The CRA consent agenda this evening consists of five items and they may be approved with one motion. Before we take a motion or address pulling any items, I do need an amendment for item number three. Yes, if I could just elaborate. Attorney Ezra. Is your microphone on, sir? I'm sorry. It is on, but it is on. The light's on. The item before you is repealing resolution number 2023-35. There's a memo that details the substance of the matter. However, what was inadvertently omitted from the package is the actual resolution repealing and authorizing the execution of the escrow agreement. Both of those documents are on the dais before you. Thank you. Thank you. With that being said, we would now entertain a motion or if there are any items that any council member would like to or a commissioner would like to pull. Motion to approve.
