After the conclusion of the scoring, I will verify the scores with the committee and provide the ranking of the proposals. The following are the criteria for this evaluation. Ability of firm and its professional personnel, 50. Second criteria, firms experience with projects of a similar size and type is 25 points. Third criteria, firms willingness and ability to meet schedule and budget requirements, 15 points. And the fourth criteria, effect of firms' recent, current and projected workload, 10 points. That brings to a total of consensus total points of 100. Bonus points for volume of work is 5 points. And for past performance rating, 5 points. So a grand total of 110 points. From our initial evaluation, the four shortlisted firms were Alka LLC, Bay City Engineering LLC, EJB Engineering LLC, and Vive Engineering Inc. Alka LLC garnered a total of 94 points. Bay City Engineering LLC achieved also 94 points. EJB Engineering LLC received 92 grand total points. And Vive Engineering Inc. has a grand total of 93 points. So I will go now and turn it over to our chair and we will verify the scores and we will be confirming the scores. We will start with Alka LLC starting with our first criteria. So we're going to go through. So the previous score that we gave Alka LLC for criteria one is 42 points on 50. I'd like to hold it at 42. So no change. No change, right? Is everyone in agreement? Yeah, I agree. I agree. No change. We go to the second criteria. Firm's experience with projects of a similar size and type. That's 25 points. Alka has 22 points. No change. Keep it at 22. Is everyone in agreement? I agree. All right. Thank you. And the third criteria. Firm's willingness and ability to meet schedule and budget requirements. This is 15 points. And we gave Alka LLC 13 points. No changes. I agree. Seconded. Okay. 13. If I go firm's recent current and projected workflow criteria, this is 10 points. We gave Alka LLC 9 points. I'm going to keep saying 9. I agree. Agreed. Okay. So that is a total of 86 consensus points. No change. And the bonus points for volume of work is 5. And past performance rating is 3. So the score remains for Alka LLC as 94. Now we will proceed to the second firm, Vade City Engineering LLC. First criteria, ability of firm and its professional personnel. We gave this firm 43 points. Okay. So based on the two questions that we discussed in detail this morning, samples of projects that they use in terms of traffic engineering, I'd like to increase the score from 43 to 44. I agree. I agree. Okay. The first criteria is 44, an increase of 1 point from 43 for Bay City Engineering. Second criteria, we gave Bay City Engineering 22 points. No changes. I agree. Okay. No change, 22 points. Third criteria, we gave Bay City Engineering consensus of 12 points. No change. Keep it at 12. I agree. Okay. All right, so the consensus total points is now 87 for Bay City Engineering, LLC. The procurement of volume of work is 5. Bonus points of press performance is 3. So the total brand total will be 95. points. Third firm, EJV Engineering, LLC. Criteria 1, we gave them consensus point of 43. No change, keeping it at 43. I agree. I agree. Okay. Criteria 2, 22 points. No change, we're going to keep it at 22. I agree. Okay.
