[4:43] This year marks the start of China's 15th five-year plan [4:47] for economic and social development. [4:49] The over 1.4 billion people of China, [4:53] drawing on the rich heritage of our over 5,000-year civilization, [4:57] are advancing Chinese modernization on all fronts [5:01] through high-quality development. [5:03] This year is also the 250th anniversary of American independence. [5:10] The over 300 million American people are reinvigorating the spirit [5:15] of patriotism, innovation and enterprise, [5:19] and ushering in a new journey for the development of the United States. [5:24] The people of China and the United States are both great peoples. [5:30] Achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, [5:34] and making America great again, can go hand in hand. This region and the world is a special world with the two of us united and together. [20:25] So the first industrialists and we have the power behind us, is to keep to the future of meeting congratulations and peace for us. [20:27] The current situation of our nation is a special world with the human rights and friendship, which comes from the domain of the United States. [20:31] The human rights and the world is the limit of confidence in our society and the peace and peace of mind, that we love ourselves.
