and call to order the CRA meeting, and I'll ask Ms. Thompson to please call the roll for the CRA meeting. Okay. Commissioner Anderson? Here. Commissioner Andreu? Here. Commissioner Fadgen? Here. Commissioner Horland? Here. Commissioner Reinstein? Here. Commissioner Sordle? Here. Assistant City Attorney Quinton Morgan? Here. Thank you. Thank you very much. The CRA Consent Agenda consists of Items 1, 2, and 3, and may be approved by one motion. Do any members of the Commission wish to pull an item, or do I have a motion? Motion to approve. Second. We have a first and a second, and nobody has signed up for the consent items. Seeing no further discussion, I'll ask Ms. Thompson, please call the roll. Commissioner Anderson? Yes. Commissioner Andreu? Yes. Commissioner Fadgen? Yes. Commissioner Horland? Yes. Commissioner Reinstein? Yes. Commissioner Sordle? Yes. Thank you. We now have public requests of the Commissioners regarding the CRA, and I have Mr. Conklin signed up for public comments on groundbreaking, PGH demo, and no high-rise residences are his topics. You have three minutes, Mr. Conklin. I'm Dennis Conklin, 4581 Northwest 6 Court. Heavenly hosts protect you and your families. This morning, we were pushing some dirt in Flex Zone 73 at the old Plantation General Hospital site where they broke ground for the new, soon-to-be-built emergency center. And I asked if they were, and I asked if they were demolishing the existing plant right now, and they said they were, and so I'm requesting from the commissioners, I don't see your name tags up there again, the six of you, to please do not put high-rise residences in that place, looking into my neighbor's backyards and homes. And I yield back. Thank you, Mr. Conklin. Seeing no further cards? Do we have anybody online? Seeing nobody online? No further discussion? Then we will adjourn the CRA meeting at 6.59 p.m. Christ? For those to come? For that, you know, you have to be聯 zumindest today. Alright.
