[0:00] what's going on right now with tate brothers okay so we have uh uh andrew and tristan tates a lawyer [0:06] here with us joe mcbride joe thanks for making the time for being on here with us i know the [0:11] crew is going to try to show the video so the audience can see it hey joe can you hear us and [0:15] see us yes i can hear you and see you it's good to see you and uh thanks for having me here of [0:20] course anytime so we got the report we saw the video we saw andrew wearing that beautiful purple [0:26] shirt that he had on when the u.s marshals walked up towards him and then all of a sudden we saw [0:30] the numbers coming out saying he is being facing with 42 new charges himself tristan 17 59 criminal [0:36] criminal charges and we saw that the question i i wanted to ask you is for u.s marshals to come [0:43] we know andrew made some strong remarks towards the governor de santis last time he was on with us [0:50] and there is there is a there's not a relationship there there's not a support there whether it's the [0:56] the the governor or huthmire but and and even huthmire i think james huthmire made a comment [1:01] on twitter about it as well but this is u.s marshals so for this to happen is this a federal [1:07] thing that's working with uk to help get uh tates or is it a state thing oh it's uh it's a federal [1:14] thing so anytime you have an extradition warrant going to an international country it's exclusively [1:19] going to be held within federal jurisdiction that's just the way it works as a matter of law now [1:25] typically in these situations when you have an ongoing relationship for instance a year or two [1:30] ago when the guys first arrived here there was this big announcement de santis got on stage and [1:36] talked about andrew and tristan as if they were not american citizens they had egg on their face [1:40] afterwards but i reached out to the statewide prosecutor's office i said here i'm available [1:46] i've worked with him over time there was a criminal investigation that we dispensed with and i said hey [1:52] listen if you ever get into a situation where you want the guys or if there's a warrant and they need [1:58] to surrender themselves just let me know everybody knows you just come to me you let me know they're [2:03] not running from anything they're two of the most famous guys in the world we'll surrender we'll come [2:07] in it'll be nice it'll be quiet it'll be easy so what happened was a dog and pony show this could have [2:13] been avoided they set these guys up to make it look like the worst possible pr stunt in the world [2:19] when they were arrested by the marshals look the marshals did their job they were professional [2:23] they were courteous they rolled up on the scene hard body but that's what they do they didn't take [2:29] andrew and tristan's phones they didn't take their electronics andrew had two million dollars [2:33] worth of jewelry on his neck he was able to give it to one of his friends they conducted themselves [2:37] with honor it is the people behind the scenes who set this up it is the people behind the scenes [2:43] who gave the media and the cameras like why were the cameras there how did everybody know [2:47] because this only happens when it's a stitch-up job this only happens when they're trying to use [2:51] the process as the punishment so to your question pat the marshals being involved is standard operating [2:57] procedure but the way it went down is anything but so so some people are saying that you know the [3:04] president's been fairly friendly with tate's that their son you know the administration's been fairly [3:10] fair with them but some are saying in this specific case marco rubio doesn't share the same [3:16] position as others do well what do you say do you have the impression that marco's behind this or [3:21] this has nothing to do with marco i saw the conversations i saw the questions being asked [3:25] i saw online was also saying maybe this is marco's hand behind us saying let's go get him what what what [3:30] what do you say about that i saw the conversations i saw the questions being asked i saw online was also [3:36] saying maybe this is marco's hand behind us saying let's go get him what what what do you say about that [3:43] So I'm going to be real careful about what I say here, and I just want to tell you why. [3:47] We have two sort of tracks here that are sequential and independent from each other. [3:54] So there's the bail proceeding and the bond proceeding that we're going to litigate right here locally in Miami. [4:00] We brought on a local team, Black and Srebnik, to help us with that. [4:04] They're heavy hitters over here. [4:06] And what I can say about that bail proceeding is very limited according to the local rules and according to the federal rules. [4:12] But what I can say is that there's a subsequent approach to the executive branch where if that doesn't work out, the appellate process doesn't work out, we get to go to the secretary of state, who, of course, is Marco Rubio. [4:25] So when you hear me talking about the politics, you hear me talking about this is a stitch up job. [4:29] You hear me talking about the unfairness of it. [4:31] It's a witch hunt. [4:32] They've beaten criminal charges all over the place and they're taking them to the United Kingdom where they're not going to get a fair shake. [4:37] That is First Amendment public advocacy where it's politically protected speech on behalf of my clients to appeal to the executive for a subsequent process, not the current one. [4:49] The current one has to play out in order for me to make sure that if we get to that point where I need to advocate to the secretary of state, I've already been doing it for a while. [4:59] So anything I say now isn't me trying to interfere with what's happening locally. [5:03] It's in anticipation of things. [5:06] If they don't work out, we need to go to the next level. [5:09] I am involved in the political process. [5:12] I am involved in politics. [5:14] I've been involved in D.C. for several years now. [5:16] So we've got lots of contacts, lots of relationships there. [5:19] And this is what I'm hearing. [5:21] Marco Rubio has got nothing to do with this. [5:23] He's not behind it. [5:24] He's not out to get them. [5:25] There's nothing like that happening. [5:27] My understanding, for what I've been told, that this is a DeSantis ploy, that Andrew and Tristan are being used to put Rubio and Trump in a very difficult situation, a very difficult situation. [5:39] On one hand, if you extradite the brothers and if you let them go, you're going to lose a substantial part of your Gen Z base, the manosphere. [5:47] It's going to be like when you watch Braveheart and he was betrayed at the Battle of Sterling and he had that horrific look on his face. [5:53] I've been fighting these battles, I've been going to war for you and you betray me at the most horrible time. [5:58] Okay. [5:59] On the other hand, right, we just have a process that that needs to play out. [6:04] And Rubio and Trump have been put in a difficult position from what I've been told specifically by the DeSantis, Uthmeyer sort of group of people that are down here because they hate each other. [6:15] And they put Trump and they put Rubio in this difficult position because they don't like them and they're trying to muddy up the approval ratings that you were just talking about, the midterms that are coming out in the forthcoming 2028 election. [6:27] Andrew and Tristan are pawns in a much higher political game right now. [6:31] And I think as the process plays out, the world's going to be able to see the truth behind what I'm saying. [6:35] Joe, I want to show a clip of the last time when Andrew was here. [6:38] We're talking and what Andrew, friendly words he had to say about DeSantis. [6:43] Here was his small request he had for the governor. [6:46] Go ahead. [6:47] And I don't owe him shit. [6:48] And when DeSantis stands up and apologizes to me, when the AG apologizes to me, I'll consider it. [6:54] And Byron Donalds is a punk too because he sold out and went on the news and started talking shit, calling me a human trafficker. [6:59] I've never been convicted. [7:02] The point of America in general, the point of democracy is innocent until proven guilty. [7:07] If they get quizzed about me, if they stand up on the news and they say, what do you think of Andrew Tate? [7:12] They have a very easy answer. [7:14] We live in a democracy. [7:15] It's innocent until proven guilty. [7:16] I don't know the specifics of his case. [7:18] What I know is he is not convicted. [7:20] They don't have to sell out like punks. [7:22] They don't have to start saying I'm not welcome here. [7:23] If the senator or the governor tells me I'm not welcome here, you know what? [7:29] Well, then fucking keep it. [7:31] I'm not a beg. [7:31] I'm not desperate. [7:33] And I don't give a shit if Ron DeSantis likes how I live or not. [7:35] To be honest, I don't care. [7:37] I'm an American citizen. [7:38] I came here. [7:39] I've been convicted of no crimes. [7:41] And for the same reason, you won't live in Cali or Mom Dami's New York. [7:44] I can't live here until these clowns apologize to me. [7:47] I'm an American. [7:47] So you see that. [7:48] So those are the comments that were made. [7:49] Now, when you hear that, we followed the Romania story where the charges were made. [7:55] And then all of a sudden, they couldn't leave. [7:57] We were there when they couldn't leave. [7:59] We were at their house in Romania. [8:00] And then they could leave. [8:01] And then they could travel. [8:02] So everyone's like, wait a minute. [8:03] I thought, Romania, you had something. [8:05] What are you doing now? [8:06] And then now we hear these latest. [8:08] If you can go back to that New York Post story you were just on a second ago. [8:12] New charges include 19 for indecent images of a child and extreme porn. [8:17] So it's almost as if they're reaching to find something. [8:22] But the average individual is watching and saying, what the hell is going on here? [8:25] Didn't something happen in Romania? [8:26] What is the difference between the Romania charges and the one in U.K.? [8:31] So I just want to unpack two things that you just addressed there. [8:35] First and foremost, that clip of Andrew. [8:37] Bravo, Andrew. [8:38] That is how a free American citizen speaks when he hasn't done nothing wrong. [8:43] When you actually haven't done anything wrong, you have zero fear of law enforcement. [8:48] You have zero fear of investigations because you know that you're innocent. [8:51] So he's saying, go ahead, look into me. [8:54] And by the way, we sat down with the statewide prosecutor's office and handed them the entire file. [8:59] We paused our defamation case that we're litigating in Palm Beach in order for them to get a look. [9:05] They took a look and they said that there's nothing here. [9:08] We've consistently had nothing to hide. [9:10] With regard to what's going on in Romania, they add charges. [9:14] They put them in a locker somewhere. [9:16] They keep these guys in jail. [9:17] We complain about it. [9:18] It gets them before a competent judge. [9:20] The judge looks at it and the judge said, these allegations are garbage. [9:24] You have no corroborating evidence. [9:25] Moreover, in Romania, they brought about 30 or 31 women in to try to testify against these guys. [9:32] And they told these women, if you don't assign yourself or become a part of the victim list here, at least initially, we're going to put you in as corroborators. [9:43] We're going to put you in on this conspiracy. [9:45] We're going to lock you up and throw away the key if you don't participate. [9:47] Once those women have been given the chance, they've all spoken out and said, this is bunk. [9:53] It is garbage. [9:54] It is a setup. [9:56] Women are online making statements right now in front of the courthouse in Romania. [10:00] I've been listed as a victim. [10:01] I'm not a victim. [10:03] I was in that video with the belt and that was just play. [10:05] That was Andrew and I's relationship. [10:08] So we've been able to articulate to the court there and to the public that that case was built on fiction. [10:15] It was built on nothing. [10:16] So much so that we sued the wrongful accuser who initiated those charges out there in Palm Beach. [10:23] And we've been litigating a case in Palm Beach for defamation for the past three years. [10:28] That case is six months away from going to trial. [10:31] If we go to trial and we win in that case, the narrative against them is over. [10:36] It collapses. [10:37] Everybody who's ever called them a sex trafficker, a rapist, a pornographer, all these things, it goes away. [10:43] Because we're in front of a great judge there, Judge Joseph Curley, G. Joseph Curley. [10:48] He's a former trial lawyer. [10:50] He's on the law. [10:50] He's not political. [10:52] And we haven't even lost a material hearing there in three years. [10:55] We're doing great. [10:56] And I'm not overselling anything. [10:58] That is a fact. [10:59] So if we win there, the enemies of Tate, they all get defeated at one time. [11:04] So this is a political chop-up job. [11:06] This is a political kidnapping. [11:08] They want to grab Andrew and Tristan, get them out of an American jurisdiction into England and not Romania because they're being heard fairly over there now to make sure that the truth never sees the light of day. [11:21] So they're repackaging the arguments, and now they're adding sexual images of a minor and all this salacious and defamatory stuff because these are the worst and most horrible things that you could ever say about a man. [11:33] Sexual assault is the worst. [11:35] But now you want to equivocate him to Epstein? [11:37] That is the play here. [11:39] But I think any reasonable-minded person who has followed this story with any degree of attention understands that these types of allegations with minors and pornography, child stuff, has never been a part of the dialogue. [11:54] So all of a sudden, this is here now. [11:56] Most people are going, yo, they're going way above and beyond to smear these guys, to lock them up. [12:02] And this is the plan. [12:03] They get them to the United Kingdom. [12:05] They threaten them with 100 years in jail, or they say you can have a plea offer for maybe two to five. [12:10] You'll be out in a year and a half or two years. [12:12] If they take that deal, they lose all their wealth. [12:16] They lose their reputation. [12:17] And by the way, the allegations never have to get proven in court because they admit that they're guilty. [12:23] Governments force pleas from people all the time. [12:26] That's what they want to do because they're losing the war of public opinion, and they're losing the war in every court where you have a competent judge [12:34] who actually takes a look at the facts. [12:36] And, Joe, let me ask you, that was a great breakdown to know there. [12:39] And the last thing as we're looking at this, and they're going through this whole situation you're talking about, [12:45] how long are you guesstimating for this thing to take? [12:48] How long are they going to be staying here, going back? [12:50] What do you think that process is going to be? [12:52] That's an important question, Pat, and I'm glad that you raised it. [12:57] So typically it takes about 60 days. [13:00] Right now we went in front of the judge the other day, and we didn't even ask for them to get out. [13:04] We just said, judge, we'd like to have a private conversation with you, attorneys only. [13:08] On the 27th of this month, the judge granted that order. [13:11] We're going to have a scheduling order for a conference there where we will look at the briefing schedule going forward. [13:16] We have a lot of good arguments. [13:19] There are different things that the court needs to look at with regard to extradition. [13:23] And the prong that we're going to be talking about is special circumstances. [13:27] And we feel we have a meritorious case that we can prove to the judge that, hey, listen, one of the primary considerations here is a flight risk. [13:36] Generally, flight risk is a speculative analysis. [13:39] No need to speculate here. [13:41] These guys have been on judicial release in Romania, traveling the world, going back once a month, [13:45] and never missed a court appearance in their life. [13:47] They're not a flight risk. [13:48] These are guys who don't run. [13:50] They step in, and they lean into the process. [13:52] If they don't get bond, and the presumption is against bond, but we believe that we have special circumstances [13:58] where we can articulate to the court that bond is appropriate, especially because they have to litigate that case in Palm Beach. [14:04] But if we don't get bond, then the appellate process begins, and then the appeal to the executive begins. [14:11] And once we have a habeas petition in, that could take at least a year. [14:15] They typically take a year in Florida and everywhere else. [14:17] So we'd be looking at anywhere between 60 days to a year to get this squared away, depending on how the bond issue shakes out. [14:24] You know, what's amazing, Joe, I'll finish with this, is whether these allegations are true or not, it's their job to go prove it, and your job to defend your client. [14:34] That's what has to happen, right? [14:36] But if two years ago we ran a poll on Tate's, whether our audience, people supported them or not, 80% would be on their side. [14:46] The guys just ran a poll right now, and our audience, remember, this is a supportive audience. [14:51] This is not like it's a audience, you're on a different place. [14:54] It's at 50-50. [14:56] 50-50, they support them. [14:58] 50 doesn't support them. [14:59] So what does this mean? [15:01] This means either these things are working against them, or it means that we got work to do to make sure, you know, arguments are made for the audience to sit there and say they're innocent. [15:14] I mean, but the audience is definitely speaking up. [15:17] And it's not like it's an audience that hasn't seen their work multiple times here. [15:21] I think we've probably hosted them more than anybody else has on their show, and we've had a lot of great conversations together. [15:27] But something to think about, to see where the audience is at as these stories are, you know, of course, now it's going to get back into the news cycle, but we're going to be talking about this on a regular basis. [15:38] To me, UK has no credibility because when you have 250,000 people that have been raped, girls that have been raped, and we know the percentage of 87% of them being these Pakistani rape gangs, [15:49] and you do nothing about that, and the first Muslim that you pretty much go after is Andrew Tate, which becomes comical, you go after him, but not all the other. [15:58] They lose credibility. [15:59] They lose credibility there, but there is a percentage of the conservative camp in America that's sitting there saying, look, I don't know, I feel like there's something going on here, Vinny. [16:07] And just really quick, Joe, so he did a podcast, Andrew Tate, recently, I forgot the individual. [16:13] Jake Neal. [16:13] Jake Neal, three-hour podcast. [16:15] Jack Neal. [16:15] Jack Neal, I'm sorry. [16:16] Yeah. [16:16] Explaining that they're coming for him. [16:18] He kept a secret until something happened to him, and then this happened to him. [16:21] On the podcast, he said something along the lines that he rejected a $50 million offer to drop everything from, you know, the powers that be and go away. [16:30] So my only question is, he's getting offered this stuff. [16:32] Did he know that this was going to happen? [16:34] Did he have any inclination that this was going to go down? [16:36] Because, you know, why do an emergency podcast if nothing is going to go wrong? [16:41] It's almost as if he knew something was coming. [16:43] So anytime you reject that offer, you know something is going to come at some point. [16:48] And he rejected that offer, I want to say, somewhere around 2022, 2023, probably 2022. [16:55] And he had several of them. [16:57] That's a fact. [16:58] That's the truth. [16:59] When you reject that offer, it's only a matter of time before they come. [17:02] And they started coming, and they're going to keep coming until they get what they want. [17:07] They did it to Trump. [17:09] They're doing it to Tate. [17:10] And to your viewers, with all due respect, because I admire you and I appreciate your concern, listen to what we are saying. [17:18] When I first started litigating the January 6th cases, I was the only lawyer who stepped up and spoke out and said, hey, what's going on here is wrong. [17:28] There are a lot of problems with these cases. [17:30] These guys are being held in solitary confinement for months and years at a time. [17:34] Eventually, there's problems with what happened at the Capitol. [17:37] There's more than meets the eye. [17:39] The media is working, especially the leftist media, and certainly at some point Fox News, hand in glove with the Department of Justice to proffer a selective narrative to the public to impugn 2,000 American citizens and call them domestic terrorists, insurrectionists, and all these things. [17:55] It took us three years to change the narrative. [17:58] It took us a couple years as well to make the Trump pardons palatable to Trump, palatable and digestible to the American public. [18:06] And he signed them on day one because they were just and because they were proper and because that's what justice demanded. [18:13] I understand that it's difficult. [18:14] And I understand that the average American citizen, when they hear the Department of Justice saying something or a government like the U.K. saying that these charges are real and you should listen, that that comes with a certain amount of institutional credibility. [18:27] But when politics are behind the accusations, when politics and secret NGO money is funding this out-and-out international persecution of these guys, you've got to step back and you've got to say, has this happened before? [18:41] Yes, it's happened before. [18:42] Look no further than the president that you currently have in power. [18:46] Andrew has over 150 or maybe 165,000 people enrolled in his real-world college. [18:54] That is an army of millions of those men or those boys are right here in America. [19:00] That is the power to swing an election. [19:02] That is generational power over future elections, both domestically and abroad. [19:08] The powers that be know this. [19:10] The United Kingdom knows this. [19:11] The enemies of Andrew and Tristan in the conservative movement and the Gen Z in America know this. [19:16] And they want to lock them up and throw away the key to stop the type of pro-masculine, pro-traditional values. [19:23] Go out there, pro-capitalism. [19:25] You can be all you be if you love God and if you love your country and if you apply yourself in life. [19:30] The sky is the limit. [19:32] The future is bright, like you like to say, Pat. [19:34] And they want to kill him, throw him in jail, lock him up and throw away the key and call him a child rapist and call him a child molester for the specific purpose of discrediting him to make sure that his voice and his viewpoints are silenced once and forever. [19:47] And if they could do it to him, the next podcaster or the next young man that wants to step up, guess what? [19:53] The warning is if they do it to him, they're going to do it to you as well. [19:56] Joe, thank you for your time. [19:57] Great analysis. [19:58] And we will follow up with you as there's new things formulating as well. [20:02] But again, thank you for your time. [20:03] Pat, Tom, Vinny, Adam, it's a pleasure. [20:07] Thank you. [20:07] God bless you. [20:08] Thank you, Joe. [20:09] You as well. [20:09] Take care.
