[3:32] By the Bureau of Labor Statistics put out some information last week saying that U.S. manufacturing... [3:37] Record manufacturing. [3:38] ...4.6% increased in the first quarter of 2026. [3:42] The Supply Management Institute, PMI, shows that manufacturing has expanded for seven consecutive months. [3:48] You've talked about the American manufacturing renaissance for about 10 years at this point. [3:52] Given all the statistics and the investment that have come in, do you feel vindicated at this point? [3:57] So we're doing record increases in the United States in manufacturing. [4:02] A lot of that has to do with the tariffs because companies are coming in. [4:05] They're not able to sell their product unless they come in because they have no tariff if they build their product. [4:10] Whether it's a car or something else, if they make it in the United States, there is no tariff. [4:14] So they're coming in. [4:16] We have a record number of factories under construction, factories, plants, things as such. [4:22] Toyota just announced that they're building the largest car plant. [4:28] They make cars plant in the world, anywhere in the world. [4:33] They are leaving Mexico and they're coming to the United States. [4:36] Many, many car plants, AI, other, you know, they're opening. [4:41] I will say that they're leaving Canada, they're leaving Mexico, they're leaving Germany, they're leaving Japan, they're leaving South Korea. [4:48] They're coming into the United States because they don't want to pay a 25% tariff on a car. [4:53] And they don't have to pay a tariff if they make it here. [4:55] So we have the largest number of plants ever being built in the United States right now. [5:01] Hard to believe, right? [5:02] Because if you listen to some of our past projects, it would never be a manufacturing country again. [5:07] And these plants are going to start opening up in about six months.
