[0:00] And I'm honored to welcome him back to Michigan. [0:03] Eight years ago, I warned about the coming onslaught of Marxism in this country. [0:07] I was ridiculed. [0:09] People said I was fear-mongering. [0:10] Well, welcome to 2026. [0:13] Socialism is no longer on our doorstep. [0:16] It's inside the House. [0:18] The Democrat Party you used to know is gone. [0:21] In its place is a movement of radical extremists, [0:24] the slickest of whom campaign as moderates [0:26] and then govern like Marxists as soon as they're elected. [0:29] Michigan now has a choice in this election. [0:32] Freedom or socialism? [0:34] Common sense or crazy? [0:36] What works versus what doesn't? [0:39] Here's the bottom line. [0:40] The people taking control of today's Democrat Party [0:43] hate their own president, and they don't like America. [0:46] They believe America is an evil and racist nation [0:49] founded on bad principles by bad people. [0:51] They are wrong, and they are dangerous. [0:53] But there's another way, the right way. [0:56] We stand for the national anthem. [0:58] We recite the Pledge of Allegiance. [1:00] We affirm the Declaration of Independence, [1:02] the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. [1:03] We are proud to be Americans, [1:10] and we are proud to have a president who loves this country, [1:13] believes in the greatness of this country, [1:15] and is willing to tell the truth about the radical left [1:17] that wants to tear down our republic, [1:19] abandon the American dream, and turn that back on God. [1:22] My dad faced incredible hardship in pursuit of that American dream. [1:29] At times, he was treated poorly and unfairly, but he kept fighting. [1:33] He never gave up, and he built a business out of nothing. [1:37] My father and mother moved our family from poverty to prosperity [1:40] in a single generation. [1:41] I'm not standing here because of socialism. [1:45] I'm standing here right now because free enterprise and self-determination work. [1:49] I'm standing here by the grace of God and because of the American dream. [1:58] When I look at my three sons, who I happened to get to see yesterday for about three hours, [2:02] I'm reminded every single day that we live in the greatest country on earth, [2:06] and like America, our story didn't begin with us. [2:09] 150 years ago, Abraham Lincoln warned us, [2:12] America will never be destroyed from the outside. [2:14] If we falter, if we lose our freedoms, it'll be because we destroyed ourselves. [2:19] A century later, Ronald Reagan reminded us, [2:21] freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. [2:25] It isn't passed to our children in the bloodstream. [2:28] It must be fought for, protected, and handed to them to do the same. [2:32] But today, today, too many young people don't believe anything matters anymore. [2:38] They've lost hope. [2:40] Because when leaders in Michigan tell them that babies are expendable, [2:44] gender is fluid, parental rights are optional, and nuclear families are obsolete, [2:48] when they create a state when our young people are so indebted to their past [2:52] that they're forced to rent their futures, [2:54] when they teach victimhood in classrooms and build a culture [2:57] where everyone is entitled to their own truth and no one's entitled to their own opinion, [3:00] what's the point? [3:02] Why stay in Michigan? [3:02] To those young people, I offer a reply. [3:07] You were created in God's image, bought at a price, and built for a purpose. [3:15] You are an American. [3:17] You have greatness in your DNA, and freedom is your birthright. [3:21] I believe with all my heart that our young people don't want socialism. [3:25] They just want the pain to stop. [3:27] But the people in this room today understand something very important. [3:31] We don't underestimate the appeal of socialism for those whom the status quo has failed. [3:36] If the American dream is going to prevail, if we're going to defeat socialism, [3:41] if we're going to save a generation, we can't just say socialism sucks [3:45] and assume that people who suffered under Democrat rule in Michigan for the past eight years will join us. [3:50] We must show them something better. [3:53] Together. [3:54] Together. [3:55] One team, one fight. [3:58] And together, we will show them a Michigan where quality education is a basic civil right and a sure pathway to hope and prosperity. [4:08] We will show them a Michigan where an accident, an illness, or the cost of basic utilities doesn't leave a family in financial ruin. [4:15] We will show them a Michigan that protects our communities from tyrants without leaving our children vulnerable to terrorists. [4:20] We will show them a state where the son of a slave can become a sharecropper, the son of a sharecropper can become a mason, [4:26] the son of a mason can become a truck driver, and the son of that truck driver can be standing before you here today [4:31] in the state of Michigan, about to be Michigan's next governor. [4:35] That is what's possible in our state. [4:45] We will answer the socialist politics of envy and confiscation with a bold, positive, conservative agenda [4:52] of policies that are working in the red states that our young people are fleeing to. [4:57] We will prove that freedom and free enterprise and personal responsibility [5:01] lift every one of us without sacrificing compassion for any of us. [5:06] And future generations, we will defeat the lie of socialism with the truth. [7:05] I was on my way back from picking my kids up from school. [7:09] And my daughter Eleonora was probably about six or seven years old. [7:13] And we see one of these parked on the side of the road. [7:15] And she's like, Dad, that car looks awesome. [7:17] I'm like, it is awesome. [7:18] And she goes, can we steal it? [7:21] And I was like, Eleonora, this isn't New York. [7:26] This is Eaton County, Michigan. [7:29] And guys like Doug Lloyd would put me in jail for that. [7:32] So there are still a few places in the world where they actually enforce the law. [7:39] And it turns out Eaton County, where we live, is one of them. [7:41] So I'm glad that Doug is here. [7:47] Sadly, it meant we didn't go home with a Corvette that day. [7:49] But to anybody here at GM, if you'd like to trade, I do have a Buick Enclave built in Delta Township [7:58] just down the road, willing to trade for a Corvette, just let me know. [8:04] And thank you to all of our workers here, those of you that work hard every single day [8:09] to put America on wheels and to provide opportunities and livelihoods for families all across America, [8:15] but especially here in Michigan. [8:16] You know, when you think about what we're looking at in the world right now, [8:22] I want to take you back about 100 years ago. [8:25] The first paved mile of road was built in Detroit on Woodward Avenue. [8:31] It cost $11,000 to do that. [8:34] If you were to just index it to inflation, that would cost about half a million dollars in today's money. [8:41] But it actually costs about $5 million to pave a mile of road in America today. [8:46] There's regulation, there's bureaucracy, there's burdensome rules, and all of these other things that go into that. [8:54] Ten times more than just the inflationary effect of what that would cost. [9:00] Those are a sign of broken government and broken processes when government gets too big and things get out of control. [9:07] That's what President Trump is facing. [9:09] That's what he's standing up against. [9:10] That's what we're standing up against in Congress and what we need to do to continue that fight to just restore basic common sense back to our country. [9:20] You know, all of you have heard a summary of the good things that we've done through the working families tax cuts. [9:26] Things that I'm very proud of. [9:28] An increased child tax credit, permanently increasing the child tax credit to make life a little bit easier to raise a family in America today. [9:37] Something that I'm thankful for with four kids of my own, I can tell you. [9:41] But also the adoption tax credit. [9:43] We increased that significantly so that every American who wants to provide a loving home for a child should be able to afford to do that. [9:52] It can be $20,000 or $30,000 to go through the adoption process in America today. [9:57] Let's make that more affordable for people. [9:59] We're working hard to get more Americans into their first home. [10:02] You heard from Mike Rogers, the average age of a first-time homebuyer today is over 40 years old. [10:08] I bought my first home four days after I came home from Iraq. [10:12] I was 27 years old, I think. [10:15] And that's out of reach for too many Americans. [10:18] And it sets us back. [10:19] It delays starting a family and doing the other things you need to do that are so important. [10:24] And these are really critical. [10:26] We also, of course, gave no taxes on overtime. [10:28] So all of you workers that are working an extra shift, no taxes on the overtime that you're making. [10:33] Everybody who's out paving roads on a day like today in Michigan where we're paving our roads so that, you know, we have a little bit better roads to drive down. [10:41] No taxes on the overtime that they're doing. [10:44] And no taxes on tips and Social Security wages. [10:47] I introduced a bill with some of my colleagues in Washington, D.C. to make no tax on health care so that every American can open an HSA. [10:56] Introduced another bill to increase the amount that our health insurance companies have to pay out in claims for the premium that we're paying. [11:05] How many of you feel like we're paying more and more and more for premiums every single year and getting less and less for it? [11:13] Our deductibles go up. [11:14] The covered procedures are less. [11:16] Let's put you in charge of your own health care. [11:18] Give every American a tax-exempt account and allow you to take ownership of your health by healthy groceries, gym memberships, all of these things that keep you healthier and allow you to take ownership of your health. [11:32] These are the reforms that we need to do. [11:35] And certainly not to be overlooked is securing our border. [11:39] One of the great privileges I've had serving in Congress is being able to attend the State of the Union Address. [11:50] I brought my dad as my guest. [11:52] I'd only been in office a couple of months for President Trump's first State of the Union Address. [11:58] And I think the greatest takeaway from that speech was when President Trump talked about securing the border. [12:03] Only about maybe six weeks into his term. [12:06] And he said, you know, Joe Biden told you you needed new laws to enforce our rules and secure our border. [12:13] You didn't need a new law. [12:15] You needed a new president. [12:18] And what have we seen? [12:21] We've seen record low border crossings. [12:24] And for the first time in my life, we've actually seen a drop in fentanyl overdose deaths in America. [1:20:41] They didn't have planes in those days, I don't think. [1:20:43] He didn't want anything. You know what he wanted? [1:20:46] A Cadillac every two years. [1:20:50] This was to him. This was to him, the sign of luxury. [1:20:56] This was the greatest thing. [1:20:57] And he got every two years, like you could count on it. [1:21:02] You could set your clocks by it. [1:21:03] And by the way, speaking of that, let's get rid of daylight saving time stuff, okay? [1:21:08] We have a bill in. Hopefully the Senate's going to approve that one. [1:21:13] The House approved it and we're going to get rid of that. [1:21:16] Just to mention, you know, it's called the weave, right? [1:21:34] He wouldn't have to hire a chauffeur. [1:21:36] He could drive it himself or he could have somebody else, but he could also drive it himself. [1:21:40] Did you ever hear that? This could be a new concept for a car. [1:21:43] But I had a wonderful father and he loved Cadillac. [1:21:46] And I'm thrilled to be back in this beautiful state, and I'm honored to be the first sitting president [1:21:51] to visit one of the most storied places in the history of American automaking, [1:21:57] and that's the world-famous General Motors Proving Ground. [1:22:06] And we just got back. We watched some cars, and they are beautiful cars. [1:22:10] But I was very also impressed with that. [1:22:12] That was the largest piece of asphalt I think I've ever seen. [1:22:15] I've seen a lot of big asphalt, but I've never seen one that big. [1:22:19] I said, you've got to be kidding. But over 100 years, General Motors carved a five-and-a-half-mile test track [1:22:26] out of Michigan Earth and built a crucible for American cars that would change the world. [1:22:31] And that's what happened. You have changed the world. [1:22:34] And maybe more importantly, you have made a comeback like very few companies. [1:22:38] You are doing really well. [1:22:39] And Mary and your whole group have done a fantastic job. [1:22:43] They love their cars. One of the top executives I just met, he was showing, he said, [1:22:51] you know, sir, I just love the cars. I just love these cars. And I thought that was nice. [1:22:56] This land bears the tire marks of every model of the legendary Chevy Corvette. [1:23:02] It bears the scars of the first auto safety test, and that was probably pretty tough. [1:23:07] And ever since the presidency of the late, great Ronald Reagan, who in all fairness, who I liked, [1:23:14] but he did allow our cars to disappear into Japan and other locations. We cannot do it. [1:23:19] We love him. But on trade, Trump is much better. Much better. [1:23:26] But this facility is proudly designed, built, and tested. [1:23:30] The presidential limousine, affectionately known as the Beast. Have you heard of it, Mr. Mayor? [1:23:37] I want to thank the CEO of General Motors, Mary Barra, as well as the president, Mark Royce, [1:23:44] and the entire leadership team. Mark, really great. Great job. [1:23:49] The whole leadership team, the job that you've done over the last number of years, especially, [1:23:53] has been incredible. And it's a display of speed and skill. [1:23:57] Horsepower goes into these cars, and everyone's talking about General Motors, including me. [1:24:02] That's why I'm here. [1:24:03] And more importantly, thank you to the autoworkers, the technicians, the mechanics, [1:24:09] the welders, the engineers of General Motors, because there's no finer group of people. [1:24:19] And it was workers like you who built this country, and now it's the men and women like you [1:24:26] who are making it bigger, better, richer, and stronger than ever before. [1:24:30] We are doing unbelievably well as a country. We're building more auto factories and more plants [1:24:37] than at any time in the history of our country. [1:24:41] And someday the fake news is going to be writing stories about it. [1:24:45] They don't like to write those stories. That's why they call them the fake news. [1:24:50] But for decades, the autoworkers and manufacturers of this great state were sold out and betrayed [1:24:55] by globalist politicians and corrupt special interests who let other countries steal your jobs, [1:25:02] pillage your factories, and loot the crown jewels of American industry from Detroit and all over our country. [1:25:08] They were ripping us off, not only in the auto business, but in many other businesses. [1:25:13] Every president before me promised to stop it, but none of them did anything. [1:25:18] They did nothing. But now, at long last, Michigan finally has a president who stands up for Michigan [1:25:28] autoworkers and puts America first. You know, you had a leader, I don't know if he's still with you, [1:25:38] Sean Fain or something. This guy was bad news. I never spoke to him, never saw him. [1:25:45] He was a Democrat. He thought that Biden or Kamala would be wonderful. [1:25:50] They would have, you would have, Mary Hayter said, you wouldn't have an auto industry right now [1:25:54] if they got elected. You wouldn't have an auto industry. But I don't know what happened to the guy. [1:25:59] Somebody said he got fired. But I can tell you, the people that count, those people love Trump. [1:26:07] Because I've done more for you than your parents, okay? Your parents are good. [1:26:13] I'm not going to knock your parents, but I have been better to you than your parents. [1:26:17] That I can tell you. And they would agree with me. Wherever they may be, they would agree. [1:26:23] Today, I'm proud to say that the auto industry is back and America is back and it's pulling Detroit [1:26:30] and Michigan along with it. Our country is so successful, it's pulling it along. But you have [1:26:36] some great representatives that are going to become governor, senator, congressmen, women. [1:26:43] But you're going to, you have some great people. I'm going to mention them in a second. [1:26:46] Because under sleepy Joe Biden, hold it. What's better, sleepy Joe Biden or crooked Joe Biden? [1:26:53] Let's go. Sleepy Joe Biden, crooked Joe Biden. They're both true. They're both very true. [1:27:04] The United States had the highest trade deficit ever recorded. So we had the worst trade deficit [1:27:10] and our country was losing more than $1 trillion a year on trade every single year. And it got worse [1:27:16] and worse. And if they were in there now, that number would be close to $2 trillion. The trade [1:27:22] deficit in automobiles was more than $300 billion annually. That means outside countries and [1:27:29] companies were coming in and just robbing us blind. And it was causing tremendous problems [1:27:35] for your jobs. But now all of that is changing because I placed historic tariffs on foreign producers [1:27:41] and manufacturers, including a 25% tariff on foreign automobiles, something that no other [1:27:50] president had the courage to ever do. He's a communist. He's a communist. Thank you. He's a communist. [1:28:13] We're running against communists. Now this is great. What's going on? But we're going to win very big. [1:28:20] No, I didn't even hear the guy. I think I got it. You see what they want to do? You see what they [1:28:30] want to do? They want to take your houses. They want to do things that nobody's ever even thought [1:28:35] of before. They want to take your money. They want to raise your tax up to 80%. I gave you the biggest [1:28:42] tax cut in the history of our country. So we'll keep it there. And I said this morning, I see this [1:28:52] morning, they also want to fire the police. They don't want police and they don't want prisons anymore. [1:28:56] I think that's a great idea. Does everybody like that idea? No police. They want no police and they [1:29:02] want no prisons. Where are these people coming from? But I also put a 25% tariff on all foreign [1:29:10] trucks. So I called Mary about a year ago and I said, I hear that foreign trucks are killing us. She [1:29:16] said, that's true. I said, congratulations. I'm going to put a 25% tariff on the foreign truck. [1:29:22] And you are doing a phenomenal business now with trucks. So they were killing us in trucks and now [1:29:32] we're killing them. My policy is simple. If you make your truck or your car in a foreign country, [1:29:37] you have to pay for the privilege of sending it into our market and make it a lot of money. But if [1:29:43] you build in a factory in Michigan or someplace in our country and make your automobiles or trucks [1:29:50] right here in America, you pay zero taxes, zero tariff. You pay zero, zero tariff. There are no tariff. [1:29:57] And we've taken in hundreds of billions of dollars for the country aside from it. But we keep [1:30:04] a lot. As an example, Europe is being taken over by the Chinese cars. You know that, right? [1:30:10] Mercedes-Benz is being absolutely decimated. BMW, good companies decimated. Volkswagen decimated. [1:30:18] They don't do anything about it. We don't have to, the best of my knowledge, Mary, one Chinese car [1:30:24] of the country. They have 100% tariff. And our automakers are doing, I think, business like you've [1:30:31] never done before. Right? Right? You're doing more business, better business, bigger business [1:30:37] than you've ever done before. In 18 months, we've slashed our trade deficit with China [1:30:42] by the largest amount in history. Nobody can believe it. You know, if you get it down a half a point, [1:30:48] it's a lot. We got our trade deficit down by 71%, 71% worldwide. One year ago, our country was dead. [1:31:03] And now we are the hottest country anywhere in the world. We're the hottest country. Everybody is [1:31:07] respecting us. You know, they respect us again. They respect the United States. I think they respect [1:31:14] us more than they've ever. And we did this in a year and a half. In four long years of sleepy Joe Biden [1:31:20] and his crazy administration, they're communists. They were communists. That was the beginning. [1:31:25] He wasn't because he had no idea what the hell was happening. They said, Joe, let's go communist. [1:31:31] He said, what is that exactly? They got less than $1 trillion. So think of it. In four years, [1:31:38] they had investment of less than a trillion dollars. Four years, less than a trillion. In one year, [1:31:44] my administration secured commitments of more than $19.2 trillion from all over the globe. [1:31:51] Think of it. One year, 19.2. If they got in, if they got in, and they were essentially, they didn't [1:32:03] think of themselves as communists, but they were. But now you have down and out communists. I mean, [1:32:07] these people are down and out. And remember, you go communist, nothing good happens. That's been proven [1:32:14] for a thousand years using different names. But right here in Michigan, General Motors is expanding [1:32:20] operations at its factory zero. Do you know what factory zero is? What the hell does that mean, [1:32:26] Mary factory? So you're going to have to explain. In Detroit to produce some of America's most iconic [1:32:31] vehicles, including the Chevy. Well, I hear it's good. Silverado, right? Silverado, really hot, right? [1:32:40] It's going to be hotter after today. The GMC Sierra, the world famous Hummer. I got to look at some of [1:32:48] these. In fact, I said to Mary, how about send me a couple? And one and only the Escalade. You know, [1:32:55] we ordered, I think, 250 Escalades, right? We ordered 250 Escalades. That's how we look sharp [1:33:05] in those cavalcades. You know, we look sharp in those Escalades. Our guys are very spoiled. [1:33:11] They're very spoiled. They like the Escalade. So do I. They were great to deal with General Motors. [1:33:16] They're making literally 250 of them. And it was about time. In 2026, GM increased truck and SUV [1:33:23] production by 20%. And in the past two years, the company's invested $9 billion in bringing [1:33:30] factories home to the USA. They're coming back home because, frankly, when they build here, [1:33:35] there's no tariff. It's really not complicated. A lot of people don't understand that. They say, [1:33:40] oh, what does it mean? They have no idea. They don't have a clue. But Mary understood it. Her whole [1:33:45] group understood it. And they're coming back home where they belong. So I just want to congratulate [1:33:49] General Motors. That's why I'm here today. I'm very proud of General Motors. For years, [1:33:54] you watch companies move production from America down to Mejijo. Mejijo. I love the way there's a [1:34:01] very nice president of Mexico. You know that. She's very nice. I've been complaining about it for many years. [1:38:10] On day one, I ended Biden's insane electric vehicle mandate that would have crushed the U.S. [1:38:16] auto industry forever, would have never come back. Remember that? Everybody was supposed to have an [1:38:21] electric car within, you know, 15 minutes. And I don't want to say this in front of Mary because [1:38:29] she'll change your mind, but it takes far fewer people to build an electric car. That doesn't mean [1:38:34] they work better, but it takes. And if you want an electric car, they make electric cars too. But if [1:38:39] you want to buy a combustion, if you want to buy anything you want, they make. We don't want to do [1:38:44] that stuff. But right now, we've been right on that bet. I said, no, it's not going to happen [1:38:48] that way. I terminated Biden's disasters. Cafe fuel standards. You know what that is? [1:38:54] That was a short road to bankruptcy for every single car company in this country and a total [1:39:01] disaster that would have killed the internal combustion engine. They wanted it dead within [1:39:06] five years. As long as I'm president, that will never happen. But it's really it's going in the [1:39:11] opposite direction. Remember, we have a thousand year supply of gasoline. China doesn't. China [1:39:22] doesn't. We have a thousand years. We have more gasoline. We have more oil. Now, when you add [1:39:28] Venezuela to it, we really have more oil one day. And Venezuela has been great. They've been doing a [1:39:36] great job. We're working with them. Take millions and millions of barrels of oil. But they're doing well [1:39:42] and we're doing well. One day, you know, a lot of people were against that war. We don't want the [1:39:48] veterans. What are you doing? What are you doing? After we won in about 48 minutes, approximately. [1:39:54] They said, oh, that was a good move. Well, the same thing's happening in Iran. People just don't see it. [1:40:00] We have destroyed their Navy. We've destroyed their air force. We've destroyed their leadership. [1:40:07] We've destroyed their anti-aircraft weaponry. Their drones are being made at a rate of about 7%. [1:40:14] We destroyed most of their drone manufacturing capability, their missile manufacturing capability. [1:40:23] And right now, they're talking to us about making a deal. But if we didn't do it tough, [1:40:28] there would be no talk. You know, for 47 years, which is really 50 because people have been using [1:40:32] 47 years for three years at least. But for 47 to 50 years, they have been talking. And all they do is [1:40:41] tap everyone along. They were the bully of the Middle East and they were the bully of us. And Obama [1:40:47] came along and gave them tens of billions of dollars. He gave them 1.7 billion in green cash. [1:40:53] Remember that? Put them on a Boeing 757, flew it to Tehran. 1.7 billion in green. He thought he could bribe [1:41:03] them. And instead, they thought, what a stupid country this is. How stupid? No, you can't bribe [1:41:11] them. You've got to beat them. And we're beating the hell out of them. But we'll see how it turns out. [1:41:18] Right now, they have very friendly negotiations going on. And by the way, how good is our Navy [1:41:24] with a blockade? How good? Now, one boat gets it. [1:41:35] And I approve the single largest deregulatory action in American history, repealing what is [1:41:40] known as the endangerment finding, which will save American families an average of almost $3,000 on [1:41:47] new cars, SUVs, and trucks. What a difference. And today, I'm giving all American car companies the [1:41:54] right to build what are known as tiny, little, tiny cars. You know what that is? Because I go over to [1:41:59] Europe, and I see these little cars all over the place. And I say, why aren't we making them? [1:42:04] They send some over. But Sean Duffy, the Secretary of Transportation, has just cleared it. I was with [1:42:11] him on the plane. I said, Sean, did you clear that? No, sir, not yet. I want it done now. Oh, [1:42:16] it's done. He knows what that is. He's very smart. He's a very smart guy. No, but you're all cleared, [1:42:22] Sean. So your company, Mary, if you want, I mean, you have the choice. It's a tiny, little, [1:42:28] beautiful, little car. I'm not sure I want to get hit by one of your Silverados, okay? Or one of [1:42:34] your Cadillacs. But you'll make them as safe as possible, right? You put a cocoon. You put a [1:42:39] little cocoon around them. See, I would have been a wonderful automobile designer. But you have the [1:42:45] right to do it. And they sell, you know, inexpensively. They're actually beautiful. I don't [1:42:50] know if I'm going to be using one. I'm not sure if Secret Service would love me driving around in [1:42:55] one. But there's a tremendous market for it, I think. It really is a tremendous market. They are [1:43:00] quite something. And thanks to our Republican majorities in Congress, we also made interest [1:43:06] on auto loans fully tax deductible, but only if the car is made in America. If it's not made in [1:43:14] America, if it's not made in America, we have no interest in doing that. And I apologize for the [1:43:23] air conditioning. But this room was not built for thousands of people. This room was built [1:43:28] for a few people making cars, not for thousands of people. And it is a little warm up here. But [1:43:34] I love that because every time I make a speech, I lose weight. It's wonderful. It's a wonderful [1:43:39] way to lose weight. Under our leadership, investment is booming, incomes are rising, and the stock market [1:43:45] has 73 all-time highs. Think of that. In a year and a half, we've had an all-time high. And your 401ks [1:43:56] are up by $32,000 and more in just a year. And one statistic that I say, because, you know, [1:44:06] the fake news, the reason they're fake news, they're terrible, terrible people in many cases, [1:44:11] not in all cases. You have some professionals. But they refuse to say there are more Americans [1:44:16] working today in the United States of America than at any time in history. How about that? [1:44:21] That's, to me, that's a stat that's hard to beat. And it was just announced that inflation [1:44:29] is dropping at the fastest rate in more than six years. We're dropping. You know, I inherited this [1:44:35] mess. I inherited an open border where millions, 25 million people came in. Many of these people were [1:44:40] criminals, murderers, people from jails, people from mental institutions. I inherited that. We've got a [1:44:46] lot of them out. And we're getting a lot of them out. We have to. We have 11,888 are murderers, [1:44:56] many of whom, they say more than 50 percent of whom killed more than one person. We don't want [1:45:02] them in this country. They allowed them to come in through the stupid open border. They came in like [1:45:08] water. You've seen it. And right now, it was just announced, again, this is now the 15th month in a [1:45:13] row. Zero people have come through our border illegally. Zero. But it all started. You know, [1:45:28] I won the election. We won in a landslide, by the way, and won this state so big. You know, [1:45:33] this is always a hard state. I don't know why it's hard to win, but it seems to be for [1:45:36] Republicans. But it probably won't be anymore. We have great candidates. But, you know, it's [1:45:41] really, it's really amazing. They always try and blame me for high prices. I have my first [1:45:47] news conference. I went, I have a news conference like a day later. And I say, [1:45:52] any questions? Why are prices so high? You have to understand, I just got there. They say, eggs. [1:45:59] I remember eggs. Eggs were like four or five times higher than they were a few years ago. [1:46:05] There was, you couldn't get eggs. They wanted me to use plastic eggs for the Easter egg hunt [1:46:09] because they were unable to get eggs. And I said, we'll take care of it. We got it taken care of [1:46:15] quickly. Now eggs are much lower than they were when we first started. And that's true with [1:46:19] everything else. And you'll see how true it's going to be after we get rid of the nuclear threat [1:46:24] of Iran, which will be very quickly. But I had nothing to do with it. You know, they have this term. [1:46:35] So here I am. I'm one day in office and the fake news goes, affordability, affordability. [1:46:43] I said, what's affordability? What's that all about? Prices are too high. I said, I'm here for less [1:46:48] than 24 hours. But we've brought down prices. Last week, it was announced that inflation's gone down [1:46:56] faster than at any time in the last six years. When the fuel comes down, which it did for a little [1:47:02] while, then they didn't behave. And I had to go back. And now they're behaving again. You know, [1:47:07] it's like playing a banjo. But every day we're fighting to put more money in your pockets. And [1:47:13] that's what we're doing. And we're doing it better than anyone at the same time. We're making this [1:47:17] country safe. Because we're not going to let lunatics have, we're not going to let lunatics [1:47:22] have a nuclear weapon. You want to see disruption? You want to see some disruption? But with the help [1:47:29] of our Republican majorities in Congress, I proudly signed the largest tax cuts in American history [1:47:36] for the second time. Because in my first term, we had the greatest economy in the history of our [1:47:42] country. We got hit with COVID at the end. But we and we did a great job in that operation warp speed [1:47:48] in the whole thing. We did a great job. Didn't get credit, but that's okay. But we had the greatest [1:47:53] economy in the history of the country. And we're blowing it away this time. We're blowing it away. [1:47:58] You're going to see the results very soon. I'm a little bit upset because in two and a half years, [1:48:03] you may have a different president. May. And that president will be saying how great the economy is [1:48:12] doing. Look at all the jobs that he produced. He didn't approve. We have more factories being built [1:48:17] that at any time in our country's history, they're all going to be opening now and soon. [1:48:23] And I got some guy or woman who is going to take credit for that. Will you please remember that [1:48:30] I did it. Okay. I did it. I did it. I'll be sitting home. I'll be reading the papers. I'll be watching [1:48:39] television. And I'll be having some guy like last time, a real idiot, stand up, say, [1:48:46] we are doing record business. We are making more automobiles. But by the way, don't worry about [1:48:51] it, Mary. They'll screw it up. It won't take them long to screw it up, but we're not going to let [1:48:55] that happen. Our great, big, beautiful bill gave us no tax on tips, no tax on overtime and no tax on [1:49:03] social security for our great seniors, right? That's our big deal. And the overtime you're working [1:49:10] and I don't know much, but I know you're making a lot of cars more than you've ever made before. [1:49:14] I assume, are they getting a little overtime here? Huh? She doesn't want to say it. I know you are. [1:49:22] No tax on that overtime. Think of the no tax on tips in Nevada. I went and a young lady came over, [1:49:28] a beautiful waitress. She was a waitress and very beautiful, but I'm not allowed to say that [1:49:33] politically because if you call somebody beautiful, that's usually the end of your political career. [1:49:38] But she happened to be beautiful, but she happened to be beautiful. And I say, what's going on, [1:49:45] sir? I'm getting killed with tips. I'm getting, sir, there should be no tax on tips. I say, what? [1:49:52] I'm sitting down with a group of people, very boring group. We're all bored at my hotel in Las [1:49:57] Vegas. And she comes up and she says, sir, there should be no tax on tips. I say, say it one more [1:50:03] time. And I went outside and I spoke to the fake news that follow me all over the world, looking for [1:50:08] me to make one little mistake. If I make one little mistake, if I mispronounce a word, which doesn't [1:50:14] happen often. If I fell, oh, they're waiting. They would love to. Because I knock. You know, [1:50:20] you can't fall every single time you come up on a dais like Biden did. Oh, if I slipped even a [1:50:25] little bit, there would be headlines all over the world. So I'm very careful, very judicious [1:50:31] as I walk down the airline way, way the hell up in the sky. I go nice and slowly. We don't want to [1:50:41] give them. But it's true. It's like what they do. I mean, it's so unfair. But they know how well [1:50:48] we're doing. And now they're starting to report it because they have no choice. Because every [1:50:51] record that's being broken, all these records that are coming out, not only in your business, [1:50:57] we're leading in AI. We're beating China in AI. Nobody expected that. We're building more plants [1:51:03] than anybody in the world. And frankly, the businesses are all moving. You know, many of these [1:51:07] businesses, they left here and they went to foreign countries. They went to Germany. They [1:51:11] went to Mexico and Canada. They went to Japan. They went to South Korea, car businesses, a lot [1:51:18] of businesses. And now they're coming back home where they belong. And according to a report [1:51:22] released just last week, the great big beautiful bill saved more than 170,000 Michigan jobs. You saw [1:51:31] that. Think of that. If you took 170,000 people off of your taxpaying payrolls, think of how many people [1:51:45] that is, filling a big stadium up three times. But remember, every single Democrat, it's a new word [1:51:52] that I use, Democrat. I just exchanged the E for the U. It works out quite nicely. Thank you. [1:51:58] But they're Democrats. They want open borders. They want men playing in women's sports. They want [1:52:03] transgender mutilization of your children. They want the transgender mutilization of your children [1:52:12] for everyone. So I call them Democrats. And the Democrats don't want to have voter ID. And the [1:52:20] Democrats do not, Brian, you know this, they don't want to have a thing called proof of citizenship. So [1:52:26] why doesn't somebody want voter ID or proof of citizenship? Because they want to cheat. Okay. [1:52:33] There's only one reason. Actually, most Democrats do want it. It's only the politicians because they [1:52:39] could never get elected. If that ever gets approved, they will never get elected again. [1:52:44] But every single Democrat in Congress voted against our massive tax cuts for working families. [1:52:49] All of the things that no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on social security, all of these [1:52:56] things they voted against. They just voted against. They voted against voter ID. They voted in favor of the [1:53:02] transgender mutilization of your children in favor of men playing in women's sports. I've looked at [1:53:09] men playing in women's sports. It's very unfair. I had a top, top, one of the top NFL football players [1:53:17] standing next to a wonderful female athlete. And they were playing a game of football. If you can [1:53:23] believe this whole thing, this game did not work out very well. This was not a game that she will ever [1:53:30] want to play again. I will tell you. The whole thing is crazy. There's something wrong. These [1:53:35] people are crazy. And we can't let them get into office and ruin our country. We can't do it. [1:53:49] And the congressional Democrats voting for tax sites. They're voting for open borders. The Green [1:53:55] News scam on their side. Remember the Green News scam? Everything had to be green, green. The world is [1:54:01] going to collapse. It's going to be gone. 15 years ago, they were saying we only had 12 years left, [1:54:06] but we're still here. But they're siding with the radical left communists taking over the party. [1:54:12] They want, in other words, the normal socialists who can destroy a country too. They're not going [1:54:19] fast enough. Do you remember like in one of my State of the Union speeches, I said, [1:54:23] we will never be a socialist country. But I was right. We're going to be a communist country. [1:54:29] That's what they want. They skipped socialism. Can you believe it? But communism is the greatest [1:54:35] threat to our country in history, including even World War I, World War II, Pearl Harbor, or 9-11. I [1:54:42] mean, this is a serious threat because they're going to give promise all sorts of things. In one year, [1:54:48] the country will be absolutely bankrupt. You'll live in squalor. You'll live in fear. You won't have police. [1:54:54] You won't have firemen. You won't have anybody. You're going to be – it's a disaster. Even the [1:55:00] thought of it is a disaster. And we have the hottest country in the world. We don't want to have it, [1:55:05] and we have to be strong about it. We can't be nice. You know, a lot of the Republicans are nice. [1:55:09] We're a very nice party. We shouldn't be so nice, to be honest with you. But we can't let them get their [1:55:15] claws into this incredible – they call it an experiment. I don't think it's any longer an [1:55:22] experiment. This has been going on for a long time. We have good years, bad years. We're having the [1:55:26] single greatest year we've ever had as a country. We're not going to let these people destroy it. [1:55:32] And you know the other thing? I'm just thinking now – you know, I do a lot of these speeches, [1:55:40] and I end up reading about 20 percent. Isn't it nice to know that you have somebody that doesn't [1:55:45] have to read a speech? And it's even better to know that you have somebody that can read a speech if [1:55:50] he wants to. The other guy couldn't even read a speech. But I'm just thinking about it. This is [1:55:55] maybe going to make news, because I've never said it. I'm just thinking about it now. When they take [1:55:59] something over, it's always dirty. The sidewalks are dirty. The people are – I hate to say this – not [1:56:10] clean, okay? The curbs are loaded with you know what? The smell is terrible. I mean, I see it happening [1:56:19] to cities. Blue cities are all blue. They're all blue. We don't have problems with the Republican [1:56:25] run cities. I mean, for the most part. But they're dirty. I said to somebody about a certain city. [1:56:32] I don't want to say the name of it, but it's run by the radical left. I said, [1:56:37] how is it doing? Because I love it. And they said, it's filthy dirty. It's so dirty. They've never seen [1:56:44] it like that. It's so filthy dirty. And I just thought of it. Nobody ever says that. You know, [1:56:50] I'm a – I'm sort of a clean freak. I like clean. Do you ever see Washington, D.C.? Do you see [1:56:55] Washington? What happened? Washington, D.C.? It was filthy. Graffiti all over the place. [1:57:02] We fixed up 72 monuments and fountains. And we've done an unbelievable – we took the graffiti off [1:57:08] the beautiful marble columns. We have new grass going down. But you know what we did the best? [1:57:13] We stopped crime in Washington. It's down 88 percent. And we moved out over 5,000 career [1:57:20] animals. We moved them out. And it's really considered a very safe city. All the restaurants [1:57:27] were closing up. Nobody wanted to operate a restaurant. We have a great restaurant here. [1:57:31] Where are you from Michigan? Where's my restaurateur? He was one of the – where's Mark? [1:57:37] Mark. Mark, you're right. How did you get such a good seat? He's a great restaurateur, [1:57:44] but everything you have is clean. But you know, it's true. And I'm just saying, they take over. [1:57:50] Everything becomes disgusting and dirty. It's dirty and filthy and grimy. It's not clean anymore. [1:57:57] Look at Washington, D.C., what I've done in a short period of time, working with the Department of [1:58:02] Interior, Doug Burgum, and the whole group. We have done some job. We've taken graffiti-filled [1:58:09] statues all over the city and monuments and waterfalls and everything. The beautiful reflecting [1:58:17] pond where we get – I mean, we did some job. Somebody comes along and starts cutting it with [1:58:22] a knife. They're sick. But it's in the hospital now, but it's going to get better very soon. [1:58:28] It's almost ready to open. We could have kept it that way for a while, but I didn't want to do that. [1:58:33] I wanted to get – I want to have it fixed perfectly. But these people are very terrible. But think how [1:58:39] beautiful Washington, D.C. is. But the most important thing is we have very little crime. [1:58:44] And there's a statistic that's incredible. Two percent of the people create 91 percent of the crime. [1:58:51] Because you can handle two percent of the people. We get them out. We get them out. And our military, [1:58:56] our National Guard has been unbelievable. And they work with the D.C. police. But they've been [1:59:04] unbelievable. So I just want to thank them. But Washington, D.C. is now, again, [1:59:09] it's going to get only better. It's going to get all new grass. The parks are getting all new grass. [1:59:13] I have a man who's a fantastic man, one of the biggest grass growers. I know everybody. I know [1:59:18] grass growers. But he's actually a very rich guy. He wants to fix up the parks, all brand new grass. [1:59:24] We're going to do our job. He gave us – he donated the grass for the White House. We're building a [1:59:28] heliport. And we're building a drone port. And we're building a great ballroom and a military [1:59:34] facility as part of it. And it's incredible. And people cannot believe how it looks. [1:59:39] Washington, D.C., think of it, is now a really safe city. And it's so beautiful again. And people [1:59:46] are proud of it. It's our capital. They have to be proud of it. It was a crime-ridden mess. [1:59:55] And the other thing, I got a call from the governor of Louisiana. And he said, [2:00:01] Sir, we have Mardi Gras coming up in New Orleans. Could you please help us? We are such a disaster. [2:00:07] The crime is so bad. And they've had a lot of problems with crime. And I sent our team in there [2:00:13] and called me back. He said, you know, crime is down almost 80%. Think of that. Almost 80%. This [2:00:20] was eight months ago. And they had the safest Mardi Gras they've ever had. And in Memphis, [2:00:27] Tennessee, the governor called. And the mayor called. The Democrat mayor called. They need help. And [2:00:34] Memphis was very, very dangerous. Companies were leaving. Too much danger was really dangerous. You [2:00:39] couldn't walk down the street. And now crime there is down 77%. And it's getting better all the time. [2:00:45] And if they do that in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, we would take care of it so quickly. But [2:00:49] we have to get called. I want them to call us. I don't want to say, I don't want to. They're running [2:00:54] it. I want them to call us. And we will get rid of the crime so quickly your head will spin. In the very first 100 days, the president of the United [2:04:44] States, President Donald J. Trump, delivered F-15EX to San Francisco National Guard Base. [2:04:54] The president has always been looking out for Michigan jobs. The status quo doesn't work for [2:04:59] Michigan. The president Trump is pushing back. And as a result, President Trump signed my bill to [2:05:04] protect our automotive industry against the harmful California EV mandates. And as a result, [2:05:09] our jobs are coming back to Michigan. But most importantly, most importantly, the president, [2:05:17] because he's the best deal maker the planet has ever known, President Donald Trump has gotten 19 [2:05:23] trillion dollars of investment back in the United States of America. But because of the failed policies [2:05:28] of Gretchen Whitmer, a lot of that investment is not coming back here. Well, working with you, [2:05:32] Mr. President, we're going to make sure that we have an environment where we can bring that investment [2:05:36] back to the state of Michigan to create jobs right here for the best auto workers in the world. It also took decades to reshore jobs. [2:08:27] Reshoring jobs wasn't a thing that we talked about before President Trump came back. You know, so we don't forget that. 18 months ago, we inherited a catastrophe from the Biden and [2:12:35] from the radical left Democrats. They created the worst inflation in 48 years, wide open borders with [2:12:42] millions and millions of people from mental institutions, insane asylum, the world's worst [2:12:49] prisons pouring into our country from all over the world. They came. They came from South America. [2:12:55] They came from the Congo. They came from places from all over the world. We had transgender for [2:13:02] everybody, men playing in women's sports, crime ravaging our cities. And the whole world was laughing [2:13:09] at us as a stupid nation. They called us a stupid nation, but they're not laughing anymore. America is [2:13:18] respected. Again, I think like we've never been respected before. You saw I went to the G20. I went to the G7. [2:13:26] I went wherever we go there. They're looking at us as the real leader again for a long time that hadn't [2:13:34] taken place under our leadership. We're making the largest ever investment in the United States Armed [2:13:40] Forces. And right here in Michigan, I got 21 new F-15EX Eagle tools for Selfridge Air National Guard base, [2:13:51] ensuring that Michigan stays at the cutting edge of North American air power. Selfridge was very, [2:13:57] very important. It's a big deal. It was closed. It was over. It was going to be closed. Now it's open. [2:14:04] We have the strongest military anywhere in the world by far. We have the greatest people. We have [2:14:08] the best equipment in the world. I built it during my first term, and I'm using it now. We had no choice. [2:14:15] Again, we can't let what was happening in Venezuela go on. And it was very decisive. But we can't let [2:14:24] what was and is going on. They killed 52,000 protesters. Think of it in a four month period [2:14:29] for 52,000 in Iran. But we've already paid for the Venezuela operation, as I said. And likewise, [2:14:37] we're winning big time with the Islamic Republic of Iran. And we're ensuring that they never have [2:14:44] a nuclear weapon. When somebody comes up and says, why are we doing this? Just say, because we cannot let [2:14:49] them have a nuclear weapon. It's very simple. That's all you have to say. There's nothing else [2:14:54] you have to say. If you understood the power of the nuclear weapons, you'd understand exactly what [2:14:59] I was saying. When I took office, we inherited the worst border in U.S. history. But we quickly turned [2:15:05] it into the most secure border in the history of our country by far. And in the past 14 months, [2:15:11] a number that's not even believable, but it is what it is. It's published every month. A historic [2:15:18] record of zero illegal aliens have been admitted into the United States. Zero. And now, as you've [2:15:26] been reading, crime is plummeting nationwide. Last year, we achieved the largest drop in the murder rate [2:15:32] ever recorded to the lowest level in 125 years. 1900. That's before my father. Bring up my father. [2:15:40] That's before my father was born. 125 years, lowest murder rate. And that's despite the fact that we [2:15:47] have people in this country that shouldn't be here. That's despite that. But a lot of them are being [2:15:52] brought out very rapidly. Under my most favored nation policy on drug prices, we're delivering the [2:15:59] largest prescription drug price cuts in the history of our country by far with differences of 400, 500, [2:16:07] and even 600%. Nobody can believe it. We were the highest price for decades, the highest price in [2:16:16] the world for drugs, prescription drugs. And now we're the lowest price in the world. So you think [2:16:23] that was, I won't bore you with the way I did it, but no other president was able to do it. I'm not sure [2:16:29] they even tried, but all of you have to go out and go to trumprx.gov, trumprx.gov. And you're going to find [2:16:38] that you're going to buy whatever you're looking for at a tiny fraction of what you were paying. [2:16:43] To stop the massive theft of taxpayer dollars, we ended Medicaid for illegal immigrants. And we [2:16:49] launched the war on fraud led by our great vice president, J.D. Vance. It's having a tremendous [2:16:56] we're finding, we're finding unbelievable levels of unbelievable levels of fraud. Minnesota, [2:17:04] that governor is so crooked. Ilan Omar with her brother, so crooked. But it's all, it's all a [2:17:12] very serious investigation. We're finding billions of dollars, billions. In just 18 months, we've turned [2:17:19] this country completely around. And it's still, we're going to do still better, but we have a turn. [2:17:25] We're, we're hot. Jobs are up. Inflation is down. Our border is secure. Factories are opening at record [2:17:33] levels. Investment is booming. Michigan is thriving. America is winning like never before. And again, [2:17:41] Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. With the help of our Republican majorities in Congress, [2:17:50] we will crush violent crime to the lowest levels ever. Impose harsh new penalties for dangerous [2:17:57] repeat offenders. They are very bad. Crack down on Marxist prosecutors. And we will end [2:18:04] no cash bail, which really got the crime started more than any other single event. No cash bail. [2:18:11] You kill somebody and you walk out. We will pass the great healthcare plan. That's what it's called. [2:18:17] The great healthcare plan to stop all payments to big insurance companies and give the money directly [2:18:24] to you, the people, so that they can buy their own healthcare, which will be much less expensive [2:18:31] and be a much better healthcare. Very simple. And the Democrats are fighting us on that one too. [2:18:39] They're fighting us as hard as you can fight because you know what? They happen to be owned by [2:18:44] the insurance companies. The insurance companies receive billions and billions of dollars a year. [2:18:50] They own the Democrats. And the Democrats, they don't want to debate it. They just want to fight it. [2:18:55] And we want to give the money directly to the people. And you go out and you buy your own healthcare. [2:19:02] You'll get great healthcare and have lots of money left over. And we will continue to remove [2:19:08] dangerous criminals, drug dealers, human traffickers, and child predators from our country. [2:19:14] And we will always stand with the heroes of ICE and Border Patrol. They are heroes. [2:19:18] The abuse they're attacking. If you saw some of the people they have to deal with, if you saw the [2:19:26] toughness and the craziness and the, uh, boy, oh boy, the roughest people really in the world, [2:19:32] they were led into our country by Biden and a group by probably, I don't even know if he knew, [2:19:37] I don't even know that he knew people were coming in. I don't think they told them, [2:19:41] but they were coming into our country and they are the roughest people in the world. Remember they used to [2:19:46] say, Oh, foreign people don't commit crime. They make our criminals look like babies. It's the [2:19:52] only thing good about them. They make our people look like absolute babies, but they are, you don't [2:19:58] get rough trend, the roughest in the world. They cut off people's fingers so they don't make a phone [2:20:05] call. You're going to make a phone call. I'd like to call the police. Boom, their fingers are gone. [2:20:09] These are the roughest and worst people in the world. They're out of here. We've got them largely out [2:20:13] of here. We can never let that happen again. We could never let it happen. Single most difficult [2:20:18] thing that I've had to work with. And finally, we will pass the Save America Act through the [2:20:25] Senate, hopefully the Senate. Call your senators and put pressure on them. We won't get one [2:20:33] Democrat senator to get you voter ID with photo, need a photo, be nice. So they, okay, good. You know, [2:20:40] they want to, if they did ID, which they don't want to do, they don't want a photo. Why don't they [2:20:44] want to, you know, at the Democrat national convention, they had an identification card [2:20:50] that was bigger than most of the people's chest. It was hung on a chain with a picture [2:20:57] and every fact about this person you can imagine. But for voting, our most sacred thing, [2:21:03] you don't need, they say, voter ID. So we want voter photo ID. And we want all voters showing proof of a [2:21:14] thing called citizenship. Isn't that nice? You read recently in New Jersey where [2:21:21] tremendous numbers of people who found out that they were on the voter rolls totally illegally, [2:21:26] and that's all over the country. That's nothing compared to what's going on in California and [2:21:31] Minnesota and so many other states. And hopefully there will be no mail-in ballots. Mail-in ballots [2:21:37] are inherently corrupt, except for illness, disability, military deployment, or travel. If you're in the [2:21:44] military, you're far away, absolutely. If you have to go someplace, absolutely. But mail-in ballots have [2:21:51] proven to be a disaster. We're the only country in the world that in this form does them. There's no [2:21:57] other country in the world because they're crooked. They pass through too many hands. When you go to a [2:22:02] voter booth, even me, I went to vote. Sir, may I please see your identification. Sir, I'm so embarrassed. [2:22:08] I know you're Trump. Please, do you have some identification? I don't want to lose my job. [2:22:15] I whipped out. I was lucky. I had some kind of a card on my head, and I didn't even know, but I gave [2:22:20] it. You know, thank you, sir. I'm so embarrassed. She kept apologizing. I said, don't apologize. [2:22:24] You're doing your job. That's what you're supposed to be doing. It was so beautiful. And we will enshrine [2:22:34] in permanent law, where we had a big Supreme Court victory the other day, but not complete. [2:22:40] No men in women's sports and no transgender surgery and the mutilization of your children. [2:22:50] They mutilize your children. So ladies and gentlemen of Michigan, the golden age of America is upon us. [2:22:57] We're in the golden age. This is an age like no other. And the men and women of the American auto [2:23:04] industry and General Motors are leading the way. And I'm so proud of it because as Brian and others in [2:23:11] the room, no, I fought for this for years. I was here 25 years ago. I got man of the year. [2:23:17] They, oh, by the way, the press questioned that. And then they found out it was true, [2:23:21] actually. And I made a speech. And all I talked about was, why are you letting them steal [2:23:27] your industry? I said, your industry is being sold and is going to Germany and Mexico and Japan [2:23:32] and South Korea and Canada. Why are you letting it happen? They sold over 50 percent. It's all [2:23:38] coming back. Who would think it's all coming back? It's all coming back right now. More plants being [2:23:48] built than at any time in the history of our country. With your help and patriots all across [2:23:53] this magnificent land, we will make America powerful again. We will make America wealthy again. We will [2:24:06] make America healthy again.
