we will now recess the city council meeting at 6 36 and call to order the cra meeting miss beggar when you're ready if you could please call the roll commissioner anderson here commissioner andrew here commissioner fadgen here commissioner horland here commissioner reinstein here commissioner sordle here city attorney israel here thank you thank you very much whoops there goes the gavel the cra consent agenda consists of items one through four this evening and may be approved with one motion commissioners does anyone wish to pull an item nobody and let me check mr conklin does not wish to pull but just public comment all righty uh do i have a motion to approve motion to approve one through four second second anybody all right miss beggar please call the roll commissioner anderson yes commissioner andrew yes commissioner fadgen yes commissioner horland yes commissioner reinstein yes commissioner sordle yes thank you thank you ms bigoreau um public request of the commissioners regarding the cra mr conklin sir dennis conklin 4581 northwest sixth court heavenly hosts protect you and your families everyone uh basically my request was um it's an oldy but goody uh when uh they go to demolish the uh plantation general hospital uh i would request that the uh commissioners here your name tags aren't here again as usual but they they do have commissioner name tags all six of them uh to please limit the redevelopment of the area to three stories which would basically match the village green condominiums and what i used to call the kingston trio the two-story apartment buildings on the corner there which one of them used to be kingston and because i'm a guy of the 50s uh kingston trio with a a band um let's see also i'd like to draw your attention that uh coming up it's been announced that thursday may 7th 2026 is the grand opening of the hca florida plantation emergency center and i mean i've watched this stuff from the groundbreaking and it's uh looking really good and uh i yield back my time thank you very much mr conklin anybody else in the chamber wish to comment on the cra all right uh public comment for the cra is closed at this time i will adjourn the cr
