HEATED PRESS CONFERENCE: Trump Flys in New Presidential Plane for the First Time

[0:00] so this will be the first flight of what i think is maybe the greatest commercial plane ever built [0:09] i said to boeing what's the best one they said this is the best plane ever built and you're [0:14] going to have the privilege of flying it and i have a privilege also flying it but this is the [0:20] first flight but i think you know to be honest with you uh i'm excited about the first flight [0:25] it's something nobody's ever seen anything like it even you people with all your experience and [0:32] all of your talent you will never see anything like this so they just uh completed it they made [0:38] it uh appropriate for a president that means the security and all of the different bells and whistles [0:45] they put on very complex now but it's really uh quite something and this is a plane that the [0:51] united states of america should have our air force one was uh 35 36 years old and it would be parked [1:00] next to the new ones like this and it really didn't look appropriate for our country so uh [1:07] we're very proud of this the country is very proud of it and you can do two things you can low-key it [1:13] or you can show it and i think the country should be very proud of it and it's beautiful and you'll see [1:18] that in a little while when you board up as far as things are going the denuclearization of iran is [1:27] moving along well they've had very good meetings and we'll see we hit them very hard for three nights [1:34] as you know but we're getting along very well so i call it the denuclearization and uh it's all taking [1:43] place it's all going well the stock market is setting records virtually every day the oil price is way [1:50] down we're down at 68 i see it hit 68 today that's lower than when i started the uh i guess you could call [1:58] an attack on iran so that they never have a nuclear weapon so the oil price is now lower the retail [2:05] prices the gasoline is coming down rapidly and if you have any questions let's go cost american [2:14] taxpayers to upgrade the plane well it's very little relative to what it would cost if we did it a [2:20] different way so this was a gift from a country that's treated us very well and they're an ally of [2:28] us over in the middle east guitar and i went to boeing i said who has the best one they said [2:34] guitar there's no there's never been a plane like it frankly we couldn't build a plane like this because [2:39] we wouldn't be willing to spend the kind of money necessary they spent top dollars so the head of [2:45] boeing said this is considered the best 747 they've ever built and i went to guitar i said i'd like to use [2:52] it for a period of time because the other ones as you know are under construction they'll be here in two [2:57] years and because you know the plane is 35 years old so i said i'd like to use it and uh the emir [3:06] tamim who's a great gentleman he said no no i'd like to make a contribution to the country so uh [3:14] it was very nice and we're able to do it in about five months you know bring it up to the presidential [3:20] standard meaning security was and uh you're gonna get you're gonna get a kick at it there's just nothing [3:27] like it you know you had a very lucrative year last year what message does this send to average [3:34] americans especially well i you know i don't get involved in my personal we have funds that run my [3:40] money well i've made a lot of money before i became president and they invest my money and i don't talk [3:48] to them i never i don't even speak to them so i have many people i don't know what they call closed [3:52] accounts or something you put your money in and that's it i don't talk to them they're big institutions [3:58] and they run it but yeah i've had a great career in business i've had a great career [4:04] i don't know if i've had a better career in politics or business but i had a great career [4:09] in business and uh you know you saw the cash and you report the different things and what they do [4:16] is we gave it i think it's called a blind account but they basically they take it and i purposely i [4:21] never speak to any of the people that run the money but they're big institutions and uh they invest [4:27] in whatever they invest off the presidency well you know why i'm profiting because the stock market's [4:33] going up everybody's profiting if you have you have a 401k how's your 401k done it's about up 85 [4:42] thank you president trump so we're all profiting i'm profiting because i have a lot of money and a [4:48] lot of cash and we i give it to institutions i don't know if they know what they're doing or not but [4:53] uh they buy a vast array of things very excess and general pain about essentially returning to [5:02] an all-out war with iran do you mean you've been unhappy with ron's adherence to the mou well i [5:08] think they've uh come a long way we hit them very hard last week i think they're fine i think we're [5:14] gonna it's it's the denuclearization of iran it's very simple and iran cannot have a nuclear weapon [5:21] otherwise all of this stuff that we look at all of these things that we do the country's never had [5:27] activity like it's got right now so we're building more factories and car plants and other things [5:32] we went for years without ever building one car plant now we're building many car plants we're [5:37] building ai we're building we're building all over the country 19.1 trillion dollars being invested [5:44] the record was like two and we've got 19.1 and it's going to continue and when those buildings open [5:51] you're going to see something like the country's never seen before that's why the stock market's going [5:56] up every day that's why you're 401k because everybody benefits when the stock market goes up [6:02] everybody benefits more jobs more everything and we're creating more jobs we have more people working [6:08] today than have ever worked in the history of our company great and that's before these places open [6:14] they'll be opening up over the next year and we have them coming into taiwan we have from taiwan we have [6:22] more chip bankers and the biggest the biggest company in the world actually the chip banker but [6:27] they're coming in they're building in arizona and they just announced they're going to double the size [6:32] we could have 50 of the chip market by the time i leave office you know what we had now nothing and [6:38] then i got as a gift another gift i said to intel give the united states of they needed something they [6:46] needed some help the chip banker i said give the united states of america i'll do it for you but [6:53] give the united states of america 10 of your company he said you have a deal he said it so fast i said i [7:00] should have asked for more but he said you have a deal and that stake is now worth 80 billion dollars [7:09] i made 80 billion dollars for the country in eight months does anybody talk about it no have a good time [7:15] have a good flight enjoy the plane question we've got dni poulti over there as the new director we [7:23] also know you have the task force set up on declassification maybe looking talking about [7:27] international maybe looking at some declassification are you able to give us an update on the class of [7:32] i almost never and you know by the way we have jay clayton is going in you know bill poulti is a very [7:39] talented guy but he's just there temporarily until jay clayton and jay clayton is going through the process [7:44] and jay clayton highly respected and so is bill poulti but bill is there just for a fairly short period [7:51] of time but while he's there i said you can declassify whatever you want i told him you can do it [7:58] as that you got to ask him but uh i think the president i think that i think that uh bill will [8:05] declassify i told him you can declassify whatever you want so bill's there just you know for maybe a [8:12] month or two months or something and jay is going through the process he's got a hearing in two [8:17] weeks highly respected man jay clay okay thank you did you get any
