I will put us back in session. Public comments. Mr. Conklin, I'm sorry. I asked for public comments and I didn't hear anybody jump up. Go ahead. I was late getting here. Apologies. Dennis Conklin, 4581 Northwest 6th Court. I wanted to address again this affordable housing. And I thought of a suggestion for protecting the, I guess you would say, campaign against commercial property in the C.R.A. And I noticed you don't have your badges up. But right nearby here, I think there's a real good solution to shift some of this high density and affordable housing out of the Gateway 7 or the C.R.A. District, a little bit closer to home here. I was looking at the plantation marketplace at 700, what is it, 70, 7007, I guess it is, West Broward Boulevard. So much of it is vacant. And just down the street from here at 499 Northwest 70th Avenue is a, they call it the Professional Center. And it's a little building, and it basically has doctor's offices and like that, as the name reflects, and a massive amount of parking lot, which I believe if you could control the occupants, those professionals, to move into the vast vacancies in the plantation marketplace, you could demolish that and build your nice high density, low-income housing right in the neighborhood here. And it might offset the expensive stuff across the street on 4th Street. Anyways, that's sort of my suggestion. And as I mentioned, this is really a problem that I don't think that the city can solve because it has to do with our money or the fiat money, and family formation is lacking in America. A lot of housing, I think, could be solved for people if they could form families and together kind of get America back on the two feet that it was founded on, faith, family, and freedom, so that they have a chance then to possibly own affordable housing within their own solutions of their own families. Because, as I mentioned before, I grew up, gold was always $35 an ounce until I hit majority, and then they took away the gold standard. And today, gold closed at $2,321.90. No one's wages have kept up with that inflation, which inflation is only an invisible tax created by government to devalue everybody's dollars because they're afraid to raise our taxes. But soon, we're going to have to pay the piper, and government is going to have to outrageously raise our taxes. Thank you, Mr. Compton. So I hope you get new neighbors here, take some of the pressure off the commercial property in the gateway district, the CRA district. Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Conklin.
