Good evening. Dennis Conklin, 4581 Northwest 6th Court. I was hoping to do this with the full house that we had earlier. The 917 Society is, again, for the fourth year, distributing constitutions to every eighth grader and plantation. And I and another resident have been volunteering to distribute the individual constitutions to the eighth graders. And we've identified 16 schools in plantation and two, this is why I wanted a full house, two homeschool pods. We would love people, if they know of homeschool pods, to please let us know so that we can get into the hands of their eighth graders their own personal copy. And if I may approach. Yes, you may. Thank you. Thank you, sir. You have yours with you, don't you? And I have one with my bag. It's a new one. I want you to see. This is because it's our 250th anniversary of the country. And as you know, as it's been amended several times. As you know, the first 11 years, we were not under our Constitution. We were under the Articles of Confederation. And as you probably do know, the Declaration was actually, if you look at it, it's a prayer book. It recognizes God twice at the beginning of the Declaration, sort of like an invocation to prayer, and twice again at the end like a benediction to a prayer. And after 11 years of kind of hit and miss with the Articles of Confederation, they came up with the idea of, once again with the Constitution, recognizing God one more time at the beginning, kind of like an invocation to prayer, and once again at the end like a benediction to prayer. So that being out of the way, we had the school board, and they were talking about the... I'm sorry, Mr. Conkler, I'm going to interrupt you for a minute because this is CRA. Did you want to speak on the CRA? Well, I do. Because I think you're going to come back up during the council meeting. I was going to kind of, because I get jammed up on the other one. Okay. I'd like to... Spread out your tongue? Okay. The school board mentioned about the enrollment. And from the graveyard, 2000, they were enrolling 271,000 students. Now they're talking about 232,000 students. So there are closing schools that it was presented. The millage rate, which was mentioned by the school board, if I may extend. I'm going to give you 30 more seconds. The millage rate didn't change, and if anybody's seen the trim notices, the millage rate didn't go down. Having done this for a long time, if the millage rate doesn't get reduced in the first reading, it doesn't get reduced in the second reading. So I just wanted to make that point clear. All right.
