who teaches fourth grade geometry to south Bronx kids oh he's not a kid who's
[1:31:35] under for trouble it's an innocent mistake i understand you have to
[1:31:40] violation but it's something i think i was walking over there and there was some
[1:31:50] i had a big interview today talking about it okay there it is why did you mention your big
[1:32:00] interview today we all know why i'm a big star i'm a former federal prosecutor my boy went to harvard
[1:32:10] i'm on tv and i had a big interview today that this is disgusting this is not normal this is not
[1:32:18] something most of us would do trust me i've been pulled over by the cops i i can speed here or there
[1:32:23] just like anybody though i don't make a habit out of it and it the thought runs through your head do i
[1:32:28] mention i mean in my case unlike hers i actually have cops backs on this show and the thought runs
[1:32:35] through your head do i tell them that hell no i would just never play that card i would never play
[1:32:41] that card never and this is what she does i'm a former federal prosecutor i'm one of you and on top of
[1:32:48] that i had a big interview today we're all talking about it i'm a star you know me i'm a star
[1:32:56] and my son went to harvard and now is researching at yale we're not the kind of people who commit
[1:33:05] crimes that's what she's saying we're not like those dirty dirt under the nails filthy working
[1:33:11] class losers who commit crime we're from damn harvard show some respect it's disgusting i'm on tv
[1:33:21] i don't commit crime i don't raise a son who would commit crime we go to harvard okay stupid dumbass
[1:33:32] cop who's inconvenienced me and my son we could buy and sell your whole family sir that's what's
[1:33:38] happening there it's disgusting it is disgusting i i would have no problem she had shown up there and
[1:33:46] said guys that he's never been in trouble he's a good kid check his record he didn't understand that
[1:33:54] this was private property because the sign is not clear i would not i would be defending her
[1:34:00] i would be i would do the same for my child i'm sure you would for yours as well but that the harvard
[1:34:05] harvard harvard she mentions it at least three times we didn't show them all um and yale uh and
[1:34:13] her big interview and former federal prosecutor and all to what to avoid a citation he's not getting
[1:34:19] charged with a misdemeanor like the stakes are very low we looked it up he's facing a possible 500
[1:34:25] fine did you see the house do i need to show you the video again she can afford it i'm sure he can
[1:34:31] afford it too this is ridiculous like i'm sorry but i i don't want to hear her protestations about
[1:34:38] no one's above the law anymore as she plays every card she can possibly get her hands on
[1:34:44] former federal prosecutor i'm on tv with a big interview harvard harvard harvard
[1:34:50] yeah yeah yeah no one is above the law oh is that true or isn't it madam i i'm it's disgusting
[1:34:59] it's that's the reason people are recoiling in response to this it's not because no one could
[1:35:05] make the wrong decision about a railroad or railways etc it's and it's not because of the sun either
[1:35:11] it's because of her and her messaging on the air and the nerve to after non-stop white privilege no
[1:35:19] one's above the law to show up to a scene and pull that shame on you okay before we go a word
[1:35:27] on the world cup congratulations to spain and its fans personally i was rooting for argentina
[1:35:34] as we have beautiful friends from argentina and they were so sad so sad um so i know how important
[1:35:40] soccer is football to uh basically everybody outside the united states and several million inside the u.s
[1:35:47] as well um though i don't think we compare to the enthusiasm in europe and south america and beyond
[1:35:52] so in any event uh i did watch large portions of the finals and large portions of the world cup
[1:35:59] and i have to say i agree with the critics of the halftime show it was terrible first they opened up
[1:36:08] with madonna who i don't know what she's doing people and i don't even know if she can still sing
[1:36:15] because she only ever uses the track and does the lip syncing i have yet to hear the actual madonna's
[1:36:21] voice in the past decade or so but here's what she looked like okay i i liked that song um i remember
[1:37:08] it when i was married to my first husband literally 26 years ago um it's it's fine but i i i feel like the
[1:37:19] the world cup could have gotten more relevant talent yeah right um lip syncing of course because
[1:37:26] again we have no idea whether she can still sing and the dancing was lame too i'm not gonna lie
[1:37:30] that's the one thing madonna really kind of could do all along not there i don't know what she's doing
[1:37:35] she's just squatting and of course writhing because that's her thing these days um then after madonna we
[1:37:41] saw bts one of the biggest bands in the world and i i'm not gonna lie no offense bonnie my friend bonnie
[1:37:48] loves them and i get it she they are very talented normally i don't know if they were phoning it in
[1:37:53] but both the lip syncing and the dancing look like a college band boy band imitating bts to me look at
[1:38:00] this thinking so the acrobats around them are doing a good job the actual band look how they're phoning
[1:38:18] in even the motions this is no michael jackson at the super bowl people look at them they look tired
[1:38:32] it's like they had jet lag or something i i not impressed again if i want to hear a lip sync track
[1:38:38] i'll just play press play on spotify or sirius why do i have to tune into that um then came justin bieber
[1:38:45] and it was a beautiful song for christians but i'm just going to tell you it wasn't the right song for
[1:38:51] the world cup it slowed everything down it was a ballad it was a ballad that would it has sort of a sad
[1:38:58] i holy holistic feel to it and in the right mood it'd be the perfect song but at the world cup
[1:39:05] halftime show here's a little of that loving you everything everything everything okay you get that
[1:39:24] you get the gist it was too much it was too sad too slow too somber it brought the room down and then
[1:39:33] thank god for shakira who i must say saved the day look she's 49. she was great great the right vibe
[1:40:24] a great song she looked amazing i cannot believe she's 49 years old she's moving around like she's
[1:40:30] 29 years old congrats to her on not showing us her vag this time like she did at the super bowl with j-lo
[1:40:37] a couple of years ago it was classy she had on sort of a hula outfit which was totally fine kind of
[1:40:43] saucy but not too much for her age or for the setting and she sang a great song again i think
[1:40:48] that was also a track but um i forgave it because the dancing was good and she sold it i'm sad that
[1:40:54] the world cup is over i loved having the fans from all these countries come over here and discover
[1:40:59] america for the first time and to help a lot of us see our own country anew uh through their enthusiasm
[1:41:06] and i love all the stars who emerged i love getting to know more about messy and the guy from norway
[1:41:13] and the rowing um bobby is that how you say it uh anyway we'll miss them and we look forward to the
[1:41:21] next one tomorrow ruthless see you then
