just a little bit more than a year and a half has soared to 81 all-time record highs since the election [21:08] 81 and they say well that's for rich people well it's for all people because the public obama said we'll never be a [21:32] manufacturing country again well we're building more plants more manufacturing plants and factories [21:38] than at any time in the history of our country the 21 dickinson great company great company also just announced a [24:44] three billion dollar investment to bring medical manufacturing back to the united states and the [24:49] biggest expansion is coming right here in nebraska back to dickinson spending the biggest part of [25:01] their investment is in nebraska and my administration is also taking historic action to dramatically lower [25:08] the cost of gasoline and diesel it's already and again remember this i stopped them from ever having [25:15] how about those b2 bombers bing that was the end of that but i stopped them ever from having [25:22] and as i said before our energy our fuel our gasoline is less than it was under sleepy joe biden and he [25:32] didn't do crap that guy he was terrible he was the worst you didn't get worse european nations agreed to release massive [28:07] amounts of diesel fuel from their reserves have tremendous diesel fuel diesel is a big thing over [28:12] there we have a good relationship and they're releasing it as we speak prices are all going [28:16] down prices are all going way down but they really are going to plummet as soon as that war ends it's [28:22] going to be very soon and today i'm announcing another unprecedented step to bring down costs for [28:30] many years farm vehicles construction equipment and other off-road vehicles have used what is known as [28:37] red dye diesel you know what that is i don't know what the hell it is but whatever it is it's supposed [28:44] to be very good does anybody want to explain that red dye diesel everybody which is exactly the same as [28:52] normal diesel but is sold tax-free for off the off-road vehicles and big trucks so tonight right oh these [29:02] guys know exactly what i'm talking about i'm going to be very happy in about two seconds [29:06] so tonight i'm going to sign a historic executive order to officially waive the off-road requirement [29:12] and allow anyone to purchase tax-free red dye diesel for any of [34:39] land rich and cash poor the value of the farm is good but you don't make huge income but you would [34:44] never leave it's a tremendous asset and i've literally never said it in this form but the [34:51] parents die and they leave it to their beloved children and the tax comes and it's a very big bill [34:58] unable to afford they go out to the bank they borrow the money they lose the
