Thank you. Thank you. That brings us to public comments for the CRA, and I believe Mr. Conklin would like to speak. Thank you. Dennis Conklin, 4581 Northwest Six Court Plantation, if I may approach. As you saw in the mayor's presentation, he mentioned about the CRA and how it's a ripe target for affordable housing. One of the problems that we have when we face this issue is the fact that years ago, we went off the gold standard, and people's wages are unable to keep up with the inflation, which is an invisible tax by governments of all levels, but chiefly the federal government. And I can remember when I was in college, 1969, my economics teacher said, monetary theory, he told us, quote, that the federal debt doesn't matter, we owe it to ourselves. Well, that's come home to roost. And basically what I've handed you there is a description of what you face as the lower tiers of government. You're setting up advisory committees and everything else like that, but we went astray back in the 60s. And I lived all my life until majority, 21 back then it used to be, had to vote. Gold was $35 an ounce. And when they closed that gold window, it went right away, $300. And now I checked the price of gold closed today, and it was at $2,344, 50 cents at the 4 p.m. close. So you're really struggling to try to go upstream without much of a paddle, and it comes down to the larger governments, federal particularly. Now, in the Constitution, in the Article I, which is the powers of the Congress, there's power for the states, which created the federal government, to issue their own currency as long as it's in gold. And there are bills in front of several of the state legislatures that are doing that right now. I think there is one in Florida, I've heard the rumor, but I would like to request that the city look into backing those types of bills in the House and in the Senate of Florida. Because once you are able to transact again with gold, it doesn't matter how many dollars there are floating out there. If your assets are fixed in gold, which you can do now, it's called GLINT, you can actually own gold and pay in gold using a MasterCard. And I'll yield back my time. Thank you, Mr. Conklin. Is there anybody else that would like to make a public comment on the CRA? Seeing none. That means our meeting's over. Meeting adjourned at 6.09.
