And I appreciate y'all. Y'all want to support the links been at the top of the comments. Let me know what y'all feel. Let's get right into this, man. That's Keefy D. Dwayne. Keefy D. Davis. The day a lot of people have been waiting on because this is the next major step. And what I've been telling y'all is getting ready to come, man. It is the next major step. And what I've been telling everybody on the internet and what's about to come. Because today at Keefy D.'s sentencing hearing, we're going to find out Keefy D.'s probably going to get life in prison without the possibility of parole. He's going to be able to speak today in court. That dude's going to snap. We'll talk about that. We'll go over some of the things that he stated that have destroyed him in this case. Going up until today, things that he said that have hurt his even chance of getting a sympathy from this judge. Because remember, the judge have seen all the evidence, not the jury, but the judge. This is the reason why I think Keefy D. should have probably let the jury do his sentencing because the judge seen all the evidence. The judge seen the stuff that was thrown out that wasn't able to be put into the court. So once the judge sees the things that are thrown out, the judge sees everything, y'all. Everything. Remember I showed y'all these videos on my channel? I don't think people really remember and understand this. This shit is real. When I say y'all, the judge seen everything, that damn judge seen everything. And all of this stuff that happened behind the scenes, Keefy D. can't take this shit back. [00:03:13] Speaker 3: So I think what the state said ultimately is that they don't think there's going to be anything in those boxes that they're going to use. And they just use something in the boxes. They just use something in the boxes. From 1996. They know what they did. Certainly we are. They're not only ugly on the outside, but they're ugly on the inside. [00:03:58] Speaker 2: And what they did was they used Keefy D.'s words against them because, listen, and I'm going to say this to everybody. You can't just walk to a police precinct. Let me say this again. Right? Donna, salute to you. I appreciate your $50 donation in the cash app just now. Salute to you, baby. Much love to you. She says, great channel ticket. Appreciate all the information. Okay. Salute to you, baby. Much love to you. You can't come on the internet. You can't go to the cops. Let me repeat myself again. Anybody that's listening to this video, you cannot walk to the precinct right now and say, yo, I killed so-and-so. Arrest me. And the cops are going to just arrest you. That's not how it works. When you go down there, they're going to question you. They're going to do their own investigation, but they're going to question you to see if your statements align with their evidence. This is the part people keep forgetting to tell y'all. They cannot just convict you off your words. It has to correlate to evidence that they have. Keefy D said things that only a person who was there could tell you. This don't take a rocket science, a scientist to figure out. The Coca-Cola thing was just being built that year at that time when Keefy D said, oh, yeah, when we walked out, man, we walked right past them, niggas. We seen them in an ambulance after we ditched the whip, and we walked in front of the Coca-Cola. That shit was just being built in. How could you know if you wasn't there? In 1996, it was just being built in Vegas. How could you know if you were not there? Think about this. So, and here's the thing. People say, oh, well, they can't prove Keefy D wasn't in Las Vegas. Keefy D can't prove that he wasn't in Las Vegas. Keefy D don't got one effing witness to say, yo, he wasn't in Las Vegas. See how easy it is to eat to you niggas? He don't got one witness, not one person to say, hey, man, hey, I ate. He don't got an alibi. Think about what I just said. See, people don't think about shit in reverse. Why didn't Keefy D have 10, 15, 20 character witnesses coming to court and say, nah, man, he was with me. He wasn't in Vegas. I witnessed him in Cali. Think about what I just said to y'all. Nobody tells y'all this. You know why? Because common sense ain't common to have no more. They're just saying, man, they gave him a script. Okay, if Keefy D wasn't in, bro, where's his witnesses? Where's his witnesses? Right? So what they'll do is they will question you. And then if they realize, okay, he's got to give us enough credible information, now they're going to rest in charge, yo ass. Keefy D told all kind of shit in that story that really factually happened. This is the stuff people are forgetting. This shit he talked about factually happened. Keefy D said, and think about this. He lied when he was questioned. When Keefy D was questioned from Art of Dialogue about going to the East Coast to wear a wire, to do a sting operation on Zip, he said he didn't do that shit. He told Art of Dialogue all that, but he lied. You know why? Because it was in the goddamn court documents that they flew over with him to New York to do that sting operation. But y'all believe Keefy D? Well, why did he lie? He lied in that interview, in that part, to protect his reputation. Because at that point, he had not been arrested, charged, or anything. He couldn't be on the street with people thinking, nigga, you want a wire? Think about it. If you went to the East Coast, you want a wire? All this shit is about to come back on him today. And I told y'all this. This is the first part of the next part. Because Mo Preen, the family, Tupac's family, is going to make it. And see, this is the thing. Is Tupac's father going to show up for a victim impact statement today and say he doesn't believe that Keefy D, because he did it on the interview. Is he going to show up today? Is Billy Garland going to show up today and say, oh, no, I don't believe this. This is a script. I'm down with Keefy D. Is he going to do that? Because it's going to be a war in that courtroom if he do. If he goes in there as a witness with Keefy D. Well, how many witnesses, how many character witnesses will Keefy D have in court today that say, hey, man, y'all did him wrong. He wasn't there. That nigga ain't had one person coming to court to give him an alibi. And nobody talked about that. Keefy D don't have a fucking alibi for the night Tupac Chakor was shot. See how easy it is to eat to these niggas? It's too easy, bro. You can't make up a script of shit that really happened, my nigga. This shit, a lot of the shit he said really happened. The stories he told, the emotion he had behind it. If Keefy D faked that emotion, that nigga better than Denzel Washington. That nigga should have been an actor. He had a whole, he fucked up his whole career being a gangster. He should have been an actor. Because he sure ain't lie about all the drugs he was selling. How do you know all this, Ticket? Because I told y'all, evidence. This is a key part of court. It's called evidence. What was shown in evidence? It was shown in evidence the shit that Keefy D was doing. They actually showed the drugs that they banged Keefy D up with. How do I know? I got it right here. That's the gallon of you know what. Then the dude who was going to put Keefy D in Vegas disappeared. But guess what? Guess what, y'all? The judge already seen proof of the witness that was going to put Keefy D in Vegas. Remember they said he disappeared right as he was supposed to get caught. They was trying to search for him to arrest him and bring him into court. And he disappeared with his elderly mother, they said. Out of the blue. They already had him testify to the police that Keefy D was in Las Vegas. Niggas won't tell y'all that. And he'd been calling Corey Edwards a rat. He called him that in his book. He'd been saying that before this shit popped off. Right? That's what Keefy D said. Right? So when you go back in time, you look at these pictures and you go back in time, you actually look at the evidence. Not what you think, the evidence. And then if it's such a script, if it's such a script, read the paperwork right there. That's the effing paperwork that Corey Edwards, when he talked to the police and told the police. Read the paperwork right there. Read the paragraph right where it's yellow. It says, Edwards said that he was in Las Vegas when Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight were shot. This is a Southside Compton crip saying this. Edwards said he was there for the Tyson fight and he was in a bar with friends from New York after the fight. Orlando Anderson, Dwayne, Keith Davis, DeAndre Smith. Guess who put themselves in Vegas, y'all? DeAndre Smith. How do I know? He told the cops. DeAndre Smith told the cops he was in Vegas that night. These niggas insane on the internet to tell y'all something different. Right? He put himself there that night. Big Dre told the cops he was in Vegas, but he said, oh no, I was with a chick. I wasn't over there. I was with a chick in Vegas. But he put himself in Vegas that night. Right? He says that Orlando, Keefy D, Big Dre, Kevin Davis, and Terrence Brown came into a bar. Anderson told him that he had been jumped by Suge Knight, Tupac Shakur, and the mob. They were all mad and talking about getting back at the persons who jumped Orlando Anderson. That's a conspiracy right there. That goes right along. This was before Keefy D was even charged. Look at the date of the paperwork. That's what I keep trying to tell y'all niggas. You can't beat me in this shit, niggas. Fucking paperwork, niggas. We do paperwork over. We paperwork, my niggas. Then, if it's such a script, why after the conviction is he still crying out for Diddy? In the interview, right after Keefy D got convicted, what did he do? His lawyer sat up there and did one interview on Cam Capone's channel talking about, oh, well, he didn't have no link to Diddy. He didn't know these people. Why couldn't they show it in court? Nigga, your client, as soon as the trial was over with, did an interview asking Diddy to help his family. They straight up asked him, what would you want to say to Sean Combs? This nigga said, help me out in here. Look out for my family. Look out for my kids and my family. He was saying that the whole time before he even got arrested. Show a nigga some love. Show a nigga some love. Think about what I just said to y'all. Show a nigga some love. Show a nigga some love, man. That was raw emotion that Keefe D showed in front of the whole entire world when he did that interview. He did all those interviews. And guess what? People will say, hey, man, what Greg Caden did, man, that shit was illegal, man. These motherfuckers don't even know the law. They don't even know the law. You ask them, well, why did Greg Caden do something illegal? They can't even tell you. [00:15:12] Speaker 4: They can't even tell you. [00:15:21] Speaker 2: I'm going to say this again. Can't none of these niggas come on the internet and tell y'all why what Greg Caden did was illegal. You know why? It was not illegal because Greg Caden did not violate any laws. He didn't violate any department policies or any confidentiality agreements. It ain't his fault Keefe D couldn't read the fine print. Why am I saying that? Because there was no promise of confidentiality. Right? No confidentiality clauses were ever promised to Keefe D or written into his proffer agreement. The proffer agreement sold purpose for Keefe D. This is what people don't understand. And you have to make it make sense to these people. I don't think people understand this and have the mental capacity to understand this. A proffer agreement's sole purpose is to restrict the government from using Keefe D words that day that day he's queen for a day against him in a direct criminal prosecution. It doesn't It doesn't legally bind the investigators to permanent secrecy or turning a recording into a classified document. This is where Keefe D ass was dumb as fuck. The proffer agreement makes you queen for a day my nigga. Meaning when you go in that room and you sign that agreement everything you say in this room today can never be used against you in a court of law. But guess what? If you go out and you say that same shit tomorrow you fucked. That's why the proffer agreement is called queen for a day. Man Keefe D ass didn't read the fine print. Right? And the LAPD they didn't have a department policy that prevented any employee from retaining a copy of their own work product. And because Greg Kading didn't violate internal police regulations or quote unquote steal the tape the act of keeping and subsequently release it made it perfectly legal. This is the part people don't understand. They come on the internet talking all this shit and they don't know the law. It is insane to me. And then let's talk about this. Right? The task force. The task force had already concluded to have been put together for Greg Kading. Greg Kading was investigating the Biggie Smalls murder. That task force had already been concluded when he published that book in 2011 murder rap and released portions of that audio. And because the proffer was intended to gather information to advance that case Greg Kading basically right? He's protected because him sharing that audio after the investigation had basically stolen out. It was a matter of public transparency and social responsibility rather than a criminalized link. A leak I should say is what I this is the reason why people have you have to understand the law. Rule number one you never trust the cops. You always read the fine print. That's Keithy D's fault he didn't read the fine print. Ladies and gentlemen if you get a proffer agreement Keithy D's fault I'm protected by the proffer agreement. You are a nigga for that day. A proffer agreement makes you queen for a day. That means you go in this room say whatever the hell you want to say to the cops they can't use none of that shit against you that you said that day. If you go tomorrow and go on all these news outlets and start saying the same thing oh now we can use that shit against you and go lock your motherfucking ass up. And because Las Vegas did not know all the details of California's proffer agreement with Keithy D they never moved on Keithy D when they wanted to years ago because they didn't want to jeopardize the case because California was not responding to them and they couldn't get their hands on that paperwork to see the actual terms of Keithy D's proffer agreement. This is the reason why they didn't lock his ass up. That's why his own witness went in the court and said bro after I talked to Keithy D I was ready I wanted to go print up a rest warrant to lock his ass up. And my boss told me hold on we can't do it because we don't know the terms of his agreement with California the California police. Think about what I just said. And he said that we already had enough evidence we already knew who was in the car. Keithy D has been in interview saying dude [00:20:29] Speaker 5: when I went in the fucking room dude they already had all this shit up there man they had all this shit on the board they had everybody that was in the car they already knew all that shit dog. So I mean how am I really snitching if they already knew all this shit. [00:20:42] Speaker 2: This is what Keithy D said. Keithy D said the cops already knew all that shit. They had a whole board set up when he went in there to talk to them. Think about what I just said to y'all you have to use your brains. So when people say oh Greg K did dirty man he ain't doing dirty that nigga did himself dirty nigga. If you're gonna go outside of a room and talk about a criminal conspiracy with your chest out nigga use a damn fool. Use a damn fool. All this conspiracy theories and shit is bullshit. Tupac Shakur went and put his hands on a Southside Compton crib. Right? They double back. Simple as that. Ain't no oh man they had the whole world in his hands. Think about this. If they really wanted to do Tupac in he would have never been able to get out of prison. They would have sent somebody to Epstein Tupac while he's in the prison. You think they would have let Pac out on bail after all that previous shit had already happened if they really wanted Tupac? Make it make sense. Make it make sense. Makes none. Makes none. That shit is all fairytale shit nigga. All fairytale shit nigga. Imagination nigga. Tupac wasn't no threat to them on that level. He wasn't running for the presidency of the United States of America. He was a nigga rapping. A picture perfect. I paint a perfect picture bombing hoochie to position. My intentions to get richer. Right? Yeah, he had political raps. But guess what? This is the ether to that. So did Ice Cube and all these other people. You didn't see the government trying to fuck with Ice Cube? Ice Cube was out here saying, F do you know what? All that shit. Think about what I'm saying now. Yeah, you're going to get a person like C. Dolores Tucker and these people to be upset. Man, ain't nobody. Man, let me tell y'all something right now, man. You would have to be at an all world powerful level to where you're effecting legislation. This shit was some strictly street shit, man. Period. And everybody who know fucking know it. So when Keefy D walked in that room saying the shit he said, this is why we're here today. This is why we're here today. And like I said, everybody keep saying they have a witness and this was already put in court. They have a fucking witness that put Keefy D in Las Vegas. The effing judge seen it. How do I know the judge seen it? This is why every move Keefy D has made is stupid. He should have had the jury do his sentencing. You know why? Because the jury never seen all this extra shit. The judge saw that they had a witness and the judge knows that that witness put Keefy D in Las Vegas that weekend. And you know how I know? Because I got the fucking video. [00:24:10] Speaker 6: in 2006 there is a live witness who puts the four people the suspect says in Las Vegas leaving to go harm Shogun Tukuk Shakur. That witness is corroborated by records from a hotel that establishes he was here and we know that he's a member of this gang. But the most important temporal relationship here is he makes that statement two years before any confession the defendant ever made. [00:24:42] Speaker 2: He made that statement two years before any confession that Keefy D made. It's right there in court. The judge saw that. The jury didn't see that. The judge saw that. And you let the judge sentence you and the judge don't see in everything. All the shit that was left out. The judge saw all of this. This is why y'all don't understand. They ain't got nobody that can put it. You're a fucking liar. The judge literally saw this evidence. The problem was when it came time for trial, dude got shook and probably scared for his life and disappeared. They were searching for him to arrest him and force him to come in there and testify and put Keefy D in Las Vegas. this is what happened. So when you have Keefy D on the internet saying all these nefarious things, this is the reason why this nigga's going to prison. They verified damn near everything he said. Then you have another Southside Compton Crip by the name of Dirt Rock who's come out and straight up said he don't link Diddy to the Crips to all this shit. I told y'all niggas what's finna happen. Then watch what happened. You say ticket. What you think gonna happen? I'm gonna tell you what I think gonna happen. Today in a few minutes when Keefy D gets sentenced and they give that nigga life when he get 20 to life he gonna go back there and file an appeal that appeal is gonna get shot down that appeal is gonna get shot down but when he gets that sentence and it hits him that he's gone forever the prosecutors are gonna walk into the prison and they're gonna request to meet with Keefy D and they're gonna say Keefy D you're 63 going on 64 years old and we have a deal of a lifetime for you we maybe can reduce your life sentence without the possibility of parole so you don't die right here in prison to maybe five years [00:27:15] Speaker 4: if if [00:27:20] Speaker 2: you're willing to give up who's over you you know what I think Keefy D is gonna do he's gonna think about that shit ain't gonna say Keefy we're gonna let you we're gonna let you think about that dog we're gonna leave that on your shoulders and let you think about that you know what's gonna happen because when Keefy D goes to prison they're all gonna check his paperwork and because everything that the prosecution did was strategic by exposing all of the people that Keefy D snitched on all of these drug kingpins the connects the plugs all those people that's why they played all those audios in court that's why Keefy D was irate go back to it again and wonder why Keefy D was heated that they were gonna release all those audios in this trial it wasn't over the Tupac shit it was because Keefy D knew he was gonna have to go to prison and deal with a jacket as being labeled a snitch the worst thing you could ever be labeled as with no place to run no place to hide that's why he was irate because he had told Greg Caden all that information on tape and he knew the whole world they only heard excerpts they didn't hear all of those audio tapes until the trial happened and then everybody heard all this other shit damn this nigga snitching on everybody and that opened him up a whole different can of worms that right there opened him up an entirely different can of worms and then and then caused him to have that fight remember he had that fight in jail and he got sentenced to I think three years for that fight why he's locked up right why he's locked up imagine a 63 year old man having a fight in prison like that like a dog it wears on you worrying about if somebody gonna come shank you poke you up and maybe after a few incidents keep you just tired of the bullshit he picks up that card and he calls them people and says hey man and so the person in the comment session says I don't think there's a deal oh there's a deal there's a major deal because there's still somebody that's left that they want to get still somebody that's left that they want to get and you better believe boy they got a hard on to get them they got a hard on to get them and now with the conviction of Keefy D and the sentencing now they put the squeeze on Keefy D but don't get mad at anybody else and as I told y'all it was a reason why Keefy D was this upset he went so hard at that judge because she was going to allow all this shit to be played in front of the world and he said y'all wrong y'all dirty for allowing him to play all this shit [00:32:05] Speaker 3: he [00:32:24] Speaker 7: to be anything in those boxes that they can [00:32:27] Speaker 3: just use something in the boxes they just use something in the boxes from 1996 so [00:32:44] Speaker 2: that's why he was so mad and that's why that nigga should have never let the judge you never let a judge sentence you because the judge have seen all the evidence remember this think about what I just told y'all the judge saw all the evidence the jury didn't see the judge knows that they have a witness that puts Keefy D in Las Vegas the judge knows this the judge saw all the evidence that she allowed not to be put in the case so now when it's time to sentence Keefy D the judge is like man you ain't no shit bro I don't seen all the evidence against you [00:33:19] Speaker ?: you [00:33:19] Speaker 2: you lucky they hit your ass harder during so now we come to this now ladies and gentlemen we come to what got him here today to where in a few minutes he will probably be sentenced to life in prison without ever having a possibility of parole but we look at what got him here and it was this that got him here they say it's a script I say it ain't no way on God's green earth that a mofo can memorize perfectly piece by piece meticulously meticulous information intricate details and never trip up on those details and people say oh well why did he tell Vlad I don't remember it's in the book because he was trying to sell the book if he would have told Vlad yeah everything that's in the book there's no reason for him to sell the book so he had to make it seem like nah get the book man you gotta get the book that's why not because he didn't know what was in the book it was because he didn't want to tell and interviews everything that was in the book because then people wouldn't buy the book because you already told him in the interview this is easy work a caveman can do this shit you tell me have you ever heard anybody say this I'm about to play to y'all and you think and said all of this shit all of it and people talking about hey man it's a script ain't no fucking script you can't go in there and remember this type of shit piece by piece and then a lot of this shit we already generally can confirm can confirm I [00:35:50] Speaker 8: don't [00:35:53] Speaker 3: think that was a wise move period you know saying because they don't know the function is what's going on in and out here they can at least call ahead and you don't come out here you know saying you kill you kill you kill your dog I kill your cat you know that's just that's just what [00:36:15] Speaker 8: happened and they was out here promoting life like the gulf and they was partying partying and [00:36:20] Speaker 3: everything they supposed to give a the next day they supposed to give a picnic at Aaron Spelling's house on Mount Island Drive shit like that [00:36:29] Speaker 2: right think about that he said the next day they was supposed to give a picnic at Aaron Spelling house who the learn a script like this that can't memorize all this shit ain't no nigga never Barack Obama couldn't remember no shit like this this man telling y'all shit that fashion oh yeah they were supposed to go to his house the next day and blah blah blah blah oh this shit was factual shit how is you making this shit up it ain't common in the world we live in this era to have common sense no more it ain't common man it ain't common man listen to all the details pay attention to the details this put himself in a dulo twist and it had enough evidence to corroborate the shit he said put his ass in prison for the rest of his life and today so it shall be written so it shall be done [00:37:26] Speaker 8: and um you with Wilf Biggie and Puffy the night Biggie got killed right [00:37:34] Speaker 3: yeah [00:37:34] Speaker 8: tell me about that whole night and how everything went down [00:37:37] Speaker 3: uh then uh I think Quincy Jones they gave that party [00:37:42] Speaker 8: right right yeah [00:37:43] Speaker 3: Quincy Jones how do you know all this shit if it's a [00:37:47] Speaker 8: script [00:37:47] Speaker 3: he gave it all that was a soul training at the party [00:37:50] Speaker 8: right [00:37:51] Speaker 3: and we uh he gave us like like 12 tickets to get in and shit well some of the homies didn't even get to get in so uh we get up there and uh I go holler at Puff he like man the feds is here they've been they've been on our ass ever since we've been in LA since we got off the plane I said for real he like let's just give y'all a few bottles and y'all just go over there so y'all won't catch our heat they've been on our ass they in the Sparty matter of fact I'm like okay cool he gave us two bottles we went over there to the other side that dude Ricky Bell what's his name Bell Ricky from Bell Bill DeVoe right right what's the dude the little dark one yeah I know who you talking about [00:38:39] Speaker 8: I don't know his name but I know who you [00:38:40] Speaker 3: yeah he followed he followed us around all night boy he smelled that weed and shit he like woo [00:38:46] Speaker ?: woo [00:38:46] Speaker 3: yeah Janet Jackson all them bad bitches there Aaliyah all of them was at that was a hell of a party boy you know fire marshals closed it down boom so we all came out and shit everybody was waiting on their car to foul aid foul aid the car and shit so Puff and them you know Biggie and them got in that first truck it was in a suburban green suburban Puff and them was in a blue suburban and shit and once they pulled out they was telling us to meet them at the hotel and bring the weed and shit we'll have a party a little party at the hotel we're like alright we'll be up there Beverly Hills so they pulled up out of there shit made that right my homeboy Wynn came back in there talking about Biggie dead like what Biggie's dead shit and the police came and they escorted everybody out happy you Orlando because I heard or I don't know if he was just saying that in an interview but Orlando Anderson said he was a Tupac fan [00:51:39] Speaker 3: is it true [00:51:43] Speaker 8: that you had a run-in with Tupac at the house of blues [00:51:45] Speaker 3: yeah him and that dude E.D.A. yeah E.D.A. mean E.D.A. is that him yeah kind of bad dude [00:51:52] Speaker 8: yeah he an outlaw [00:51:53] Speaker ?: yeah [00:51:53] Speaker 3: so uh yeah one of uh we had went to the house of blues and one of our big homies went with us older dude and uh as a matter of fact his name old man he went with us and uh Tupac it came out with that song uh Long Beach and uh Rosecrans [00:52:11] Speaker 8: yeah um California Love [00:52:13] Speaker 3: yeah and uh the big homies like you know what you know what the fuck that shit's there for and he like kind of snatched him up out of college and then uh E.D.A. like man no that's just a song they wrote he don't know what's going on in these neighborhoods [00:52:29] Speaker 8: oh okay so y'all had an issue with the line Tupac said in um California Love the Rosecrans one [00:52:36] Speaker 3: yeah that's what uh yeah the big homies did yeah [00:52:39] Speaker 8: and what was Tupac reaction when y'all was in front of him [00:52:42] Speaker 3: shit he was scared shit cause Willie he didn't know nothing about no Long Beach and Rosecrans when he got out of jail [00:52:51] Speaker 8: what was your reaction when Tupac dropped hit him up [00:52:54] Speaker 3: he uh I had to at that last that's that last verse I think he was like what he said fuck whoever ain't with him you know what I'm saying I guess we guess he was meant that for us shit he ain't ready they wasn't ready for us you know what I'm saying cause they rappers and they was in that music shit we street dudes you know what I'm saying weren't ready for us period [00:53:24] Speaker 8: so you felt like Tupac was talking about you at the end of the song when he made that um talking about our hood [00:53:28] Speaker 3: yeah [00:53:29] Speaker 8: when did Puffy first approach you about being his security when he came to LA he never approached me about no shit [00:53:36] Speaker 3: he just asked uh was it cool he come out there for concerts cause they had had that conflict in Atlanta with Big Jake shit like that [00:53:47] Speaker 8: so you was hanging out with Vonsville and um Puff daddy called right [00:53:53] Speaker 3: yeah this was like it was like 95 you know 95 he had uh he was doing that tour I think it was the BET tour he had uh they had Naughty by Nature on there Craig Mack uh what's them broads name uh Total Mary J Blotch and Joe to see then then the Junior Mafia and then Biggie that was that tour and we uh so one night me and Zip was rolling in his van that little carry nice ass luxury van and the phone run and uh he asked to speak to me and uh I talked to him but he had he said is it cool to come out there uh for concerts shit so why not he like he called he called the show CEO big CEO and I was like man just give us like 50 tickets to every concert and we'd be there and we we went to the San Diego one one in Anaheim the Irvine shit one out here in Vegas most of the year he didn't have no problem with that with him [00:55:18] Speaker 8: Puffy if I'm not mistaken Puffy he approached you on three different occasions right about pitting the hit on Tupac and Chuck [00:55:27] Speaker 3: nah [00:55:29] Speaker 8: nah [00:55:30] Speaker 3: he never approached you about that that's great occasion he wanna make what he just like he had me a little fat dude sagging a little gang member you know what I'm saying wearing khakis and shit they were dressed like that you wouldn't even know he was gang member you seen us you know what I'm saying he stereotyped our ass to me all that show was a bunch of bullshit it was like the dog with the gun in the mouth that was a bunch of bullshit all that [00:55:57] Speaker ?: you know [00:55:58] Speaker 3: that show was bullshit if they want a real show they need to come and get me and I'll they can get a real show you know what I'm saying really really what happened if you believe anything everything he say you know what I'm saying he just put it the way he wanted it to be the white man way you know what I'm saying stereotyped us bad to me [00:56:24] Speaker 8: yeah but some of the stuff I mean with Greg Caden because like you just said he recorded you and you ain't know but yeah some of the stuff you actually told him in a recording right [00:56:35] Speaker 3: some of the stuff yeah [00:56:36] Speaker 8: I didn't tell him right right [00:56:38] Speaker 3: I was telling the people that was in charge of this shit [00:56:41] Speaker 8: right so you told him this stuff right [00:56:43] Speaker 3: yeah [00:56:43] Speaker 8: yeah so Puck Daddy he put a hit well maybe have you ever heard that on the recording maybe okay here's the thing right maybe he didn't directly say yo you know put a hit out on Tupac and Shub but he did make comments about it maybe he wasn't serious about it but he did when he was around you saying that yo you know I'll put a million if somebody can handle Tupac and Shub even if he wasn't serious about it but he did say that around you [00:57:11] Speaker 3: it was floating in the air I'll just say that [00:57:14] Speaker ?: yeah [00:57:15] Speaker 8: so before we get off with that Puffy you and Puffy was hanging out one day and he might wasn't serious about it but it was floating in the air he made a comment you just gonna [00:57:25] Speaker 3: keep on trying to get that I keep saying it was floating in the air dog let's move [00:57:29] Speaker 8: past that okay so the 1996 Soul Train Awards were you there [00:57:32] Speaker 3: yeah [00:57:34] Speaker 8: tell me about that [00:57:37] Speaker 3: I wasn't I never pulled no gun on nobody I wasn't even with Biggie them I said I had some tickets for my little scrapper dude me and my homie Wynn we were never with Puffy them I never pulled no gun on them dudes if I pulled a gun on you you would have been dead you know what I'm saying that's just the law you pull a gun you use it you know what I'm saying I'm from the old school homie you pull a gun you use it you know what I'm saying that was a bunch of bullshit man I swear to God that shit was fabricated he made it out to what he wanted it to be what his perception or his vision of what it was supposed to be [00:58:19] Speaker 8: yeah Reggie Wright even said that he remembered you pulling out a gun [00:58:23] Speaker 9: and then one of their guys kind of pulled out a gun Gene said who the guy was I could have sworn it was PPD I always said it was PPD [00:58:35] Speaker 3: I never man I ain't pull out no fucking gun I'm bigger than that homie if I send motherfuckers what I look like the man pulling out a gun that's just like shit pulling out a gun come on homie right what I look like pulling out a gun [00:58:53] Speaker 8: so did you see the um [00:58:55] Speaker 3: I didn't I've never seen puffing them there nothing at that Soul Train Award I've never seen them I wasn't backstage or nothing I was in the audience sitting next to the fucking boys and the men dude and they ain't even complimenting my suit brother you clean as a motherfucker I sat next to the boys and men at that fucking award show I was never backstage or nothing so Reggie Wright he lying about that that's a lie [00:59:21] Speaker 8: did you see the TV show and saw [00:59:23] Speaker 3: yeah [00:59:25] Speaker 8: and you see how they portrayed you [00:59:27] Speaker 3: a bunch of bullshit I wasn't sagging little fat dude come on man only weighed about 160 pounds right there that would have fucking happened I would have been on the news for murders if I would have pulled a gun on the motherfuckers Suge would have been dead Tupac would have been dead Reggie Wright would have been dead a whole lot of motherfuckers would have been dead I would have emptied the clip I ain't gonna pull no gun on nobody without using it that's a street law man that'll get you killed quick dude you don't pull no gun without using it homie I'm from the old school I'm a real crip dude I'm not fucking pulling no gun without using it I would have been on the news homie I would have been in custody if I would have pulled a gun on them that fucking soldier in the water I wasn't fucking with them Puff never seen me that day Biggie never seen me chugging them never seen me that day or nothing I was sitting in the fucking audience sitting next to the boys them men them uh the what what's that dude name Wayne and some whatever their fucking name is yeah [01:00:33] Speaker 8: so what did you hear about it because you wasn't there but it did happen so what story did you hear about that [01:00:39] Speaker 3: I heard they just had a little class I didn't hear about no gun being pulled or none of that bullshit I heard they had a little class who told you they told me later on at night at a party okay [01:00:49] Speaker 8: you're getting somewhere now okay you wasn't involved in the incident okay we get that so what I'm telling you is tell me what they told you about what happened at the Soul Train Awards after the incident [01:01:00] Speaker 3: they just say dude just act try to throw a fake ass nutty Tupac tried to throw a fake nutty on them that's all [01:01:06] Speaker 8: and they said close daddy ran right hell [01:01:09] Speaker 3: nah man they didn't run they had hitters there too dude you know what I'm saying they had hitters there too I wasn't there I never pulled no gun I told you we can end that you just keep on trying to get it out no no no [01:01:22] Speaker 8: I'm just [01:01:23] Speaker 3: saying I wasn't there they didn't see me had no fucking thing no I get it you would strike me down right fucking now to pull the gun on the motherfucker I would have been in for St. Quinn right now on death road I is it [01:01:48] Speaker 8: true that puff daddy had a bounty on the death road chains [01:01:50] Speaker 3: no like they say he said it's $10,000 it don't make sense because the change wasn't worth fucking $10,000 it was a little punk ass change worth about five $600 back then that was a bullshit change I guess he gave that to his little henchman and them bullshit chains the way [01:02:13] Speaker 8: yeah because I know Suge Knight Tupac Snoop they wasn't wearing no you know cheap chains like that so it had to be his henchman so you saying his henchman was wearing like [01:02:22] Speaker 3: that was a bullshit change I wouldn't wear that bullshit I wouldn't put that on my neck so how you [01:02:36] Speaker 8: okay so with that being said man let's get right into that man so the Lakewood mall incident with Trayvon Lane give me a detailed account of everything that took place [01:02:45] Speaker 3: I wasn't there but one of my little homies he's playing he's going to play for Arizona University of Arizona and he's at the mall and my nephew and all the other homies was on their way to meet him to buy him some stuff so he can go off to college and they was already trying to press him it was Trayvon Lane and a couple more dudes Kevin Woods some other dude it was three of them [01:03:17] Speaker 8: and [01:03:18] Speaker 3: once my little homies seen you know he's a football player motherfucker you know what I'm saying and he was strong safety so once he seen the homies coming through the door that's when he knocked Trayvon Lane out and took his chains at the same time boom one of them got knocked out through the shoe rack knocked out all the shoes they fucked them up yeah [01:03:44] Speaker 8: Trayvon Lane he said y'all never took a chain y'all tried to but y'all didn't get it [01:03:48] Speaker 3: my little homeboy had to change Marcus he passed away though that was bullshit change I wouldn't wear that bullshit you know what I'm saying right right [01:04:01] Speaker 8: Orlando Anderson he was involved with that incident right [01:04:04] Speaker 3: he was there [01:04:05] Speaker ?: he was there [01:04:05] Speaker 3: yeah he was up there it was it was about eight of them eight homies went up there from south side and handled their business [01:04:14] Speaker 8: did Orlando talk to you about the incident [01:04:17] Speaker 3: no no all everybody that came back from the wall told me about the shit told me what happened they was laughing like the [01:04:27] Speaker 8: Tupac Vegas incident why was y'all in Vegas in the first place [01:04:31] Speaker 3: come to the fights we was going to the fights before the rappers before shooting and we had a record company we've been going to the fights since like 88 89 yeah come down in front of the big fights [01:04:47] Speaker 8: so did y'all have tickets to that fight [01:04:49] Speaker 3: yeah [01:04:50] Speaker 8: y'all did [01:04:51] Speaker 3: yeah okay okay got them from my little scapper partner scapper as a matter of fact I was in uh I was in uh Tracy with him he was from rolling 60s little twin dude he was scapper when I got out I used to go to the games the raider games at the coliseum and he used to be in front of the team I found out he was a scapper so we exchanged numbers so any concert sporting event I would call him ahead of time and get the tickets [01:05:25] Speaker 8: what date did y'all show up to Vegas I came on uh that Thursday that Thursday yeah and the fight was on a Saturday y'all showed up on a Thursday and um if I'm not mistaken the day before the shooting um you spoke to Suge Knight and Tupac right a day prior I didn't talk Tupac don't know me but Suge Knight you had yeah I was uh [01:05:53] Speaker 3: we was uh waiting on our cars at the valet at the MGM and they pulled up and they Rolls Royces [01:05:59] Speaker 8: and uh tell me about that cause that was a Friday that was the day before yeah [01:06:05] Speaker 3: he got out and came and shook my hand what up big dog Suge Knight yeah that's why I didn't understand why it was they jump on my nephew the next day that was stupid [01:06:14] Speaker 8: okay so he came up to you he shook his hand [01:06:18] Speaker 3: and shook my hand what up big dog what you doing you know and all the bitches cause all the bras was around him and said they was like who the fuck is this dude he must be powerful you know what I'm saying all everybody was like that damn he just came out of the crowd just to shake this dude and [01:06:34] Speaker 8: yeah so just take me through that Saturday everything leading up to the incident [01:06:42] Speaker 3: we had uh got tickets from the scapper dude and he had us placed all over we was uh gonna meet at uh the cafe after the fight that was all our plans so everybody had uh was coming to the cafe and shit I seen someone on potless from my uh 1180 East Coast Crip they like hey they just jumped on your nephew like who said some death row niggas like you bullshit they like yeah and we ran and ran into the lane inside the lobby [01:07:21] Speaker 8: so y'all ran into your nephew Orlando [01:07:25] Speaker 3: what did he say to you weirdo he just said they jumped on him and stuff like that and that's was he alright he said his shoulder was kind of fucked up I guess when getting kicked in the shoulder or something he said his shoulder was fucked up how mad was he [01:07:40] Speaker ?: how mad was he [01:07:40] Speaker 3: I was I was more mad than him yeah why would you you know what I'm saying I'm up with you know what's up the old people that is [01:07:53] Speaker 8: so what exactly did he tell you did he tell you like yo Tupac jumped on me or he just said that Jeff Roe niggas jumped on him and the only injury he had was his shoulder his shoulder was kind of fucked up okay so um take me through that you know Orlando he got jumped what happened after that [01:08:13] Speaker 3: so uh we ran into the New York dudes except them they asked them do we need some help we like nah we good and then uh my little homie uh we had some little homies out here selling selling work kilos and shit and they like man we know where them niggas gonna be they gonna be at the 662 club they been advertising this all week they gonna perform this night so we went up there and uh my little homies when he got the choppers and Bob James talking about he seen us back there he lucky he didn't see we didn't see him you know what I'm saying they lucky they didn't show up you know what I'm saying we had some headhunders with us you know what I'm saying they lucky they didn't show up three choppers it would have been a master you know and just pulled up there and uh shit pulled up there waited up there for about an hour while James said ten minutes it wasn't fucking ten minutes waited up there for about an hour we got tired and went on started let's go get high we'll buy some uh champagne bottles Cristal and Don Barry Young he said stop at the store and got that shit when we left when we left uh we was in two three cars as a matter of fact and uh the other two cars missed the light so we kept on going heading towards the hotel when we got to Flamingo that's when dude was hanging out he was uh he was like like he was in a parade or something stupid ass hanging out the window [01:09:55] Speaker 4: he was like Tupac [01:09:58] Speaker 3: and we like oh there go that motherfucker and we popped a Yui and that was it [01:10:06] Speaker 8: so I want to backtrack a little so y'all was waiting at um 6-6-2 um Tupac and Shelly Knight didn't um show up but if I'm not mistaken they was actually y'all was actually waiting at 6-6-2 for Tupac and Orlando can fight right [01:10:21] Speaker 3: yeah [01:10:22] Speaker 8: tell me about that cause Orlando actually wanted to fight Tupac right [01:10:25] Speaker 3: yeah he was gonna get his ass knocked out [01:10:27] Speaker 8: so Lane had hands [01:10:29] Speaker 3: one punch [01:10:30] Speaker 8: oh for real he had hands [01:10:31] Speaker 3: oh hell yeah like ah yeah [01:10:34] Speaker 8: so tell me about that Orlando was saying he wanted to fight Tupac and have a heads up with him [01:10:38] Speaker 3: we was just uh I was just gonna tell Shelly let him get down that's all he was just gonna beat his ass [01:10:44] Speaker 8: oh so y'all was at 6-6-2 Tupac and Shelly Knight didn't show up so that's when y'all decided to retaliate and that's when y'all was like okay [01:10:56] Speaker 3: nah we just left [01:10:57] Speaker 8: because they didn't show up okay Von Zilp is the one that provided y'all with the gun right I don't know nothing about that I mean it's in the book and everything yeah [01:11:09] Speaker 3: I don't know nothing about that ask Greg Caden you believe you believe most of his stories you know [01:11:18] Speaker 8: you do though yeah Greg Caden said it I mean it said it in the book I got your book the audio book [01:11:22] Speaker 3: he got the whole world fucked up like you got you fucked up you know what I'm saying like that uh like I said no this is in the book that Unsolved is fucking uh Unsolved is fabricated bunch of bullshit the way he wanted to portray me you know what I'm saying I'm sagging khaki pants man I ain't want no khaki pants [01:11:44] Speaker 8: in fucking junior high school high school I'm a player dude but here's the thing I got the audio book so yeah yeah so it's all in the book so Ron Zip is the one that provided not you but somebody that was in the white Cadillac with the gun yeah okay alright so um tell me how that came about you don't have to tell me the person he gave it to okay so we're not trying to blame you for that but just tell me how that came about Ron Zip offering somebody that was in the car with the gun was that no just tell me how it came about once again you don't have to say who exactly he gave the gun to but just say how it came about where Ron Zip provided you and your crew with the gun [01:12:26] Speaker 3: no he just asked do we need some help and uh shit he came up with the ting ting that's all shit he had a ting ting on him we already had ting tings too though you know what I'm saying right we had already had ting tings too and he had a ting ting that's all [01:12:47] Speaker 8: so how did you know Tupac and Shib was in the black BMW [01:12:51] Speaker 3: he was hanging out the window Tupac yeah what was he doing he had half his body out the window yeah just you know that Bay Area shit you know how they do that weird shit like ghost ride the whip you know they just want to be planboying you know what I'm saying they want to be seen and shit [01:13:13] Speaker 8: but you said the females was yelling Tupac's name right [01:13:16] Speaker 3: yeah that's how they were in the part [01:13:18] Speaker 8: right Tupac Tupac [01:13:21] Speaker 3: and he was you know that bullshit you know real motherfucker he gonna be sitting down and set his ass down somewhere you know what I'm saying I'll be hanging out no fucking window just want to be seen and shit right right [01:13:36] Speaker 8: so um what's up so you and your crew y'all on um Flamingo and Colville and y'all slowly pull up to Tupac and Suge and the Black BMW tell me how they came about [01:13:48] Speaker 3: we just took the gutter like we said we pulled up to the stoplight and they they was making the right it was about 17 cars we just pulled up in the gutter lane and seen the ass you know when I first shot it hit big boy in the head I thought he was dead like damn he dead and they didn't even get a chase to make it so bad some broads gave it a chase they got their little windshield shot out [01:14:21] Speaker 8: it was over with after that Dre he was the one that was supposed to shoot you know Tupac and Suge but he got scared right [01:14:30] Speaker 3: well he didn't really get scared you know he wasn't ready for that they was youngsters man kids [01:14:38] Speaker 8: but once again I mean y'all Crips right so he should be used to that right Dre so why was he [01:14:44] Speaker 3: he wasn't ready for that everybody everybody got a role man everybody ain't everybody ain't a killer everybody you know what I'm saying everybody ain't ain't gonna kill everybody ain't [01:14:55] Speaker 8: a shooter no okay so but he was the one that was supposed to shoot up Tupac and Suge but for some reason he wasn't ready for it so he gave the gun to Orlando right something like that [01:15:08] Speaker 3: yeah [01:15:08] Speaker 8: and Orlando is the shooter he's the known shooter I mean everybody know Orlando Anderson was a shooter so Dre got cold feet he didn't want to do it he gave the gun to Orlando and Orlando shot Tupac and Suge [01:15:20] Speaker 3: yeah he did his thing yeah [01:15:21] Speaker 8: okay so what was Tupac and Suge reaction when Orlando started shooting up the gun [01:15:27] Speaker 3: oh shit Suge just ducked his head and the first bullet went in his head so the next one hit him it was like he was like he was doing a break dance trying to jump in the backseat or something yeah like damn yeah what the fuck looked like he was trying to jump in the but it was bullets was in his ass and we made the right and them bras tried to get a little chase you know what I'm saying but I I wonder why Reddy didn't get a chase because I've seen him do some shooting before for sure right so you want to talk about that too [01:16:11] Speaker 8: no we're going to get into all that so um Tupac you said he was trying to reach for a gun or it looked like he was trying to reach for yeah [01:16:17] Speaker 3: yeah yeah it looked like he was trying to get his thing done that's what it looked like [01:16:23] Speaker 8: and you said Tupac tried to jump in the backseat [01:16:26] Speaker 3: it looked like when y'all start shooting he was reaching and it looked like uh yeah he was trying to jump in the backseat or something he was like break dancing or some shit [01:16:35] Speaker 8: alright so alright so um how you feel about people that say Shug used Tupac as a shield [01:16:47] Speaker 3: oh he didn't use it as a shield this man shot in the fucking head that's who we thought was dead [01:16:53] Speaker 8: okay [01:16:55] Speaker 3: first bullet went straight in his head [01:16:57] Speaker 8: so Shug Knight's reaction wasn't him trying to grab two nah he's lying [01:17:01] Speaker 3: that's why I say Greg came Reggie uh knock out all they there they wasn't there [01:17:10] Speaker 8: so um after the incident what did y'all do after that y'all went to the hotel right [01:17:14] Speaker 3: yeah tell me about that just started started drinking and shit popping bottles shit that's all and uh shit didn't nobody know about us four that was in the car right yeah [01:17:29] Speaker 8: so what happened with the gun where y'all where y'all stashed the gun at I left it on the tire in one of those cars on the parking lot what did y'all do with the white cat all at [01:17:38] Speaker 3: take it back [01:17:39] Speaker 8: to the rented car place how long did y'all stay in vegas after that incident [01:17:46] Speaker 3: we left the next day [01:17:48] Speaker 8: and you told Orlando not to tell nobody right [01:17:55] Speaker 3: yeah tell me about that I said on this type of shit you can't be telling nobody shit that's the only way you gonna stay free [01:18:03] Speaker 8: yeah you told Orlando and everybody else that was in the car [01:18:06] Speaker 3: yeah shut the fuck up [01:18:09] Speaker 8: okay [01:18:10] Speaker 3: I'm telling nobody shit [01:18:11] Speaker 8: Tupac and Orlando Anderson if they would've fought at 6-6-2 how do you think that fight would've turned out [01:18:23] Speaker 3: one punch a knockout yeah it would've and he probably would've stomped on his head yeah he'd've probably busted his hit in the melon for sure he'd've been knocked out for sure he would've knocked out sure Orlando yeah can't fight man he'd've been getting knocked out the last I've been to I've been to even at the heart I played football with him you know what I'm saying right right I played football with him so I knew you know his cousins then was like that so he had two twin cousins Ronald and Donald Knight one of them played quarterback the other one played tight end on our same football team and he had another little cousin played safety named Bruford yeah but we was all tight and stuff I never thought he was no blood seemed like he waited to get a million dollars to become a blood you know what I'm saying that's crazy doing shit backwards most people was trying to get up out that shit you know what I'm saying most people that grow up in the hood they trying to get up out of the game like trying to better your life don't wait till you get all the money and come get into the game like a soldier boy he's such a clown you know what I'm saying he's got his little pigtails [01:19:39] Speaker 4: I'm Big Draco [01:19:40] Speaker 3: you sound like a little bitch dude [01:19:42] Speaker 4: I'm Big Draco [01:19:45] Speaker 3: yeah that's just funny yeah but they doing that shit backwards you don't wait till you get rich get successful then join the game that's wrong that's backwards dude we trying to get out that shit you know what I'm saying we trying to get the fuck up out that shit you know what I'm saying it was part of our environment a lot of people lost family members and stuff like that and y'all going to play in these games and stuff like that my generation would wear y'all ass out you know what I'm saying this new shit gang gang like Kylie beat them that's bullshit you know yeah that's bullshit [01:20:24] Speaker 8: mob jeans [01:20:25] Speaker 3: yeah you know mob jeans I know yeah of him yeah my son him and my son they got real tight lately [01:20:32] Speaker 8: how you feel about him saying that Suge Knight wasn't in the real blood and the only reason why they was messing around with him was because Suge Knight was family [01:20:41] Speaker 3: yeah I read that I mean I seen that everywhere he said them niggas was brought into the I mean you know what I'm saying getting money and we was paid the gang bang did you see that part [01:20:58] Speaker 8: yeah I've seen I've seen something like that [01:20:59] Speaker 3: yeah yeah that shit that shit I'd be laughing yeah there wasn't no competition for us because the Crips was uh back then the Crips had that shit on lock had the money everything if it wasn't for us Suge wouldn't even have been on it wasn't for the Crips you know what I'm saying [01:21:14] Speaker 8: right [01:21:15] Speaker 3: if it wasn't for the Crips Suge wouldn't even have been on and he know we put him on [01:21:19] Speaker 8: you know what I'm saying Reggie Wright Jr. how do you feel about him saying that the only reason why you're saying that Tupac was trying to reach for a gun is just in case if they ever come to you and try to blame you for the you know the shooting you can say it was self-defense [01:21:34] Speaker 3: is that what he's trying to say [01:21:36] Speaker 8: yeah he said that on the live TV before [01:21:38] Speaker 3: yeah like I said y'all keep on listening to Reggie and uh what's his name Greg Katie y'all he just fabricated the story the way they wanted to be you know what I'm saying but they wasn't there that's all I wanted to ask them was you there [01:21:59] Speaker 8: that's all I wanted to ask you how do you feel about people that say Orlando Anderson was a plant [01:22:05] Speaker 3: that's bullshit you think somebody want to get beat up kicked in the shoulders kicked in the head come on man these people they from Mars or something what the fuck they just want their shit to go the way they wanted to go they got a photograph of memory and they putting that shit the way they wanted to be little fat old dog brother come on man right right so bullshit portrayal man I didn't like that at all that nigga was a weenie he looked at soft you know what I'm saying ain't nothing soft about me man big old fat teddy bear you know what I'm saying right [01:22:43] Speaker 8: when y'all shot up the BMW if I'm not mistaken when y'all was trying to drive off did somebody shoot at y'all Cadillac [01:22:53] Speaker 3: no [01:22:54] Speaker 8: so that's not true so Bunstree and Neckbone wasn't shooting back at y'all after y'all shot up the BMW [01:23:00] Speaker 3: no back then it was hard to be a Blood cause the Crips was dominating you know what I'm saying [01:23:10] Speaker 8: uh huh [01:23:11] Speaker 3: I was at the party when they stomp that 60 dude out for DJ Quick killed him then I was at this other party I mean at this other club bar one when this dude named uh Bruce Richardson whooped Shug ass whooped Shug and Bunstree ass next day he was dead you know what I'm saying I'm seeing I'm seeing this shit going down you know what I'm saying so shit we can't let that pass you know Shug know Shug know me you know what I'm saying right we had been in this business way before they even got started we had a way bigger head starter than them that's why Bunstree said they was getting little chicks we was making our own money we was rolling man rolling we was king of the city dude before his children even got on you know what I'm saying it was already on homie before Death Row we even got started we started Death Row the Crip started Death Row and he know that matter of fact Reggie White used to go down to MDC when we start the company her name was Abu yeah she used to go down go downtown with me yeah that was my girl at first [01:24:28] Speaker 8: oh okay so you was missing whatever before Reggie [01:24:31] Speaker 3: yeah that was my girl at first yeah [01:24:33] Speaker 8: Puffy out of curiosity why you think Puffy haven't been arrested for conspiracy [01:24:47] Speaker 3: who did he [01:24:52] Speaker 8: who did he conspired I mean he put a hit on Tupac and Shook I mean even if he wasn't serious he still said it and the people he said it around ended up killing Tupac which was y'all [01:25:03] Speaker 3: I asked them for to get us some money for some guns right all the little bottom fruiters told the police that on me so what I'm gonna change the story for Shook and them told the first fucking night but even with Shook they came for Shook and Reggie Reggie went told his daddy why his daddy would come to me the next day right they went told him man [01:25:25] Speaker 8: they told but that's the thing everybody [01:25:26] Speaker 3: they don't get no grief they he ain't no he say it his family say it all his homie 48 people was going to jail they shredded the indictment because I told them the story told them what happened I'm the only mother I told them myself and nobody go to jail did a day behind me so they say what the fuck they want to say depending on say that shit in my face [01:25:49] Speaker 8: but you don't think that's weird that everybody is getting missed with but nobody ain't missing [01:25:54] Speaker 3: believe me they was on this ass people came and robbed killed him and the owner [01:28:12] Speaker 8: what about Dre is it true that he died over obesity [01:28:17] Speaker 3: no he had died diabetic he had run in his family and he had he had went blind from diabetic to run in his family he wasn't obese you know [01:28:31] Speaker 8: Orlando he died at a car wash right [01:28:35] Speaker 3: yeah and uh this dude that ran off this dude ordered a half a key B. Dre took it to him and he went he went in the front door and went out the back door with a half a key and he going around telling everybody he took some shit from us and they happened to see the dude at the car wash and they went over there and killed two of them and when Lane was backing out they said a lot of people at the car wash were shooting at the truck and that's where [01:29:09] Speaker ?: and that's where [01:29:09] Speaker 3: he got hit at when he backed out backing up as the car wash [01:29:13] Speaker 8: how do you feel about that when that took place like how did that make you feel [01:29:17] Speaker 3: it was a double dose the day before feds did a sweep on me and my cousins took like 70 people to jail then the next morning my grandmother passed away like 3 in the morning that morning and I was talking to Lando on the phone at MDC that's a part of the detention center downtown I was talking to him on the phone and we went down to count time and the chapel showed up in my room drawer I had seen her already from seeing him already that morning from my grandma he showed up about 4.30 during count time like man I need to talk to you again like what and he like your everybody 70 people all over the country so that was a bad two days for me [01:30:25] Speaker 8: okay so um y'all get back to LA tell me how that first day was like y'all coming back from LA after the incident that happened in Vegas [01:30:39] Speaker 3: okay we uh we went we went on our to our spot in Southside and uh we there and uh Big Reggie he's uh he was the captain of the Compton Police he ran the four o'clock shift I guess I guess he didn't even get to do his fucking uh roll call good that motherfucking he was at he was on my street about 4.10 that day he ran the stop sign we got a seen him coming up the street we they had just started that key remote entry first use you know what they had just started that shit I think they started in 96 and I had a Z71 truck threw all the guns in there before he got there and I just locked the door and shit when I had the windows tinted he pulled up on the wrong side of the street jump out of the car hey let me tell you something was a Chevron gas station right there and so I jumped in the truck with him and shit he opened he unfolded the newspaper like [01:32:51] Speaker 4: man y'all did that shit [01:32:52] Speaker 3: like no dog he like man and he like man y'all going to jail you know what I'm saying cause the article he read he pull out that LA Time keep you DZF you you two five I'm like oh fuck I hadn't seen the Colombian after then so I really lost my plug and everything so I was getting like three four hundred kilos on this dude you know what I'm saying I didn't see him after that but he he left me with his workers so it's different from being with the boss I surprised this gang you know what I'm saying so I really kind of got a fuck on that whole situation yeah that's what I had a bad day it was a bad day that day sure had the fucking captain he that's the second man in charge of the police force then while I was out there meeting him he had this little gang task force come raid our house take all our guns and shit there was just a bunch of dirty shit going on dude you know what I'm saying sure hired the police to do his hit why don't why don't our gang get it up instead of hiring the police you know what I'm saying right you wrong man that ain't no gangster shit you know what I'm saying right but the police as I knew from the police one of our homies got killed that one day maybe about two or three days later from that incident and so that morning I came to the neighborhood me and my homies was in the car and the dudes I played football with at Compton High Compton High is a crip school and they like it was his name was Robert Williams named Blue and the other one was the mayor of Compton his name was Eric Perry then they pulled us over I'm like man best thing for y'all to do is stay the fuck out of Compton dude because we ain't with that bullshit that's going on down there so they kept us safe really you know what I'm saying stay y'all ass out of Compton they pulled us over and we had guns and everything didn't even take us to jail or nothing that was a trip you know what I'm saying I guess they used to feel we needed them because there was a bunch of that crooked shit going on at that Compton police station you know what I'm saying [01:35:21] Speaker 8: right just take me through that week where y'all in LA and Tupac was in the hospital everything was on the how was I feeling [01:35:52] Speaker 8: yeah like how was you feeling like because everything gets on the news it's rumors going around that y'all did it Tupac was in the hospital fighting for his life just take me through that entire week where you know all this [01:36:05] Speaker 3: going on I'm a crib from the streets bro yeah [01:36:09] Speaker 8: but this is a high foul situation yo like everything is on the news MTV man [01:36:16] Speaker 3: I lost my mom at 15 right bent to the pen at 19 you know what I'm saying [01:36:23] Speaker 10: mm-hmm [01:36:24] Speaker 3: it ain't nothing I really you know I didn't feel nothing shit it's another day I had to keep it moving plus I'm I'm responsible for three four hundred kilos shit that's part of the business [01:36:36] Speaker 8: so what was your reaction when it was announced that Tupac passed away [01:36:40] Speaker 3: was my reaction yeah shit they did a raid and they couldn't do nothing but react you know what I'm saying they did a they did a raid on the south side in the Mahapiru tell me about that oh my homeboy he he do grease traps called crown greasing that night he was he was out there getting his grease they make they make gasoline off of huge grease now right yeah he run a grease company so he happened to be coming in the neighborhood about 3.30 4 o'clock in the morning and he like came and knocked on my door like and my sister house Lane house they raided a whole lot of people's house matter of fact [01:38:01] Speaker 8: but the moment it was announced that Tupac passed away what was your reaction and what was Orlando's reaction [01:38:07] Speaker 3: and we we didn't let them see us sweat you know what I'm saying because that's giving away the city you know what I'm saying this is like telling ourselves to let me see them sweat you know [01:38:18] Speaker 8: a war broke out in Compton right after the Tupac murder [01:38:22] Speaker 3: yeah [01:38:22] Speaker 8: tell me about that [01:38:23] Speaker 3: we lost we lost this dude he was Compton he was Compton school police he thought he was he thought they thought it was a dude named Corey Corey Edwards he came out the red car pulled up they shot him like 30 some times that's the day that the police had pulled we pulled we pulled up maybe about 30 minutes after that and the police pulled us over and told us stay all outside of Compton we ain't down with that bullshit what Reggie and them got going on I'm like okay this is the crip police that I went to school with you know what I'm saying that I knew they came and told us but then another one of my homies got shot at a store so then Southside went on an attack we only lost one person they lost about ooh man they lost about nine dudes we wore them out they wasn't no competition really you know they weren't no competition so he he really he had the police doing his shit you know what I'm saying right and that that ain't gangsta you know what I'm saying and once they figured that Vons up in LA right [01:40:43] Speaker 3: yeah highway LA highway was at La Cienica in 3rd was at Melrose right around the corner from Pink's I think there's Melrose [01:40:57] Speaker 8: oh I'm from Houston [01:40:58] Speaker 3: oh yeah yeah Melrose and La Brea right there LA highway [01:41:03] Speaker 8: so tell me about that how that you know came about and what was said cause Puffy called too right [01:41:08] Speaker 3: yeah her [01:41:09] Speaker 8: him and Biggie's wife what's her name Faith yeah so tell me about that them two calls and everything he just asked was that us who said that he's one of my number one workers you know what I'm saying right he just turned out to be a weak motherfucker you know they raided his house in 2001 got a gun out of flower pot and he said that's the gun that killed Tupac and Greg Caden in that task force they deleted that shit and they in that ensemble they met him at the at the restaurant and tried to arrest him there he was out that was bullshit he was he was already working with the feds you know bunch of bullshit [01:43:23] Speaker 8: he tried to pay off Orlando Anderson to testify right [01:43:27] Speaker 3: he didn't try he did pay him how much he gave us like $60 so tell me about that one night I was at home and uh nephew called my phone and said come up to the lawyer's office with two guns so I go up to ED office ED4 we wore them out there wasn't even no competition and he even said it himself he said we went we went ready for y'all [01:44:31] Speaker 8: and um even though Orlando Anderson testified for Shug Shug was still found guilty right [01:44:40] Speaker 3: so we got like $60,000 for free but it was really to stop that war you know what I'm saying he said he even said it that night his own voice wasn't ready for it yeah okay so um okay well sure you sure you know I know he didn't want that to happen you know what I'm saying I know he didn't want that to happen at all you know before he even got there they was already with that bullshit you know what I'm saying he wouldn't have let that happen if he would have been in it in the beginning you know what I'm saying I'm quite sure he wouldn't have let that happen to my nephew you know he just came at the end and just joined in you know what I'm saying right [01:45:26] Speaker 8: you met Von Zip before Puffy right [01:45:35] Speaker 3: yeah mean [01:46:26] Speaker 8: you know it's a known fact but I mean you know it's not you know he was just this drug connection when he came to LA I mean [01:46:32] Speaker 3: he used to bring his partners from New York all the people that he had I used to hook him up yeah yeah some of them some of them some of them used to buy like 50 gigs 20 gallons of PCP yeah like once a month [01:46:50] Speaker 8: so how did that come about I mean you know him and you starting to have a relationship you know where you was supplying him with you know drugs or whatever it came from that baseball game okay yeah okay that's what's up um you met Von Zilt before Puffy so um how did you first meet Puffy tell me about that uh he could [01:47:15] Speaker 3: they called looking for some lowriders for that [01:48:31] Speaker 3: I shit that shit weird that just was a weird party why you say that why the party was weird because back in the days people weren't used to that type of stuff but now it's [02:36:39] Speaker 3: yeah yeah [02:36:40] Speaker 8: yeah so when y'all was in the studio with Bone Thugs that was after Tupac was murdered in Vegas right when y'all was in the studio with him [02:36:50] Speaker 3: yeah I was after I think he was passed away yeah [02:36:58] Speaker 8: Gene Deal he said he introduced [02:37:06] Speaker 2: all right y'all we in court let's get to it let's get to it y'all we in court y'all hold on we in court [02:37:17] Speaker 11: first being that the law that is quoted as the charge information on the first page of the PSI misquotes the actual penalty with regards to Mr. Davis as Mr. Davis's offense was was in 1996 prior to the modification of the law in the early 2000s we also had informed the court that under the aliases in this case one of the things we had talked about during the course of the trial and one of the things I had emphasized in closing was that the first name Keefy spelt on the jacket that was found in the home of Mr. Davis was spelt a certain way and the other spellings including the name that's on the book is not listed as an alias which is would have been located under the aliases found on page 2 of the PSI we had also informed the court with regards to the dates of the criminal history that under the May 5th 1990 or 1988 indication here that he was arrested on that date that that is inaccurate that that was the date that he was actually released from his previous case that was dated on 6-29-1986 and then finally in terms of his credit for time served there has been a miscalculation in terms of his credit and he had informed the court that it's in 700 and I can't remember the last part very good very good yes okay [02:38:49] Speaker 12: taking those banners in turn I agree that the charge range is incorrect in the PSI however I don't believe that it rises to a Stockmeyer issue to be clear this offense was committed in 1996 in 1995 truth and sentencing started which mandated that there be an equal and consecutive deadly weapon enhancement and so if the court were to impose anything but the law that was in place in 1996 which mandates an equal and consecutive deadly weapon enhancement it would be turned back by the prison so I do agree that that is incorrect however I don't agree that it rises to a Stockmeyer violation as to the alias and the release date it error I don't find that those rise to the level of Stockmeyer issues as well as they will not affect his classification or ultimately affect the court sentencing or understanding of his criminal history so at this point we will proceed to sentencing but I will note those objections for the record yes sir [02:39:49] Speaker 13: I got 1100 in 11 days [02:39:52] Speaker 12: a lot of those days Mr. Davis did go to the other case that you served time on and they know I was in jail [02:40:02] Speaker 3: for this case look at this fool argument he's a fool [02:40:06] Speaker 12: I understand that's your position however that's true [02:40:11] Speaker 2: this dude is a damn fool he's a fool [02:40:14] Speaker 12: however the law says that I cannot credit that torture sentence all right at this time the state has retained the right to argue given that this was a jury verdict [02:40:27] Speaker 2: I've never seen a damn fool like this [02:40:29] Speaker 6: and I wasn't actually going to make much of an argument because the nature of this sentence is such that whatever sentence that the court imposes on Mr. Davis he is guaranteed assuming he gets no relief anywhere else to die in the Nevada Department Corrections but as I was thinking about it I actually thought that's kind of wrong of me and that's because when you look at sentencing it's not just about the consequences of what happens to a defendant a sentence from a court has more meaning than that it has more meaning to these people that are sitting behind me it has more meaning to the public and so and I don't want to go into it very much but when you look at sentencing the first thing you look at [02:41:22] Speaker 2: hey y'all this dude's a damn fool Keefy D is a damn fool I want to repeat this again Keefy D is a damn fool y'all he's a fool let's keep going man this nigga arguing with the judge who's supposed to be about to give you your sentence man he's a damn fool [02:41:43] Speaker 6: that were sent to you that you read those strike at how much pain this man's actions have caused to them and it's not just what you hear every day in a courtroom this is a uniquely painful situation for this family it's not just about losing a family member it's not just about knowing that the perpetrator is out there because that happens in the justice system and there's nothing we can do about it but it is unique in the criminal justice system for somebody like Mr. Davis to inflict continued punishment on him from 2018 to 2023 publicly grandstanding in the death of Tupac Shakur their pain is something that is unique to the criminal justice system and for that he doesn't deserve the minimum sentence what else do you look at you look at the person who committed the crime and let's look at him in 1996 he's a five time convicted felon he is the head of a violent street gang in Compton and by his own admission by his own admission he's the one who gives the order but more more importantly what pain happened after that we all kind of talk about it as like a legend the 10 day war in Compton but those were real people that was a real six year old that caught a bullet in that war and the amount of violence that existed that stemmed from this particular act the death of another rapper that stemmed from this particular act had wide ranging effects upon the world and individuals just like them other family members that suffered from his actions and so that means he doesn't get the minimum sentence and you know what he was a young man back then I consider the early 30s maybe he was 29 30 31 somewhere in that range right he's old for the criminal justice system but still a young man and you would expect that you'd grow up and then you listen to him on those jail calls after being indicted for murder and I know Mr. Samt has said publicly about well everybody sort of has blood on their money from this case you know the documentarians everybody I mean theoretically I wouldn't have a job if people didn't die so there's blood on my money he wouldn't have done this pro bono if he didn't want something from this as well so there's blood on all of our money but there's one exception that Mr. Davis that I think needs to be identified he's the only one who's trying to profit off a killing that he committed and for that he doesn't deserve the minimum sentence and honestly there is no difference really from 40 to 100 to 40 to life as it relates to Mr. Davis after being a five-time felon before he gets arrested he picks up two more felonies and now he's a seven-time felon then after being arrested for murder and being in our jail he gets convicted again of another felon and now he's an eight-time felon sitting on this crime perpetrated upon this family members these family members brothers and you have to ask yourself for this crime for this person what sentence does he deserve and whatever your decision is ultimately in my mind he deserves the maximum possible sentence because he's earned it through his actions his behavior and who he is as he stands here today he 100% deserves the maximum possible sentence and I'll submit it to the court [02:45:53] Speaker 12: who would you who will you be calling for your victim speakers of course they'll be allowed to speak last [02:45:58] Speaker 6: the brother and the sister of Mr. Shakur Sikua and we'll hear you Shakur [02:46:04] Speaker 12: okay sounds good here we go y'all turning to you Mr. Sam [02:46:07] Speaker 13: I just want my stuff back that he took out of my house [02:46:14] Speaker 4: what [02:46:14] Speaker 13: just want all my stuff back all them pictures that uh that photo log this dude's a clown okay [02:46:22] Speaker 12: you know [02:46:23] Speaker 13: anything else [02:46:26] Speaker 12: you want to say [02:46:26] Speaker 13: I'm good I'm going to appeal this case for sure [02:46:30] Speaker 12: you told me okay Mr. Sam turning to you [02:46:33] Speaker 11: your honor look typically my standard response on a case where you have a jury verdict is that while we respect the jury's verdict we understand that as right now we're disappointed but we are going to be seeking appellate relief and I wouldn't say anything more than that because typically there's not much more to say my concern here is when the state tells to the court that from the time of 2017 to the time of 2023 that my client was profiting off of the death of Tupac Shakur the problem I have with it in terms of representations made is that as the court recalls in the evidence that was proven or shown during the course of the trial that in 2017 they had information but yet the district attorney's office didn't do anything with it in 2018 they developed information but they didn't do anything with it 2019 2020 2021 2022 2023 and you know what the problem is with it on some level is when we turn on and say the family has suffered we all agree the family has suffered but to put that onus back on Mr. Davis to say okay we want him to have the maximum sentence in this case I think is a disingenuous argument made by the state in this matter when they are the ones who purposely delay they could have very easily taken this case as a grand during 2017 so the turn on say that somehow it's his fault that they waited 22 you know from 2017 to 2022 I think is a disingenuous argument now with all that being said Mr. Davis does understand that he's looking at significant time he has expressed to the court his desire to appeal we are going to appeal this case I just want to make sure that we're clear with regards to representations made because the one person that should have been here to testify on this case detective not there's reason for it the state has turned around in interviews that they have had with other people indicating that they strategically after my opening said I'm not putting up detective models instead I think that leads to a problem and here's the problem the district attorney's office should be here for the truth regardless of which way it goes in terms of the evidence in terms of the investigation but what we do instead is now we're having the game and the game is we don't like the fact that the detective that's going to testify this case was not doing his job so we are going to retract that away I think that's a problem but once again I would not have said anything but for the fact the state comes up here and says from 2017 to 2023 the victim the victim's family suffered that's disingenuous and I'm just asking the court in this particular case that he understands he's doing 40 years on the bottom that it's just a 40-year to 100-year sentence and he's done with this thank you [02:49:26] Speaker 12: thank you Mr. Sam state at this time you can call your victim speakers [02:49:31] Speaker 6: and judge I've shown these to Mr. Sam we had some family photos that we didn't want to [02:49:40] Speaker 13: file in the record just for the court of course [02:49:44] Speaker 4: all right [02:49:48] Speaker 14: ma'am we're going to have you sworn in you do songs where the testimony you're about to give in this action shall be the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth to help you God [02:49:57] Speaker 15: yes [02:49:58] Speaker 14: may please have you state and spell your first and last name for the record [02:50:01] Speaker 15: may [02:50:07] Speaker 12: have you spell it [02:50:08] Speaker 15: s-e-k-y-i-w-a-s-h-a-k-u-r [02:50:15] Speaker 12: thank you thank you ma'am and what did you want to tell me about the impact that this crime has had on your life which I'm sure has been immense [02:50:22] Speaker 15: thank you for hearing us out your honor when you ask about that asking me about the impact of my brother's life i feel like i first have to know who what he meant to our family my brother was born an icon he was born a legend my mother fought for his life while she was herself on trial facing 365 years in prison while she was on trial and on bail she decided to she wanted to leave something behind in case she got the time she was 22 at the time she went against her husband she went against her husband against everything she knew to conceive his child she fought the course to feed him to get nourishment oh she blasted tupac's daddy right there and after she was acquitted one month and three days later tupac a mom she called her born she first named to parish the saint crooks because she was afraid that the government the state or enemies would try to take him from her while he was in the hospital so i say begin with that because my mother's not here to see this day and she fought for his life since before he was born oh he cooked she consciously raised him to be a human rights activist someone to stand up for those weaker and smaller and that's what he was to me and all of the family he was the person that you go to for protection even as a nine year old as a nine year old we lived in new york city in the 80s he was the oldest of the younger kids in the family and his responsibility was to watch over the younger kids when i say watch over i mean he would take us back and forth to school we lived in harlem went to school the lower east side had to take two trains two buses and walk plenty of blocks every single day him being responsible for the five kids younger than him and he did that he never stopped he's not only my brother four years my senior but he's also my father figure he was the man in my home he was charged with being the man in the home he was charged with being a person to be responsible and take care of me to keep me out of trouble to pull me off the off the street corners with my friends when i was past my curfew he was his responsibility to make sure i ate and it wasn't just me again every button in our our immediate family our extended family and as we got older our community as a home so when you take the protection from a young woman he was i was 22 weeks before turning 21 when he was murdered my children was 18 months and nine months which already told you that the responsibility that he had on his plate just from me alone he was paying all of the bills all the rent all of the food clothes for at least i've counted them 17 different families at the age of 25 and he had started that when he was 17 and 18 when i was when he began his his career when i was in new york in the school's separate lives he sent what he could every single month he sent my aunt 50 a month in the beginning just to contribute to the household that his sister was living in to me that's an amazing example of a 20 year old of a 19 year old my son my son my son was six months when he died his his father his uncles were in that car procession that night my younger cousins was in that car procession that night procession that night my little brother was in the car procession that night and none of these men in my family were the same again this that day loss of tucuk for a long time crippled my entire family emotionally and mentally um i've been hospitalized multiple times for depression suicide variation and trauma and trauma ptsd um my the family that we were as we was raised um like i said he was of the men in our in our family and um i finally had a child which meant my son wouldn't have had to grow up the way the other men in my family did without having an elder man to support them and guide them and that was taking away my both of my children were raised in my grief so they have trust issues um abandonment issues relationship issues because the first 10 years of their lives i really couldn't get over the loss of um one brother um tupac but y'all faithful who was also in the car and she brought that and was murdered two months after tupac died so again this day this night of hunting and murdering i know to be a prince um it may sound weird but i say all the time that i can believe in jesus i can believe that jesus existed because i know someone who just i could describe in the same way that jesus is described for me he has put his life on a line many times to protect others he dedicated his career to the advancement of his people he was gentle and kind to women and children he fed anyone he fed anyone he knew that didn't have um he was truly my shining star my shining prince he is my who god trusted to take care of me my mother had two children and god gave him to him to me that's he's supposed to be my life partner he's supposed to be who i can go to when i needed advice from growing up i'm now 51 and i spent 30 years without my protection um and i believe that if any life matter if all life matters for sure for sure this man's life matter he died two months after he turned 25 not just 25 but just turned 25 and where would we be if malcolm x died at 25 i'm wrong with the king dot 25 john f kennedy died at 25 he had so much promise intention intentions for a better world for hours for our people he had plans he had manifestos and actually he had a theory that if he can get the world to fall in love with him that comes from the gutter that comes from same streets that our other black men come from that gets judged we get looked at like they're demons and villains because we survive the streets that we come from he had a theory that if i can get people to fall in love with me and respect me when i know i look and i move just like my brothers and sisters in the street and maybe one day he'll see stop seeing them as animals and villains and demons and they can see love for them as well it was hard sitting listening over and over and over again to someone describe bit by bit probably hunted tupac and marl chakora down and killed him with his body laying in the gutter in the gutter he's so much more he's so much more the street father we now um our family we have now found two new brothers um long lost brothers since his passing and it's painful that they don't have the relationship or the stories it's painful that i know i truly feel like if they were around they would be a better example of a big brother for him he wouldn't have to stray into or straight into the friends that he had um but he was worth it he was worth every ounce to be loved by him to to be picked on by him he was special to be teased by him was amazing he would have people asked me often what do i think he would have done been doing right now well in this this final shooting when he was killed he lost one in the hospital so i was knew he probably wouldn't go back to rapping but he was such an amazing artist an amazing actor an amazing poet and an amazing um orator i truly believe he would have been in government i feel like i truly believe he would have already constructed organizations and homes for lost boys and we were teens as a matter of fact he died on a friday and that monday he had an appointment to adopt one of the young people that [03:03:41] Speaker 2: was in his group shout out to cheryl for the twenty dollars in the cash app salute to you [03:03:45] Speaker 15: these entourage is not entourage for him once they weren't entourage they were family and he treated them like family their mothers trusted him and to protect their children and and this is a 25 year old that he was 22 23 he was younger 25 these mothers trusted their sons with him and he out of that he was a wonderful human being i have suffered through my pain but i you know time goes on to quote him and everybody grows and so i've grown up through it well who would i have been able to be if my protection was still there i would have still been able to be a baby girl and softer and lighter um my children and i would um have had more happy days them growing up my mother would have been able to enjoy the fruits of her labor the fruits of her work this man that she brought into this life and she protected they tupac and anthony were very similar i always say to john connor and sarah connor like she like treated this treated him like it's like you are the one that's going to change the world and he believed her and he believed her and he went out into the world to do that and i believed he would have done it i believed he would have done it with all his mistakes whatever mistakes he's ever made he has done so much more to become a better man to each day each mistake it was or each blunder i don't know if you want to say a mistake but blender he was so focused in it and being somebody not some not even over he was cocky he did have a big head he did think he was black jesus he did think that he he everything that has happened actually the way that we know to talk today was exactly his plan he wanted to be to have a bottle head he wanted to be known in africa he wanted to be this was his plan and he would have done such good work with that platform i miss my brother i do i do i do i miss his skin i miss his scars on his head he had a strawberry on his chest i miss the way he ate i missed his recipe of barbecue chicken i miss his laugh he laughed so sloppy he was he was slobber when he laughed he laughed so full it's so big we lost something the whole our whole generation lost something huge september 13 1996 i was the little sister that just wanted to be with my brother i just wanted to be with my brother i want to go i want to go with you i want to go why can't i go and that locked me in i want to go with you to all of my suicide attempts i'm grateful that i've made it out and grateful that i've learned lessons my first day the first time i went to a hospital in arizona it's a beautiful place i wish that my brother knew the tools that i was able to learn around trauma and around carrying old wounds and how to heal them he deserved to walk around feeling better than he did he deserved to not feel like he had the world on his shoulders and but my god he did a great job in those 25 years and just proud proud proud proud proud to have been cared for by him you'll see the pictures of um he was just about all the young people you see in those pictures probably in that entourage in that car he kept he carried he kept those same young boys with him he kept his promise to them and to them today he's still feeding families he's still i mean so many families he was my mother named him tupac tomorrow after the inkerchief peruvian inkerchief who was also a human rights liberation active as a leader and she named him in the hopes that he would follow in those same steps and again he did he would have been the promise of all of our grandparents i think that's all i have to say i do believe that when you take a life like that you deserve every minute every minute of the maximum amount of punishment time to sit down and contemplate what you've done to [03:09:48] Speaker 12: this world not just to me thank you again thank you so much for sharing all these stories with your brother this isn't the side that we got to hear during trial so i
