I pulled this one to also kind of ricochet off number one to congratulate Director Hall in doing a fantastic job in the CRA. I was curious about the added improvements and where they were going to be going for the catalytic investments strategy, and that was basically my question for number four. But, again, kudos. This is the location for number four. Mr. Hall, is that something you can respond to? Thank you. Please. Your phone was prepared to respond. So, the question was, what was the question? Catalytic converters, the location. No, catalytic investments. Investment. So, catalytic something. Yeah, the catalytic something. Stolen catalytic converters, right. So, we have a category for catalytic investments that has basically in projects that not only affect just the location itself, but have elements that affect the whole district. You know, catalytic investments are, for example, the Kimco Publix project on Browden 441, where not only is it just for the Publix, but it's for the whole center is acting as a, you know, catalyst for other investments in the area, whether it be the emergency, restanding emergency project from the ACA, the POMS, and other projects. So, people see that and also want to reinvest in the area. So, these are the catalytic projects we're talking about, where those funding projects actually not only fund individual location, but act as a catalyst to bring other investments within the district. Mr. Conklin, if you want to come forward, since you asked the question, were you seeking additional information? Thank you.
