[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Today we see the SPY losing momentum right below a critical resistance level near the all-time high area, and this reaction is extremely dangerous because it only reinforces the idea of another pullback ahead, of a sharper correction ahead. So in today's video, let's see what's going on right now, what to expect next, and how to proceed in this case, in this circumstance. My name is Nathan, welcome to the Finance Hydra channel. We are here every single day analyzing our stocks together, understanding the market together in order to trade better, using technical analysis, technical evidence, statistics, facts, and charts to your advantage. No guesswork, no gut feelings, no assumptions, no emotions, no ego, no nothing. Here we only focus on what's factually going on right now so we can use the best strategies applicable in every single possible scenario. My name is Nathan, welcome to another daily update. Today we see the SPY going down, not by much, okay, it's roughly on break-even, however, that's not important because we failed once again to break the 779.37 and we failed to close above this key point on the daily chart. This failure is extremely important because clearly we have a major resistance level in this area. The buyers, the bulls, they can't break it, not right now at least, and today we are losing momentum. Ah, Nathan, is that a top signal or not? It could be. It is not yet because on the one-hour chart, we are still above the 21-hour EMA. We don't see clear, lower high, lower low yet losing our support levels. So, in theory, we are still maintaining the short-term bullish bias. However, guys, if we see the SPY losing momentum, truly making a top signal on the daily chart, losing our 21-hour EMA, losing today's low on the daily chart as well, right? Making a daily candle closing above today's low tomorrow. If we see this scenario materializing, then okay, then we may see a sharper pullback ahead on the SPY ETF. In this case, we have a few possible support levels to hold SPY's price in case such pullback materializes like the 772, like our 21-day EMA, or maybe even this purple trend line over here, which is connecting the previous bottom levels since July this year, okay? We may see a sharper pullback to this magnitude. Now, Nathan, a pullback could represent another buying opportunity, right? That's totally correct, because we buy when we see our stocks maintaining their uptrends approaching our support levels. So, more often than not, pullbacks are buying opportunities. There are not a reason to panic, to sell everything in panic, okay? No, that's not how we work. We never panic. We only try to understand what's going on at the moment, and then we react accordingly. Remember, guys, trading is reactive, not predictive. I don't know if a pullback will materialize or not, but all that I know is that if we see another pullback followed by a good meaningful bottom signal, a clear bullish reaction above any of our support levels, we may see another buying signal in many other stocks. Nathan, why would you buy? Because the risk-reward ratio is optimized. But what if you're wrong? What if we see the spy losing momentum again? That's totally fine. Remember, guys, real trading professionals, they don't care about losing money. It is not about losing money. It is about mitigating losses, okay? And maximizing profits. If you learn how to mitigate your loss and maximize your profits on every single trade you take, you will be fine. Trust me, you will be fine. But avoiding losses, it's totally impossible. Eventually, we're gonna lose. The real secret is not to allow one single loss to wipe out your entire account. That's wrong. That's not what we want to see going on over here. We want to see people using risk management, using technical analysis in conjunction with risk management so we can trade with consistency, okay? So if you ask me, yes, any pullback could be another buying opportunity. If I'm wrong, okay, I will lose a little bit. If I'm right, okay, I can make a lot of money. That's a very simple situation. Ah, but Nathan, what if we see the spy losing momentum without making any bottom signal, collapsing all the way to our next support levels? In this case, I see the spy making a sharper correction on a weekly basis, possibly reaching the 21 weekly EMA in the next few weeks, all right? This would be a more persistent bearish case. But for now, guys, remember, the future is in the future. I don't know what's going to happen next. I don't need to know in order to trade well, in order to make money with consistency. All that I know is that right now, we are failing to break our major resistance level. That's an alarming signal. If we see the spy approach on support levels, okay, let's pay attention because we may see another buy. If we don't, okay, in this case, we're going to trigger this ascending triangle chart pattern downwards. And then, okay, sharper pullback possibly on a weekly basis. All right? But for now, bear in mind these key points, 779 and triple support level made by 772, 21 DMA, and purple trendline. These are our main, most important inflection points on the spy ETF right now. It all depends on how this one is going to react near them. Nathan, what if we see an upwards breakout of the 779? That would be simply amazing. Then, okay, the bullish bias will most likely persist. And then, we may seek much higher levels, like the $800 in the next few weeks, okay? Then, the bullish bias will resume. But again, guys, remember, we have to wait for a clear breakout. Trading is reactive, not predictive. Do not bet on the direction of the next movement. We never bet, okay? We don't like to do this. We like to trade using technique, strategy, and risk management. All right? Now, we have QQQ. This one is doing what the spy could do next, okay? It is already making its pullback. It already made a top signal over here. Of course, we made a new record high as well. But right now, we are correcting. On the one-hour chart, for instance, we are seeing lower highs, lower lows. And I did warn you guys about this in Friday's video, on our previous video, okay? Because, guys, we saw QQQ below the 21 RMA. I told you, guys, this could be just another dedicated bounce to our double resistance level made by 751 and 21 RMA. The loss of this key point could bring another bearish pivot point resuming the bearish case, continuing the pullback on a daily basis. And, guys, QQQ could easily correct a little bit more, possibly to this area, between the 21 RMA and the 734, because this key point is going to be our next major support level. That's our cushion, right? We see a clear cushion over here in this area. Any pullback to this area could be amazing. If we see another buying opportunity, even better, because we're going to see possibly many other tech stocks making bottom signals as well, like NVIDIA, AMD, Palantir, I don't know, Micron, Sandisk, Amazon, etc. They all could make amazing bottom signals near our support levels, but not right now. Right now is not the time. Right now, today, we see only another bearish candle. We are not reacting properly. Therefore, we gotta be careful. Ah, but Nathan, what if we see tomorrow, or in the next few days, a miraculous reaction closing above the 748, breaking the 750s up here? Then, okay, maybe we're gonna have an early recovery, okay? In this case, we're gonna have a true reverse on the one-hour chart without actually retesting our next support level. That would be a little annoying because if you ask me, I prefer to see better pullback, okay? I prefer to see QQQ approaching the $7.34 area before buying it. But again, who am I to disagree, okay? If we see the market making a miraculous reaction tomorrow, amazing. Maybe we're gonna have new buying opportunities in other stocks, but again, that's not the case. We react to what we see. Trading is reactive, not predictive. So, pay attention to these key points for now, okay? For now. Then, we have NVIDIA. This one is in a critical support level, okay? Right now, we are losing our 21 DMA, which is okay, because NVIDIA is a volatile stock, all right? This is the volatility. But there is still time for us to see NVIDIA making a bottom signal, if you ask me, in my humble opinion. If we see tomorrow or in the next few days, a miraculous bullish candle closing above the $2.29, that's gonna be phenomenal, okay? Possibly a bottom signal and even a buying opportunity. Ah, what if we don't, Nathan? What if we see NVIDIA keep going down? Okay, then you simply don't buy. Remember, we are not forced to do anything in the market. Wait for the situation to get more stable, wait for things to cool down a little bit more, and then when the situation is clear, you follow the flow, you follow the money, you follow the smart money. When we see a quite erratic situation like this, we see huge candles, okay, we wait a little bit more, we wait for the situation to slow down a little bit, and then we trade. Ah, Nathan, you only want to see the easiest trades possible. Of course, Genius, I just wanna trade the most, the easiest trades possible. I will leave the hard trades, the hard trades to the amateurs, etc., the newbies who wanna feel like they are smart, and they wanna buy the bottom and sell the top every single time, okay? If you wanna feel that, alright, go for it. I don't wanna feel that I'm smart, I don't care about that, I wanna make money, okay? So, I only trade when we see clear signal. Right now, there is no clear signal. Our previous buying opportunity on Nvidia was over here. Why? Clearly bullish candle, above a clear support level, above 21 DMA, we bought over here. We already sold up here, alright? This one broke our target, we made a phenomenal trade over here, but right now, we are correcting again. So, if we see another clear signal like we had over here, okay, we're gonna buy. If we don't, we're gonna wait a little bit more. Either way, we have many other stocks in the market right now, making incredible bullish reactions, if you ask me. So, yes, we can trade many other stocks, but Nvidia is not one of them, okay? Always buy near support levels. I gave other two signals on Nvidia over the past few months. We bought over here, we sold over here, we bought over here again, right? And then, we sold up here, now, maybe, we're gonna buy again, over here, near the support level. Every single signal, I always share on our Telegram channel, guys. Once again, link in the description. Now, we have Tesla. This one is going down today as well, making a top signal below a clear resistance level, okay? Okay, this makes perfect technical sense. Now, what's the problem with Tesla? Earnings in nine days, okay? Nvidia is gonna report earnings in 44 days. So, if we see bullish reaction over here, amazing, that would be very nice. Always trade stocks that are far from earnings report. Now, Tesla, nine days away from earnings report, okay? So, the volatility will increase a lot. Now, if you ask me, if Tesla collapses after earnings, we may have another incredibly nice buying opportunity, okay? Like we had over here. We saw Tesla collapsing after earnings. I gave a signal to buy it here on this day, July 30, again on our Telegram channel. It is always there. I never delete our signals. So, it is still there. The signal was even over here on this day. We bought over here. We made a phenomenal trade together. Now, if you ask me, I'm waiting for earnings report, okay? If we see Tesla collapsing, maybe we're gonna have another buying opportunity. Ah, what if Tesla explodes? Okay, then we wait for another signal. Maybe it will be short. Maybe it won't. I don't know yet. All that I know is that possibly we're gonna have another opportunity in Tesla very soon, next week possibly. Okay? So, yes, this one is on my personal radar, but for swing trading purposes, we can't trade Tesla right now. Because again, too close from earnings report, we never hold stocks during earnings. Because earnings are way too crazy, way too unpredictable. In simple, guys, it doesn't matter. Okay? Ah, the stock is outperforming earnings. Yes, but the stock is still collapsing. Why? Well, because earnings were already priced in. Ah, the stock is flying. The earnings were bad. Yes, because again, everything was already priced in. So, you don't know. Okay? You simply can't tell what's going to happen next. So, I prefer to wait for earnings report before buying this one. Since we are only 90 days away from earnings, I prefer to wait a little bit more. It doesn't matter what Tesla materializes next, I don't care. Now, we have Lady Amy, AMD, right? This one is going down today as well. However, it is approaching our support level. $600 and 21-day AMA. If we see Lady Amy making a clear bottom signal near this double support level, that would be simply amazing. Incredible. Another buying opportunity near our 21-day AMA, like we always trade so much. Okay? We always trade when we are near the moving average. Okay? Our previous buying opportunity on AMD was down here. I gave the signal once again on our Telegram channel, right? Over here, below the $500. All right? Again, we bought, we made a phenomenal trade, we sold up here. All right? Now, we are going down again. If we see another bullish reaction, certainly, I will share the signal on our Telegram channel as well. But right now, there is no clear signal. Okay? We are only going down. We are only collapsing. There is no meaningful bottom opportunity right now at the moment. If we see one tomorrow, amazing. Maybe we are going to give, maybe we are going to see another bottom signal. But right now, we see only another bearish candle. I know we are near support levels, but that is not enough. We have to see a clear signal being triggered in order for us to confirm a bottom on Lady Amy over here. Okay? So, now, Lady Amy, pretty much like Nvidia, they are both on our radars. Okay? We should pay attention very, very carefully, because we may have a new opportunity very soon. And right now, we are looking at Palantir. This one made a new record high today. Palantir looks simply incredible. Since earnings report, we are not trading this one. I gave many signals on our Telegram channel over here, right? We bought over here, we sold over here during this congestion, right? We bought many times during the bottoms, we sold the tops. But since then, we are just going up. If you are a long-term investor, amazing. That's incredible. I am very happy for you. But for swing trading purposes, Palantir is not giving us any clear signal right now. Why, Nathan? We are going up. Yes, we are. But we are far from our 21-day MA. We are far from our support levels. The risk-reward ratio is not interesting. Guys, we never buy anything because we think it will go up. I mean, of course, going up is part of the strategy, of course. But we buy because the risk-reward ratio makes sense. We don't care if the stock will go up or not. That's not important. Only trade when the risk-reward ratio makes sense. If it goes right, if your stock goes up, okay? That's part of your strategy. But that's not what is going to drive you in the market, okay? You should be driven by risk-reward ratio, okay? Not by your opinions, not what about you think will happen next, not about your good feelings. No, only focus on the technique, only focus on the risk management. This way, I assure to you, you will be fine, okay? You'll just be fine in the market. So, right now, if you ask me, Palantir could keep going up. There is no clear top signal right now. We see possible stabilization over here, but there is no clear top yet. So, in theory, this one could go up. But again, I'm not buying because I do not see clear risk-reward ratio, okay? So, right now, I'm waiting a little bit more, waiting a little bit more on Palantir, and then we'll see if another pullback materializes. Great, fantastic. But right now, I do not see any meaningful signal to be reacted to, okay? I do not see any clear information right now. So, I will wait on the sidelines for the next opportunity. And then we have SpaceX. This one is amazing, right? Simply technically perfect, okay? Technically perfect. We bought over here, then we sold over here. Why? Because it was a previous top level. As we know very well, top level, they work as possible resistance levels in the future. That's what precisely happened over here. We saw a top level over here. Now, we are making a pullback, okay? We are correcting. By approaching our 21 DMA, by approaching the 149 level, by approaching this key point over here near the 158, okay, SpaceX will improve the risk-reward ratio. It is improving already its risk-reward ratio. Any other meaningful bullish reaction near our support level could make a phenomenal buying opportunity. Phenomenal buying opportunity, but not right now. As of today, we see another bearish candle. We are looking quite stable on the one-hour chart. We are moving more sideways than anything else. So, apparently, we are just stable. This 21 DMA is rising. It is approaching our price, which is great because we see support level in this area. But guys, right now, there is no clear information on SpaceX yet. Many stocks, they deserve a better information, okay? But if you ask me, among the stocks we already analyzed, I prefer Nvidia or Tesla or Lady Amy, because they are already near actually retesting their support levels. SpaceX is not there yet. It still could correct a little bit more. Ah, but Nathan, what if we see a very nice reaction above the 158 without retesting or 21 DMA? Okay, maybe, maybe we could see buy, but I prefer to see pullback, okay? In this case, if we see other stocks performing well, if we see AMD making a bottom signal, between AMD and SpaceX, I would prefer Lady Amy, okay? SpaceX is still far from our support levels. I prefer to see a better pullback ahead, okay? Actually retesting our support area. Then we buy, like we did over here. We bought over here, then we sold over here. We bought over here, then we sold over here. Maybe we're gonna buy over here again to sell over here, or maybe up here, right? Who knows? I don't know. I don't care right now. All that I care is that we do not see meaningful bottom signal yet. So let's wait for a better signal. And then we have service now. This one is still inside the congestion, okay? Now we are near the resistance level. What do you do when we are in a congestion? You buy near support levels and you sell near top levels. Right now, if you ask me, ServiceNow is a sell because we are making a top signal right below a technical resistance level, which by the way, was my target. I gave a signal on our Telegram channel to buy over here. It hit our target today. Now it's a sell. You should have sold over here at 146. All right? Now we are going down. By materializing a real top signal in this area, by losing our 21-hour EMA as well, we may see the confirmation of a top signal below a critical resistance level. In this case, yes, ServiceNow, in theory, should retest our next support level, 130. And then we'll see any other bottom signal near the 130 could represent another buying opportunity to sell again at 146. All right? But for now, we have to wait for this pullback to materialize entirely. Only then we are going to be able to buy this one again. All right? For now, it is only a sell for profit-taking purposes, not on a device, guys. I'm just a guy sharing my thoughts here on my YouTube channel, of course. Your trades are your trades, okay?
