[0:00] what happened to Pam? I mean, look, I think a lot of, Jesse, first of all, thanks. It's great [0:05] to be here. A lot of what you just said about what happened to the attorney general is simply [0:11] not true. As President Trump said today, the attorney general made our country safe again. [0:17] And she is a friend and she did a great job in the first year of this administration. And people [0:22] should not forget what the Department of Justice that she came into just over a year ago. And so [0:29] we are a better Justice Department. We are safer as a nation. And we should all be very grateful [0:35] to the attorney general for her sacrifice for this country and for what she did. [0:40] Yeah, I like Pam Bondi, too. But she didn't give Swalwell a heads up on the Fang Fang files, [0:44] did she? [0:45] I would not believe that for a second. Absolutely, positively not. [0:50] OK. The president reportedly, probably, obviously frustrated that the case is against Tish and [0:57] Schiff and Brennan and Comey. [0:59] Not really going anywhere. Are you the guy that's going to be able to get that done? [1:05] Look, I think the president is frustrated. Everybody is frustrated because what we [1:09] what we saw happen for the past four years is unforgivable and can never happen again. [1:14] And so certainly I don't mind the frustration. I appreciate the frustration because we do have to [1:19] to make sure that what happened for four years never happens again. And we don't talk about [1:24] investigations. But I can tell you that the Department of Justice is working hard every day. [1:29] It was working hard every day. It was working hard every day. It was working hard every day. [1:30] It was working hard yesterday. And we're going to keep on working hard tomorrow. And I'm honored [1:35] that that President Trump has asked me to to step in as acting and also much appreciative for what [1:41] Pam Bondi did for the past year. [1:43] I mean, you get the anger. I mean, what Biden and Obama did to this president. You understand [1:48] there's a lot of anger about that, right? [1:51] Not only do I understand, I lived it, Jesse. Don't forget, I was on your show the night two [1:56] years ago with the night that President Trump was found guilty in Manhattan in the [2:00] middle of the law fair. So I do not need any kind. I had a firsthand accounting of what [2:05] happened. And so, yes, I understand it. The American people understand it. And I know that [2:09] that the American people expect that it will never happen again. And we take that seriously. [2:14] You fought that case hard. You absolutely did. Now, the Epstein files, you'd agree, [2:19] not handled well. [2:22] And I don't. First of all, I have never heard President Trump say that the attorney general [2:26] was anything that happened to her had anything to do with the Epstein files. And so, look, [2:30] the Epstein files has been a saga that's lasted for the entire for the past year. [2:35] And what happened when the president signed the Transparency Act is the Department of Justice [2:39] has now released all the files with respect to the Epstein saga. And the attorney general, [2:46] Bondi and I, appeared in front of Congress voluntarily a couple of weeks ago to answer [2:49] any questions they had. We have made every single congressman, senator available to come and see [2:55] any document redacted, unredacted that they want. And so I think that to the extent that the Epstein [3:00] files was a part of the past year of this Justice Department, it will should not be a part of [3:05] anything going forward. [3:07] OK, well, I mean, you've combed through these files, right? Who was it? Who was Epstein spying [3:13] for? [3:16] Look, everything. I don't know that he was spying for anybody. Nobody's ever said that. [3:20] No? You don't think he might have been a spy for a foreign country? [3:23] I have no idea if he was a spy. All I know is that we don't have any evidence in the Epstein [3:29] files that the FBI collected over 15 years. [3:33] Suggests that, Jesse. I wasn't. I don't know. I wasn't part of the original prosecution team. [3:38] Neither was Attorney General Bondi. And I can tell you this. There's only one president [3:42] that's held Mr. Epstein accountable, and that's Donald J. Trump. During his first administration, [3:48] that was the administration that prosecuted him. And during this administration, [3:53] it's the administration that's been totally transparent and released all the files. And [3:56] no matter how much criticism people want to make about the Epstein files, [4:00] that is indisputable. It's undisputable that nobody talked. [4:03] THE EPSTEIN FILE WAS PASSED. [4:05] WE DIDN'T HAVE TO RELEASE THE [4:07] EPSTEIN FILE. [4:08] WE SHOT THE EPSTEIN FILE FOR [4:10] FOUR YEARS DURING BIDEN, FOUR [4:11] YEARS. [4:11] SO WHEN PRESIDENT TRUMP SAID [4:13] LET'S RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILE [4:14] AND THE LAW WAS PASSED THAT [4:16] ALLOWED US TO LEGALLY DO IT, WE [4:18] DID IT. [4:19] OKAY. [4:21] I'M NOT SURE YOU TOTALLY GET [4:23] WHAT PEOPLE FEEL ABOUT THAT, BUT [4:26] I WANT TO MOVE ON. [4:27] THE FRAUD SITUATION, I LOVE THE [4:29] FRAUDS ARE. [4:30] I'M THRILLED THAT YOU GUYS ARE [4:32] CRACKING DOWN EVERYWHERE ACROSS [4:33] THE COUNTRY. [4:34] I'M THRILLED THAT YOU GUYS ARE [4:36] CRACKING DOWN EVERYWHERE ACROSS [4:38] THE COUNTRY. [4:45] JUST TODAY IN LOS ANGELES WE HAD [4:47] A TAKEDOWN, EIGHT INDIVIDUALS [4:49] WERE ARRESTED FOR ALLEGEDLY [4:50] BILKING OVER $50 MILLION OF [4:53] INTENDED LOSS FROM OUR TAXPAYER [4:54] MONIES, AND, YES, THIS INCLUDES [4:56] LEADERSHIP IN STATE GOVERNMENTS, [4:58] OUR INVESTIGATIONS DO, BECAUSE [4:59] GUESS WHAT? [5:00] THEY ARE IN MANY WAYS THE ACTUAL [5:02] PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY WHO ARE [5:04] TRYING TO STOP THESE INDIVIDUALS [5:06] STEALING FROM THE AMERICAN [5:07] PEOPLE. [5:08] AND SO YOU'RE GOING TO SEE THIS [5:10] DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE POUR ALL [5:11] OF OUR HEART AND SOUL INTO FROG [5:13] CASES ALL OVER THIS COUNTRY FOR [5:15] THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.
