[0:23] we have deficits with almost everybody uh canada 90 billion dollars mexico 175 billion dollars [0:30] uh european union uh 225 million dollars well we're cutting them way back to days but you know [0:41] the old days were about like 30 years ago okay a long time ago now we're getting back to basics [0:48] this country is doing so well now it's amazing but this is a big impact and i think it's a big [0:54] psychological not only money it's a big psychological it's a corrupt many countries are corrupt but this [1:00] is just such a big part of the country is corrupt we need borders we need good elections we need [1:07] great journalists and we have to stop the tremendous road that's been going a lot of a lot of what we [1:12] want to do and jd is working on this with uh pretty much a group behind me and then some we have russ vote [1:19] uh we're going to be very very strong on the budget this year and what we're doing with respect to the [1:25] budget uh i think you're going to see some things that are uh going to be very impressive because [1:32] we're taking in more money the the growth of the country is enormous which other countries don't [1:37] have we have great growth because of the 22.2 trillion dollars coming in we have tremendous growth we [1:43] have factories and plants going up at a level that we've never seen before but we're going to we're [1:48] going to be doing some very good things a little bit um with with france you've seen the economic [1:55] conditions in france at the moment you've seen what the picture is coming from france at the moment [1:58] how concerned are you that the socialist agenda will bring some of the same financial difficulties [2:03] to the united states well we've done a couple of things different number one i mentioned the word [2:07] growth we have more growth we will have at the end of this year within the next little while it's [2:13] already happening very substantially we have more growth than this country has ever had and we have [2:18] more growth than any country in the world is having right now france has no growth france is going [2:24] the other way and that's because it's social programs are brutal and no matter what you do i [2:29] mean it's not enough but i still say and i say it and some people think it's a little controversial i [2:34] don't care it's an immigration problem we have people that poured into france and they were also [2:40] unchecked unvetted like with biden when he was doing we don't do that we got many of them out and we're [2:45] getting many more around the band when the worst of the worst we got i would say a large percentage of [2:52] them out we have some that we're hunting down but we have tremendous growth and we have closed borders [2:59] so for 17 months that one person has come into our country illegally think of that that one and the [3:06] people that do that list are you know they call them leaning left you know what leading left mean [3:11] if they had somebody they'd love to be able to say it we haven't had one person in the last 17 months [3:17] come into our country illegally in the case of france and all of europe you saw what happened in spain [3:23] where they bum rushed spain they came in by the tens of thousands all just poured right into spain and [3:31] spain's not doing anything about it they just said they got in they came from all parts of the world [3:38] and from very very troubled countries uh it's uh europe has to change its ways yeah [3:45] you know when i when i go to north when i go to north carolina wait wait wait when i go to north [3:50] carolina today i'm going to be speaking about it but europe has to change its ways or you're not going [3:56] to have europe left yeah go ahead thank left [4:40] all south america has become a whole different place and it's thriving it's thriving and as you know [4:49] i endorsed many of those people every single one that i endorsed one including the new president of [4:56] colombia uh who's great el tigre you know they call him el tigre for a reason right because he's tough [5:01] he's a tough guy but he was always big for trump and uh i didn't know him but i liked him when people [5:08] like me i like them just typically so that makes me different but but uh if you look at what's going [5:14] on in south america people wouldn't believe it in a short period of time they are becoming extremely [5:21] conservative in a very positive way in many ways yeah please europe if this type of violence [5:28] continues what would that look like say it again said the u.s could leave europe if the violence [5:35] well i mean it's it's uh europe has to straighten out their act so i called the various countries in [5:43] europe and as you know uh we're doing very well with iran we just have to make a final decision of [5:48] which way do we want to win do we want to win the nice way or the not nice way uh but we're doing very [5:54] well we don't need any help but i was testing them i just called individual presidents and prime [6:01] ministers to ask would they like to help us and they said no i said well that's not nice you know [6:08] we spend hundreds of billions a year on nato and they said no but they were nice enough to give us [6:15] greenland despite all the bad talk oh he's not gonna get it we got we got greenland and it's a great [6:22] relationship we have with frankly europe but they have to straighten out their act otherwise there [6:28] won't be a europe left there'll be nothing to be friendly wasn't a little bit of a riot that wasn't a little bit of [6:45] a protest that was that was a full-on revolution and it continues and it continues so you know we [6:54] want to be helpful we want to be with them and all but you're not going to have a europe pretty soon if [6:59] they keep going and it's mostly immigrate there are other you know jd wrote a great post on it recently [7:05] and but the third term but i don't want the results [9:23] of the second term but this is uh this has been an amazing thing has happened to it we have we have [9:31] the strongest border we've ever had we have the single greatest moment in the history of our country [9:37] in terms of the economy meaning the big economy meaning the trillions and trillions of dollars [9:43] that's building plants and factories all over our country we just toyota just announced they're coming [9:48] in with a massive car plant you know we had a period of 49 years where we lost many car plants but not [9:55] one was built and now we're building more car plants than we've ever built before we're leading [10:01] china in si super intelligence we're leading them we're leading everybody we're leading the world in [10:07] just about everything and uh you know i call it the golden age is the golden age of america it's a [10:13] pretty amazing time yeah during 10 percent to uh whistleblowers for turning in what you're [10:20] uh describing as fraud one percent one percent okay that's actually worse the false claims act which [10:26] has been on the books since 1863 whistleblowers can get between 10 and 25 percent well this is why [10:33] would someone who has evidence of genuine fraud go to because it's a lot of money and because when [10:40] they did that that's a certain type of crime but nobody ever thought that you could uh have stolen [10:46] two trillion dollars or whatever the ultimate number is going to be and at one percent people [10:52] will make millions and millions of dollars for turning in what actually is a somewhat routine [10:58] crime of you know of of millions of minions but we're talking about we're talking about billions [11:05] and actually probably trillions of dollars okay okay first of all i think that's a fundamentally [11:12] dishonest question because over 99 of the fraud that we're finding in the federal government [11:17] isn't covered by the false claims act what the president is saying is he wants all fraud [11:21] to be the sort of thing where if you find it if you uncover it you find evidence and allow us to undo [11:26] the money you should adults yes mr president today's talks in oslo do you believe the [12:46] peace process is back on track and what are your expectations when your special envoy steve would cough [12:52] heads to russia tomorrow well i think what's happening is that russia would like to get it done i think that [13:02] and you know russia is a big machine they just keep grinding forward and that's what they've done they've [13:08] taken a very large piece of land and uh you know you can say that ukraine is doing well or poorly but [13:18] the land gets bigger and bigger all the time week by week it's just uh they march forward they just keep [13:25] marching forward they have an unlimited supply of people whereas ukraine as you know is uh there's a woman who's [13:33] i guess not exactly a very beautiful woman nice woman and she is on television recently talking [13:40] about the fact that our men are gone she's ukrainian woman our men are gone they're lost they're dead [13:47] they're in mental institutions they're walking around they have no arms they have no legs in many [13:54] cases they've been hurt so badly they've been just estimated and it was very poignant when i heard this i [14:02] said boy that's some statement and she said russia is a very big country they can lose a lot of people [14:09] in a war and they have lost a lot of people they lost 50 million people in the second world war [14:15] they lose a lot of people but they're very big and she said you have to settle this war look ukraine [14:23] has lost a lot of people russia has lost a lot of people russia though is a giant nation [14:29] great ukraine is not uh i can tell you this we've been helping through joe biden originally originally [14:37] and he made a mistake because he should have done it through the european union he should have been [14:42] paid european union has quite a bit of money although i have to tell you they're getting tired of spending [14:46] it but we gave 350 billion dollars to ukraine and you know i insisted on getting something for that money [14:58] and we got a very big chunk of land and rare earth and other things if anybody remembers let's see [15:04] what that amounts to but ukraine has to want to settle this war zelinski has to want to settle this war [15:11] and if he doesn't i think it's going to be a very bad thing look we have given tremendous amounts to [15:18] ukraine we've got nothing back other than diesel we have we have given probably possibly more money [15:30] to ukraine than almost anybody over the years hundreds of billions of dollars we've got nothing [15:37] back and the american taxpayers are tired of it we want zelinski to make a deal he can make a deal [15:44] he could have made a deal two years ago when we had our little chat in the oval office we had a now [15:51] quite well remembered chat with jd myself some others zelinski could have made a good deal then could [15:59] have made a much better deal then probably possibly that he can make down but he's going to have to [16:04] want to make a deal because i don't think his people are going to stand for it and you know they've [16:09] been fighting a war so last month they lost 32 000 people between the both of them they're mostly soldiers [16:17] mostly young soldiers some people in a town that got hit or whatever but mostly young soldiers it [17:40] amounts of equipment and military primarily military equipment but equipment of all kinds [17:47] and it's time i gave them javelins when the stupid general for russia very stupid gentleman they had a [17:58] thousand tanks riding up a concrete highway they would have been in ukraine in four hours going [18:05] maximum tank speed which is 48 miles an hour to be exact nothing to stop them people i mean a great player not a good player a great player but he's a humble man and [34:32] he didn't brag about it i would have been bragging like hell about it was and i'm an all-american [34:37] i ripped their heads off people you know john gruden is a fantastic guy great coach and he was a very good [34:44] college player he said that uh he was up to be with his friend he said what are you doing here [34:52] and he was saying how and this is our candidate who nobody i guess actually people from ohio a small [34:58] group of sports big sports fans knew but we we found out about the real man and and uh you probably saw [35:09] the polls he's now leading and he was down by uh quite a bit but uh i looked at the jersey used [35:18] and you said was a real he was a real he was a top of the line player john gruden said they had the [35:25] championship team he said he was the best player on the team he had 17 interceptions he was an all-american [35:31] nobody knew this and in ohio when you have those credentials it helps and that was an unbelievable rally [35:39] but we've gotten others up also we've gotten them way up so let's see what happens i think you're [35:43] going to have a good you know i watched uh our speaker of the house and uh he talks about the [35:49] fact that uh there's a lot of things going on that the media is not seeing i really believe it too [35:56] i just feel this is great i don't know the president always loses for whatever reason the [36:03] midterms whoever it is republican democrat great president lousy president for some reason i guess [36:10] they've won two out of 25. i don't i don't know is there a reason you can think of medically why [36:15] do people but there should be no reason in fact you think it would be an asset not a liability but [36:21] presidents that go in good ones bad ones republicans democrats uh they tend to lose the midterms [36:28] we'll see what happens i do say this when i was on the ticket when i ran we won everything we won [36:36] everything when i don't run people don't show up to vote by 49 percent exactly you know no great science [36:42] it's 49 less if i can get my voters mega republicans whatever you want to call if they get out to vote [36:51] we'll win in a landslide but they have to want to get out to vote and if you're not on the ballot [36:57] it's a little harder so i'm asking them to pretend i'm on the ballot thank you very much everybody
