will result in any item being removed from the consent agenda. Items may be removed from the consent agenda today by a member of the board, a member of the staff, or any person in the audience for questions or objections. I will read each item on the consent agenda, and if any person wishes to remove this item from the consent agenda, please so state or raise your hand and we will remove it from the consent agenda. Items removed from the consent agenda will be heard in the regular order of the meeting. Items that remain in the consent agenda will be approved with a single vote as to each type of hearing. Today's agenda items, one item of consent agenda, it's LUP 2026-07002, an amendment to the city's future land use map from the residential urban to the residential medium category for the property located at 2448 Nursery Road. So level three matters, anybody wish to have this item removed from the consent agenda? Seeing none, do I have a motion for approval of the consent agenda item? Move to recommend approval of case number ID LUP 2026-07002 based on the evidence and testimony presented in application at staff report and at today's hearing, and hereby adopt the findings of fact and conclusions of law stated in the staff report. Before we second that, do you need to add a little bit, because we're actually recommending this to council, so it's a level three. Okay, I'm sorry, I was looking at it and maybe I didn't read it right as I was listening to it, sorry. Okay, here, will you have a second? I'm sorry. I didn't hear it right. Okay, sorry. My apologies. I was looking at something else. Okay. Any discussion on the motion? If it were being done, all in favor say aye. All opposed? Motion carries. Director's report. All right, just to make sure that we run a full five minutes or six on the meeting today, we do have a couple of things. So first, excuse me, there's been a couple of shifts in schedule. So city council has elected to move their work session to Tuesday, November the 17th. So as such, we will be moving our community development board meeting to Thursday, November 19th. And it would still be at 1 o'clock, and it will be in the new chambers, so over at the new city hall. So a little bit of a disruption to schedules and stuff. We have Public Works prepared a map for where parking is in the area and everything like that, so I'll make sure that we get it sent out to you all. I was thinking, well, given that it's, you know, consent agendas and things like that, we may want to be kind of slow moving at the beginning of our agendas just in case any people, you know, are kind of adapting to a new parking location for anything like that. So we can kind of work through that as we see through the first few meetings at the new chambers. So that being said, also, Mr. Hadricourt is not going to be joining us at chambers because he is successfully enrolling the community development board. So I wanted to thank him for his time here. It's been great having him on the board. I don't know what he's going to do with all this free time, but, you know, I'm sure he'll miss us. You're welcome, and thank you to the board for allowing me to do this. I want to thank you for your time. I'm serious. Appreciate it. As everyone else knows, it's not a small commitment when you sign up to be on the community development board, but it does have such an impact on our community, and I appreciate it. So thank you again for your time. And I just kicked out a whole minute now, so that is all I have. So you're going to get us maps and information on where we can park and that kind of stuff? Yes, we'll get you full updated information. I mean, generally speaking, there is the public parking at the Municipal Services Building, which is directly across the street, and then there's some other lots within a block or so. I wouldn't know how to describe them. They're like little side plots that are all shown on the map that we have. So we'll get you some information. But if you have any questions or concerns, obviously reach out to us. Alba will help in any way that we can. Are there any board members who wish to be heard on the matter? See, none. I tried talking really slow so I wouldn't go too fast, but we're still here in seven minutes. So then we are adjourned for today.
