[0:03] Thank you very much. [0:04] You have a very comprehensive presentation. [0:08] In the last slides, you talked about governance in the last slide. [0:13] You talked about governance in Pakistan. [0:16] The President of Pakistan, Moussin Nakfi, said yesterday that governance is not the name of the name of Pakistan. [0:23] And this regime has been failed. [0:25] Do you agree with this? [0:29] Yes. [0:30] The President of Pakistan's statement is a personal opinion. [0:36] And we don't comment on these things. [0:38] However, one thing we would like to say that we have been saying earlier also, as a primary stakeholder in this security, [0:48] that good governance is key to security and stability of Pakistan. [0:58] Without that, you can't have a solution. [1:06] If you remember, there is a national action plan. [1:10] There is an agreed consensus document of national action plan. [1:13] The President of Pakistan, which is 14 parties, over a period of last 12 years, have a consensus. [1:22] Whether they are in power or outside power. [1:25] If you can put these points. [1:29] These are those points. [1:31] This is related to kinetics. [1:33] This is related to kinetics. [1:37] to kinetics جس کا میں نے کچھ آہات آپ کو یہاں بھی دیا یہ جو باقی تیرہ [1:41] نقاط ہیں کہ ایک بیانیاں بنانا ہے آپ نے ایک terror financing کو چوک [1:48] کرنا ہے آپ نے illegal spectrum جس کے اندر نارکو بھی ہے smuggling بھی [1:53] ہے جس کی ہم نے کچھ باتچیت کی بلوستان میں آپ نے اس کے against [1:57] کرنا ہے آپ نے counter terrorism کے against جونس ہے آپ نے آپ کو strengthen [2:00] کرنا ہے capacity building کرنی ہے آپ نے city کے courts کو strengthen کرنا [2:04] ہے آپ نے repatriation کرنی ہے افغان refugees کی مدارس کو آپ نے streamline [2:11] کرنا ہے ان کے registration کے نظام کو آپ نے ایک curriculum کی طرف [2:15] جانا ہے there are so many things یہ سارے کے سارے depend کرتے ہیں good [2:20] governance so yes good governance is quint essential for Pakistan now how to get [2:30] that good governance that is for the politicians and the political parties to [2:35] decide but if you ask us yes we there has to be there has to be serious [2:44] discussion because یہ سارے مسئلے حل نہیں ہو رہے ہیں so that means [2:50] کہ good governance کے لئے کچھ کرنا پڑے گا اگر good governance کا [2:53] مطلب یہ ہے کہ انیس سو بہتر میں I think 1972 کا census تھا if I'm not [3:01] wrong چھے کچھ ساڑھے چھے یا سات کروڑ میکسیمم عبادی تھی [3:05] Pakistan کی چار سوبے تھے آج ہم پچیس کے اوپر ہیں تو اگر [3:10] آپ کی عبادی تین سے چار گناہ بڑھ گئی اور وہی چار سوبے ہیں [3:13] تو we have to see is it serving good governance but that debate has to be [3:20] essentially done by the politicians by those in power even those who have been [3:27] previously in power and those who are responsible towards this for the people [3:34] of Pakistan but the answer lies it has to be done as per the will of the people [3:40] of Pakistan the will of the people of Pakistan is supreme and we are sure we [3:49] also as part of the people of Pakistan all desire good governance and if that [3:58] good governance requires an administrative reset then let that be happen if that [4:04] good governance requires it changes then let that be happen but it has to be [4:08] done through the constitutional method through the legal method and through [4:14] the political representatives but surely as per the will of the people of [4:20] پاکستان کے مسئلے پہ آہ بات کی ہے اور بڑی ضبطہ آہ جو ہے یہ [4:38] presentation تھی آہ جل صاحب یہ بتائے گا کہ ایک تو آپ نے بات کی [4:42] یہ provinces کے بارے میں کہ آہ بلاف the people of Pakistan کے تحت یہ [4:46] ہوگا تو کیا وہ جاننے کے لیے کوئی افرینڈم ہوگا یا کیا اس کا [4:49] طرقہ کار ہوگا اور دوسرا سے یہ یہ بتائے گا کہ آزاد کشمیر پہ پچھلے [4:53] پچپن دن سے ایک کرائیسس چل رہا ہے وہاں پہ جو پروٹیس چل رہا ہے [4:58] کرادم ایکشن کمیٹی کا اس میں سر مذاکرات بھی کرنے کی کوشش کی [5:03] گئی متعدد مواقع پر بات چیت کے ذریعے مسئلے کو حل کرنے کی [5:05] کوشش بھی کی گئی پھر جب انہوں نے آگے بڑھنے کی کوشش کی تو گولی [5:09] بھی چلی کئی جانے گئیں آہ حل کیا ہے سر اس کا اس مسئلے کا ہر [5:14] گزرتے دن کے ساتھ یہ مسئلہ جو ہے مزید آہ گمبیر ہوتا چلا جا [5:17] رہا ہے تو وے فارورٹ کیا ہے اس میں یہ ضرورتاری کا اور اس میں [5:21] پیپرز پارٹی کے چیزمین بلال بٹو زداج صاحب کہتے ہیں کہ [5:23] ٹورس اندرکل سلیشن کمیشن بننا چاہیے یہ اس کا حل ہے اے جو [5:26] کے سبلی دنکار ایک ریزولیشن بھی سلسلے میں پاس کی ہے کیا سلیشن [5:30] ہے کیسے اس مسئلے کو حل کریں گے جو اپنے پہلی بات کی دیکھیں [5:35] میں میں نے آپ کو پہلی عرض کیا کہ will of the people of [5:40] پاکستان جو اسی ہے نا اس کے مطابق ہونا ہے and that is for the [5:43] politicians کہ will of the people of پاکستان کیسے انہوں نے [5:46] decide کرتی ہے and all political parties اور ہمارے جو قابل اترام [5:51] سیاستدان ہیں we are sure کہ ان تمام کی بھی خواہش ہے کہ وہ [5:59] بہتر governance بہتر administration کی طرف سوچیں اور باتچیت [6:02] کریں کیونکہ stagnation جو انسی ہے نا وہ کسی چیز کا حل نہیں [6:06] ہوتا اگر پانی بھی کھڑا ہونا تو وہ بھی کچھ عرصے بعد it starts [6:10] smelling. تو this stagnation is perhaps not providing the solution that we can [6:14] see what to do and how to do. اسی لئے تو وہ سیاستدان کہلاتے ہیں. [6:19] but it has to be done. because یہ جو میں نے آپ کو بتایا یہ تیرا [6:24] کام بھی جونسے ہیں یہ بھی فس فس کہ ہی چل رہے ہیں. جو آپ نے [6:31] کشمیر کی بات کیر سے very important point that you have based. if you [6:36] allow it I will try to give you a little contextual answer. context of this. دیکھیں [6:42] کشمیر کے بارے میں جونسے ہیں نا there are few facts that need to be [6:48] understood. first is پاکستان اور کشمیر ایک دوسرے کے اٹو ٹنگ ہے. کشمیر [6:56] پاکستان کی شہرت تھا ہے اور رہے گا. پھر جب آپ اور میں بڑے [7:04] ہو رہے تھے اور ہمارے بچے بھی آگے بڑے ہوں گے. بڑے ہو رہے ہیں [7:08] ان کے بچے بھی بڑے ہوں گے. تو there is only one voice that comes from [7:12] پاکستان. کہ کشمیر بنے گا پاکستان. and only one voice that comes from [7:19] کشمیر. پاکستان ہمارا ہے. ہم پاکستانی ہیں. ہم پاکستانی ہیں. [7:26] پاکستان ہمارا ہے. nothing can change that. because the path that the people of [7:35] پاکستان and people of کشمیر have adopted over decades is based on principle. it is a [7:42] legal, constitutionally, internationally, پیلکل proven point ہے. کہ یہ جو [7:50] unfinished agenda ہے. partition کا. it has to be decided as per the UNSC resolution and [7:56] the right of self-determination rests with the کشمیری's. this side, that side. [8:02] کہ انہوں نے پاکستان میں شامل ہونا ہے. یہ ہندوستان میں شامل ہونا ہے. [8:05] ہمیں absolute clear ہے. اس hall میں بیٹھے وارسید کو clear ہے. آپ خود کشمیر [8:08] سے ہیں. آپ کو clear ہے. کہ once this question is put. the کشمیری's here and there [8:13] will have only one answer. کہ we'll join Pakistan. why? it's not only because کہ ہمارا [8:19] مذہب ہے. کہ ہماری ثقافت ہے. کہ ہماری سوچ ہے. کہ ہمارا world [8:22] view ہے. it's also because over last almost 80 years. if anybody not only in [8:31] پاکستان here. if anybody has actually seen the brutal face of this ہندو [8:35] راشترا. it is the people of کشمیر. up front close. کہ یہ ان کا گھنونہ [8:42] چیرہ ہے کیا. آپ مجھے بتائیں. آپ کی جو ادھر families ہیں جو ماں سے [8:47] ہجرت کر کے آئے. یہ کون چھوڑ کے آتے ہیں. اپنے باپ دادا کی [8:50] قبرے اور علاقوں کو. کیوں چھوڑ کے آئے. انیس سنتالیس ارتالیس سے [8:54] چھوڑ کے آ رہے ہیں. کیونکہ وہاں ظالم اور جابر نظام ہیں. [8:59] who in his right senses is going to case. کہ یار وہ جونسین ہم نے ادھر [9:02] جانا ہے. nobody will do that.
