one of the it's one of the great in a in a in a long line of [1:32] great social media posts by the president this might be the greatest social media post in the [1:37] history of social media posts please let me allow me to read it for all of you i am pleased to announce [1:45] that the great dana white a violent fighter and warrior has been offered the job of press secretary of [1:53] the united states i have requested that he bring with him assistance even though some of them are [2:00] not from our country isa machachev habib nirmagomedov justin gaethje daniel cormier amanda nunez and the [2:09] great kayla harris we need these people to defend us against the lunatic left dana will be a press [2:17] secretary like none other dana please take the job president donald j trump now i'll be honest i saw [2:25] this i see everyone joking about it i'm like haha yeah you know we'll talk about this for you know four [2:31] minutes on the show on monday and then i'm scrolling through twitter and i see a clip from sky news [2:38] in which they bring on an actual real political pundit to break this down to talk about how would [2:47] dana white do who is dana white is he qualified is he better than that other lady that they had [2:53] for for three minutes just a few weeks ago who looked like you know she was uh you know she had [2:59] never been in front of a crowd or speak publicly or anything like that before she may or may not be [3:03] a lawyer who's to check they're actually breaking this down like a real story i'm like holy shit are [3:08] people actually believing this because i just took this as donald trump trolling and then i'm like [3:13] holy crap i guess they have to there is no press secretary at the moment i guess they do have to [3:18] cover this like it's a real thing because here is the actual president of the united states not just [3:22] some dude throwing out another dude who could use a little good press let's let's be honest i mean i saw [3:28] an interview with him yesterday and uh he was talking to sky sports about all kinds of boxing things i [3:32] think i i i'm i'm quite certain if if chris bilham smith or chef clark or denzel bentley [3:39] or shane mosley jr walked up to him and said here's your here's your door dash he would have [3:45] no idea who these guys are and let's not even get started about alexander volkov and so i guess he [3:49] could use some positive press and so here they are breaking down and i'm thinking like oh my god could [3:53] you imagine could you imagine the guy who who gets rid of journalists who uninvites people who takes [4:01] away their credentials because he doesn't like a question or two can you imagine him standing up there [4:06] in front of the the the the white house press corps answering questions about actual real things [4:13] about wars about tariffs about the economy about all kinds of real actual things not like who's going [4:21] to fight who and who's next and what about this guy who said this about you actual real things actual [4:28] real things i know you can ban people when you're you know press secretary or the president they've done [4:33] this and then they've unbanned and whatnot but one thing that i've always found so funny about dana [4:38] is he does this you know podcast media tour that he loves to do where everyone just absolutely glazes [4:43] him and asks him the most useless unimportant questions one thing that i've always um appreciated [4:49] about him is like he likes to sit there and talk about like how tough he is and free speech and all this [4:53] stuff this is the dude that if you ask him a question or two that you don't like he absolutely loses it [4:58] and wants to get rid of you he cannot answer a single tough question look at what happened just [5:04] about a month ago in london um when he was answering those questions after the zufa boxing event and [5:09] there's another one coming up and we'll see how that all goes and and we'll see what the energy is [5:13] like that's probably the most interesting thing that's going to come out of this uh with all due [5:18] respect to everyone fighting which you know the top two fights are actually quite good we had denzel on [5:22] the show we uh did a feature on shane mosley we're doing more coverage of zufa boxing than any [5:26] other major media outlet out there nevertheless i would love the idea i love the idea of them asking [5:32] him about a war and he's like you know we don't uh we don't make those decisions on saturdays uh let's [5:37] see how this plays out or we're going to go back and uh you know we'll reconvene on tuesday and talk [5:41] about it like he'll offer absolutely nothing of substance perhaps he'll give us you know a pep talk
