Councilmember Anderson0:22

Here. Thank you. Welcome, Assistant City Attorney Mike Cerullo. Everybody, please rise for the Pledge of Allegiance. As it is a Friday afternoon on a gloomy day, I will forgo any further remarks, and we will move right into our public hearing to adopt the final stormwater management utility fee.

SPEAKER_011:00

Mr. Cerullo, do we need to read anything? Sorry, Mike. I don't know if you typically read resolution titles. I spoke with Carrie. I said you typically don't. So this is just, again, a public hearing. It's required by statute to be done before the 15th, and I'll just turn it over to you to see if we have any information. The numbers and the final assessment roll information is in the resolution.

Councilmember Anderson1:22

Thank you very much. Looking at my colleagues, is there any information that any of my colleagues wish to ask, or is there any information you seek to be heard in regards to the resolution? Seeing none, do we have a motion? Motion to approve. Second. You do have to announce the public hearing. I will. I'm sorry. Looking out at the public, is there any member of the public that wishes to speak? I have received no comment cards saying no members of the public that wish to speak, and no further discussion on the dais. Ms. Beggarro, please call the roll.
