[47:02] I've spent my whole life around hard-working people, [47:04] and when I leave someone a tip, I want that money going to them, [47:08] not the government. [47:12] That's exactly what no tax on tips is all about. [47:15] The second initiative is Trump accounts. [47:23] For the first time, every newborn American child [47:26] will have the opportunity to begin building wealth from day one. [47:33] These accounts aren't just about investing money. [51:45] Every one of them was incredible. [51:47] But it was the thrill of the White House. [51:50] It was the whole thing. [51:51] It was just, I don't think it will ever be duplicated again. [51:54] It was the most successful fight, they say, ever. [51:58] Although I think Mike Tyson, he's here someplace. [52:00] He had some pretty damn good work, sir. [52:04] I better be careful. [52:11] But I'm thrilled to be back in the great state of Nevada, [52:14] where thousands of proud, hardworking American [52:17] and patriots are just doing their thing. [52:21] But before we begin, I want to send our love and heartfelt prayers [52:24] to the family and loved ones of the brave. [52:28] I hear he was an incredible young man, [52:31] Las Vegas police officer, Austin Abdel Nabi. [52:36] A lot of you knew him. [52:38] Who was shot and killed in the line of duty yesterday afternoon. [52:42] It was a big deal, a big story, and it should be a big story. [52:46] And gunned down by a savage criminal at just 30 years old. [52:52] And Austin died a hero, and he will never be forgotten, [52:55] never going to be forgotten. [52:57] So to every law enforcement officer here today, [53:01] we thank you for your service. [53:02] And we say God bless the men and women of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, [53:08] and frankly, all of law enforcement. [53:11] With the help of so many Nevada patriots here today, we have a lot of them. [53:21] In 2024, we won the state in a landslide. [53:24] It was a big, beautiful, well, no tax on tips didn't hurt, did it? [53:33] Remember I said it, I said, and by the way, I said it and I got it done. [53:37] You know, a lot of people say it, they don't get it done. [53:39] But I remember I said it, and then about a month and a half, two months later, [53:43] she came out and she said, that's Kamala, because by this time Biden was gone. [53:47] He went bye-bye. [53:49] And Kamala came out, she said, no tax on tips. [53:54] What does that mean? [53:54] She didn't know what it meant. [53:56] And people cast her aside, they didn't believe it. [53:59] She was a little late, she was a little bit late. [54:02] But right now, it's one of the best things. [54:04] I mean, it's one of the greatest things. [54:05] People are making a lot of money, no tax on tips, and it's great. [54:08] And the best thing, and the thing I'm most proud of, because a lot of people would say [54:15] it's a little bit, tends to be a Democrat state, but not one I'm running, because we [54:20] had more votes than any candidate in the history of Nevada. [54:24] Actually, by far, by far. [54:30] So every day since, I've been fighting for the people of Nevada like no president has ever [54:35] fought before, and the people of our country. [54:38] When we took office, we inherited a total catastrophe. [54:42] Biden and the radical left. [54:44] Democrats, I call them Democrats, because their policies are so dumb. [54:47] Dumb. [54:49] You exchange the E with the U, and nobody knows that dumb doesn't have a B. [54:56] Democrats. [54:57] I can't imagine I didn't think about that 10 years ago when I started this whole situation. [55:03] But the Democrats created the worst inflation in 48 years. [55:06] They had the worst inflation. [55:09] I inherited those high prices, just so you understand. [55:12] I inherited them. [55:14] Wide open borders with millions of people pouring in from all over the globe, from drug dealers [55:19] and people in prison. [55:21] They opened up their prisons from all over the world, including from the world's worst prisons, [55:27] mental institutions, insane asylums. [55:30] We had transgender for everybody. [55:33] We had men playing in women's sports. [55:37] How's that one? [55:40] We had a big win on that, as you know, in the Supreme Court. [55:44] Crime was ravaging our cities, and the whole world was laughing at us. [55:48] But they're not laughing anymore. [55:50] They're not laughing anymore. [55:51] They don't laugh. [55:52] They don't laugh anymore. [55:57] We had a president that nobody respected. [55:59] Nobody thought anything about him. [56:01] Everybody took advantage of him. [56:18] And less than two years ago, and you've heard this said, this was said by the king of Saudi [56:25] Arabia, he told me, a year ago, that time the dates were a little different, but the [56:30] statement was the same. [56:33] He said, President, a year ago, your country was dead. [56:38] It was a dead country. [56:40] We never thought it was coming back. [56:41] And now you have the hottest country anywhere in the world. [56:45] It's true. [56:46] The hottest country. [56:47] And I'm not getting credit from the fake news for what I've done. [56:55] I never have gotten credit. [56:57] I don't get credit. [56:58] Dana, I don't get any credit for anything. [57:02] Everything I do, even prescription drug prices, when they're down four, five, six hundred, think [57:08] of it, six hundred percent favored nations. [57:11] We had the highest prices in the world, and now we have the lowest prices. [57:16] The press won't write about it. [57:17] They don't give me any credit. [57:20] But look at the bright side. [57:24] I'm president, so you gave me credit. [57:26] Right? [57:27] You gave me. [57:35] Like, you know, you had a big election last night, and a lot of people running, and I endorsed [57:43] a lot of candidates. [57:44] And the end result, I was 28 wins and one loss. [57:51] It was a little bit of a person that I thought was a good person. [57:55] Didn't have much of a chance, but I said, I don't care. [57:57] I'm doing it anyway. [57:58] Good person. [57:59] Very good. [58:01] Very respected. [58:02] But nobody knew who the person was. [58:04] But it was 28 and one last night on endorsements. [58:07] And numerous of them were outliers. [58:10] You know, an outlier is a person that doesn't have a chance. [58:12] But if you studied the fake news today, you'd think that it was just the opposite. [58:17] It was like one in 28. [58:18] No, it was 28 and one last night. [58:20] And I have to be truthful because if I'm not truthful, look at all the press. [58:24] They have a lot of press here. [58:29] Well, this is all on live television. [58:31] Every word, if you make one little mistake, one little exaggeration, they go after you with. [58:39] Now, when Biden made mistakes, that's all he did is make mistakes. [58:42] Nobody ever went after him. [58:44] But all they talked about was the one. [58:47] And that's why they call them the fake news. [58:50] You know, it's just pretty bad. [58:53] But they really do want to take a look at the facts. [58:58] They don't want to see. [58:59] They don't want to have you see the facts because what we've done is really amazing. [59:03] We will really put it all together like you've never seen. [59:07] And that's what we've been doing. [59:09] We've put it together at levels that have never been seen in this country before. [59:13] Just yesterday it was announced that American exports are totally on fire in a positive way. [59:18] This is a positive fire, not a negative. [59:21] Sometimes you say, oh, that's too bad. [59:23] You know, they'll say, that's too bad. [59:25] It's on fire. [59:26] It's on fire in a very positive way. [59:28] And they've skyrocketed exports to the highest level in American history. [59:35] Think of that. [59:35] Exports. [59:36] Think of that. [59:39] Think of what that means. [59:41] Exports have gone to the highest level in history. [59:43] That means somebody's doing a good job because we didn't we didn't have good exports. [59:49] Two years ago, we didn't have anything like that. [59:52] We had we were dead. [59:54] The United States is on track to export unprecedented two point five trillion dollars in goods this [1:00:00] year alone. [1:00:01] Something everyone thought was impossible. [1:00:04] Just a number like that was not even thinkable. [1:00:07] If I ever said it, I wouldn't have even said it because even I didn't think we could do that [1:00:11] well, but we did and I want to thank all of the policies and all of the things we put [1:00:18] it together between the tariffs that have been so it the tariffs have made us rich. [1:00:23] Remember, I used to say that tariffs are my favorite word. [1:00:27] I love tariffs. [1:00:28] My favorite word in the dictionary tariff. [1:00:31] I love tariffs, right? [1:00:32] Because we've been we've been screwed by tariffs used against us for years by China, by Japan, [1:00:38] by South Korea, by Germany, by everybody, by Canada. [1:00:43] Canada's nasty. [1:00:45] They are. [1:00:46] They're nasty. [1:00:46] People think Canada did nasty people. [1:00:49] I love the people, but they're nasty, nasty leadership. [1:00:53] And Mexico, they all did it to us. [1:00:56] But now that doesn't work anymore because we turn the table and everybody. [1:00:59] And that's why you're seeing numbers like you've never seen before. [1:01:02] This week, as an example, it was announced that manufacturing is exploding at the fastest [1:01:09] pace in many years. [1:01:10] Nobody thought this would ever happen again. [1:01:13] Do you remember? [1:01:13] Did you ever hear of a man named Barack Hussein Obama? [1:01:16] He said he said we will never be a manufacturing country again. [1:01:22] And he meant it. [1:01:24] He meant it. [1:01:25] We were it was pathetic what had happened. [1:01:28] Our businesses were stolen by foreign countries. [1:01:31] They're all coming back. [1:01:32] They're coming roaring back more automobile factories are being built in the United States [1:01:39] right now than at any time in the history of our country. [1:01:44] Think of that. [1:01:45] We didn't have a plant built for years. [1:01:47] And now we have more plants are all coming back from Germany, from South Korea, from Japan, [1:01:53] from Canada and from Mexico, from all over. [1:01:56] They're coming back because if they don't, they have to pay massive tariffs at the gate. [1:02:02] I call them tariffs at the gate. [1:02:04] But it is true. [1:02:05] I was criticized very badly because I said it was my favorite word. [1:02:09] They said, what about God? [1:02:11] What about wife, family? [1:02:13] What about all of the things that make your life so wonderful? [1:02:18] So I moved it to my fifth favorite word. [1:02:21] And now, no, the press was, the press, the press was killing me. [1:02:33] I'll never forget. [1:02:34] And I said, tariff's my favorite word. [1:02:36] I love it. [1:02:36] I got killed. [1:02:38] But now I say it's number five and I'm in good shape. [1:02:42] But it has. [1:02:43] It's made us rich. [1:02:44] It's made us rich. [1:02:45] We're taking in hundreds of billions of dollars. [1:02:48] More importantly, in order to not pay the tariff, all these companies are moving in and building [1:02:54] their plants, a lot of them being built in Nevada, a lot of them. [1:03:01] And that man right there, Mr. Wall, please stand up. [1:03:04] Look at him. [1:03:05] He's a rich guy. [1:03:07] Could you believe? [1:03:09] You know what? [1:03:10] He's a rich guy because he must have been to 300 rallies. [1:03:14] I think more than that. [1:03:15] He's loaded. [1:03:17] I had him checked out a little bit shaky there. [1:03:19] I'm saying, what's with that guy with the wall outfit? [1:03:22] I'm going to get one of them. [1:03:23] I'm going to wear it one time, I'm telling you. [1:03:26] And they checked him out. [1:03:52] But here in Nevada, we've created over 40,000 new jobs and lifted nearly 100,000 Nevadans [1:03:59] off of food stamps. [1:04:00] And they don't want to be on food stamps because they've got new jobs. [1:04:03] They've got jobs. [1:04:05] They don't need food stamps. [1:04:07] Last month, inflation dropped at the fastest rate. [1:04:10] It's dropped in many years. [1:04:12] And more Americans are working today. [1:04:14] So the biggest thing for this whole thing, more Americans are working in the United States. [1:04:19] United States right now than at any point in the history of our country. [1:04:25] Think of it. [1:04:34] Think of it. [1:04:35] You don't hear that. [1:04:37] I saw polls today on television. [1:04:39] I say Donald Trump polls on the economy aren't good. [1:04:42] The economy is the greatest economy we've ever had by far. [1:04:46] The economy aren't good. [1:04:48] They're fake polls, just like fake writers. [1:04:50] But think of it. [1:04:51] And his stance on immigration. [1:04:54] Immigration? [1:04:56] In 30 days, I stopped millions and millions of people from invading our country. [1:05:02] Think of it. [1:05:11] Our country was being invaded. [1:05:14] 25 million people poured through our southern border. [1:05:19] And they came from jails. [1:05:21] And they were drug dealers. [1:05:22] And they were people from mental institutions. [1:05:26] They were mental institutions all over the world. [1:05:28] Not just South America. [1:05:29] All over the world. [1:05:30] They opened their doors. [1:05:31] They brought them into the southern border. [1:05:33] And they released them into our country. [1:05:35] We're getting them all out. [1:05:36] They're all getting out very fast. [1:05:37] They're all getting out very fast. [1:05:42] But think of it. [1:05:43] Nobody ever thought a thing like this could happen. [1:05:46] And in the last 15 months, and these are reports, and you've heard me say this before. [1:05:53] It's 14, it's 13, it's 12, depending. [1:05:55] But now it's 15 months, right? [1:05:58] Not one person has been allowed to come into our country illegally. [1:06:03] And that's been done by the Democrats who do the reports. [1:06:08] I'm sure they're happy ones. [1:06:09] You can't have a country without a border. [1:06:14] You can't have a country without a border. [1:06:17] And you can't have a country without free and fair elections, too. [1:06:22] So we want voter ID. [1:06:24] And we want proof of citizenship. [1:06:29] But we are doing, we're rocking, we're rolling. [1:06:31] This country is great. [1:06:33] What's happening to this country is great. [1:06:35] And, you know, ultimately, they're not going to be able to stop this because what's happening is doing good. [1:06:41] But think of that. [1:06:42] I get criticized on immigration. [1:06:44] When I took over, millions of people were pouring into our country. [1:06:49] Millions. [1:06:50] And they weren't necessarily, I don't want to say it, but they weren't necessarily the people you want. [1:06:55] Because they did. [1:06:56] They came from jails from all over the world. [1:06:59] They came from all of these different places. [1:07:02] Drug deals. [1:07:03] 11,888 murderers. [1:07:07] 50%, more than 50% of whom created or killed more than two people. [1:07:15] So think of this. [1:07:16] So you had 11,888. [1:07:19] That's the number of murderers that came in, according to every statistic. [1:07:22] And we checked the charts. [1:07:25] 11,888 murderers. [1:07:28] Many of these people killed more than one or two people. [1:07:32] And do you think they're going to be great citizens? [1:07:34] They're not. [1:07:35] They came in totally unchecked, totally unvetted, and our country was a mess. [1:07:42] Our country was going down, and now our country is really, it's strong again. [1:07:46] And it's respected. [1:07:47] And the stock market has set 74 all-time highs just since our short time that we've been back. [1:08:02] You know, we had the greatest economy in the history of our country in my first term. [1:08:05] You know that. [1:08:06] This is going to blow it away. [1:08:08] It already is, I think. [1:08:09] But this is blowing it away. [1:08:11] 74, the highest stock markets in history. [1:08:16] Yesterday it went up almost 1,000 points, right? [1:08:18] And the typical American 401k is up much more than $30,000 and setting records day after day, week after week. [1:08:29] And more money is being invested right now in the United States than at any time in the history of our country. [1:08:40] Money is pouring into it. [1:08:41] They want to invest in the United States. [1:08:43] Before, they wanted to de-invest. [1:08:45] They wanted their money out. [1:08:46] That's what was happening. [1:08:48] People were taking their money out. [1:08:49] Now they're all putting it in. [1:08:50] And they love the safety of this country as run properly by us. [1:08:55] And it's not me. [1:08:55] It's us. [1:08:56] Because you're the people that built the country. [1:08:58] Believe me. [1:08:58] In four long years of sleepy Joe Biden and the very corrupt, and it was the most corrupt administration, they got less than $1 trillion of new investment in that country. [1:09:14] So think of this. [1:09:15] Four years. [1:09:16] Not one year. [1:09:16] Four years. [1:09:17] Less than $1 trillion invested. [1:09:20] And it was going down. [1:09:22] They would have had de-investment, it's called. [1:09:24] In one year, so he had four years, less than one. [1:09:28] In one year, my administration secured commitments of more than $19.2 trillion in new investment from all over the globe. [1:09:38] And that's a record that's five times greater than any country in history. [1:09:50] Think of that. [1:09:50] You know, the sad part is, I say this to Dana because he understands, I say it to Fertitta, the brothers, they're smart, they're beautiful families, are they loaded, they're loaded. [1:10:04] They own this hotel, you know, they own this beautiful hotel, which I'm sure is doing well because everything they have does well. [1:10:13] And a guy like Phil Ruffin's here, one of the greatest gamblers in the world, but also one of the greatest businessmen in the world. [1:10:20] He made a fortune here, but he made a fortune every place he goes. [1:10:23] He just makes money. [1:10:24] I don't know, he's a money machine. [1:10:26] The great Phil Ruffin. [1:10:27] And Alexandra, his incredible, his much more incredible wife. [1:10:33] I'm more impressed by her. [1:10:35] But Phil has made a fortune no matter where he went. [1:10:38] Everything he touches turns to gold. [1:10:39] He's incredible. [1:10:40] We have incredible people here. [1:10:42] But right here in Nevada, General Motors and Lithium Americas are investing up to $1.6 billion to build the Thacker Pass mine. [1:10:53] Many people in this audience are going to be working there, and you are working there. [1:10:57] And Forge Industries and others are investing $150 million in manufacturing facilities in north of Las Vegas. [1:11:06] And we have, in just this small area, you have your governor here today, in just this small area, who's running. [1:11:13] And will you please win by a big number? [1:11:16] Where's our governor? [1:11:18] Where's our governor? [1:11:20] He's doing a great job. [1:11:28] You've got to get him. [1:11:29] He's in a re-election. [1:11:30] I can't believe time flies so fast, governor. [1:11:32] Very importantly for the people of the state, with the help of our Republican majorities in Congress, last year I signed the great, big, beautiful bill, giving you the largest tax cuts in American history. [1:11:46] You've got no tax on tips that Dana was talking about. [1:11:52] So if you're a waiter, a waitress, a bartender, a bellhop, a caddy, I love caddies, a valet, a hotel worker, a taxi driver, in Las Vegas or anywhere else, anywhere, you pay zero taxes on your tipped income. [1:12:10] You know, I was having dinner with a group of people, including Ruffin, and we were talking, a lot of people, smart people, and a beautiful waitress came over. [1:12:21] I'm not allowed to say that today, but I'll say it anyway. [1:12:24] She was beautiful. [1:12:25] What can I say? [1:12:26] She was beautiful. [1:12:27] In my place, steak, good steak, by the way. [1:12:31] So we're eating, and this beautiful young lady walks over. [1:12:34] And I said, how are you doing? [1:12:35] Everything good? [1:12:36] I said, sir, they're taxing me to death. [1:12:40] I said, really? [1:12:41] What are they taxing? [1:12:42] They're taxing my tips. [1:12:43] Sir, they should have no tax on tips. [1:12:46] I said, say it again. [1:12:48] Say it again. [1:12:48] Say those words again. [1:12:51] Sir, they should have no tax on tips. [1:12:53] I said, boy, that got me. [1:12:54] I think that, Governor, I think that might have gotten me this massive victory that we had in this state. [1:13:01] And I went out, and we had those people. [1:13:07] See all those people back there? [1:13:08] The fake news. [1:13:10] And in the middle of my meal, in the middle of my meal, I gathered them together right out the door to the steakhouse. [1:13:21] And I said, are you ready to go? [1:13:23] Yes, yes, sir, we're ready. [1:13:25] The camera's. [1:13:26] We will have no tax on tips. [1:13:30] And it became an overnight sensation. [1:13:36] That's how it happened, actually. [1:13:39] She was my consultant. [1:13:41] She did a better job than, you know, you hire these people, you pay millions of dollars. [1:13:45] They don't come up with crap. [1:13:47] It takes a waitress from Las Vegas to give us some good ideas. [1:13:53] And then we also gave you something that some of you are, especially if you're in the construction stuff that I love. [1:14:05] But no tax on overtime. [1:14:07] You know, last week, I'm building this big military complex, including a lot of different things. [1:14:15] And some of the things I can't even talk about, although it's become very public. [1:14:18] Because like usual, everything I do, they get sued. [1:14:20] But I win the suits. [1:14:23] I've been sued. [1:55:09] In Lyon County, ICE arrested an illegal alien convicted of two counts of sexually assaulting a child. [1:55:17] He was vicious as you could be. [1:55:20] The police almost didn't. [1:55:22] And they are a great — they are law enforcement. [1:55:25] We have to have a hand for law enforcement. [1:55:27] They said this was so bad, they almost didn't know what to do. [1:55:37] But they did know they'd take him away. [1:55:39] That's why under the Trump administration, we will always stand with ICE and Border Patrol and law enforcement. [1:55:45] We will always stand strong with law enforcement. [1:55:50] And we're also kicking all of these millions of illegal aliens off of our welfare. [1:55:59] And it's part of the war on fraud led by our great vice president, J.D. Vance. [1:56:08] He's doing a great job. [1:56:09] And as illegal aliens go home, the cost of rent, groceries, and other staples is coming down very fast. [1:56:19] Our costs are coming way down. [1:56:21] You know, they talk about affordability. [1:56:23] I took over the country. [1:56:25] The prices were through the roof. [1:56:27] In my first day, the press said, what are you going to do about affordability? [1:56:31] It was a word they devised, affordability. [1:56:34] They never used that word before. [1:56:36] They said, eggs are way too high, four times higher than they were in my administration. [1:56:44] I said, tell me about eggs. [1:56:45] Give me a little description of what you — I was there one day. [1:56:48] I had just won the election. [1:56:50] It was January 21st, one day after I — I gave one day away. [1:56:55] I didn't do a press conference. [1:56:56] Biden would go a whole year without doing a press conference for obvious reasons — for [1:57:00] very obvious reasons. [1:57:02] But we've been bringing down prices. [1:57:05] And as soon as this situation ends with Iran, oil is going to go down to the floor. [1:57:10] Gasoline is going to go down. [1:57:11] And we will have completed something in a short period of time. [1:57:15] That is a miracle. [1:57:17] But remember, we inherited the worst inflation in the history of our country. [1:57:22] You've got to remember that. [1:57:23] And we took it over. [1:57:24] What a mess it was. [1:57:25] And we're bringing down prices. [1:57:27] And we brought down prices. [1:57:29] And nobody can believe what's going on. [1:57:31] And when gasoline, when oil goes down — and it's going to go down very rapidly, [1:57:35] and it's happening very soon — already happening, if you look. [1:57:38] Today it's $75 down to $75. [1:57:41] It's dropping. [1:57:42] And we may have to send it up again. [1:57:45] We may have to — you know what happens when we send it up. [1:57:48] But we hope we don't have to. [1:57:50] But when that oil and gasoline go down, everything else follows. [1:57:54] But we've done a great job in reducing prices. [1:57:57] And we've done an unbelievable job in making our country really, really respected and successful again. [1:58:04] But under my most favorite nation policy on drug prices, just to finish up, [1:58:16] we're delivering the largest prescription drug price cuts in the history of our country, [1:58:21] with price differences of 400, 500, and 600 percent. [1:58:27] You know, my first term, I was the only president that over a one-year period I got the prices down. [1:58:33] They came down a little bit from January to the end of December. [1:58:36] And I'll tell you how much they came down. [1:58:39] One-eighth of a percent. [1:58:42] Now you hear price differences of 500, 600, 700 percent. [1:58:47] That alone should win us the midterms, because that has an impact on everything. [1:58:52] And the Democrats will go back to the policies they gave you. [1:58:59] We had the highest prices for prescription drugs of any country in the world. [1:59:04] And now we have the lowest because of one person happens to be the president of the United States. [1:59:11] And in just 18 months, we've turned this country completely around. [1:59:20] Our border is secure. [1:59:22] Jobs are up. [1:59:23] Inflation is down. [1:59:24] Investment is pouring in like never before. [1:59:27] Factories are opening. [1:59:28] Our military is more powerful than it has ever been. [1:59:32] America is back, and our greatest victories are still to come. [1:59:35] We are having victory, and we're going to keep it that way. [1:59:38] Victory after victory. [1:59:40] And with the help of our Republican majorities in Congress, we will crush violent crime, impose [1:59:48] harsh new penalties on dangerous repeat offenders, crack down on Marxist prosecutors and rogue [1:59:55] judges who are a horror show for our country.
