We'll be absent from today's meeting. Commissioner Cohen-Higgins, Senator Garcia, Commissioner Gilbert, Commissioner Gonzalez, Commissioner Lopez, Commissioner Melian Orbis, Commissioner Regalado, Commissioner Steinberg, Vice Chairman McGee, Chairman Rodriguez. Present. Seven members present, you have a quorum. All right. Yeah, we just barely made quorum, but we got it though. All right, please stand this morning for the prayer led by Commissioner Gilbert and then the Pledge of Allegiance. God, on this day that we've never seen before, we'll never see again, with everything that's happening around us, we stop and we say thank you. Thank you for your grace and your goodness. Thank you for your love and your warmth. Thank you for allowing us another opportunity to convene as a board to make decisions in the best interest of your people. Father, help us exist above the noise. Help us be wise like Solomon. Strengthen us with your might. Amen. Amen. All right. Mr. Attorney, I always have to look up. Sometimes you all like to play tricks on me. All right, Mr. Attorney, is it appropriate to approve the agenda this time? Yes, sir. All right, I'll entertain a motion to set the agenda. Second. So moved by Commissioner Lopez, seconded by Commissioner Orbis. On favor of setting the agenda, signify by saying aye. Aye. All opposed, nay. Show the agenda hereby set. Mr. Attorney, can we have the zoning director read his opening statements and swear on the speakers? Good morning, Mr. Chairman, Commissioners. In accordance with the Code of Miami-Dade County, all items that you heard today have been legally advertised in the newspaper, notices that have been mailed, and the properties have been posted. Additional copies of the agenda are available here in the chambers. Items will be called up to be heard by agenda number and name of applicant. Please note, board action at any of the item of today's meeting may be reconsidered, and additional action may be taken on such an item at the same meeting. Applicants and members of the public may wish to govern themselves accordingly. The record in the file from the hearing on each application will include documents from the public, agencies, the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources. And where there is an appeal from the Community General Appeals Board, we also have the transcript from those hearings. All documents are physically present today, available to all interested parties, and available to the members of the Board of County Commissioners, who may examine these items from the record during the hearing. Parties have the right to cross the examination. This statement along with the fact that all events that have been sworn in shall be included in any transcript of these proceedings. In addition, there is an official translator present in the chambers for those individuals requiring such assistance. Will the clerk please sign the witnesses? All parties giving testimony, please stand and raise your right hand. Do you solemnly swear or affirm the testimony you're about to give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God? Interpreters, do you solemnly swear or affirm that you will make a true interpretation of the questions asked and the testimonies given? Thank you. Everyone's sworn in? Yep. All right. All right. I'm going to go ahead and get started with 3A, 3A supplement, and 3A1, and its companion item in zoning, 8A3. If the director needs to read anything into the record on the specific item, how's the time? Mr. Chair, first, if I may. The first item is a small-scale application before you today for final action along with a concurrent zoning application. A single public hearing for both the CDMP and zoning items was previously held at the last meeting and incorporated into the record as to both of these items. I will now read the ordinance title and reference a companion resolution in the event the board wishes to convert the item to a standard and transmit. However, if the board takes final action today on the application, the companion resolution will be deemed withdrawn. Separate vote shall be taken on the CDMP and zoning items. This is 3A, ordinance relating to Miami-Dade County Comprehensive Development Master Plan, providing disposition of application number CDMP 2025-0021, located between Southwest 272 Street and Southwest 278 Street, and between Southwest 157 Avenue and Southwest 159 Avenue, followed by Lennar Homes, LLC in the October 2025 cycle to amend the county CDMP, providing severability exclusion from the code and an effective date. That's item 3A, 3A supplement, 3A1 is the companion resolution I referenced, and now the zoning director will read in the companion zoning item. Mr. Director. Zoning application 8A3, Dunnegan's Fruit Grows, application number Z, 2025-000-256. We've had five protests and 12 waves of support for this application. All right. Well, public hearing has already been had on this item, so there's no public hearing on this item this morning. I see the applicants already at the well. So, the applicant, is there anything new that you'd like to place on the record this morning? Good morning. Hugo Arza, 701 Burkle Avenue, representing the applicant today. We've worked closely with the commissioner's office, Commissioner Cohen-Higgins' office, where the property is located, to address some concerns that she brought up during the last meeting. I believe that the attorneys are going to read a condition to the record that will be placed on our Declaration of Restrictions. And just so that I don't forget, in, you know, five or ten minutes or whenever we're done, we will need the ten days after because we had a fully executed covenant, but we're obviously adding a new condition, so we have to re-execute. So, we need that usual language where you ask for the extra days. So, that's it. Thank you for working with the commissioner on that note. I'd like to hear from the district commissioner. So, with that, Commissioner from District 8, you're recognized. Thank you, Mr. Chair. Before we get into the application itself, as a matter of, frankly, courtesy, there's one resident that I believe came to the last public hearing that didn't have the opportunity to speak. Either he got here a little late or he didn't register. I know public hearing is closed, but to the one resident, if it's within the discretion of the chair, I would like to hear from the one resident simply because I believe that he's here and he didn't get the opportunity to speak at the last hearing. So, to the attorneys, I don't necessarily intend to open public hearing again, but can I recognize that one resident who's here, as you know, the district is way in the south. It takes a lot of time to get here. Can I recognize him for a minute to at least address the body without opening public hearing to the attorneys? In the discretion of the chair, Madam Commissioner, that would be permissible. Okay. So, to the one resident who was here at the previous hearing that did not speak at public hearing. Do you know who it is, Commissioner? I don't know by name, but I was approached this morning by a resident. Good morning. Absolutely. Yes. Please. Please welcome. Good morning. We're husband and wife. Please. We have lived in this address for the last 40 years. Please state your name and your address, and you'll have one minute. Rosa Colazzo and Eugenio Jesus Colazzo, 15720 Southwest 272 Street. And, Rosa, you did not get to speak last time? No. We were here, and we appreciate that you deferred. We did not get to sign up because we didn't know that was our first time ever here. The commissioner of the district's desire, and I'm okay with it because you didn't get the opportunity last, and I do realize you do come from far this morning. So, go ahead. Our concern is the safety, the traffic. They've already put up one, two, three communities. They're asking for another 185 units in this new community. It backs up right into our yard. I mean, backs up into our yard. The minimum, I would like to request two things. I need a barrier, a buffer, behind us because our neighbor is also here that didn't get to speak last time, and he has the same situation. So, a buffer, which they did grant to the people over behind Wildwood Groves, the same kind of buffer, a wall with landscaping. And the other request that I would have is simply, Wildwood Groves did 115 homes and 40 acres. Can this project be reduced in some way where it's not 185? Maybe it's 150 units in that same space because the acreage is very similar. Thank you, Rosa, and you also mentioned, Commissioner, that there's another resident. Yes. He's right there. I want to be fair, if we're going to, and I'm not reopening public hearing, but if the Commissioner is recognizing someone specifically for questions or comments, I want to make sure if there's another resident that did not get to speak last time, and you want to be fair with, right? We appreciate you. Thank you so much. Thank you. Good morning, everybody. Thank you for the opportunity. My name is Abraham Rodriguez, and my address is 15800 Southwest 272 Street. And my concern is the same. You know, I've been living there for about 14 years. I got a fruit growth, some animals, some pets, and my concern is the boundary wall, right? Because this project is actually on the south and on the west side of me. So, I would like to know what kind of, and the SECPAS space, and what kind of wall are we having there to protect them and protect them. Thank you, Abraham. I hope maybe the applicant could address that at some point. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Chair. Thank you for allowing the residents the opportunity to speak. If my colleagues will recall, I had some questions on this application at our previous hearing. And to the attorneys, I believe that some additional work has been done. And I'd like to start with the roadway level of service, particularly on Southwest 272 Street and Southwest 278th Street. Can you please give me an update on any work that has been done on the roadway analysis for these streets, if any at all? Commissioner, after the last meeting, staff went and looked at those two roads, and we updated our memo. And the new memo is in the packet, it's dated October 8th, and we included two sections on Southwest 272nd Street and one section on Southwest 78th Street. And all three of those sections are operating at an acceptable level of service. Thank you. No problems found. Thank you. Thank you for that. And the other issue that we had on this was concerns raised by our sheriff regarding safety and security. It's my understanding that the applicant has agreed to a specific covenant related to the same. If you don't mind reading that covenant. And to the applicant, I'm going to ask that you verbally confirm that this covenant will be agreed to. Yes, Commissioner. There is a new security condition. This would be condition number six in the CD&P covenant entitled safety and security. And it would read as follows. In furtherance of public safety, the owner agrees to provide street lighting for safety purposes during evening hours for the development on the property and to provide at least one security guard to staff the development during evening hours on a daily basis until such time as the owner provides sufficient justification in writing that a security guard is no longer needed and such justification is accepted by the department. For purposes of this paragraph, evening hours shall mean this from sunset to sunrise. And the owner shall provide written documentation to the department within 90 days of obtaining a certificate of occupancy for any portion of the development, indicating how the safety and security requirements of this paragraph have been satisfied. That would be added to the CD&P covenant. And as the applicant indicated, they're requesting the standard 10-day condition to re-execute the covenant with that condition included, or else the application shall be deemed withdrawn. Thank you. To the applicant, does that accurately reflect the agreement and the understanding? It does, Commissioner. Thank you. And to my colleagues, I did a lot of research on this, and I don't want to repeat the discussion that we had at our previous hearing, but there were two opportunities that came as a result regarding our sheriff and the growth of population in the South and the need to balance, the need for additional resources for law enforcement to balance the growth. And so I have two motions that I'd like to make if the attorneys will read those motions. And, Chairman, and to my colleagues, these motions are not a part of the application, and so the motions can be taken up separately. They're more directed to the administration to address the issues that were raised at the last hearing regarding the sheriff's memo. And so if the attorneys will read those motions, I hope that I can have my colleagues' support. Yes, Commissioner. Would you like me to go ahead and read both of them back to back? To the chairman, do you want to take them up together, or the chairman would like to take them up together? Thank you. Okay, perfect. So the first motion is Commissioner Cohen-Higgins moves that with respect to police impact fees paid for or on behalf of the future development located between Southwest 272 Street and Southwest 27A Street and between Southwest 157 Avenue and Southwest 159 Avenue that is before the board today for approval of an application to amend the CDMP, and this is that CDMP application number 2025-0021, as well as a concurrent zoning application, that for any such police impact fees to be used by the county for capital construction, the county mayor or designee shall prioritize the use of all such fees for the future Eureka Station to the extent feasible and legally permissible. If such police impact fees cannot be used for the Eureka Station or if such prioritization is otherwise impracticable, the county mayor or county mayor's designee shall prepare a written report for this board to provide information and recommendations. The county mayor or designee shall, pursuant to Rule 5.06J of the board's Rules of Procedure, replace the completed report on an agenda of the full board without committee review. This is a standalone motion that if adopted would be reduced to a written resolution. It would not be a condition of the applicant's approval. That's motion number one. And the second motion is Commissioner Cohen-Higgins moves to direct the county mayor or designee to reach out to the Miami-Dade County Sheriff's Office related to the current police impact fee program, including the formula for calculating the fee and the applicable benefit districts, including whether the sheriff's office believes that police impact fees should be increased or otherwise adjusted through the appropriate process. And if so, whether the sheriff's office may wish to collaborate on the study that would be required by law under state statute for increases in the police impact fees and how such studies should be funded. The county mayor designee shall prepare a written report for this board within 120 days. And that report shall be placed on an agenda of the full board without committee review, pursuant to 5.06J of the board's rules. This is also a standalone motion that if adopted would be reduced to a written resolution and it would not be a condition of the applicant's approval. Those are the two motions related to the impact fees. So to the attorneys, do I move those now separate from the application? Commissioner, that would be appropriate. If you're prepared to move them now, it could be separate from the application, and then you could return to consideration of the application. Okay. So I move those two applications. Thank you. So it moved by Commissioner Cohen-Higgins. So both, right? And then seconded by Commissioner Lopez. And then on those motions, Commissioner Regalado. Thank you. Thank you very much, and thank you for passing them out. That was going to be one of my questions. You know, I want to support the commissioner of the district. I'm in agreement with the first motion. I'm concerned about the second, and I think you should separate them. The first motion, I think, is appropriate and is in line with the discussions that we had at the last meeting. I think, you know, there should be a follow-up in terms of the sheriff's authority to move between line items, and I've talked about this before, right? So even if we make a recommendation, and even if that is within a line item, she can still move within those line items. So that being said, we can't change that. We can only make a request. So I think that's fine. I think the other motion regarding the impact fees, the study, and redoing them is a much broader, more complex issue. Number one, because when the sheriff pays, we pay. So when we say that the sheriff is going to participate in paying for the impact fee study, we're saying that the Board of County Commissioners is going to give the sheriff money to participate in the impact fee study because the sheriff has no money other than what we allocate. So problem number one. Problem number two with that is that a study on the impact fee would impact the entire county and would impact all of our residents and would also potentially impact our municipalities. So that's a completely different thing that I think we need to talk to stakeholders about. Like, I know where you're coming from, and I appreciate it, but I think it's a bigger issue that you should probably separate. I can't support the second one. I'm happy to support the first one. I'm happy to support what you've negotiated. But the second one has a breadth and a cost outside the scope of one particular project. And for those of us who represent unincorporated, it could really impact our ability to do things. I think that's an idea that we should take as a separate item and just kind of look at the capital plan and also the impact on our municipalities. Thank you. So if I may respond, Mr. Chair. Okay, thank you. I don't disagree with the commissioner's comments, and frankly, I'm happy to table it. It is an idea. It's something that I brought before this board related to school impact fees a year ago, and I worked very closely with the school board. I believe it's been many, many years since the police impact fees have been even looked at. So the idea is that maybe it's time for us to look at it, but I don't disagree that it may be – and frankly, I haven't spoken directly with the sheriff. I've spoken with deputies about this, but I haven't spoken with the sheriff in all candor. And she would have to buy in. She would have to say, I agree, impact fees need to be raised. So I'm happy to table the second motion so that we can dive into that a little bit more and with greater detail and make sure that we have the buy-in before advancing that. I do think we do need to look at police impact fees in Miami-Dade County, but I do think it's certainly a topic that may warrant more than a floor motion before the body today. So I will withdraw the second motion and work on this further. And assuming the support of the sheriff and she's saying, I want to look at this and have this study done and will work with us with that, then we'll bring it forward at that time. So I'd like to amend my motion just to include the first motion regarding – that was read on the record. And I believe – We have a motion and a second by Commissioner Lopez, given just withdrawn the second one. With that, all in favor signify by saying aye. All opposed nay. Show that motion – that single motion passed. Thank you. And to the applicant, talk to me a little bit about the barriers and the buffers since the project will back up against properties directly. Do you have a buffer plan? And if you do, can you describe it for us, please? Yeah, no. So actually, while you were all having the other discussion, I was able to confirm that for both addresses read, and so for both of the neighbors that spoke today, our project actually proposes a retaining wall there. So we are already incorporating a barrier. We're happy to talk to them and show them what that looks like. We have plans. But it gave us time to confirm that there is going to be a retaining wall and landscaping at the rear of our properties. By the way, our project has no setback variances whatsoever. So our buildings are located precisely within the lots. We're no closer to them than you can do. So hopefully that assuages their concerns. Okay. Thank you for confirming that on the record. Considering the covenant that has been adopted and the representation made on the record regarding the barriers that will be included in the project and the level of service updates on Southwest 272nd and 278th, I move this CDMP application as amended. So the application moved as amended by the district commissioner, seconded. I need a second by Commissioner Regalado. Seeing no further discussion, clerk, please call the roll. Commissioner Cohen-Higgins. Forth. Senator Garcia. Commissioner Gilbert. Yes. Commissioner Lopez. Commissioner Milian Orbis. Yes. Commissioner Regalado. Commissioner Steinberg. Vice Chairman McGee. Chairman Rodriguez. I vote yes. Motion passes unanimously. All right, Mr. Attorney, can we take the companion item, 8A3? Yes, sir. Does the director need to read anything into the record? I think he did it already. All right, Commissioner from District 8 moves 8A3, seconded by Commissioner Regalado. Clerk, please call the roll. Senator Garcia. Commissioner Gilbert. Commissioner Lopez. Commissioner Milian Orbis. Commissioner Regalado. Commissioner Steinberg. Commissioner Cohen-Higgins. Forth. Vice Chairman McGee. Chairman Rodriguez. I vote yes. Motion passes unanimously. Thank you. Thank you. Congratulations. All right, Mr. Attorney, let's take item 882. Yes, sir. The director needs to read a statement into the record. Now's the time. Yes. Application 882, Homestead Office, application number Z-2025-000-183. We've had one protest and no waves of support for this application. All right. I'm going to go ahead and open up public hearing at this time. I have no public speakers registered to speak. So public hearing is also hereby now closed. Is the applicant present? All right. Just stand up there for just one second. And I'm going to go ahead and recognize the commissioner from District 8 as the district commissioner. And at her will, you can either do a presentation or not. But the floor is yours, Commissioner. This is in your district, right? Yes. Thank you. How much time do you need for a presentation? Don't we have quiet on the way out? I have a PowerPoint that I can do. I could probably run through it in, you know, five minutes. But I'm also happy if you'd rather just ask questions, that's fine as well at your discretion. If you can do it in three minutes, I'd greatly appreciate it. I will try and do so. Three minutes is good. Good morning, commissioners. Alex Uribe with Office at 2800 Ponce de Leon Boulevard here on behalf of the property owners. We've worked closely with the zoning department to refine this application over several meetings. And staff is recommending approval. The subject property is a 7.2 gross acre, 6.08 net acre site nestled against the Leisure City Urban Center at the intersection of Southwest 288th Street and Southwest 157th Avenue. If we go to the next slide, please. Next slide, please. Next one. I'll get back to that. That's fine. Next one. There. Here you can see it. You can see how close it is to US 1. You can see how close it is to the busway. To the north is Urban Center already, Urban Center core, 125 units an acre to the north. To the west, directly to the west across 157th Avenue, you have Urban Center center, 90 units per acre. There's an 11-story building that is approved and I believe under construction at that vacant site directly west of us. So to the east, in that little cutout, you see that's the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge. And to the south, it's not part of the urban center. It's single-family zoning. So you have several bus stops along 288th Street, aside from the transit way, obviously, that's there, that is anchoring Leisure City. And we're here to request that this property be zoned as part of the urban center. It's got that already on two sides, and it really leverages the excellent transit connectivity that this property enjoys and allows the development of this property into something that is going to promote walkability. It's going to be appropriate to further the interest and the intent of the urban center. After a lot of review and a lot of work with the zoning department, we've landed on the zoning request being that the existing BU1 portion, which is closest to the intersection, that one, the appropriate urban center zoning to go to, will be a mixed-use center, which allows 90 units per acre. And then the RU1 portion, which is towards the south, is going to be residential modified, which allows half of that. And then on top of that, in order to ensure compatibility and ensure protection of the neighborhood to the south, we've proffered a covenant that's going to limit height to 11 stories, which is the same that's being already developed directly west of us. And we're going to be providing a 60-foot-deep landscape buffer along the entire southern edge of the property, so from 157th Avenue to 154th Court, I believe that is. That's going to be proffered, and that covenant is there. We looked at also at the, we did see the one protest that was received, and I'm happy to talk about that if you'd like, but those are my three minutes, and I respectfully request your vote in support. Thank you for that presentation. This is commercial, correct? It is currently BU1 in the corner, and then the parking lot areas to the south, the long part is RU1, but it is, existing development on there is the parking lot in support of the commercial. Yes. To the administration, you recommend support on the application. There's seven zoning requests here, correct? You recommend support? Correct, we're supporting it. With the declaration of restrictions? With the covenant, correct. I have no further questions. I move the zoning application consistent with staff's recommendations. I have a quick question. All right, you're recognized, Senator? Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Actually, I thought the parcel was a little bit smaller than what it is. Can you just talk to me about parking? What are you guys going to be doing with parking? So part of the, it was one of the discussions that we had. Currently, the parking there is a large surface lot that kind of sprawls across the site. The development ultimately will need to maintain all of that parking outside of the 60-foot buffer, landscape buffer that we're going to create. So eventually, when a building is put there, that parking is all going to be internalized probably in the podium of the building towards the corner of 157th and 288th, which is where the intensity of the urban center is located. That's fair. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Appreciate it. Thank you. Thank you. All right. So, Commissioner, we have a motion by the District Commissioner. We have a second by Commissioner Lopez. Seeing no further discussion, Clerk, please call the roll. Commissioner Gilbert. Commissioner Lopez. Commissioner Milian Orbis. Commissioner Regalado. Yes. Commissioner Steinberg. Commissioner Cohen-Higgins. Moore. Senator Garcia. Vice Chairman McGee. Chairman Rodriguez. Motion passes unanimously. Thank you all very much. Have a wonderful day. All right, Mr. Attorney. Let's take item 7A, 7A supplement and its companion in zoning 8A1. And of course, if the director needs to read anything onto the record. Yes, the next item is a standard CDMP application before you for public hearing and final adoption along with a concurrent zoning application. A single public hearing will be held in accordance with quasi-traditional principles and incorporated into the record as to both the CDMP and zoning items. I'll read the ordinance title. Separate votes shall be taken on the CDMP and zoning items. This is ordinance relating to Miami-Dade County Comprehensive Development Master Plan providing disposition of application number CDMP 2025-0007, located on the west side of the homestead extension of Florida's turnpike between Southwest 186th Street and Southwest 196th Street, filed by GPC Miami Business Park LLC in the May 2025 cycle to amend the county CDMP, providing severability, exclusion from the code, and an effective date. This is item 7A along with its supplement and the companion zoning item is 8A1, which the zoning director can now read in. Application 8A1, American Bankers Life Assurance Company of Florida, application number Z-2025-000117. We've had no protests and no waiver support for this application. All right. I will go ahead and open a public hearing first for both items, and I'll start with the public. I do have, right, yep, I have some speakers actually in favor of favor. Everybody's in favor, but all right, from the public speakers that are here, 7, you all wish to speak. You could raise your hand and wave in support because I see that your position is in favor, waving in support. Okay, if somebody needs to say something, of course, you're welcome to, I know you drove down here, so you're welcome to come up, but thank you for waving in support. With that, I will close public hearing at this time. And to the applicant, I see you already at the well. I'm going to recognize the district commissioner, but also for presentation purposes, how much time will you need more or less? That's up to your discretion, Mr. Chair. I'm happy to make it as short or as long as you'd like me to. Thank you for that. It will probably be shorter rather than longer, but commissioner from, so just hold that thought, stand right there, don't go far. Commissioner from District 9, given this is in your district, you are recognized, and see what you wish to have a Q&A or have a full presentation. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. And Mr. Chairman, this is what I consider a very fair application based upon what has been presented to this board and also presented to the departments. I see that the departments actually agreed on pretty much everything that's found within the report. I also understand that there is also going to be a significant amount that will benefit the community coming in the form of a community benefits agreement. That would also be a part of the covenant for one section. Then there's a second section that also deals with a community benefits agreement for this particular project. This particular project does something that the South hasn't seen for quite some time. What it is doing is redesigning and reshaping what I believe is an opportunity for those in the South Bay District to have access to more office space, entertainment section that is an amount of about 75,000 square feet. It also allows for new beds, i.e. talking about hotels, hotel beds. And it also allows for a different setup and a different structure for this particular parcel that we're talking about. It addresses all the environmental issues and concerns that were laid out within this report. And I do believe the applicant may have a few things they would like to put on the record at this time before we continue. You're recognized. Good morning, everyone. My name is Tracy Slavins with LSN. My address is 3800 Northeast First Avenue, Suite 200, Miami, Florida. To elaborate on the commissioner for the district's discussion on the community benefits, the applicant has committed to make donations to several nonprofit organizations and community-based organizations in District 9. One of them is Genesis Hopeful Haven, which is an organization that helps foster children who are aging out of the program receive services, housing, and support in order for them not to end up homeless in high school dropouts at the age of 18. Genesis helps them find housing, get job training, prepare for and make applications to colleges, and hopefully become successful members of society as adults. There's also the Gould's Optimist Club, and we're working on making sure that there's ample athletic and recreational support for the kids of the district. And then as a separate community benefits agreement, Assurant has been part of this community for 50 years. They were a major employer. They still continue to be. All of their jobs have become remote. But they owe a lot to the South Dade community. And even though they're leaving the community, they want to continue to leave a legacy with them. So they are, as a gift, going to create a scholarship fund at Florida Memorial University. And so we're really pleased to announce that today. It's an exciting thing. And it's a thank you for the partnership. I'm looking forward to it. Great. It's big. All right. With that, do you want to make a motion? Move the item. Second. All right. The Vice Chair moves the item. Seconded by Commissioner Lopez. Any further discussion on the item? Seeing none. Clerk, please call the roll. Commissioner Lopez. Commissioner Milian Orbis. Yes. Commissioner Regalado. Yes. Commissioner Steinberg. Yes. Commissioner Cohen-Higgins. Senator Garcia. Commissioner Gilbert. Vice Chairman McGee. Chairman Rodriguez. I vote yes. Motion passes unanimously. All right. Mr. Attorney, can we take item 8A1, right? Yes. A motion on that. And I just wanted to add that they'll need the 10-day condition as well. Yes. Okay. So the Vice Chair moves the companion item 8A1. Seconded by Commissioner Gilbert. Clerk, please call the roll. Commissioner Milian Orbis. Commissioner Regalado. Yes. Commissioner Steinberg. Commissioner Cohen-Higgins. Senator Garcia. Commissioner Gilbert. Commissioner Gonzales. Sorry. Commissioner Lopez. Vice Chairman McGee. Chairman Rodriguez. I vote yes. Motion passes unanimously. All right. Congratulations, guys. What? I don't know. I don't speak Spanish. I don't speak English. All right. Guys, show us adjourned. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Wait, wait, wait. Quick question. Wait, wait. Yes, if I may, Mr. Yes, of course, Commissioner Steinberg. At the BCC meeting of Tuesday, we looked at the calendar. And one thing I forgot to mention is. Guys, please exit quietly. For the month of February, you all were very accommodating in moving the February BCC meeting to the week preceding due to the holiday weekend and travel for many. And so I realize that we didn't move the CDMP and zoning meeting to that preceding week. If there is no objection, I think we should do that to be consistent, assuming that it doesn't impede any sort of advertising or other issues. Yeah, that's perfectly fine. Is that to the attorneys? Is that something that we could do at this meeting or? I object to moving that day. I'm busy that day. Oh, never mind. That's my bad. Can we do that at a CDMP zoning meeting or does that have to be at the next BCC? I think so. But could you give me one moment just to confirm, Mr. Chair? If not, I can do it at the next. I just wanted to. You can do it here. Yeah, because it's for the CDMP meeting itself. So it's just moving the February date from the scheduled 18th to the 11th. Of February. Correct. If not, it's fine. No, we'll do it. We'll get it done. Whether it's now, today, in this moment, or that. All right. So quiet. We only had three items today. Now we have quorum. I'm going to make a comment about who's always here. I mean, it's usually these right here, yeah. Be an attendance award. You didn't have to. You didn't have to say it. The comment award. I like it. That's good. The problem-solving award. And the comment award for today's meeting goes to Raquel Regano. I love you, too. Yes. You all can, by motion, go ahead and move that February CDMP date. Just, you know. All right. So Commissioner Steinberg moves the zoning CDMP meeting move from the 18th to the 11th. Seconded by Commissioner Gilbert. On favor signified by saying aye. Aye. I'll pause nay. Show that. Thank you.
