[0:00] Previously on The Rubin Report. [0:02] This can be a hell of a crossover we're doing right now. [0:04] They said you're whacking yourself with a hammer. [0:06] If I never had to talk about bone smashing again, [0:08] I'd be totally fine. [0:09] Adding cell to the end of words is a pretty popular one. [0:14] So you're a picture cell, [0:15] like you don't want to take any more pictures? [0:16] Or did I completely butcher that? [0:18] All right, what's up, people? [0:45] I'm Dave Rubin, this is The Rubin Report, [0:47] and yes, it is our last week on the grid. [0:51] We shut down our season at the end of July. [0:54] We take August off the grid. [0:56] No computer, no phone, no news, no nothing. [1:00] And we come back in September fresh and ready to roll. [1:04] Did I say the date? [1:05] It is July 27th. [1:07] I think I just said it was last week. [1:08] Today is July 27th. [1:10] Couple more days, guys. [1:11] We got live shows through Thursday, [1:13] and then we're doing something special on Friday. [1:16] I officially will go off the grid Thursday night, [1:18] a day early for reasons I can't explain, [1:21] or I needn't explain, let's say, [1:23] and doing something very special on Friday. [1:24] So you will want to tune in on Friday. [1:26] And I just want to make a couple of comments quickly [1:28] about our Friday show. [1:28] If you did not see our Friday show with Clavicular, [1:30] we live streamed this thing, [1:32] and this is the looks maxing kid. [1:34] It's all about, you know, [1:35] just everything you can do to optimize your face, [1:39] your body, your looks. [1:41] I saw, you know, the comments were very, [1:43] some people were really into it, [1:44] and they like, you know, [1:45] just that he's getting people to care about [1:47] what they look like, and that's just the first step, [1:49] and hopefully then care about what you do [1:51] and what you want to accomplish in life and everything else. [1:53] A lot of other people think that there's, you know, [1:55] some serious narcissistic stuff there, [1:57] and that, you know, [1:58] he's probably got a whole bunch of problems and all that. [2:01] I don't know, I actually enjoyed talking to him, [2:03] and I thought it was kind of thoughtful. [2:05] And what I like is that when you interview somebody, [2:08] it's not necessarily for me to say, [2:09] it's for you guys to make your judgment call on, [2:11] well, that's somebody that I'm interested in following, [2:13] or I don't like that, or I do. [2:15] However, I did ask him in the middle of the interview. [2:19] And yes, of course, the internet was saying [2:20] that I brutally frame-mogged him. [2:21] There was a lot of that, which means [2:23] when you have somebody that's clearly better looking [2:25] than the other guy, you've brutally frame-mogged somebody. [2:27] But I said to him, [2:29] if you're looking at me right now, [2:30] does he just stare at everybody going, [2:31] man, your face should be a little more like this, [2:33] or like this, or like this, or whatever. [2:36] And he said that he wanted my jawline to be tighter, [2:38] but Conor, can you go to the side shot there? [2:41] Like, that's pretty good. [2:43] Like, come on, guys. [2:45] 50 years old over here, that's a pretty solid, [2:48] I guess I could shave this a little bit more, [2:49] but anyway, that's our show for today. [2:52] Thanks for watching, see you tomorrow. [2:53] Okay, here we go. [2:54] We got a big show for you. [2:55] Oh, one other thing real quick. [2:56] We noticed over the weekend, [2:58] can you put up the numbers here, [2:59] that our subscriber to viewer ratio is quite bizarre. [3:04] So in the last 28 days, so basically for the last month, [3:07] basically 55% of you who are watching the show [3:11] are not subscribed. [3:12] 45% of you who watch are subscribed. [3:14] Our numbers have been bananas phenomenal. [3:17] So we're very appreciative of that. [3:18] And I thank you for tuning in. [3:20] But if you have not subscribed at this point, [3:23] which is clearly in the last month, [3:24] more than half of you, chop, chop, people, [3:27] let's get going, make it happen. [3:28] Okay, thank you very much. [3:30] Let's dive in. [3:31] It's a lot and really the theme, [3:33] and this will clearly be the theme till I'm gone [3:35] and Lord only knows what'll happen in August, [3:38] is just the ever increasing craziness [3:42] coming out of the lefties. [3:43] And today we're doing some really fun stuff [3:45] in the middle of the show contrasting them [3:46] with the way Democrats used to be 80s, 90s, [3:50] and even early 2000s. [3:51] But let's start with some video of President Donald Trump [3:56] at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. [3:58] He made, he poked a little fun at Somali insurgent, [4:03] Ilhan Omar, take a look. [4:06] It's becoming such a horrible and dangerous location [4:10] that Ilhan Omar, one of my favorites, [4:12] and her brother are thinking about moving together, [4:16] very much in love. [4:17] The video has surfaced recently of Ilhan giving a speech [4:22] referring to World War II as World War XI. [4:27] And they asked her about that. [4:29] She still thought she got it right, [4:32] but I'm not surprised because she's a low IQ person, [4:36] and she's also a very dishonest person [4:38] and sure to get the hell out of our country. [4:40] She shouldn't be here. [4:41] She shouldn't be in our country. [4:43] She also calls her brother husband number one. [4:47] Omar is reportedly being investigated for fraud. [4:50] She revised her net worth. [4:53] I was shocked to see that she was worth [4:55] much more than $30 million. [4:57] And then when the press got on her, [4:59] she revised it slightly downward to less than 18,000. [5:02] So she went from much more than 30 million to 18,000. [5:07] And I know Democrats, [5:09] and the word Democrat is something that's come into fashion. [5:12] All right, so it's a little of everything from Trump. [5:14] He was a little low energy there, but he's hitting it. [5:16] Like, you know, he makes the joke about them being married. [5:18] So yes, she is under investigation about that. [5:20] She committed federal immigration law [5:22] because she married her brother, [5:23] which generally as an American, [5:24] you're not supposed to marry your brother. [5:25] It's basic, that's not, you know, very high bar stuff. [5:28] She committed some sort of, [5:30] it sounds like tax fraud or something. [5:32] Remember, she originally said that they earned $30 million, [5:36] were worth $30 million. [5:37] Then when people started talking about it and they were like, [5:39] wait a minute, this winery doesn't exist. [5:40] No one's ever bought this wine. [5:42] There's some really shady stuff [5:44] with some of these businesses. [5:45] Then magically that became 18,000. [5:48] So she was quite literally off by $30 million. [5:51] She also obviously, obviously hates the country. [5:54] She's definitely involved in the money laundering scheme [5:57] that has got Tim Walls hung up, [5:59] which is largely connected to the Somali community, [6:01] which is who she represents. [6:03] She doesn't represent the average person of Minnesota. [6:05] She represents the Somali community [6:07] and has repeatedly said that that's who she's in. [6:09] She's in America for them, not for other Americans. [6:13] So we just kind of hit her across the board. [6:15] We'll see if there's any investigation [6:17] or what will come of the investigation [6:19] as it pertains to marrying her brother [6:21] and some of this fraud stuff. [6:22] But anyway, she saw that video. [6:24] You'll see where we're going with this. [6:25] She saw that video and she tweeted out this. [6:27] The idiot who runs our country says this, [6:30] but doesn't have the courage or evidence to come after me. [6:32] This should tell you how low IQ he is. [6:34] Trump, who needs to get the hell out of our country [6:37] because he's destroying it [6:38] and making us the laughing stock of the world. [6:42] Okay, first off, Ilhan, it's our country, not your country. [6:46] I will accept that for now you are a citizen of this country, [6:50] but you absolutely should be denaturalized and deported, [6:54] not only for your fraud, [6:55] not only for your financial fraud on the people of Minnesota, [6:58] but for your immigration fraud, [7:00] federal immigration fraud with your brother, [7:03] for your obvious connections to terrorist organizations [7:07] and your tacit support of Hamas and other ones [7:11] who have killed Americans. [7:13] But Ilhan saw that tweet from Ilhan and wrote this. [7:16] Didn't realize President Trump was visiting Somalia. [7:19] Ilhan Omar is a traitor to the United States [7:21] and must be expelled. [7:23] I wanna just talk for a moment [7:24] because he said expelled there, [7:25] that there's been a lot more talk lately [7:27] about denaturalization, deportation, expelling, [7:30] and we are going to have to get serious about this. [7:33] You may remember, I started talking about this stuff [7:35] six months, if not longer ago. [7:37] Re-immigration is what they're calling it in Europe. [7:40] It's not just that we have to find out [7:42] who the illegals are. [7:44] It's not just that we have to find out [7:45] who the criminals are, arrest criminals, deport illegals. [7:48] It's that we now have a massive problem [7:51] with people who actually are citizens, [7:55] who are here to destroy the country. [7:59] Zorhan Mamdami, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar. [8:02] And by the way, I'm not just saying this [8:04] because I disagree with them politically. [8:06] There are tons of people I disagree with politically. [8:08] Bernie Sanders, we'll talk about him in just a moment. [8:12] Timu Obama, Chuck Schumer. [8:13] I mean, we can go through a long list of people [8:16] that I have wide disagreements with politically, [8:19] but there are people that are here [8:21] quite literally to destroy our system, [8:23] several of whom swore in on the Koran, [8:26] not on the Bible or the Constitution, [8:28] which is, again, what I think [8:30] they should all be swearing in on. [8:31] But how do you know they're here to destroy the country? [8:33] Because America was based on freedom. [8:36] Freedom's our main thing. [8:38] If we were exporting something, an idea, let's say, [8:42] then freedom would be it. [8:44] You get, in America, the guarantee of life, liberty, [8:47] and the pursuit of happiness. [8:49] Think about that, life. [8:50] You get to be born and we'll see what happens. [8:53] Liberty is freedom, freedom from tyranny, [8:56] freedom from authoritarianism. [8:57] And then the most brilliant words ever written, [9:00] the pursuit of happiness. [9:02] We can't guarantee it, but maybe you could get out there [9:04] and do something with your life [9:06] because you'll have a life and you'll have freedom, [9:08] and then the pursuit is on you to do something. [9:11] But Bernie Sanders and the rest of these people [9:13] don't like any of that. [9:15] They want control over your life. [9:18] They want control over what you do and when you do it. [9:20] They want control over the economy [9:22] and who you do business with [9:23] and how you manage interpersonal relations [9:26] and everything else. [9:27] So here's another perfect example [9:29] of how much they hate the capitalist system [9:31] of which this country has been built out of [9:33] from Bernie Sanders. [9:35] Elon Musk wealth, 2012, 2 billion. [9:37] 2026, 719 billion. [9:40] Jeff Bezos wealth, 2012, 18.4 billion. [9:43] 2026, 255 billion. [9:46] Mark Zuckerberg wealth, 2012, 17.5 billion. [9:49] 2026, 212 billion. [9:51] Federal minimum wage, 2009, 725. [9:54] 2026, 725. [9:56] Obscene, we must raise the minimum wage to a living wage. [9:58] Okay, first off, it's not a zero. [10:00] I can't believe I have to explain basic economics [10:04] and everything else to Bernie. [10:06] It's not a zero sum game. [10:08] Those guys being worth more money [10:10] didn't affect you in any way, Bernie. [10:14] Actually, Bernie, they produce things unlike you. [10:20] So they're worth those things. [10:21] Bernie, when your, let's say, adult diapers, [10:25] when your Depends show up at your door, Bernie, on Amazon [10:29] and you got them same day because you ran out of them, [10:32] that's because of Amazon and Jeff Bezos built that. [10:36] When you, well, you know what, let's jump, [10:38] I'm gonna jump ahead one video here. [10:39] You wanna see what Elon's been doing? [10:41] What has Elon been doing? [10:42] How about this, Bernie? [10:43] Do you think he's worth some money? [10:45] Because he's quite literally got people in wheelchairs [10:48] that can now control them with their minds. [10:51] Through our clinical trials, [10:52] we've been working really hard to give the world [10:55] a brain-computer interface-powered wheelchair. [11:00] It's designed for anyone with trouble [11:01] controlling their wheelchair physically [11:03] by translating their neural signals [11:04] so they can control the wheelchair with their mind. [11:07] So my question for you, Bernie Sanders, [11:09] is how much is that worth? [11:12] How much money should Elon Musk, who literally, [11:15] there have been people, [11:16] we already have shown you videos of this, [11:17] people that have been playing chess with their mind. [11:19] I mean, it's science fiction at the highest possible level. [11:23] Now we have people moving wheelchairs with their line. [11:26] Elon tweeted about that. [11:27] He said, Neuralink helping those [11:28] who have lost their mind to body connection. [11:32] You know, I have to say that this one [11:33] is a little bit personal for me too, [11:35] because my good friend and incredible American, [11:38] far better than Bernie Sanders and far better than me [11:40] and probably most of us, [11:42] my friend Dennis Prager is a quadriplegic right now. [11:44] He has the tiniest bit of movement [11:47] last I spoke to his wife in his finger. [11:50] But it's almost two years. [11:52] It's a year and a half right now. [11:53] And if somehow he could get that Neuralink implant [11:58] and he'd be able to control his wheelchair [11:59] or do some other things, like my God. [12:03] But it's obviously not just Neuralink. [12:05] It's also the electric cars. [12:06] It's also making life interplanetary. [12:08] It's also the boring company and all of those things. [12:11] And you somehow think him making money off that, [12:14] all of the things that Jeff Bezos did. [12:16] And again, I always get into, [12:17] well, it's like Jeff Bezos has a yacht [12:19] that's worth 100 million bucks and you're upset about that. [12:22] Okay, he's employing all of those people on that yacht. [12:24] And I'm gonna guess that none of them make that minimum wage. [12:27] And also minimum wage is not supposed to be a living wage. [12:29] And also what right does the government [12:32] have to tell someone [12:34] how much someone's services are worth. [12:38] I pay these guys all $5 an hour [12:40] and I give them a bag of peanuts on Friday. [12:43] Okay, do you hear any of them complaining about it? [12:45] Is anyone complaining? [12:47] Nope, no, oh, oh, want some more peanuts? [12:49] Okay. [12:53] I pay people well and then they, [12:55] what you do is when you treat people well [12:58] and you pay people well, you start building a better product. [13:00] And then our product has gotten better. [13:02] So we bring in more income. [13:03] I'm able to do more things, buy new cameras, [13:06] do sorts of things that allow people, [13:08] I don't know, to take August off, right? [13:11] Because I want my guys to also feel fresh and everything else. [13:13] That's all the creation of freedom, [13:16] which is what you people hate. [13:18] But you have to remember, [13:19] Bernie used to really hate millionaires. [13:21] He hated millionaires and then he became a millionaire. [13:24] So now he mostly hates billionaires. [13:27] But of course, here's Bernie in 2015 hating millionaires. [13:29] And yeah, billionaires, but millionaires. [13:32] In our great country, [13:34] millionaires and billionaires should not be able [13:38] to buy elections. [13:43] Okay, millionaires or billionaires [13:46] should not be allowed to buy elections. [13:47] We can all get on board that in some sense. [13:51] The problem is, Bernie, [13:53] you never talk about George Soros. [13:55] You're working with all of the nonprofits [13:58] that get all of those lunatics out on the streets, [14:01] that take over streets and call for genocide [14:04] and everything else. [14:05] When you're ranting and raving [14:07] about billionaires and trillionaires now, [14:09] it's only because you don't like Elon Musk. [14:11] There's been a shift in the culture away from the people, [14:16] away from sort of your yammering and hectoring [14:20] to other people who are like, [14:22] actually, we'd like to keep a little bit more of ours. [14:24] By the way, it is worth noting that Bernie [14:27] was worth about $200,000 when he entered Congress. [14:31] That was about 40 years ago. [14:32] He's worth $3.5 million right now. [14:35] There you go, Bernie. [14:36] Like, why are you allowed to have that much money, Bernie? [14:39] Again, as I always do with these guys, [14:41] I'm never trying to screw anybody over, [14:42] but how about we lop off the .5? [14:44] 500 grand, Bernie, why don't you give it to people? [14:46] Bernie Sanders, who flies on private jets [14:49] and then when he's asked about it, he's like, [14:50] well, there's no other way that I could campaign. [14:53] If I wasn't, I have to get to places [14:55] because what I'm doing is very important. [14:58] These other people should have to sit [15:00] in the back of the plane and eat the one. [15:02] By the way, Kamala Harris had 83 billionaire supporters. [15:05] Donald Trump had 52 billionaire supporters, [15:09] for those of you tracking this at home. [15:10] But let's continue with this sort of general idea [15:14] that the left has sort of pushed on people, [15:16] which is that somehow people who produce and create are bad. [15:19] And by the way, what they're doing really with that [15:21] is they're setting the conditions to kill people. [15:23] This is what revolutions do. [15:24] This is why people got beheaded [15:26] during the French Revolution. [15:28] They want you to hate those people. [15:30] And again, I would say watch the Batman, [15:33] the Nolan Batman trilogy, watch Gangs of New York [15:38] to find out what they will do to the people [15:39] on the Upper East Side when they unleash the hounds. [15:44] But anyway, Elon did an interview [15:46] over the last couple of days [15:47] with The Economist's editor-in-chief, Minton Bedos. [15:51] And I think I can objectively say [15:53] she was unbelievably terrible as an interviewer. [15:56] You know what I mean? [15:57] And I can say that as an interviewer. [15:58] There's a way to try to get a thoughtful answer [16:01] out of somebody and push them when necessary and all that. [16:05] And there's also a way to just try to sandbag somebody [16:07] and frame everything so that your audience [16:10] will see people in a certain light. [16:12] Unfortunately for her, that doesn't really work anymore [16:15] because we have a free internet [16:16] where people can start sharing clips [16:17] and expose what nonsense. [16:19] So note how she framed this whole thing. [16:21] First, it's about how much people hate Elon. [16:24] But do you see why this makes people think [16:27] that this man who has all his power, [16:29] he's the world's richest man, [16:30] he thinks he has a right to influence our politics. [16:34] It makes people, it's why, you know, [16:35] we started this conversation saying superlatives. [16:37] It's why people loathe you. [16:40] I mean, some people do loathe you. [16:41] Yes, some people do. [16:42] But do you understand why? [16:44] Do you think what you're doing is helpful [16:45] for Western democracy? [16:47] Maybe some people do loathe me. [16:49] And that's probably true. [16:50] I don't care. [16:52] But the fact that, as you pointed out, [16:57] a quarter billion people follow me [16:59] is that I think a lot more people actually like me [17:01] than don't. [17:03] And I think a lot more people hate you [17:05] and the media more than you realize. [17:08] Bang! [17:09] Like that's pretty great. [17:12] So first off, the way she frames the question, [17:16] does he have a right to get involved? [17:18] Well, of course he does. [17:19] Whether Elon was worth $6 or a trillion dollars, [17:23] you have every right to say what you think [17:25] and share your opinions. [17:27] And yes, people who are popular, [17:30] people who have attained followings, [17:32] people who've done really cool things, [17:34] sent a freaking Tesla, [17:36] literally sent a car, Tesla, into space just to orbit, [17:39] just because he could. [17:41] Well, then people are gonna follow you. [17:42] So what are you talking about? [17:43] Do you have a right to get involved? [17:44] Of course he has a right to get involved. [17:46] And then that question, [17:47] what she's basically says, [17:49] people hate you, a lot of people don't like you. [17:52] It's because of what you're doing to Western democracy. [17:56] The guy who bought X, then Twitter, [17:59] for a crazy amount of money that it was not at, [18:02] it still loses money. [18:03] He bought it so that we would all have access [18:07] to more free speech. [18:09] We had a Twitter, whether you like it or not, [18:12] it is the town square in America, [18:13] the digital town square of the world, really. [18:16] And before the old regime on Twitter, [18:19] we know for a fact was working [18:21] with the United States government to silence people [18:24] when it came to COVID, [18:26] when it came to Hunter Biden laptop and more. [18:27] That is not debatable. [18:29] That is a 100% fact, [18:32] including they did it literally to me. [18:34] One of my tweets, I've told you this a million times, [18:36] Jim Jordan told me that at the Capitol. [18:37] Okay. [18:38] He then comes in, he buys it at a ridiculous valuation, [18:41] way more than it was worth. [18:43] And then he just allows people to say what they want more. [18:46] So some people say nice things, [18:48] some people say true things, [18:49] some people say mean things, [18:50] some people lie. [18:51] But that is literally the essence of Western civilization. [18:56] So what are you talking about? [18:57] And then the other thing, what's his other big thing? [19:00] His other big thing is borders, [19:02] and that we should not have savages overrunning our democracies. [19:06] And she thinks that's against the West too? [19:09] Like lady, what do you think they would do to you? [19:13] Here he is trying to point out that actually, [19:15] although they try to pin him as a far right maniac, [19:18] he's just a centrist. [19:19] I know a little something about this. [19:21] Yeah, my political views are centrist. [19:25] They're not far right. [19:27] And practically calling a far right, [19:29] I think is an insult to history, [19:35] an insult to many peoples. [19:37] And it is an outrageous falsehood. [19:42] It's completely absurd. [19:44] I literally have stated my position, [19:46] which is that, and I've been very clear about this, [19:48] which is that there need to be secure borders, [19:50] that if there's an influx of immigrants, [19:54] then there needs to be people who will agree [19:57] that the, with Western ideals, with Western values. [20:01] And if they don't, and if there's a long-term growth of people who do not, [20:07] or in some cases are adamantly opposed to Western values, [20:11] you are setting yourself up for civil war. [20:14] This is obvious. [20:15] A child can see this. [20:17] But this is not a right-wing view. [20:19] I'm simply stating reality. [20:21] Yeah, yeah. [20:24] And I would offer, I'm gonna reach out to Elon today. [20:27] We've been kicked, for two years, [20:28] we've been trying to bounce through all the hoops [20:31] with doing the interview, and we had a couple of booked, [20:33] and then I had to move one, he had to move one. [20:35] We're gonna try to do it right when we get back. [20:36] I think it would be pretty awesome if it was the first interview [20:39] that I do when I'm back in September. [20:41] But you see it. [20:42] A minute ago, she's talking about how, in essence, [20:44] he's destroying Western civilization. [20:46] He's this far right person. [20:47] And then what is the crux? [20:49] He didn't even get into the free speech part there specifically, [20:52] although that's obviously part of Western civilization ideals. [20:56] Basically, he's saying, what do I believe in? [20:58] Well, I believe in borders, [21:01] which every sane person believed in 20 years ago. [21:06] Actually, every sane person believes in now. [21:08] There's a bunch of insane people that don't believe in it. [21:11] But she desperately wants you to think [21:12] that he's the extremist. [21:14] And by the way, they never do it the other way, right? [21:16] You can usher in socialism. [21:18] You can usher in Marxism and everything else. [21:20] And will anyone in the mainstream media say [21:22] that's a far left idea? [21:23] They'll be like, no, they don't. [21:24] They're like, oh, well, there's all this new energy [21:27] on the left, follow the energy. [21:29] We're all energy chasers with no principles. [21:32] Now, interestingly, as it pertains [21:33] to the United States of America, [21:36] people actually broadly are not into this crazy, [21:39] leftist, communist, socialist, Marxist jihad thing. [21:42] Surprise, surprise. [21:43] Here is data dork over at CNN, Steve Kornacki. [21:46] Oh, no, this isn't the data. [21:47] He's a kind of data dork too. [21:49] This is NBC's data dork, Steve Kornacki. [21:52] Who's the other data dork? [21:53] What's his name? [21:54] Harry Enten. [21:55] He's the true data dork. [21:56] This guy's like a, give me something here. [21:58] He's like a, yeah, he's like a double-A data dork. [22:02] Like he could get up there one day [22:05] and we're gonna hold out for him. [22:06] But here he is talking about, [22:08] while the majority of Democrats may view socialism positively, [22:13] independents don't, and well, [22:15] that could be long-term trouble for the Dems. [22:18] We've been seeing it in the primary season. [22:20] Socialists winning Democratic primaries, [22:23] candidates from the far left, and look at this here. [22:25] Among Democrats, this is that Fox poll, [22:27] a majority have a favorable view of socialism. [22:30] Step outside the Democratic party. [22:32] It's a totally different world. [22:34] Look at independence, socialism, deeply unpopular there. [22:38] Okay, we're gonna call him the poll poindexter [22:40] for now on. [22:40] The other one's the data dork. [22:41] He's the poll poindexter. [22:43] He's just dorky guys with their numbers. [22:44] Okay, it's fine. [22:45] But the point is, even if most Democrats [22:49] are now going in on all of this stuff, [22:52] well, okay, that'll show you [22:53] how you can win some primaries, right? [22:55] The extremists will win the primaries. [22:57] The ratcheted up base loonies will win the primaries. [23:00] But then in general elections, [23:02] we are a very divided country. [23:04] Most of us are not socialists. [23:05] You absolutely do need independence, [23:07] and independence are always the biggest growing movement [23:10] right now because people are upset with both parties [23:12] for whatever their reasons might be. [23:14] And fortunately, independents don't buy this stuff. [23:18] So again, this is where, and I could be wrong. [23:22] I've been wrong before once or twice. [23:23] I was told I was wrong on something once. [23:25] I know I don't have a recollection of it either, [23:27] but somebody once told me that I just think [23:29] that the midterms are gonna be okay, [23:31] and I don't think they're gonna be the bloodbath, [23:33] but it certainly shouldn't be overconfident. [23:35] You probably shouldn't be confident at all. [23:37] But with that put right there, [23:41] look at this from Call Sheet, [23:43] breaking Marco Rubio's odds to be the 2028 Republican nominee [23:47] hit 31%, a record high. [23:49] That strikes me as really good. [23:51] Whether you like JD, or you like Rubio, [23:55] or you like Ron DeSantis, or you like Don Jr., [23:59] or whoever you might like, [24:01] Rubio, it seems to me, [24:03] is the most obvious kind of crossover guy. [24:06] Crossover appeal, like his temperament is right. [24:10] He's succeeding at every job he is doing. [24:13] I think that there is something to that. [24:16] And actually, why don't we integrate a Call Sheet ad [24:18] right now, as long as we're talking about that. [24:21] Guys, you know about Call Sheet. [24:23] Call Sheet is like buying or selling a stock, [24:25] except the line isn't set by an algorithm working against you. [24:28] It moves based on where the money goes. [24:30] It shows where people are actually putting their money, [24:33] not what the media wants you to believe. [24:35] So if you put $100 on yes, Marco Rubio, [24:38] you can earn $307 if correct. [24:41] Download the Call Sheet app and use code RubinReport [24:43] to get up to $500 in bonus credits when you trade 25 bucks, [24:46] or go to CallSheet.com slash RubinReport. [24:50] So speaking of Marco Rubio, obviously we are now, [24:53] we went from the hot war part of the Iran thing, [24:57] then we had our negotiation part. [24:59] Now we're in like a little more tit-for-tat war, [25:01] hot, cold, warm, wet, up, down, tight, loose, blah, blah, blah. [25:06] Here's Rubio articulating the next step in Trump's strategy here. [25:13] I saw, you know, guys, I saw Arachi, their foreign minister, [25:17] who the other day say something about their policies, [25:20] an eye for an eye. [25:21] The president's policy is a head for an eye. [25:24] I mean, honestly, that's what it's gonna be. [25:26] I mean, they will pay a very heavy price. [25:28] They're probably not ready to do a deal yet, [25:29] but they will be soon, [25:30] because the price they're paying is very high, [25:32] despite their tough talk and their flowery language. [25:34] Despite all that bravado, they are suffering tremendously, [25:37] and they're gonna suffer more until they come to their center. [25:39] Okay, so this is, the reason this is interesting, [25:41] and then we're gonna leave the Iran thing at that [25:43] for today's show, [25:45] is that Rubio's been kind of quiet [25:47] over the last little bit, right? [25:48] Rubio, think about it, if we started the war, [25:51] Rubio was right front and center, [25:52] laying out why we're doing it, [25:53] what are we doing, et cetera, et cetera. [25:54] Then they let Vance basically jump in [25:58] and handle the negotiations. [25:59] You can argue they went well or didn't go well. [26:01] I mean, we're just sort of in this no man's land right now, [26:04] leave that there. [26:05] But him getting back in and saying, [26:06] the president is now engaged [26:08] and that we are ready to do some damage again, [26:12] strikes me as Rubio's got a lot of cred. [26:17] People know he's not gonna say something [26:19] if he doesn't mean it. [26:20] So I think there is something interesting [26:22] in the offing right there. [26:24] But let's shift for a moment from the war situation [26:27] back to the radicalization happening [26:30] in the Democrat party, [26:31] because this is a far greater threat [26:34] to the United States of America [26:35] than which way the Iran war at this point goes. [26:39] I would argue that the internal threat [26:42] of a political party that is aimed [26:45] at destroying our country from within [26:47] is a much bigger threat. [26:49] So watch this, and I'm also, I'm sort of amazed [26:52] that they keep putting these DSA people out there [26:54] because all of them, they are so young. [26:56] It is so obvious that they don't have jobs, [26:59] or they haven't built anything. [27:01] They don't have enough life experience. [27:03] Most of them don't seem even like they're married [27:04] or have children, but they're out there [27:06] and they're just committed to the cause. [27:08] So this is Democrat Socialists of America Chair Megan Romer. [27:12] She went on Fox to clarify, Fox went out of their way [27:17] to allow her to step back from some of these crazy positions, [27:20] but instead she just went all in, take a look. [27:23] So we're gonna put up on the screen [27:24] a few of the things that are part of your platform, [27:26] and I wanna ask you, just give me sort of a true [27:27] or false on these, abolish the Senate. [27:32] True. [27:33] Okay, replace the presidency and Supreme Court [27:35] as we now know them. [27:38] Yep. [27:39] Abolish ICE. [27:41] Absolutely. [27:42] Abolish borders and give amnesty to anyone [27:45] currently in the US illegally. [27:48] As a long term plan, yep. [27:50] Defund the Pentagon. [27:51] Absolutely. [27:54] Abolish prisons, at least in large part. [27:58] Yeah, again, as part of a long term program, yeah. [28:01] Okay, so no prisons. [28:02] Government or public ownership of most large corporations. [28:07] Yeah, absolutely. [28:09] All right, so what I would ask you is, [28:12] what do we do with this? [28:14] These people, you may think she's ridiculous. [28:17] They're all, they all sound ridiculous. [28:19] These policies are all ridiculous. [28:21] You can say all that, but they are taking over the party. [28:24] I just don't see how you could view it in any other way. [28:27] I think that that is objectively true. [28:29] That's not me editorializing. [28:30] Like these people are everywhere right now. [28:32] They're winning the primaries again, [28:33] because most people don't vote. [28:35] They get a very ginned up base. [28:36] They organize well, all of the stuff. [28:39] They have tons of NGO money and everything else, [28:41] but they're doing it. [28:43] Eliminate the Senate. [28:44] So eliminate the three branches of government. [28:46] Replace the president and the Supreme Court. [28:49] Abolish borders. [28:49] Like these are things, these are all things [28:51] that are fundamentally at odds with the founding of America. [28:56] This is what suicidal empathy is. [28:59] Why should we allow for a political movement [29:02] in our country designed to destroy our country? [29:07] Well, we want to be nice. [29:08] They're just saying these things. [29:09] We just, we're nice people. [29:10] We're liberal and we're kind [29:12] and we don't want to hurt anybody's feelings about anything. [29:15] As they ransack the kitchen and rape your daughter. [29:20] So I don't know exactly what we are supposed to do here. [29:23] And my fear actually, and I will spend a lot of time [29:26] thinking about this in August, I promise you. [29:28] My fear would be, do we actually, [29:31] even Donald Trump himself, does he, but I'll do it as we, [29:36] do any of us actually have the balls to do [29:40] what it would take to stop this thing? [29:43] Or are we just gonna hand the keys to the kingdom away? [29:45] Meaning should, do we have to ban a political party [29:48] right now? [29:49] Like you can't ban an idea. [29:50] So you guys want to have bad ideas, fine. [29:52] But should we allow for political movements [29:54] and political parties to be part of our mainstream discourse [29:59] that are quite literally aimed at destroying [30:01] the constitution of the United States? [30:03] The first, eliminate the Senate. [30:04] I mean, eliminate the branches, [30:07] one of the branches of government. [30:09] That's a non-starter. [30:11] That's a non-starter. [30:12] Of course, we have a terrorist sympathizer [30:13] as the mayor of New York City. [30:14] So maybe we're a little deep in this stuff already. [30:17] But the point is they are taking over, [30:20] but don't take my word for it. [30:22] Here's Timo Obama once again, [30:24] with his wide, big tent argument, which makes no sense. [30:30] The Democratic Party is not a cult of personality. [30:34] We're a coalition of public servants. [30:38] Our diversity of thought, perspective, and life experience, [30:42] like what Bob brings to the table, [30:44] is a strength, not a weakness. [30:48] We are one big tent united by a shared commitment [30:51] to fighting for an affordable America. [30:55] So that's interesting. [30:57] So he's trying to define what the big tent is. [30:59] It's to fight for an affordable America. [31:00] Now, they believe it's through the ideas of socialism. [31:03] That's the problem, because the ideas of socialism, [31:06] giant government control and redistribution [31:09] and the people owning the means of production [31:10] and all of those things, [31:11] and it eventually will become communism. [31:13] That, again, is against what human freedom is, right? [31:17] It's against the individual rights. [31:19] It's against what the founders intended this country to be. [31:22] So what he's, in essence, [31:23] what Timo Obama is saying there is, [31:25] I don't really have the balls to stop these crazy people. [31:29] So as I keep describing it, yes, you want a big tent. [31:32] MAGA is a big tent, because it's wrapped around freedom. [31:36] It's wrapped around the love of America, [31:38] so that a guy like Bobby Kennedy could come in, [31:40] and even if he doesn't agree with everything [31:42] that Donald Trump wants, like I'm sure Bobby Kennedy was again, [31:46] I know, I asked him, he was against the reversal [31:49] of Roe v. Wade, but he can put that aside, [31:52] because it falls somewhere within his hierarchy of importance, [31:54] and then he could be like, [31:55] but Donald Trump is gonna say defend borders, [31:58] and that's very important to me, [31:59] like it's important to Elon. [32:01] Thus, Elon can become part of the MAGA-wide tent. [32:04] So you're not burning down the tent poles, [32:06] you're actually expanding the size of a tent, [32:08] and then it's tough, then you got the bearded lady [32:11] in with the guy that's taming the lions, [32:13] and you gotta make sure these people don't kill each other, [32:15] and that's, but that's the work [32:16] of what a good politician can do, [32:18] and what a good political movement can do. [32:20] That's in stark contrast to what they're doing. [32:22] They're saying, we have a wide tent. [32:24] Everyone come in, oh, and there's a bunch of arsonists here, [32:27] and they're gonna burn the tent down, [32:28] and we're also allowing a bunch of people with hatchets, [32:31] and they're gonna be hacking away at the poles [32:33] that hold the tent up, [32:34] but we're for diversity, or something like that. [32:38] So they have no balls, [32:39] and here's another perfect example of it. [32:41] Pete Buttigieg, I'm a guy who was, [32:43] all he ever was was the mayor of South Bend, Indiana. [32:45] He has done nothing, accomplished nothing in his life, [32:48] and he was transportation secretary. [32:49] You tell me something that he actually did while doing it, [32:53] and he will likely run for president. [32:55] Here he is, and again, he has no balls. [32:58] I don't think Pete Buttigieg, in his heart, [33:00] is a socialist communist nutbag. [33:02] During one of the debates when he was running against Bernie, [33:04] whatever that was, six, eight years ago, [33:06] he turned to Bernie and he said, [33:07] you wanna burn it down, [33:08] because he knew what Bernie was. [33:10] So I don't even think he's one of them, [33:11] but watch, he has no balls in how you'd stop them. [33:15] Before you go, I mean, has this socialist wave, [33:18] I mean, you're sitting in New York City, [33:19] you've got a socialist mayor in New York City, Zorim Amdani. [33:23] Is it gone too far, do you believe? [33:25] Look, there's always gonna be some people in my party [33:28] who go too far for me, people I disagree with. [33:30] If you pick the five or 10 or 15 furthest left people [33:35] in our party, they're gonna, by definition, [33:38] disagree with a lot of others. [33:39] But there's so much that we do, in fact, agree on, [33:42] and I think one of the reasons why you see people [33:44] who run on a promise of shaking it up, [33:46] whether it's a DSA candidate on the left, [33:49] whether it's someone like Donald Trump, [33:51] is because people can tell that the system we have [33:54] is not just showing its age, it's letting us down. [33:57] Okay, Pete, I'll try, I'm gonna try here for a second [34:01] to take your word for that. [34:02] So you think that there are some ideas [34:04] that shouldn't be in your party? [34:05] If we were to take the fifth, what do you say, [34:06] the 10 or 15 people who are the furthest left, [34:09] that would be a problem? [34:10] How about you name them? [34:13] How about you tell me what your problem [34:15] with Zoran Mamdami is? [34:17] He represents the furthest left wing, [34:20] the Islamist left wing, the communist left wing. [34:25] How about you say something? [34:26] Put out a one-liner tweet. [34:28] You know, I've got a little bit of an issue with Zoran [34:31] and the endless jihad. [34:32] Could you do that, Pete? [34:33] But you know Pete won't do it [34:34] because they don't have any balls. [34:37] They don't really stand for anything other [34:39] than attaining power. [34:41] So they will lie along the way. [34:44] So here's a perfect example of the lying. [34:47] Over the weekend, Zoran was once again doing his [34:50] Everything is Socialism. [34:51] Everything that the government has ever done is socialism, [34:53] which is a complete lie. [34:55] And it was also pointing out that libraries, [34:58] that libraries are an example of socialism. [35:00] Well, my buddy, Joe Lonsdale, [35:02] co-founder of Palantir Rutile, [35:04] here he is on Fox debunking that nonsense. [35:08] Well, Joe, what do you say to the argument [35:10] that Zoran Mamdani made to Jon Stewart [35:12] and many of these DSA and in fact, [35:14] Democrat candidates make, which is, hey, [35:17] you enjoy social security. [35:19] Do you enjoy the DMV? [35:21] Do you enjoy the post office? [35:22] Do you enjoy libraries? [35:24] Well, that is courtesy of democratic socialism. [35:27] Yeah, the library actually in New York [35:29] was Andrew Carnegie, right? [35:30] Actually was a huge gift at the beginning of the century, [35:32] as were most libraries. [35:33] They're created by capitalists. [35:35] And the wealth that makes America exceptional, [35:37] the wealth that makes all these people doing so much better. [35:39] I mean, listen, move to Africa, right? [35:41] Move to a poor country that doesn't have a free society. [35:44] Move to socialist Nicaragua. [35:46] Move to a place where they'll take away everyone's guns [35:48] and then take away their money. [35:50] Like, obviously, you want to be a poor person [35:52] in a rich world. [35:53] The things that are broken, [35:54] the fact that we have traffic even, [35:56] that our government's incompetent, [35:57] won't let us build cheap tunnels with Elon Musk, right? [36:00] Yeah, exactly, right. [36:01] I love how he connected it then to the boring company [36:03] with Elon Musk and that no, [36:05] it was Carnegie and other rich people [36:07] who gave endowments to schools [36:09] and created libraries and all of those things. [36:12] And by the way, it's such a thin little nothing that they do. [36:16] They seem to think that every time [36:18] you point out a public service, [36:19] so a library is a public service, [36:21] they take some of your local taxes [36:23] and put it towards the library, [36:24] that that means it's socialism. [36:26] And it's just not true because the choice then would be [36:30] either you're a complete anarcho-capitalist, right? [36:32] So you believe in no government, [36:34] you know, you basically Mad Max. [36:36] By the way, this is what my friend, [36:37] Michael Malice believes in. [36:38] I'm not, I don't believe in it. [36:40] Most people don't believe it. [36:41] It is extremely fringe view, [36:43] but if you wanna make the argument [36:44] that there should be just no government, [36:46] no taxation, no nothing, [36:48] but that's certainly not the argument [36:49] that the lefties are making, [36:50] or everything is socialism. [36:51] It's just profoundly absurd. [36:53] Of course, the other, [36:54] so he's ushering in socialism, which is absurd. [36:56] The other thing is he's slowly ushering in jihad, [36:59] and that is a fact. [37:00] He is ushering in jihad with an endless obsession [37:03] of a hatred of Israel, which is, [37:05] I'm sorry, it is just a hatred of the Jews that, [37:09] like, not to overcomplicate it, it just is. [37:12] There's 50 Muslim nations, horrible for everybody, [37:16] no minorities there, no gay rights or anything else. [37:20] He doesn't have a problem with any of them. [37:21] He just has a problem with this tiny little place [37:23] the size of New Jersey where the Jews live, [37:25] and he's mostly annoyed about it [37:27] because those are Jews with guns [37:28] who are defending themselves, [37:29] and he wants Jews to live as dimmies. [37:32] So on Friday in New York City, [37:34] you probably saw there was another stabbing, [37:36] a man accused of stabbing Asian and Jewish men [37:39] in New York charged with hate crimes, [37:40] and yes, of course, he yelled Allahu Akbar. [37:44] So Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports [37:47] was on Fox over the weekend being asked [37:50] about whether antisemitism has gotten worse under Mondani. [37:54] Do you think antisemitism has gotten worse [37:57] under Mayor Mondani? [37:59] Of course it has. [38:00] When you have the mayor giving press conferences [38:02] like he did two days ago or three days ago, [38:05] like it's a State of the Union saying Israel's committing genocide [38:09] over and over, and Netanyahu's a war criminal [38:12] that he wants to arrest even though he knows he cannot arrest. [38:15] And you say these things to 90 million people [38:18] like it's a statement of fact, [38:19] like tonight it'll get dark. [38:21] Israel's committing genocide without giving any leeway [38:25] or other side of the room. [38:25] But absolutely, when you have the mayor of a city [38:27] who's continually demonizing Israel and Jews, [38:31] what do you expect to happen? [38:32] You have one looney tune yelling Allahu Akbar [38:35] and stabbing somebody, he has to look himself in the mirror. [38:38] What scares me, Stuart? [38:40] I'm not sure he cares. [38:42] Well, Dave, I mean this with respect [38:45] because obviously I agree with what you said there. [38:46] He does care, this is exactly what he wants. [38:49] He wants to globalize the Intifada, this is it. [38:53] We're gonna get some more stabbings [38:54] that happened all over the world in a later segment. [38:57] But Israel had to deal with this 15 years ago. [38:59] They had like a year where there were stabbings [39:01] left and right all the time. [39:02] It's just another version of go out there [39:05] and create fear, murder people, [39:09] Allahu Akbar and the rest of it. [39:11] And no one is, so again, here's where Pete, [39:15] I'll be generous with you, Pete. [39:18] You wanna be president, you wanna run the Democrat party. [39:21] Okay, Pete, I actually don't, as I said, [39:23] I think you're wrong on a lot of things, [39:26] but I don't think you hate the country. [39:29] I think that you're just sort of a big government Democrat [39:32] that's wrong about some stuff. [39:34] But I could accept, [39:36] if one day you won a free and fair election, [39:37] I could accept that Pete Buttigieg [39:39] would be president of the United States [39:40] and I'd probably be doing my show, [39:42] railing against most of the things he was doing, [39:44] but I don't think you'd be a jihadist [39:46] or communist trying to destroy the country. [39:48] So Pete, again, my challenge would be, [39:51] how about you say something about Zoran? [39:53] Don't say, oh, but you know, [39:55] there are 10 or 15 people out there [39:56] who are saying bad things, you know? [39:58] How about you name them? [39:59] And when you get those balls, Pete, [40:00] I will give you some credit. [40:03] There is one Democrat with balls, you know who he is. [40:06] Actually, his head looks like a giant testicle, [40:08] John Fetterman. [40:09] It's America, the government workers and our reputation. [40:15] Well, I will say on behalf of many Republicans out there, [40:18] I think we would love to have you [40:20] as part of the Republican party. [40:21] I'm just throwing it out there, Senator. [40:23] I don't know if they would want me or not, [40:25] but my whole family is a Republican [40:27] and I think they love me. [40:30] I'm sure they do, I'm sure they do. [40:32] Maybe my dad's watching it. [40:34] Well, but overall, my criticism directed [40:40] is at the extreme, and in my view, [40:43] indefensible kinds of views, things. [40:48] People that are winning the primaries, [40:51] they are almost always anti-Israel and then anti-American, [40:56] and they've been forced to delete [40:58] all the outlandish things that they've said there. [41:01] Right, let me add, and Fetterman, [41:03] in case you're watching today, maybe you could do this. [41:05] You know, the anti-Israel thing is just the placeholder [41:08] for the anti-America thing. [41:10] Try to imagine, try, okay, so they, [41:13] whatever it is they want, they blow up Israel. [41:16] So they kill 10 million Jews, [41:17] you'd have to kill about two million Muslims to, [41:20] you'd have to just, you know, you'd have, whatever. [41:22] Whatever it is that they want. [41:23] Imagine they got that apocalyptic dream that they want. [41:26] Do you think the day after all of the DSA guys here [41:30] and all of the ones that are all over Europe [41:32] and the Islamists and everybody, [41:34] they're like, guys, we did it. [41:35] Let's just have a party tonight. [41:37] Somebody get the chips and dip, we're done. [41:40] No, then it's on. [41:42] Then the game is on. [41:44] So the, show me somebody, the second they do it, [41:50] the second they do it, guys, [41:51] it's the game, it's game on for every Western society. [41:54] So they won't do it. [41:55] You don't have to thank Israel or anything else. [41:57] I don't think they want thanks. [41:58] I think they most like, most prefer to be left alone, [42:01] something like that. [42:03] But they are now at the tip of the spear [42:07] of defending what is becoming an increasingly precarious [42:11] position for the Western world. [42:13] And you better realize that. [42:15] And I think Fetterman really, you know, [42:17] even the way Laura Trump and I had Laura Trump [42:19] on the show last week, and if you watch our interview, [42:20] I talked with her about, well, what does a wide tent mean [42:23] without throwing away all of its ideals? [42:25] So she can sit there and go, Fetterman, you know, [42:27] they obviously, they disagree on abortion. [42:29] They probably disagree on some healthcare stuff, [42:32] or we could figure out what those five or seven things are, [42:35] but she's going, you could come over here [42:37] and we could work together and try to fix some problems [42:40] because that is what the functional wide tent [42:43] of the Republican party is. [42:45] Here is Caroline Levitt talking to Laura Trump [42:49] about how out of control the communists have got. [42:52] The party has totally capitulated [42:55] to the communists within their ranks. [42:57] Communism has never worked. [42:59] And it's very scary that a major political party [43:02] in this country, the Democrat party, [43:04] is being controlled by communists. [43:06] And their only real answer to any problem [43:09] is to just take more from the individuals [43:11] who make that country great and give it to the government. [43:14] We live in the best country in the history of the world. [43:17] That's what our children should be taught. [43:19] That's why so many people from all over this world [43:22] are dying to come here, [43:23] literally traveling from all over the world [43:25] because they believe in the promise of the American dream [43:28] that was built on capitalism, on the free market, [43:32] on small business enterprise, and all of that will go away [43:35] if we turn into a communist state. [43:37] History tells us so. [43:38] Yeah, and again, so I would just connect that [43:40] to where I started the show today. [43:42] So the real question, we can all make fun of the DSA people [43:46] and they're dirty and they're smelly [43:48] and they all need to see a dentist [43:49] and they don't have jobs [43:51] and they're committed to the revolution [43:52] and they're actually really just affluent kids [43:54] who learned all the wrong things. [43:55] We can do that all day long. [43:57] The real question is, okay, you're right. [43:59] Everything you said there is right, Caroline Levitt. [44:01] But what are we actually going to do? [44:03] And my suspicion is one of the reasons [44:06] this revolution is burning so hot right now [44:08] is they kind of know we're not gonna do anything. [44:11] Like that we'll just kind of let it happen. [44:13] Like I think there is a part of a free society [44:16] that it is just built in like, oh yeah, it'll be fine. [44:19] Everything one way or another will work out. [44:21] Like why wouldn't things work out? [44:22] Things work out, like we're free people. [44:24] Everyone likes to be free and decent. [44:26] And we don't even truly understand that there are people [44:28] that are quite literally telling us, [44:30] guys, we're here to destroy your civilization. [44:32] We're actually here to do it. [44:34] We wanna destroy everything [44:35] that your civilization was founded upon. [44:37] We're here to do it. [44:38] We keep saying it and you guys don't listen to us. [44:41] So the real question will be not whether Caroline Levitt [44:43] can effectively communicate that [44:45] or whether I can talk about it [44:46] or Donald Trump can say the communists won't take over. [44:48] The real question is what are we going to do with it, [44:50] about it, and again, I don't know what the answer to that is. [44:53] However, you may as well lose a couple of pounds [44:55] while you're thinking about it, so let's talk about lean. [44:58] Guys, everybody's talking about weight loss injections [45:00] because the results can be so dramatic. [45:02] They work by lowering blood sugar and reducing appetite. [45:05] But if you're looking to lose weight [45:06] and aren't interested in weekly injections [45:08] or some of the side effects that come with them, [45:10] there's another option. [45:11] Doctors created a weight loss supplement called lean. [45:14] It's studied ingredients have been shown [45:15] to help lower blood sugar, [45:17] support your body's ability to burn fat for energy, [45:19] and curb appetite and cravings [45:21] so you're not going hungry. [45:23] Lean isn't for someone just trying to lose a couple pounds. [45:26] BrickHouse Nutrition designed it for people [45:27] with 10 or more pounds to lose [45:29] who are looking for extra support [45:31] alongside a healthy diet and exercise plan. [45:33] Right now, you can get 20% off plus free rush shipping. [45:36] Just visit TakeLean.com and use promo code Reuben. [45:38] That's TakeLean.com, promo code Reuben. [45:41] All right, so let's keep going here. [45:43] So, you know, Pete, it's like, [45:45] well, I think that some of these guys are bad, [45:47] but I'm not going to say any of their names. [45:48] That's more of a Kermit the Frog, but okay, something. [45:51] And now let's jump back to Timo Obama, Hakeem Jeffries, [45:55] because he is the leader. [45:56] He's the really presumptive leader [45:58] of the Democrats right now. [45:59] You know, it really is actually Mamdami, [46:02] but you know, Hakeem is the titular lead of the, [46:05] there's a word for the day, [46:06] of the lead of the Democrat party right now. [46:09] Here he is, Dana Bash, you know, I love Dana Bash, [46:12] asking if he's going to hold any votes on abolishing ICE [46:15] or any of this stuff, and he just hasn't, [46:17] nobody's even brought it up to him. [46:18] He doesn't know what's going on. [46:20] I think one of the things that some of those [46:22] who are winning their primaries [46:24] and will likely be in office want to know [46:27] is if you are going to agree to hold votes [46:30] on abolishing ICE, opening borders, [46:33] things of that nature, will you? [46:38] Well, I've spoken to several of the incoming members [46:43] of Congress across the ideological spectrum. [46:46] Not a single person has raised those issues. [46:51] Like, I can't, I can't with this guy, I really can't. [46:54] Really, nobody's brought it up. [46:55] They're campaigning on opening borders. [46:58] They're campaigning on abolishing ICE. [47:00] You're supposed to be the leader, [47:01] and you're talking to them, and nobody's brought it up. [47:03] What is it that you people talk about? [47:06] What is it that you talk about? [47:07] Did you just talk about transing kids the entire time? [47:10] Is that it, like, is there anything else? [47:12] Nobody's brought it up. [47:13] But that's not even what the real answer should be. [47:15] The answer should be Dana, or it should be, [47:18] hey, Dana, thank you for the question. [47:20] Actually, I'm the leader of the Democrats in the House, [47:24] and I'm telling you right now, [47:25] we're not gonna open the borders again. [47:27] They may have some disagreements [47:28] on what we're gonna do with ICE, [47:30] and I don't really like ICE, you know that's true, Dana, [47:32] but we're not gonna flood the country with illegals again. [47:35] We're not gonna open the border, we're not gonna do it. [47:37] But he can't even say that, [47:39] because they are afraid of their own reflections. [47:43] Here's Chris Van Hollen, you know this guy, [47:45] he's the senator from Maryland, [47:48] who, a big fan of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, [47:50] the guy who beat his wife with a boot, [47:52] who was also a human trafficker, [47:53] member of a El Salvadorian gang. [47:56] He went down there, had a margarita with him. [47:58] He also, there he is, having a margarita with him. [48:01] Oh, you beat your wife with a boot? [48:02] How's the tequila? [48:06] He's now campaigning for Abdul Al Sayed, [48:10] the Egyptian in Michigan. [48:14] Do you want a senator who's going to take on [48:16] a lawless ICE operation? [48:21] You know, March last year in Maryland, [48:24] there was this fellow by the name of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. [48:29] He was abducted by Trump's ICE forces. [48:33] Yeah, and then he continues to tell you [48:34] what a great guy Abrego Garcia is, [48:37] but okay, we want money out of politics, [48:39] the AIPAC, blah, blah, blah, blah. [48:41] No, they're getting tons of money. [48:43] They're getting tons of money. [48:44] We want Medicare for all. [48:46] It's meaningless drivel. [48:48] How are you going to force doctors to do anything? [48:50] And Obamacare made the machine bigger. [48:53] And are people running around now going, [48:55] oh my God, healthcare is so much better [48:57] than it was 15 years ago? [48:59] Obviously not, or you bitches [49:00] wouldn't be complaining about it. [49:02] But everything they say is psychotic. [49:05] And here's a man who looks like a walking, [49:09] oh, try to be nice, Dave. [49:10] You're only on the grid for one more week. [49:11] So here's a great guy, Sri Fandakar, [49:14] and here he is explaining what ICE needs to do, [49:17] what Congress needs to do about ICE. [49:19] This, you know, we must pass a bill in Congress [49:25] to end qualified immunity. [49:27] I brought a bill in Congress. [49:29] There is one right now in U.S. Congress [49:32] that a qualified immunity for ICE agents must end, [49:36] and if necessary, ICE must be abolished [49:39] because the ICE as it operates currently is out of control. [49:44] I'm sorry, I can't do it. [49:45] He looks like a rejected Muppet. [49:47] That's what he looks like. [49:47] They were literally gonna put him on the Muppet show [49:49] and they were like, this looks insane. [49:51] Sure, we've got a pig with lipstick over here [49:53] and a frog with a, we're, ah, [49:55] but no, this guy is just a bit much. [49:57] He wants to end qualified immunity for ICE agents. [49:59] Okay, yes, yes, the real problem in America [50:02] is that too many ICE agents are getting away with it. [50:05] You people are all terrible. [50:08] And speaking of terrible people, Chicago mayor. [50:11] No, it's not Lori Lightfoot anymore. [50:12] It got worse after her. [50:13] I mean, how they did it, you just have to wonder. [50:17] His name is Brandon Johnson. [50:18] As you know, can I get the numbers [50:19] on how many people were shot in Chicago over the weekend? [50:21] Let's find out. [50:22] And they were all black people shot by black people. [50:24] You don't even have to Google that to know it. [50:26] Here he is, and he wants reparations [50:28] for people who've been affected by ICE. [50:32] I believe the most relevant ballot referendum question [50:35] around receiving reparations for communities [50:38] that experience that hardship. [50:41] And whether that was on the west side of Chicago [50:42] or the black man being placed in an illegal chokehold [50:48] or long guns being stuck into the faces of women [50:52] and children zip tied and thrown in vehicles, [50:55] kidnapped, shot at, I mean, police officers, tear gas, right? [50:59] And so the updated policy in the spirit [51:02] of my executive order, there's stronger alignment [51:05] to create a pathway for accountability. [51:07] Oh, he's suddenly concerned about people who got shot at. [51:10] He's never concerned about the amount of people [51:11] who got shot in Chicago. [51:13] Do we have the numbers? [51:14] What are the numbers? [51:15] Let's see, 20 were injured by gunfire, [51:19] including a young child this weekend in Chicago, [51:21] at least four killed. [51:23] So I'd say that's kind of on average, [51:25] obviously doesn't say anything about those people [51:26] because they were black people who shot other black people. [51:30] But yes, you deserve reparations [51:31] if you had your iced tea spilled on you [51:33] while ice was trying to get a meth induced rapist [51:37] from moving from your porch, okay? [51:40] But now this is my favorite segment [51:42] of what we are doing today. [51:44] Several videos came out over the weekend [51:46] that I think perfectly illustrate [51:48] how radical the Democrat party was. [51:51] So we're gonna show you some videos [51:53] of Barack Obama from 2008, [51:55] from Bill and Hillary Clinton and some others, [51:57] on where the Democrats were in times past [52:00] and try to contrast that with where they are at now. [52:03] But don't just contrast it with the radicals [52:04] like Bernie and Abdul Saeed. [52:06] Contrast it with the guys who are trying to pretend [52:09] they're the moderates, [52:11] like Timo Obama or Pete Buttigieg. [52:13] Here is Barack Obama, lefty icon, [52:18] hope and change Barack Obama in 2008. [52:22] Listen to him on the border and people who hire illegals. [52:28] We all agree on the need to better secure the border [52:32] and to punish employers who choose to hire illegal immigrants. [52:36] This administration, the Bush administration, [52:38] has done nothing to control the problem that we have. [52:42] We've had 5 million undocumented workers [52:45] come over the borders since George Bush took office. [52:49] I mean, guys, is that absolutely wild? [52:52] If the lady from The Economist was interviewing Barack Obama, [52:55] she'd be calling him Barack Obama from 2008, far right. [52:59] He used to believe in a border. [53:01] He used to believe that if you hire illegals, [53:03] it is actually against American workers. [53:07] That's what the Democrat party was. [53:09] And not only that, he was upset [53:11] that the Republican party wasn't good enough on borders. [53:15] They let 5 million people in. [53:17] Here's a little compilation of Bill and Hillary Clinton [53:20] from 95 and 96. [53:23] All Americans, not only in the states most heavily affected, [53:27] but in every place in this country, [53:28] are rightly disturbed by the large numbers [53:31] of illegal aliens entering our country. [53:34] As to illegal aliens, we agree with you [53:37] that we do not think the comprehensive healthcare benefits [53:41] should be extended to those who are undocumented workers [53:44] and illegal aliens. [53:46] President Clinton doubled border agents, [53:48] a thousand more for California, [53:49] signed a tough anti-illegal immigration law [53:52] protecting U.S. workers, [53:53] 160,000 illegal immigrants and criminals deported, a record. [53:58] Think how insane that is. [53:59] You could literally, maybe we'll do it. [54:00] Could we take that commercial right there [54:02] and just put it to Trump? [54:04] And people would say, [54:05] he's not strong enough on the border. [54:07] What is going on here? [54:09] What happened to these people? [54:11] But remember, whether you were a Republican back then [54:14] or a Democrat back then, [54:16] and I, and I should be judged accordingly [54:18] when I meet my maker one day, [54:19] did vote for Barack Obama twice. [54:21] So nobody's perfect. [54:22] But you could see, like, okay, [54:25] these guys were somewhat sane. [54:27] If anything, they were more hardcore [54:29] than the Republicans in the Senate are right now [54:31] because Trump can't even get the freaking save act passed. [54:34] Here's Bill Clinton. [54:35] This is great. [54:36] This is, we're gonna put this to Trump. [54:38] We're gonna put this to Trump. [54:39] This is a 1992 Bill Clinton ad. [54:42] New generation of Democrats, Bill Clinton and Al Gore. [54:45] And they don't think the way the old Democratic Party did. [54:48] They've called for an end to welfare as we know it. [54:50] So welfare can be a second chance, not a way of life. [54:53] They've sent a strong signal to criminals [54:55] by supporting the death penalty. [54:57] And they've rejected the old tax and spend politics. [54:59] Clinton's balanced 12 budgets, [55:01] and they've proposed a new plan investing in people, [55:04] detailing $140 billion in spending cuts [55:06] they'd make right now. [55:08] Clinton Gore, for people, for a change. [55:11] Guys, I mean, it's rather extraordinary. [55:15] That is what a Democrat, [55:17] that's what Democrats were trying to angle to be in 1992. [55:21] End welfare, death penalty. [55:24] Now they want to open prisons. [55:26] They want everyone on welfare and endless welfare, right? [55:28] They want to open prisons. [55:30] They used to be for the death penalty, balanced budgets. [55:32] The Democrats don't care about budgets at all. [55:35] And spending cuts. [55:37] Imagine if any Democrat anywhere ran on spending cuts. [55:41] They can't, they want endless money laundering. [55:44] They don't want any spending cuts. [55:46] So again, when they call Elon far right, [55:49] when they call Donald Trump or me or you far right, [55:52] understand that far right just means [55:54] you were a Democrat in 1992. [55:57] And Bill Clinton was also sodomizing an intern [56:02] with a cigar while on the phone with Trent Lott. [56:07] And those were the Democrats when they were good guys. [56:09] That's the point. [56:10] You know what they would have done, those Democrats? [56:12] They would have voted for the SAVE Act. [56:14] So interestingly, as you know, [56:16] the SAVE Act is completely hung up right now. [56:18] They may have to blow up the filibuster, [56:20] but it's unclear if Trump will even be able [56:21] to wrangle 51 Republicans [56:23] because the Republicans aren't great either. [56:26] But this is now to the backdrop. [56:27] We're running out of time for them to do this too [56:29] because the Senate goes on vacation. [56:32] They do their own little off-the-grid thing. [56:34] These people don't work very hard. [56:35] We work hard here, they don't work very hard. [56:38] The Senate goes into recess August 10th [56:40] through September 14th. [56:42] So they are completely hung up right now. [56:44] The House goes into recess. [56:46] So here is Representative Anna Paulina Luna [56:49] regarding what is happening with John Thune [56:53] and this issue around the filibuster. [56:55] He just doesn't wanna blow up the filibuster [56:57] because he just loves rules, [56:58] but actually maybe that's not really what's going on here. [57:01] What do you think John Thune is gonna do [57:03] with the Save America Act once it gets to the Senate? [57:08] Well, there's certain things that the House [57:09] is trying to do specifically [57:11] with monetary incentivizing and reconciliation, [57:14] but it doesn't necessarily mean [57:16] that there's an enforcement law. [57:17] And I really think that John Thune [57:19] is hiding behind the filibuster [57:21] because he doesn't wanna put, [57:22] and this is what I've heard directly, [57:23] he doesn't wanna put his members in a tough position [57:26] right before midterm with a tough vote. [57:28] So that should just go to show [57:29] how out of touch the Senate is [57:30] because voter ID is literally a 90-10 issue. [57:34] And I don't really think that the Senate, [57:36] aside from a few, really represents [57:38] what the interests of the American people. [57:40] Okay, so what she's pointing out there [57:41] is that he's hiding behind the filibuster, [57:43] meaning that they would need, [57:45] in a normal version of what the Senate would have to do, [57:48] they would have to get the majority, right? [57:49] So you're gonna need 60 plus votes. [57:52] You can blow up the filibuster and do a simple majority, [57:55] which would be 51, [57:56] there are more than 50 Republican senators, [57:58] and you have JD as the tiebreaker. [58:00] She's saying Thune is hiding behind it, [58:03] basically being like, [58:04] I don't wanna blow up the filibuster [58:05] so that it can't even get to a vote. [58:06] So he's making sure that these Republicans [58:08] that are on the fence, [58:09] which Susan Collins and Tom Tillis [58:12] and a couple others that are wishy-washy on this, [58:14] he doesn't even wanna show, [58:15] and apparently he's wishy-washy on this too, [58:17] he doesn't want them to be exposed right now. [58:20] So Donald Trump has just about had it with John Thune, [58:24] and he wrote this on Truth Social this morning. [58:26] John Thune should not allow the United States Senate [58:30] to leave town until it passes the Save America Act [58:33] or, far better still, terminates the filibuster, [58:36] where Republicans can then quickly pass [58:38] everything they ever dreamed of, [58:39] including a full and deep-throated Save America Act, [58:43] the budget, and the ever-looming [58:45] debt ceiling disaster, 1929. [58:47] The Democrats will do it on a day one [58:49] and can't believe how lucky they got [58:52] with the Senate leadership. [58:53] Remember, stupidity always brings losing and death. [58:57] President Donald J. Trump, [59:00] the deep-throat references, [59:03] one that I think Trump, [59:05] even he has got to be impressed with that. [59:09] But this is it. [59:10] What are you doing, John Thune? [59:12] Why not just get it to a vote? [59:14] But you won't even allow the vote to happen. [59:16] And again, with this procedural stuff, [59:19] we're the side that generally likes procedure [59:22] and the proper way for things to be done. [59:24] If we do not get the Save Act passed, [59:28] why do you think we should believe [59:29] that any election going forward will be legit? [59:32] Or once the Democrats open up the borders again, [59:35] which 1992 Democrats were against, [59:37] but these Democrats are for, [59:39] otherwise get me Pete on the record saying he's not for it, [59:42] then they will just flood and overwhelm the system [59:45] because illegals will be voting. [59:47] That is not science fiction. [59:49] That is current reality. [59:52] Check this out though. [59:53] We do have a couple senators that are decent people. [59:55] One of them right here in Florida, [59:56] Senator Ashley Moody, right here in Florida, [59:59] just became the fourth senator [1:00:00] supporting canceling August recess [1:00:03] until the Save America Act passes, [1:00:04] her office just told us. [1:00:06] The Senate needs to stay in session [1:00:08] until we can get the Save America Act [1:00:10] to the floor and passed. [1:00:11] Mike Lee, Utah, Rick Scott, Florida. [1:00:13] So two for two here in Florida. [1:00:15] Jim Banks, Indiana, and Ashley Moody. [1:00:18] I didn't come to the United States Senate [1:00:19] because I needed something to do. [1:00:20] I'm serving because there are things we need to get done [1:00:23] for the American people. [1:00:25] And then there's a little editorialization by Eric Daughtry. [1:00:28] The point of all of this guys [1:00:30] is that we have some decent people and they need our help. [1:00:33] I'm so proud to say that our two, [1:00:35] and unsurprised also that our two senators here in Florida [1:00:38] are for canceling recess. [1:00:40] And my guess is recess will not, [1:00:41] not my guess, 100% recess will not be canceled. [1:00:44] I won't be on the grid to find out, [1:00:46] but there is no way they will cancel recess. [1:00:48] These people want a vacation, [1:00:49] but there are some decent Republicans. [1:00:51] They are trying very hard. [1:00:52] And to Anna Paluna's point, [1:00:54] within the Republican party, [1:00:55] it's something like a 95 to five issue. [1:00:57] And overall, it's about an 80, 20 issue. [1:01:00] So there's an easy win here. [1:01:01] And what does it tell you about a political party [1:01:04] or a political leadership, in this case, John Thune, [1:01:06] that won't take a win [1:01:07] when the win is staring you in the face? [1:01:09] Well, you should make your decision on that. [1:01:11] Here is one of the good ones, [1:01:12] Senator Mike Lee from Utah, [1:01:14] talking about what the Senate should do right now. [1:01:17] Both simultaneously be back into session in the Capitol [1:01:20] until, wait for it, September 14th. [1:01:24] Mid-September. [1:01:26] This is the last week, absent some change, [1:01:29] in the respective chamber's meeting schedule. [1:01:33] The last legislative week until mid-September, [1:01:37] which will take us to just, what, what is that, [1:01:39] six weeks before the November election? [1:01:42] That is unacceptable. [1:01:44] We don't have a lack of time, Mr. President. [1:01:47] We have a lack of spine. [1:01:49] Don't ever confuse lack of time with lack of spine, [1:01:52] because they're two very different things. [1:01:55] If we truly lacked time, that would be one thing. [1:01:58] We've got time. [1:01:59] We're just choosing not to use it. [1:02:01] Yeah, and that's true. [1:02:03] And Thune, it's on you, man. [1:02:04] Like, okay, you don't wanna blow up the filibuster, [1:02:07] just call it to a vote and let it fail them, right? [1:02:10] Like, if you're not gonna get the 61, [1:02:11] which you're not gonna get, [1:02:12] because no Democrats are gonna go with you, [1:02:14] how about you just put it to a vote [1:02:16] and let's see how many Republicans come along. [1:02:17] And the thing is, what's gonna happen [1:02:19] is you're gonna get 52 or 53 Republicans. [1:02:21] And again, plus you have the JD vote, [1:02:23] and then it's gonna expose you, [1:02:26] because you don't wanna blow up the filibuster. [1:02:28] But once you would see the votes, [1:02:30] you'd see 52, 53 votes, and then you'd realize, [1:02:32] oh, if I blow up the filibuster, we can do it. [1:02:33] But for some reason, Thune does not want this thing passed. [1:02:37] Now, of course, to the back, [1:02:38] and again, I wanna give Mike Lee a lot of credit. [1:02:39] I wanna give Ashley Moody, [1:02:41] and it was Rick Scott and one or two others. [1:02:43] They owe their credit, [1:02:44] because they're willing to give up their vacation. [1:02:46] And these people never, [1:02:48] like, we think of them all as just like, [1:02:50] ah, they're just all awful, [1:02:51] always taking for themselves. [1:02:52] Well, a couple of them are actually willing [1:02:53] to give up their recess to get this done. [1:02:55] And unfortunately, it's not gonna work. [1:02:57] What the Democrats, of course, will continue to do [1:02:59] is even though more and more illegal voting [1:03:03] and the voter roll thing in Jersey we covered last week [1:03:06] is continually being exposed here, [1:03:08] they're just gonna go out of their way [1:03:09] to make you think that what you're seeing [1:03:11] is not something that you're actually seeing. [1:03:13] Democrats have repeatedly said [1:03:15] that non-citizen voting doesn't happen. [1:03:17] It happened. [1:03:18] Is this a problem? [1:03:22] I think that I continue to have confidence [1:03:24] in state and local authorities [1:03:27] in making sure that there's going to be [1:03:29] a free and fair election in November. [1:03:32] So they're introducing, again, [1:03:34] more chaos into the electoral system [1:03:37] for no reason at all, [1:03:38] because we don't have a problem [1:03:39] with illegal aliens voting in the country. [1:03:42] That's simply not an issue. [1:03:44] I mean, again, good for her for transparency [1:03:48] and talking about it and those people [1:03:50] are no longer on the rolls. [1:03:52] And look, that is good. [1:03:54] The question is, like, does Trump now, [1:03:57] and we're seeing this already, [1:03:58] use it to prove a point that it doesn't exist? [1:04:01] Why is this moment different? [1:04:02] We have never had a president like Donald Trump [1:04:05] whose ambition, whose sole focus and desire, it seems, [1:04:09] is to overturn the election and cheat at the election. [1:04:11] Look, they're all horrible, I know you know that, [1:04:13] but that woman, Molly John Fassler, [1:04:15] talks like a little Katharine Hepburn-y like that. [1:04:19] That was the dumbest, I mean, again, [1:04:20] I always say it's the dumbest thing I ever heard, [1:04:21] like the list of dumbest things I've ever heard, [1:04:23] which I will be purging out of my mind in August, [1:04:25] I promise you. [1:04:26] But she basically was like, oh, it's good that we, [1:04:28] that the governor of New Jersey purged those rolls [1:04:30] and we found out that there were illegals [1:04:32] being put on the rolls. [1:04:33] But Trump's, if Trump does anything about it, [1:04:37] it's just not a problem. [1:04:38] If Trump says anything, it's just not even a problem. [1:04:39] But I just said it was a problem, but it's not. [1:04:41] Like every, every single thing. [1:04:44] And again, one more time, [1:04:46] this isn't introducing chaos, as Raskin said, [1:04:49] or it's not handing power to Trump, [1:04:51] just a national ID, that's it. [1:04:54] And if you have 10 issues with it, [1:04:56] did women change their name when they got married [1:04:58] and everything else, [1:04:59] then just create a government program [1:05:00] with a bit of a time of window [1:05:01] that gives every single person in America [1:05:04] an opportunity to get that ID. [1:05:07] If you're at an old age home, we'll send people to you. [1:05:09] We will forward printers to black people [1:05:13] who don't have access to printers. [1:05:14] We can do all of those things. [1:05:16] And that would be what sane people would do. [1:05:18] You'd go, oh, having a, [1:05:19] having some sort of national ID, [1:05:22] so we can all have equal faith in our elections [1:05:24] and we would have election day [1:05:26] instead of election month would be good. [1:05:28] And just let's, let's just create the conditions to do that. [1:05:32] But of course they don't wanna do that. [1:05:33] Now watch this clip. [1:05:34] I always tell you that the media is just completely [1:05:37] in the pocket of the Democrats. [1:05:38] This is such a perfect example of it. [1:05:40] So we already showed you some out of the interview [1:05:43] with Elon and just the skewed way they do things. [1:05:45] This is Margaret Brennan over on CBS News. [1:05:49] And first off, watch her body language [1:05:51] and watch the way she frames everything around the SAVE Act, [1:05:55] which again, is just so that every single person, [1:05:58] not Republican or whether it's a Republican or Democrat [1:06:01] or whatever, everyone would have the exact same access. [1:06:03] You would just have to prove who you are to vote. [1:06:06] Watch how she frames this entire thing [1:06:09] as if it's some scary Republican operative [1:06:11] and then watch national treasure, John Kennedy, shut it down. [1:06:16] And the SAVE Act, as you know, [1:06:19] or even some version of it is highly partisan, [1:06:22] highly controversial, bigger picture. [1:06:25] Isn't it going to hurt faith in our election process [1:06:29] if a Republican only policy to change how elections are run [1:06:33] is rammed through 100 days, you know, [1:06:36] less than 100 days out from the election? [1:06:39] No. [1:06:40] In my opinion, for both sides to have credibility [1:06:43] in the elections, in our elections, [1:06:45] we need to do two things and only two things. [1:06:48] Number one, you have to prove you are who you say you are [1:06:52] in order to register to vote and to vote. [1:06:55] And number two, however you decide to vote, [1:06:58] that's up to the states. [1:06:59] We need to go back to having an election day, [1:07:03] not an election month. [1:07:05] Everything with her, the body language leaning in, [1:07:08] and it would be highly partisan, [1:07:10] and it would be highly controversial. [1:07:12] Well, I'm sorry, there's one party [1:07:14] that wants no IDs to vote, [1:07:16] and that actually is a problem, [1:07:17] but you never want to call them out on that. [1:07:19] And then, of course, as he points out, [1:07:21] no, it's, yes, I understand that you people [1:07:24] would call it partisan, [1:07:25] and I understand you people would make it an extreme [1:07:27] right-wing talking point and everything else, [1:07:29] but in reality, all he says is prove who you are, [1:07:31] not a big deal, and election day [1:07:33] instead of election month, that's it. [1:07:35] But for some reason, John Thune doesn't want it, [1:07:37] and for some reason, Margaret Brennan [1:07:39] and the Democrats don't want it. [1:07:40] You might want to think about that. [1:07:42] Now, I want to kind of tie everything together here, [1:07:44] because if we don't have valid elections that we all trust, [1:07:50] when the Democrats take over again, this is it, [1:07:52] I am telling you, they are just going to flood the country. [1:07:55] They're going to overwhelm the rolls. [1:07:56] They are telling us they want to take out the Senate. [1:07:58] They want to pack the courts. [1:07:59] They want to make D.C. a state. [1:08:01] It could all walk away real quick, [1:08:03] and as I said at the top of the show, [1:08:04] I just don't know that any of us [1:08:05] are going to do anything about it, [1:08:06] and I include myself in that. [1:08:07] I just honestly have no idea. [1:08:09] And what happens when you flood a country [1:08:11] with people who maybe don't like you? [1:08:12] Well, you get all sorts of bad stuff. [1:08:14] As you know, in New York City, over the weekend, [1:08:17] we showed you this before, [1:08:18] a man accused of stabbing Asian and Jewish men [1:08:20] in New York charged with hate crimes, [1:08:21] and yes, of course, he yelled Allahu Akbar. [1:08:23] This is also to the backdrop of a governor, [1:08:26] of a mayor, sorry, who is for globalizing the Intifada. [1:08:29] That's exactly what's happening. [1:08:31] But it's not just happening in New York City. [1:08:33] Here is Fox 9 reporting on what happened in Minnesota [1:08:38] over the weekend. [1:08:39] Charging documents say 30-year-old Segab Binesu [1:08:43] told investigators he had planned to join the military [1:08:45] and sold his car. [1:08:47] He called the leasing office to cancel his parking contract, [1:08:50] but was told he couldn't do that. [1:08:52] Binesu admits then going to the office, [1:08:54] but did not say what happened there. [1:08:56] However, court documents show that a surveillance camera [1:08:59] inside the office caught everything as it unfolded. [1:09:02] Binesu was arrested hours later, [1:09:04] about 100 miles away in Virginia, Minnesota, [1:09:07] in one of the victim's cars. [1:09:09] Binesu had on him his passport, social security guard, [1:09:13] his permit to carry, and an empty magazine. [1:09:16] All right, so that guy killed those two women. [1:09:18] You're not going to hear their names from any Democrat. [1:09:20] No one will care. [1:09:21] Probably won't even make national news. [1:09:23] That was local affiliate there. [1:09:25] May not even make Fox News, right? [1:09:27] Like, it just doesn't. [1:09:28] And Fox is good about these things, [1:09:29] but it certainly won't make CNN, [1:09:30] and it's not going to make ABC or NBC or anything else. [1:09:33] And the problem is we have plenty of evidence [1:09:36] as to what happens if you let these people into your country [1:09:39] and they don't do what Elon was warning us about. [1:09:42] If you bring people in who hold values [1:09:45] that are at odds with Western values, [1:09:47] they will destroy your country from the inside. [1:09:49] And then Elon said it, you will end up in a civil war. [1:09:51] And that is likely where some Western countries, [1:09:54] Western European countries are headed. [1:09:57] Over in Germany, over the weekend, [1:09:59] they had their gay pride parade. [1:10:01] And as always, queers for Palestine, [1:10:03] very different from Palestine for queers, [1:10:05] because in this case, an Islamist by the name of Abdul Balot [1:10:08] drove through the parade of trans people [1:10:11] and genderqueer furries and everything else. [1:10:13] And well, fortunately, he was killed. [1:10:16] Fox News alert. [1:10:17] You are looking live at Berlin, Germany. [1:10:19] The Associated Press is reporting that at least one person is dead [1:10:23] and several others are injured after a car drove through a pride parade [1:10:27] near the Brandenburg Gate. [1:10:28] Authorities say a manhunt is now underway for one or more suspects [1:10:32] and have told people to evacuate the scene. [1:10:35] Police say some of the victims are dealing with life-threatening injuries. [1:10:39] It is worth noting he was shot dead, thankfully, [1:10:42] while attacking officers with a knife. [1:10:44] So this knife intifada thing, which, again, [1:10:47] Israel lived through a decade ago, does seem to be expanding. [1:10:51] Now, if you want to just see how backwards everything is [1:10:55] and why societies don't last forever, you need only watch this video. [1:10:59] This is video of the organizers of the Berlin Pride Parade. [1:11:03] And here they are telling us that we shouldn't politicize what happened. [1:11:07] An Islamist drove his car to kill as many of you queens as possible. [1:11:12] And you just don't want this to be politicized because, oh, my God, [1:11:16] we would be upset about the jihadists. [1:11:18] And somehow, I mean, it is suicidal empathy on crack. [1:11:22] Watch this. [1:11:24] As the CSD organizers in Berlin, we are distraught about what happened yesterday. [1:11:32] Our thoughts are with the victims, their loved ones, [1:11:36] and everybody who has been affected by this terrible event. [1:11:41] We would like to offer our thanks to all volunteers and guests [1:11:47] who wanted to demonstrate peacefully with us. [1:11:49] Many of these people suffered much emotional stress yesterday. [1:11:57] We do not want this deed to be instrumentalized for political ends. [1:12:03] We don't want any groups to be placed under suspicion for this. [1:12:11] If you're having a parade and a guy who follows an ideology [1:12:17] that wants to kill you, drives a car into a parade, [1:12:20] then tries to stab a bunch of police officers, [1:12:22] maybe that is the time to politicize it. [1:12:25] Maybe that is the time to go, you know, [1:12:28] there's blood on the street from one of our guys. [1:12:33] Maybe we should close our borders or shouldn't have these people [1:12:36] in our countries or something like that. [1:12:39] But no, that is the perfect, perfect example of suicidal empathy. [1:12:44] So let's just go full circle right now. [1:12:47] A bit more from Ilan and his interview with Minton Bettis [1:12:53] on what is going on with this integration problem [1:12:56] that we all know about, but few are willing to talk about. [1:12:59] Exaggerate the scale of Europe's problem. [1:13:02] I think people are asleep at the switch [1:13:05] and do not realize the magnitude of the issue. [1:13:08] I also think that your interventions, [1:13:11] however well-intentioned they may be, [1:13:14] risk making Europe's problem a lot worse. [1:13:16] How? [1:13:17] Because you are putting your support behind people [1:13:20] who are proto-authoritarians, [1:13:21] who are not trying simply to, you know, [1:13:25] make sure there is better integration of Muslims [1:13:27] or to secure the borders, [1:13:29] but who have very clear fascist tendencies [1:13:32] and you will cause huge divisions within Europe. [1:13:35] I think what you're saying is total fiction. [1:13:38] And really, I'm simply saying that there needs to be, [1:13:42] there needs to, that Europe has to have secure borders. [1:13:45] Okay, on that we agree on. [1:13:46] And should not let in vast numbers of people [1:13:48] who with views that are antithetical [1:13:50] to the accepted views in Europe [1:13:54] and where there will not be some level [1:13:57] of safe cultural integration. [1:14:00] This is simply common sense. [1:14:01] It's a version of suicidal empathy, [1:14:03] which we'll end on, [1:14:03] but it's also a version of just what evil is, [1:14:05] because once she gets the slightest pushback from him [1:14:08] about borders, she goes, well, that we agree on. [1:14:10] Okay, well, what country, what leaders are you for [1:14:13] that want sovereign borders? [1:14:14] Were you helping Viktor Orban in Hungary defend his borders? [1:14:21] And he's gone now too. [1:14:22] You guys all said he was a fascist, right? [1:14:25] So you're all liars [1:14:27] and it's your own countries that you're destroying. [1:14:29] And you want it somehow to be that, [1:14:31] you know who the leader of the AFD party, [1:14:34] can we get a picture of her with her wife, please? [1:14:36] The picture, the leader of the AFD, [1:14:38] the far right party in Germany, [1:14:41] that those homos there that were suddenly like, [1:14:44] don't politicize the fact that one of us [1:14:45] was killed by an Islamist. [1:14:47] She's a lesbian and she's married and she has kids. [1:14:51] And you know why she's far right? [1:14:54] Because generally Islamists don't love lesbos. [1:14:58] You're not gonna get a lot of Islamists, Rosie O'Donnell. [1:15:01] Jihadist Ellen DeGeneres. [1:15:04] You just don't get that. [1:15:07] Another jihadi Islamist, Paula Poundstone. [1:15:11] There's a lesbian I haven't referenced in probably 20 years. [1:15:14] Poundstone, that's a good name. [1:15:15] Do we have a picture of, what's her name? [1:15:17] Alice Weidel. [1:15:18] Yeah, Alice Weidel. [1:15:19] She's the far right leader. [1:15:21] And is she a fascist or an authoritarian? [1:15:24] Or is she a chick who married another chick? [1:15:27] Not that there's anything wrong with that. [1:15:28] And she wants to live in her society called Germany [1:15:32] without potentially having someone drive through the parade [1:15:36] celebrating her life, you effing morons. [1:15:41] Let's not end the show on that. [1:15:42] Let's end the show with my friend Gad Saad [1:15:44] explaining to, I would say, quite venerable, [1:15:48] great podcast host, Dave Rubin, [1:15:50] the difference between empathy and suicidal empathy. [1:15:54] It's not that empathy [1:15:56] is an inherently bad emotion to have, right? [1:15:59] We've evolved the reflex of empathy [1:16:02] because we're a social species, right? [1:16:04] It's a good idea for me to be able to put myself [1:16:07] in your shoes, to be able to empathize [1:16:10] and sympathize with your plight. [1:16:12] It builds bonds and so on. [1:16:14] So that makes perfect sense. [1:16:15] But it shouldn't be the most important thing [1:16:16] in your life, Gad, is that what you're telling me? [1:16:18] Well, number one, and it shouldn't be directed [1:16:20] to the wrong targets, right? [1:16:22] So yes, it would be great if Guatemalan immigrants [1:16:25] had the same opportunities as people in the US, [1:16:28] but I don't give them higher, you know, [1:16:32] on the pecking order than American vets [1:16:34] who went and lost limbs fighting wars [1:16:37] to keep the United States free, right? [1:16:40] I would love for all children to be safe and happy, [1:16:45] but I'm much more likely to jump in front of a truck [1:16:48] to save my own biological children than random children. [1:16:52] And that is true. [1:16:53] That is why it is, I think, still the number one book [1:16:56] maybe in the world right now. [1:16:57] You should read it if you haven't. [1:16:58] It's called Suicidal Empathy or watch our full interview. [1:17:03] But this is what these people are doing. [1:17:05] You are going to destroy your societies. [1:17:09] And once again, a little alarmist for my last week on the grid, [1:17:12] but the question is, what will we really do about it? [1:17:16] I don't know, we should all think about it. [1:17:18] I'll be ruminating about it throughout August. [1:17:20] That is our program for today. [1:17:21] I think this was one of our longest shows ever. [1:17:23] So yeah, we are working hard as we head off the grid. [1:17:25] We got a post game show, 30 seconds, [1:17:27] rubenreport.locals.com. [1:17:29] See you tomorrow.
