[0:00] either commiserations what went wrong tonight um it's a big question can you be more specific [0:14] oh probably the start yeah i mean you can't win the game in the star but you can sort of lose it [0:19] um i just felt like we yeah um missed the star then all of a sudden you got a guy in the bin and [0:27] um kind of did it kind of did okay to you know minimize the damage there [0:36] to aid and then considered another one just half to half time so [0:41] um yeah i thought for the rest of the game we were sort of like for the rest of the game we [0:54] yeah like at least sort of kept ourselves in it and made a bit of a run at the end there but um [1:00] yeah the start was definitely a big factor is there any update on isaiah uh not really but [1:07] it doesn't look great so yeah will he have a scan here is he able to travel back with you guys [1:13] i don't know um lost to the warriors tonight bruce is coming next week for the finals [1:22] where are you guys placed now what do you mean are there worries about what might come [1:30] especially if isaiah's not there we're kind of still in front of you no i just no just worry about [1:37] this game we'll uh yeah i think there's a fair bit in there just to uh that we'll learn from and [1:44] move forward with us pretty obvious i think but yeah like obviously always a big loss and hard to [1:50] replace but that's how it goes and yeah so if that's the case we'll have to yeah it's a bit [2:09] hard when you lose but uh it's pretty clear that it was and um credit the warriors man they're too [2:14] good they uh yeah they started really well and kept kept the foot on the gas there uh especially [2:21] through the first half um yeah so that ultimately they were well-deserved winners having a great [2:29] season and yeah they're definitely going to be um a handful as the year goes on [2:34] nathan the same question as someone who's formative yeah it's sort of harder when you're [2:51] on the other side of it but um yeah it's probably a nostalgic feel walking out there and you know i've [2:57] been in the crowd numerous times and it's been packed and the warriors been making a run to the [3:01] finals so um yeah you know i think rugby league's in a great place in new zealand at the moment and [3:06] that was on on show tonight um and yeah worries are just too good they come out hard and fast and [3:12] punched in the face and we just didn't react quick enough so yeah it's mixed feelings [3:18] from your side of it it felt like if that game had gone maybe 10 minutes longer it would have really been [3:24] a different conversation was that how it felt on the field yeah um yeah i was sort of disappointed that [3:29] were just offside on that one because you know i thought if we could score that one then we're [3:34] yeah well and truly on our way to hopefully getting the win but um you know i thought i was proud of [3:39] the way we fought back could have been easy in such a big occasion with a crowd against you and the team [3:44] playing well to just sort of roll over but um we stuck at it and unfortunately you know our best footy [3:49] came with 20 minutes to go so you need to find that sooner and react better when you know we know [3:55] our team's playing well um but yeah you know you gotta um lick your wounds take your lessons from [4:02] this loss and as you said you know it's on to the roosters next week it's it's another tough game but [4:06] that's where we want to be when i test ourselves against the best and yeah [4:19] yeah i've got a lot of uh mates in in the other team and you know it's great to do battle against [4:25] and they're such great players and and competitors um yeah it's it's frustrating when you lose against [4:31] them but um it is good to catch up and you know i think there is a lot of respect between between [4:36] these two clubs and um yeah it's cool to see us you know up towards the top of the ladder but um [4:42] yeah i don't want to be losing to them too many more times [4:44] bill jackson it felt like he's really starting to grow into this role of being [4:50] the number two fullback behind bill and how happy are you with what he's done yeah well that that [4:55] game tonight will be great experience for him um uh yeah look he yeah he's done really well i reckon [5:05] learned it from a pretty good one in front of him and yeah experience is locked as i said tonight [5:10] learning will only make him better so yeah jack's got a pretty good career ahead of him i think happy to [5:17] happen i've still got a whole year to go so i'm pretty sure i'll be back but anyway i've got to [5:35] ask this the other day i love it here yeah yeah i've got great memories and you know i always love [5:42] coming back uh it's a bit harder to say that tonight but like in fairness um back to your earlier [5:49] question like it was a great occasion for the club and and their boys yeah certainly aimed up and um [5:55] did their fans proud so yeah that was good thanks man cheers man
