I had a question on the week three, the Vance real estate service, $2,500. That's not a usual expense. I was just curious about that. Has that got to do with the famous Florida grocer or some other thing? Mr. Nenemacher, if you can, please. Yes, ma'am. Jason Nenemacher, CAO. That was an appraisal we had performed on 400 420 Media Express building. We have a foreclosure action pending, and we wanted to get a sense of the value to weigh some of our options in that regard. I want to compliment whether it's the CRA, which you were all directors of, or if it's the Gateway 7, I congratulate you on putting up the safety railings in the median of 441. Many of the other municipalities in Broward have started to do that to protect our pedestrians, particularly now that we're getting housing in the commercial district of the CRA.
