community development board the list of city staff experts and their resumes the board's rules of procedure and the annual schedule of this board our first order of business to review and approve the dwelling unit through a transfer of development rights as part of an opposed six resort attached dwelling units in the tourist zoning district in the old florida bay all for the district of beach by design for the property located at 612 bay esclenade they have requested a continuance to do some changes in the height of the structures and it needs to be advertised correctly does anybody have any of hearing today's consent agenda items uh include uh there's only one um fld 2025-10025 flexible development approval of an existing 1 838 square foot commercial dock new boat lift accessory to 27 unit attached dwellings within the high density residential island estates neighborhood concert conservation overlay and preservation districts for the property located at 125 island way does anybody wish to have this item removed from the consent agenda seeing none there's any board member who wish to disclose any ex parte communication on any level two matters uh that we have on the consent agenda seeing none may have a motion for approval of the level two applications on the consent agenda can i ask one question lord it was is have we heard this before this property yes we have yes this is doesn't qualify for a minor amendment they're adding sorry they're adding a new lift so it's essentially the same extent as before so it's a new hearing since it's a real it's a more substantial request then we can do an administrative level so it was turned down before is that when it was approved before so it was approved it was approved but they're adding a lift so they're not not changing
