may be approved of one motion does any member of the commission wish to pull an item does any member of the public wish to pull an item from the cra i believe mr conklin i think i had uh two three uh no two and four or three and four on my list dennis conklin 458 i'm sorry i got all confused here all right so you you wanted to pull three and four can i have a motion motion to approve items one and when northwest six court um on week number one there was a play more thirteen hundred uh thirty dollars and thirteen cents i was just curious is that for the uh kingsley smith that is i see for the legal expense four thousand 55 55 uh 555 dollars is that pertaining to item about the plantation inn that we had uh sadly was that what that was for which attorney was it right we kind of lost i guess the plantation in project sort of stuff hi there i wasn't is it something we can talk about for legal yeah okay um here there's a few items it's the removal of the catalytic yeah so it is conklin 458 windows six court uh the public comment is uh again i'd like to bring up the uh suggestion of removing the millage rate from the gateway seven in in while we still have a another year or two or another five or six years of the uh tiff from the cra which you're all directors of and i don't see your name tags up as directors which includes the mayor uh because she gets a vote um the economics uh reports that are coming in from the various sources uh not just the financials but from the government it's uh emphasizing the stress that's being put on on basically uh small individual businesses mom and pops and stuff like that and um it might behoove the city to um give those vendors and owners of the property and the cra and the gateway seven which basically overlaid one another um a break on the millage rate and go to zero for this uh coming up proposals when the uh you're already talking about budgets and stuff like that so that's basically my comment um i want to get it in each time to uh try to draw extra focus on it because i bring it up every year but this year it's really critical it's not just the uh companies that are saying hey we need help here it's the federal government saying we got a problem thank you yield back thank you mayor sortle uh yes i didn't it's not on the agenda but i have an appointment to the midtown board and april said i should do it now agree the appointment uh should be done at this meeting yes um okay yeah uh john minahan owner of cracked in plantation walk um i really want a plantation walk representative on that board and i finally found somebody who's an owner and so um he's excited about doing it motion to approve second miss beggar please call the roll who's the motion to approve uh council member reinstein or commissioner reinstein i'm sorry can i ask a clarifying question was that did you say gateway or down midtown oh okay i thought i heard i'm pro-egg sorry the second was actually i was the second
