you like that design aesthetic i think all the power to you but it seems to me it looks dated the design looks dated relative to the detail and the just the the design has gone a different direction him it's been consistently positive oh crap kind of that's going to be a good one kind of thing so when you look at the initial buzz yeah i still don't wouldn't feel the pressure to po day one i mean i can think you know what five seven years ago we're poing day one po day one and we were all doing it oh yeah you know all the time all the time now it's like of that yeah i don't feel that pressure i personally don't feel that pressure oh no [00:02:16] Speaker 3: i i would say for me the only ones i feel like got a day one po j and d because you know they're gonna go sell out that night i'm sorry they are yep and uh lbs lbs yeah lbs sideshow aquaman only 100 and it's not sold out see what's that tell you now i do like that piece though i do too i like it it's my favorite aquaman they've the quantity that they're making both direct customer and indirect reseller so they're not it's my point is it's still going to be available not through yeah so whatever benefit you realize by going through them you won't get that you're gonna because suppose i from what i understand and i don't collect j and d but it prices go up pretty significantly oh yeah it goes up [00:03:12] Speaker 3: about five you know between depending on it depends on what it is yeah because then that's where the resellers and they all do it so don't i don't want to hear about it they all do it you're all guilty of doing it of like hike they see what the buzz is oh we're gonna hike this thing up a thousand dollars [00:03:33] Speaker 2: well and the thing is too i mean really when it comes to pre-ordering or doing any of this if you are willing to be patient and play the long game you can wait till it hits the secondary market yep and you get the deal yep you get the deal because joe schmo me is going to pay full price and it's either a year from now i'm going to go on big sale yep or somebody's going to sell it and it's going to be 300 off of what they paid because they can't get they can't sell it because no one's buying so i mean that does really beg the question about the pre-order is like you know is it is it worth it um that's a great question i mean i'm still somebody i feel like i still have kind of that old yeah that's right here but then you don't get the adrenaline hit and i think that that is still part of it at least for me like i'm i'm old school like did i order the riddler day one i did did i need to order the riddler day one nope nope i i didn't um i did get the regular uh i didn't feel like i needed to pay 500 more plus the shipping did you also see that the shipping was two boxes versus for the mac daddy for the mac daddy it's two boxes but if you just get the regular it's one and that's gonna drastically decrease the shipping cost for me so i don't know did are you guys at all interested in riddler at this point or hard pass it's a no-go my friend not my riddler i personally [00:05:08] Speaker 1: love sideshows and i know it's not third scale so i get it but i love i'm very happy with my sideshow [00:05:15] Speaker 2: now if if jay a month for now teases a riddler that's more hush riddler i would be inclined to [00:05:24] Speaker 1: maybe lose my deposit yeah if he depending on what it looked like i am largely out of the third scale game uh i'm enjoying the quarter scales and uh quite frankly the maneuverability i find it easier to kind of rearrange my collection and change displays and that kind of stuff with the quarter scales i like having some third skills a hush riddler could be a third skill to have that paired with the bat cave hush that could be that could be great really nice display i i could see doing that [00:06:01] Speaker 2: especially for an lbs piece their stuff is awesome would you rather have riddler or um hush to pair up with that if they prime one did a hush or james or uh or lbs did a hush hush [00:06:17] Speaker 1: that'd be tough it would really depend on the design yeah it would really because i've seen some custom hush designs out there prototypes and i'll be honest they look kind of plain they are they are a plain dude in a trench coat with his head wrapped up it's like yeah well and that's that's what prime one [00:06:38] Speaker 2: told me when i asked him i said i'd love to see a hush you're like we're not going to make hush yeah it's like it's i'd rather do dead man yeah which
