Before we conclude the CRA meeting, I'd like to ask Mr. Glendon Hall if you can come up for a moment and just, I know that there have been some, there were some questions raised regarding some activities in the CRA, some upkeep. If you can just address some of those, I think you're familiar with what those questions were. Yes. Someone? Good evening. There was an email that was received where I distributed to the different departments. Off the top of my head, one of them was dealing with the banner poles on 441. Those are being replaced right now. So the number five, the pressure washing on the sidewalks, that was included in 2024 by Public Works. The gateway walls, the dead ends that were cleaned also in 2024. As I was mentioning, the decorative banners, the bars for those are being replaced right now. Most of the issues were occurring because of the old design were breaking. They were kind of like a proprietary brand. You couldn't really repair them. So we're going to a cheaper model that I showed you earlier that can be repaired very easily with regular hardware equipment. So that's going to be replaced. Most of the issues were occurring in the southeast section of 441. The decorative light pole, I think it's right across from Checkers. It's been reported to FPNL. And that property, the sliver of property that between the 4351 and 4367 Peers Road is an access road to the park. We've had some issues with it. The adjacent property owner, a lot of people are using it to access his property and dumping and parking trucks, et cetera. They've put a chain up to block that access. In the future, that may be used, possibly an incentive to, you know, make a larger lot for another project. So right now it's governed by the Parks Department. But we've been blocking it off just to make sure there's no access. Thank you very much. So I think in summary is that you are on top of our CRA and our CRA is in good shape. Yes, sir. Thank you very much. You're welcome. Sir? Good evening. Matt Thompson, Public Works Director. I do just want to make one correction. The light pole in question is ours. It is being looked at by Imperial, our electrical contractor. It needs a new LED fixture. So I just wanted to clarify that for Glenn, that it's not FPNL's responsibility. It's ours, but we're working with the contractor. As far as number one, the landscaping, there's no irrigation at those areas, but we're looking at more drought-tolerant material to put in. So, but yes, we are on top of all of this. Great. Thank you. And just to clarify for the public that may be listening is that every once in a while we get a, we get email comments on the agenda to all of council and to some of the departments. There happened to have been one that had some questions raised regarding some activities in the CRA. So this was to clarify for that. It had been brought up before and I hadn't heard anything following up on the Massey-Yardley wall, which isn't really the Massey-Yardley wall because I can remember when the Gateway 7 put the walls up in Flex Zone 73, neighborhood east of the turnpike. And I'm hoping that you're allowing this to get cleared so that they can regain their private property rights. And that was basically, I was trying to find out what's going on with that because the, what I view as interference with them trying to transact their property to future generations or to another buyer, I think is improper interference for what's been going on with them. I was in contact with Warren Yardley on January 6th who was making progress and headway and told me that if he needed any further assistance, he would reach back out. And that was as of January 6th.
