[0:52] It is awesome to be back home in Nassau County, right here in Garden City. [0:56] This was my home for three decades. I loved growing up here. I grew up here safe because of the men and women in law enforcement. [1:05] They safeguarded my family. I'm a first-generation Indian American whose parents fled a genocide from East Africa. [1:11] And lawfully emigrated to this country to watch their son become the ninth director of the FBI. [1:16] And there's one reason for that. I'm living the American dream because of the men and women in law enforcement. [1:25] Because these guys kept us safe every single day when we didn't ask them to. [1:29] They didn't care where we came from. They didn't care about the color of our skin. [1:32] Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You guys are the bravest warriors of God's glory. [1:36] It's especially humbling to be here with the President of the United States, who's going to come out and announce the largest reduction in violent crime [1:51] in the history of the United States of America. [1:54] President Trump, thank you for backing law enforcement. Thank you for funding law enforcement. Thank you for loving law enforcement. [2:07] Thank you for relentlessly pursuing the mission of justice with the warriors of justice across this country. [2:13] The men and women of law enforcement love you. And that is why we are seeing these historic results around the country. [2:19] To include a 20% drop in the national homicide rate. To include a 20% reduction in drug overdose deaths. To include violent offenders seized from around the world. [2:29] This FBI has led the charge to arrest eight of the top 10 most wanted fugitives on planet Earth in the last 16 months under President Trump. [2:37] President Trump's mission to make America safe again as he campaigned. He is delivering on that promise. [2:50] And it is such an honor to be here in Nassau County back in my home when he's about to walk on stage and give you the latest update on the statistics. [2:58] And they are not just statistics. I spent 10 years working for President Trump. He reads about each and every case that we work on. [3:05] He feels the pain of those that have lost loved ones. He does not let it lay aside. He takes it home with him. [3:12] He demands that myself and our amazing Attorney General Todd Blanche go to work every single day to make sure that American lives are safeguarded. [3:20] That no more of our kids are harmlessly and recklessly annihilated by opioids or by illegal immigrants or by gangsters or narco traffickers. [3:28] President Trump, you have succeeded in restoring law and order to the precipice it should be on. [3:34] The men and women in law and order across this country have partnered with the federal agencies, including the FBI and our prosecutor partners at the Department of Justice to apprehend twice as many violent offenders in the last 16 months as they did in the last two years of the Biden administration alone. [3:50] And selfishly, President Trump, I'm living the American dream because of you. [4:03] I'm living the American dream because you backed the law and order. You backed the blue. You funded the police and you let the men and women of law enforcement put the handcuffs on bad guys instead of putting the handcuffs on them. [4:13] So we are going to continue this mission together. We're going to carry forward the mission of crushing violent crime and defending the homeland. [4:19] We are going to be relentless pursuers of justice. We are going to safeguard our communities. We are going to save our kids. [4:25] And thanks to President Trump's brilliant leadership, the American dream is not a dream anymore. It is a reality. I'm living it. We're living it together. [4:32] Thank you. Nassau County. [5:05] How's everybody doing? That was great. So I like director Patel also called Nassau County my home for two decades. [5:37] So it's great to be back in this great island in this great county. I want to thank the Nassau County Police Department [5:48] for hosting us today in this phenomenal facility. And thank you. We just heard from our great Nassau County executive Bruce Blankman, [5:58] who is doing everything we need him to do to back the blue, to support law enforcement and to make this county and to make this county a safe county that we can all raise our kids in. [6:13] Raise our kids in since the part the beginning of President Trump's administration. The Department of Justice has moved at lightning speed. [6:23] We have charged 170,000 criminals in this country. And just to put that in perspective, that's 50,000 more than the last administration did over the same time period. [6:39] And we're doing that. We're doing that because we have a president. We have a president who has said repeatedly that he backs the blue, that he loves law enforcement, [6:53] that he wants to make this country safe. And indeed, the reason why we're here today is to celebrate what we've done, making America safe again and delivering on President Trump's promise. [7:02] And that's something we should all celebrate today. We the Department of Justice for starters is dismantling foreign terrorist organizations and drug cartels. [7:18] Since President Trump took office, the leaders of the Sinaloa cartel and the CJNG cartels have come here, been convicted and not been sentenced to a number of years in prison. [7:32] They were sentenced to letters L. I. F. E. [7:38] And we are not stopping with the leaders of the cartels. We're going after every single drug dealer, every single person who helps deal poison and sell poison in our community, [7:54] whether they're laundering the money, whether they're facilitating the transfers and that's something that is a whole of government approach. [8:00] We're using Homeland Security Task Forces. What that means for Nassau County and what that means for New York is that we're combining every federal officer, DHS, [8:10] FBI, ATF, DEA, U.S. Marshals working with troopers, working with law enforcement like right behind me right now. [8:17] And their whole objective is to arrest bad guys. As Cass just told you, it is hard to overstate the effectiveness of what we did in 2025. [8:37] The first year of this administration, we saw the largest decrease in violent crimes in 100 years. [8:45] And what that shows you, it shows you what happens when you have a leader, when you have President Trump empowering all of us, empowering me, empowering federal law enforcement to partner with our state and local cops, sheriffs, everybody. [9:00] It happens when you back the blue every step of the way. My administration and my Department of Justice, if anybody touches a federal law enforcement officer in any way inappropriate, we will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. [9:18] I was recently confirmed as Attorney General of the United States. And I am not taking my foot off the gas. I know that the men and women in law enforcement, many in this room, many behind me, they want to know that their leaders support them. [9:48] And we do. They want to know that we support the work they're doing, the fact that they're sacrificing their lives, that they're missing holidays or missing weekends or missing dinners so that we all can live in a safe community. [10:00] And I will I will commit that I will hold every criminal accountable until every community in this country is as safe as Nassau County. [10:18] So I am the last speaker before the main events, President Trump, and I am thrilled and honored and humbled to be able to spend a few minutes with you today. [10:32] But I know that you are not here to hear from me. And so I will just I will end by saying, first of all, thank you if you are a member of law enforcement like you guys. [10:46] Thank you if you are a if you have a loved one, if you have a brother, if you have a sister, a parent, a son, a friend who's a cop. [10:57] The next time you see them, tell them thank you on my behalf, because it is truly an honor to lead the Department of Justice. [11:04] But I know that the work that I do is really nothing compared to the men and women in law enforcement do every day. [11:11] So I want to I want to thank you guys for being here today. I'll tell you, they're winners. [55:32] They're just winners, pure and simple. And thanks as well to your brothers and sisters in New York's finest. [55:38] Mine is the New York PD. We love our New York PD. And we're here today to celebrate the historic progress our administration is making together with law enforcement partners nationwide to restore law and order in America. [55:54] Very simple. A very simple phrase, isn't it? And with these professionals, it's a very easy thing to do. You have to give them you have to let them do their job. That's all there is. You won't have any problem. [56:07] That includes right here on Long Island, where under the leadership of your county executive, a great person, a friend of mine for a long time, a great political leader, a great politician. [56:19] But I don't want to say that negatively. He's a great politician. He wins all the time. [56:24] He won in a big surprise like eight or nine years ago. I remember I said, man, that's tough for you to win in that location. [56:30] And then he's won in landslides ever since. And he's a winner, Bruce Blakeman. And I said it. I said when Bruce's name got up, I said, you know, if they give that guy just a little bit of a chance, just a little bit of fair treatment from the fake news and everyone else, he's going to win. [56:58] No, he's going to win. I mean it. But under Bruce, think of this. Nassau County has been rated the number one safest county in the United States of America. [57:11] That's not bad. That's not bad. Think of that. The number one safest county in the United States of America. There's I think six thousand seven hundred counties. [57:26] That's not bad, Bruce. Keep it up. Do a little bit better next time. How do you top that? [57:31] U.S. News and World Report gives you a perfect score in terms of crime. One hundred out of one hundred. [57:41] And under the Trump administration, we're working every day with leaders like Bruce and local police like we have here. [57:47] We have some of the greatest police officers in the world in this room. And a lot of them, unfortunately, they're standing outside trying to get it. [57:54] Should we let them in? I don't know. We don't have any room, but let's let them in anyway. Who the hell cares? [58:00] Who can let them in anyway? But dangerous offenders off our streets and they've taken them. [58:05] They brought them off our streets, put savage criminals behind bars. And you know what they're doing? [58:10] They're making America safe again. They've done a fantastic job. And in the past four years before I took office, [58:21] our country was overrun by violent criminals. I mean, you remember just a couple of years ago how bad it was, right? [58:28] It was really bad. Foreign gangs, savage thugs with Biden. Sleepy Joe. What a horrible four years. [58:38] That was four years in hell. We lived in hell. With Biden and the radical left Democrats. [58:44] We call them Democrats now because their policies are so dumb. Fighting to defund the police. [58:50] Defund the police. Does that play well in this room? Is there anybody that's in favor of defunding the police in this particular? [59:02] You'd be afraid to say it if you were. And wide open borders with millions and millions of people pouring in from all over the world, [59:10] including prisons and jails and mental institutions, insane asylum. [59:15] You know what that is? That's a mental institution on steroids. You know that? [59:20] They come from both, including 11,888 murderers, many of whom have killed more than one person. [59:28] More than 50 percent killed more than one person. And we took them in with open arms. [59:33] How stupid could we be? But we're getting them the hell out. They're moving out fast. We're getting them out. [59:38] And you're helping. And the biggest problem we have, the biggest impediment we have are sanctuary cities, [59:46] you know, where they protect criminals. It's called the sanctuary for criminal. [59:50] We ought to change the name. A sanctuary for criminals. [59:53] But the day I took the oath of office as your 47th president, we ended the border invasion. [59:59] By the way, we have the best border now in the history of our country. [1:00:03] We ended the war on police and we declared a very strong war on crime. [1:00:11] It's been really amazing. We've led our outstanding new attorney general, happens to be with us. [1:00:17] I was surprised to see him. He just got sworn in two days ago. [1:00:20] Todd Blanche, he's going to be a legend. Where's Todd? I know him very well. [1:00:27] I know him for a long time. He's going to be the greatest maybe ever. [1:00:32] And we had some good ones in the country. I think he's going to go down. [1:00:35] He's got a shot at being the greatest ever. If he remains tough and strong, he'll never change. [1:00:40] Are you going to change your ways? I don't think so. If he doesn't change his ways, he's going to go down as the best. [1:00:45] So I want to thank Todd even for being here. Just got sworn in. [1:00:48] As well as a Long Island native born right here. And he's doing a good job. [1:00:53] And those numbers are the best numbers anybody's ever seen. [1:00:56] FBI director Cash Patel. Best numbers anybody's ever seen on crime. [1:01:07] And with your help last year, we achieved the largest drop in murder rate ever recorded, the lowest level in 125 years. [1:01:19] That's since the year 1900. That was before my father was born. [1:01:23] He would not have liked me saying that because he always liked to say he's quite young, but he wouldn't have liked that. [1:01:29] Think of it. 125 years ago, we broke the record. It's amazing. It's amazing. [1:01:35] So I just want to thank all of the people, all of the people in this room. [1:01:39] And today I'm thrilled to announce that the FBI has just released a new uniform crime report showing that in 2025, we achieved the single largest reduction in violent crime in American history. [1:01:54] And last year there were over 3,100 fewer murders than the year before I took off. [1:02:08] Remember this. And we allowed through this stupid open borders policy, 25 million people to come into our country. [1:02:15] Many of them are now gone, but 25 million people. That's the number. That's the real number to come into our country. [1:02:22] Many of them, the people I just said, drug dealers, prisoners from all over the world. [1:02:28] They came in from the Congo. They came in from South America. They were in. [1:02:32] And despite that, we have the best crime record in recorded history. [1:02:37] 2,000. Think of this. Rapes. 10,000 fewer. We had 10,000 fewer rapes than the year before. [1:02:46] 1 million fewer assaults, robberies, burglaries, thefts. The numbers, every single number. [1:02:52] First time it's ever happened. Every single number is the lowest number in recorded history. [1:03:00] And according to the latest data, crime has continued to plummet under our leadership in 2026, [1:03:09] with robberies down another 20 percent and murders down another 23 percent. [1:03:14] So the numbers you just heard, the preliminary numbers for just now, are even lower than the record numbers that you just heard. [1:03:21] So it's a great tribute to all of the people in this room. [1:03:25] Together we're showing what is possible when you finally have a president in the White House who supports our police, [1:03:31] who lets you do your jobs, and who always backs the blue. We back the blue. [1:03:40] And you know, and I have been from the beginning long before I ran for office. [1:03:51] Who would have thought 10 years ago? I've been doing this for now a long time. [1:03:54] But not that long if you think I'm president, if you think. It's a pretty quick trip. [1:03:59] But I'm with you and always was 100 percent. 100 percent. [1:04:05] And my administration is proving billions, and we're giving you billions and billions of dollars to hire, equip, and train new police officers. [1:04:16] We're giving you more money than you've ever been given in history. [1:04:21] More money, and you're going out and you're buying the best equipment you can buy. [1:04:26] As president, I will always protect our qualified immunity. [1:04:30] Would you like qualified immunity, everybody? Qualified immunity. [1:04:35] It's always very important. [1:04:38] I also deployed the National Guard and federal law enforcement to restore public safety in our nation's capital, Washington, D.C. [1:04:47] And in D.C., Memphis, and New Orleans, we've removed over 30,000 criminals from the streets in a single year. [1:04:54] In Memphis, crime is down 71 percent. [1:04:58] In New Orleans, crime is down 75 percent. [1:05:01] And in D.C., crime is down 81 percent. [1:05:04] I'll tell you, because D.C. is very personal for me. [1:05:14] But in D.C., crime is now — it was so bad when I got there. [1:05:18] A year and a half ago, people were being murdered, three a week on average. [1:05:22] We have very few murders anymore. [1:05:24] We have very little crime anymore. [1:05:26] We've taken it from the worst — one of the most dangerous — can you imagine our nation's capital? [1:05:32] One of the most dangerous cities in the country. [1:05:35] We've taken it to one of the safest cities of the country — in the country. [1:05:40] And we moved them out. [1:05:44] We moved almost 5,000 people out of D.C. [1:05:49] And, you know, it's a very interesting stat. [1:05:52] 2 percent of the people create 91 percent of the crime. [1:05:57] I love that stat because we can handle 2 percent of the people. [1:06:01] If we're 60 percent of the people, we've got problems. [1:06:03] It's 2 percent. [1:06:05] They're repeat criminals, sometimes three, four times a day with this cashless bail stuff. [1:06:10] They repeat. [1:06:11] They go into court. [1:06:12] The judge says, all right, you can go. [1:06:13] And they go out and create another crime. [1:06:15] But think of it. [1:06:16] 2 percent create 91 percent of the crime. [1:06:18] And that's something we handled very well. [1:06:21] We moved out in Washington — almost 5,000, in many cases, career criminals. [1:06:27] They're not there anymore. [1:06:28] And every day I come to the White House, people are thanking me. [1:06:30] Thank you, sir. [1:06:31] Thank you. [1:06:32] Thank you, sir. [1:06:34] No, these young, beautiful girls — these young, beautiful girls — these young, beautiful girls in the White House. [1:06:45] You know, they come in. [1:06:46] You know, they come in. [1:06:47] Now, I'm not supposed to say beautiful, but what the hell? [1:06:49] These young, these gorgeous, beautiful girls — they want to be safe. [1:06:56] And they come — Mr. President, may I speak to you? [1:06:58] Yes. [1:06:59] Thank you, sir. [1:07:00] Thank you. [1:07:01] I said, why are you thanking me? [1:07:02] Because a year and a half ago, I was afraid to leave — I was afraid to open the door of my apartment. [1:07:08] And now I walk to the White House every morning, and I have absolutely no fear. [1:07:12] Thank you, sir. [1:07:13] No, I get it all the time. [1:07:20] Men, women, older men, younger men, and older women and younger women — they're all saying thank you. [1:07:26] And I know exactly what they mean. [1:07:28] We lived in a hellhole. [1:07:29] Two years ago, we were in a hellhole, and now we have one of the safest cities. [1:07:33] And it should be safe. [1:07:34] It's our nation's capital. [1:07:35] We represent the whole universe, frankly, because there's nothing like the United States. [1:07:41] Look at what we've done. [1:07:42] And, you know, for other cities like New York, Chicago, L.A., all they have to do is call us, [1:08:05] and we will stop that crime. [1:08:07] We'll stop that horrible crime. [1:08:09] We come in with the right people. [1:08:11] We come in with the power to move people out of the country if they're here illegally. [1:08:14] And a lot of them are criminals that were let in through that open border, that horrible — remember the scene? [1:08:20] Well, you saw it the other day in Spain, right? [1:08:23] Okay, now envision that. [1:08:25] They allowed 65,000 people in. [1:08:27] Now you remember 25 million people. [1:08:31] We were worse. [1:08:32] That was like that every single day in our country, and that went on for months and months. [1:08:37] And then we had a border czar, as you remember, Kamala. [1:08:40] She was a border czar. [1:08:41] She never went to the border. [1:08:42] And she never once called Border Patrol. [1:08:46] Other than that, she did an excellent job. [1:08:48] She was a great candidate. [1:08:49] I think they should run her again. [1:08:51] She was a great candidate. [1:08:52] But since I took office, federal law enforcement has arrested incredibly. [1:08:57] 1.2 million criminals nationwide and bad ones. [1:09:01] We want to make sure we get the bad ones. [1:09:03] And we've increased federal criminal prosecutions by over 50 percent. [1:09:11] And under the Trump administration, the FBI has nearly doubled its arrest for violent crime. [1:09:17] The violent criminals are being arrested, and that's why you see the good crime numbers. [1:09:21] I mean, you're seeing crime numbers even in places that do not do — let's say they don't have good leadership, like Chicago has very bad leadership. [1:09:29] But we have the numbers down because of what the federal government is doing. [1:09:32] We get no — we get no credit for it because they say, well, they could — we get no credit for it. [1:09:38] They like to take all the credit, but everyone knows we've done an amazing job. [1:09:42] The U.S. attorneys and the FBI, all the people cash. [1:09:46] And Todd has been unbelievable. [1:09:48] You get all the credit. [1:09:53] And as of this week, we've captured 9 out of 10 fugitives on the FBI's most wanted list, and that's a virtual record. [1:10:02] We have a list — we have a list of 10 not nice people. [1:10:08] These are not nice people, David Mack, you know. [1:10:11] Hi, David. [1:10:12] Stand up, David. [1:10:13] One of the wealthiest guys. [1:10:14] He's got so much cash. [1:10:15] He's got so much cash, he doesn't know what to do with it. [1:10:19] And he wants to be safe. [1:10:22] They save your ass, David, I'll tell you. [1:10:24] You have no idea, David. [1:10:26] Anyway, it's good to see you. [1:10:28] I haven't seen you in a long time. [1:10:29] He's a real estate man, a very good real estate man. [1:10:31] And he used to be my enemy, but now he's very nice to me. [1:10:35] Now he's very nice. [1:10:37] He used to be my competitor, but he's a good man. [1:10:41] He's a great, brilliant real estate person, too. [1:10:43] It's good to have you, David. [1:10:44] Shortly after taking office, I signed a historic executive order directing that anyone convicted of killing a police officer should face the death penalty. [1:10:54] And last year, deaths of law enforcement — well, think of this — deaths of law enforcement officers in the line of duty fell to an 80-year low. [1:11:24] That means people aren't playing games anymore. [1:11:32] It's an 80-year low. [1:11:33] Still too many, but it's an 80-year low. [1:11:35] Despite all of our extraordinary progress to restore safety to every community in our land, the radical left, Marxists, the communists — they're communists. [1:11:44] These aren't socialists. [1:11:46] Socialists are no good, but communists. [1:11:47] Remember I said at the State of the Union speech the last one, we will not be a socialist country. [1:11:53] I was right. [1:11:54] They want to make us a communist country. [1:11:57] They've skipped socialism. [1:11:59] They skipped socialism. [1:12:01] Can you believe it? [1:12:02] So at least I was right. [1:12:03] I like being right. [1:12:04] But they continue their war on police and their destruction of the rule of law. [1:12:11] The communists want to turn America into a third-world country, into a hellhole of crime and filth. [1:12:18] You ever notice — I said it a week ago for the first time — the first thing you see, I see, before you even see the crime, the crime becomes staggering, is the streets become filthy dirty. [1:12:30] They're disgusting. [1:12:31] They smell. [1:12:32] They rot. [1:12:33] They rot. [1:12:34] They rot. [1:12:35] But everything becomes dirty. [1:12:36] And then you see the crime and you see all the other things. [1:12:38] But I don't know. [1:12:39] I'm not sure you've ever heard that said by anybody else. [1:12:41] Most people wouldn't say it. [1:12:43] But it's true. [1:12:44] And squalor, you know, it just becomes so bad. [1:12:47] And then the death comes, and it becomes really a true hellhole. [1:12:52] And we're not going to let that happen to New York, New York State. [1:12:55] And that's why we have to get Bruce into office. [1:12:58] We've got to get Bruce in there. [1:13:07] Nowhere is the communist attack on American society more clear than here in New York State. [1:13:15] The radical left, Governor Kathy Hochul, has been very, very bad on crime, a nightmare for crime. [1:13:25] She supports New York's disastrous no-cash-bail law. [1:13:28] You know, it all started, if you think about it, because I've been here for a long time. [1:13:31] I love this place, but it gets harder to love. [1:13:34] It really does. [1:13:35] But if you think, it really started with the no-cash-bail. [1:13:38] Remember that? [1:13:39] That was a Cuomo beauty, right? [1:13:42] That was a Cuomo beauty. [1:13:44] In other words, no cash. [1:13:45] Don't worry about it. [1:13:46] You kill somebody. [1:13:47] Oh, that's okay. [1:13:48] Go ahead. [1:13:49] Then you go and kill two, three people a day. [1:13:50] It's the craziest thing I've ever heard. [1:13:52] And you can't, it's like men playing in women's sports. [1:13:55] It's so crazy. [1:13:56] You can't believe it. [1:13:57] It's like transgender mutilization of your children. [1:14:04] And all these people believe in all this stuff. [1:14:08] But they came out with that one with the no-cash-bail. [1:14:11] Just think of it. [1:14:12] No cash. [1:14:13] You kill somebody. [1:14:14] You rob a store. [1:14:15] You go right back out on the streets. [1:14:17] It is the craziest thing I've ever seen. [1:14:19] And I don't know, from a political standpoint, I guess it's good. [1:14:22] Because, Bruce, how the hell can you lose to that? [1:14:25] You're going to be ashamed. [1:14:26] If you lose, you're going to be ashamed for the rest of your life. [1:14:29] You'll be ashamed. [1:14:32] Bruce would say, how did I lose to that? [1:14:34] No, I mean, think of it. [1:14:37] Open borders. [1:14:38] Let's have open borders. [1:14:39] Have the entire world pour into our country. [1:14:41] 25 million people in four years. [1:14:43] She supported the release of convicted murderers who killed New York City police officers. [1:14:50] He wanted people that killed great police officers. [1:14:53] One in particular in Long Island, where I went to the funeral. [1:14:57] And he just met the people that gave this law enforcement chapels, rabbis, and met a whole [1:15:03] group. [1:15:04] And they were there, and they gave the most beautiful sermon. [1:15:06] But they kill. [1:15:10] These are absolute killers. [1:15:12] And you're not going to change them. [1:15:13] You've got to get them the hell out, or you've got to put them away. [1:15:16] And if you don't do that, you're just wasting a lot of time. [1:15:19] The whole concept of what they do. [1:15:20] The only thing is, from a political standpoint, it's so easy to run against. [1:15:25] Because it's just common sense. [1:46:51] You know, NATO wasn't there for us, by the way. [1:46:53] You know, NATO. [1:46:54] NATO was not there for us. [1:46:56] We pay all that money for so many decades. [1:46:59] Money, money, money. [1:47:00] We say, yeah, give us a hand. [1:47:02] We all sure would rather not. [1:47:04] But we remember. [1:47:06] We inherited the worst border in the history of the United States. [1:47:10] And we quickly turned it into the most secure border in the history of our country. [1:47:14] We took the worst border. [1:47:15] And within a 60-day period, we turned it into the best. [1:47:18] And I did it twice. [1:47:19] If you remember, I did it in 2016. [1:47:21] And then they let it go. [1:47:23] But the 2016 border was nothing compared to the border we just had. [1:47:30] That border was horrible, what they let into this country. [1:47:33] The 2016 was like a secure border by comparison, what we just had to go through. [1:47:38] And we did it fast. [1:47:39] Remember, they said, you couldn't do it. [1:47:41] You couldn't secure the border. [1:47:42] I did it in really 30 days. [1:47:44] 60 days became perfect, but really 30 days. [1:47:47] And you know the only difference? [1:47:50] Because they said you have to go back to Congress. [1:47:52] Yeah, I didn't go back to Congress. [1:47:54] The only difference is you had a different president. [1:47:56] That's the only difference. [1:47:57] In the past 15 months, a historic record of zero illegal aliens have been admitted into the United States. [1:48:06] And we take people in, but they have to come in legally. [1:48:08] They have to come in legally. [1:48:10] And it was just announced that the total number of attempted illegal border crossings is down by 94%. [1:48:17] And by the way, water crossing, you know, for the drugs, 97% down. [1:48:27] 97%. [1:48:28] You know, for years we've been intradicting, they like to say. [1:48:33] But for years we've been grabbing those boats, bringing them into Miami and different places. [1:48:38] They'd be let go in a matter of minutes. [1:48:40] Always had good lawyers. [1:48:42] And they'd be back sailing sometimes that night. [1:48:45] They don't sail anymore. [1:48:46] They don't sail. [1:48:47] And the 97%, in fact, we're going to give probably medals to some of the 3%, [1:48:52] because I think they happen to be the bravest people. [1:48:55] Anybody getting into one of those boats to bring drugs into our country, [1:48:58] I consider them to be among the bravest people anywhere in the world. [1:49:01] Either that or the dumbest people in the world. [1:49:04] With the help of our Republican majorities in Congress, [1:49:08] I proudly signed the largest tax cuts in American history just now. [1:49:12] Largest in American history. [1:49:16] And they wanted to give you the largest tax increase in American history. [1:49:21] You know, all my life I've been watching politics. [1:49:24] And I wasn't a politician until relatively recently, but I've been watching. [1:49:28] And I've always watched politicians, Democrat, Republican, Independent, [1:49:32] they get up and they, we will cut your taxes, we will cut your — even if they didn't mean it, [1:49:37] they always said it. [1:49:38] These people actually say, we're going to raise your taxes. [1:49:40] We're going to drive you crazy. [1:49:43] We're going to do things that is shocking. [1:49:45] That's why people are leaving New York, because of those policies. [1:49:48] It's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. [1:49:51] It can't work. [1:49:52] It just can't work. [1:49:53] And we have to be careful, because as a federal government, [1:49:56] we don't want to throw good money after bad. [1:49:59] They're destroying the city. [1:50:01] They're destroying the state. [1:50:03] We want to be there for the state, but we don't like — [1:50:05] what's happening is a guaranteed failure. [1:50:07] It's a guaranteed failure. [1:50:08] It's not like, oh, maybe it'll work. [1:50:10] It's a guaranteed failure. [1:50:12] We have to be very careful. [1:50:13] Under our leadership, the stock market has set almost 80 all-time high [1:50:17] since the election. [1:50:19] Said another one. [1:50:23] More Americans are working today, as I said. [1:50:27] To me, it's one of the — [1:50:28] because, you know, they say, well, employment. [1:50:30] They say, how's Trump doing in the economy? [1:50:32] He's at 42 on the — 42? [1:50:34] We built the greatest machine in history. [1:50:38] It's the greatest in history. [1:50:40] More money invested, as I said, 19.2 trillion, with a T. [1:50:44] 19.2 trillion dollars. [1:50:48] And they say, how's he doing in the economy? [1:50:50] Oh, he's okay. [1:50:51] Not okay. [1:50:52] When I say we have the most people working — [1:50:54] and, by the way, the fake news, you see those people? [1:50:56] If I'm wrong by — if I'm wrong by — I have to be very careful. [1:51:00] Because if I'm wrong by a half a point, it's headlines all over the place. [1:51:05] When other presidents or Democrats make mistakes, that's okay. [1:51:09] But if I misstate something slightly, just a little bit — like a half a point, a quarter of a point — [1:51:15] it's headlines all over the world. [1:51:17] Under my — which keeps me extremely honest, I must be honest with you — [1:51:21] Under my most favored nation policy on drug prices, [1:51:25] we're delivering the largest prescription drug price cuts in the history of our country by far, [1:51:30] with price differences of 400, 500, and even 600 percent. [1:51:39] And the headline in most of the papers this morning was, [1:51:43] the largest drug price decrease in 65 years. [1:51:49] And that alone should win us the midterms, really. [1:51:55] That alone — because that reduces health care, reduces everything. [1:52:00] For decades, Americans paid the highest prices for prescription drugs. [1:52:04] We paid more for prescription drugs than anywhere in the world, [1:52:08] and now we pay the lowest price anywhere in the world for prescription drugs. [1:52:13] And I could tell you how I did it, but it's too boring. [1:52:20] All I know is you had to get other countries to agree, [1:52:22] and I got every one of them to agree. [1:52:24] You know why? If they weren't going to do it, I said, [1:52:26] I'm going to raise tariffs on you, I'm going to put 100 percent tariff, [1:52:29] it's going to be 10 times more. [1:52:31] Sure, we'd love to do it. We'd be honored to double our prices. [1:52:34] They had to double their prices in order for us to get the reduction. [1:52:37] But think of that — 400, 500, 600 percent. [1:52:41] We should win the midterms on that alone. [1:52:43] We're making the largest ever investment in the United States Armed Forces. [1:52:47] Our armed forces are the best in the world. [1:52:50] I built it during my — I built it. [1:52:58] I built it during my first term, including Space Force, [1:53:00] which has turned out to be very important. [1:53:02] And now we're using it. [1:53:04] We won in Venezuela, which is now working with — nobody's ever seen any — [1:53:10] we're taking millions and millions of barrels of oil out every single week. [1:53:15] And we're likewise winning big with the Islamic Republic of Iran. [1:53:19] Nobody has any idea how successful we are. [1:53:22] They don't want to write it, but they know. [1:53:25] You know who knows how well we're doing? Iran. [1:53:29] Iran. Think of it. They have no navy. It's totally gone. [1:53:33] 159 ships. Had a total of 159 ships. [1:53:36] 159 ships are right now at the bottom of the sea. [1:53:40] They had 212 very nice airplanes, [1:53:45] some bought from the United States brilliantly through Obama. [1:53:48] Barack Hussein Obama — have you heard of him? [1:53:50] Barack Hussein Obama. [1:53:53] And every one of their airplanes is shot down. It's gone. [1:53:58] They have no leadership. Their leadership is gone. [1:54:02] Their first tour is gone. Their second tour is gone. [1:54:05] Their third tour is half gone. That's one of my problems. [1:54:07] There's nobody to negotiate with. It is a problem. [1:54:09] I said, are you sure this guy's okay? [1:54:11] It's the only country in the world where nobody wants to be president. [1:54:14] But their radar is gone. All of their high intelligence equipment is gone. [1:54:21] Their manufacturing of missiles is 82%. [1:54:25] They still have missiles, but not a lot. [1:54:27] They still have drones, but just a fraction of what they had. [1:54:31] But their manufacturing is largely gone. [1:54:33] And I read an article in one of the fake newspapers the other day. [1:54:38] Iran is in very good position. [1:54:40] They have 350% inflation. [1:54:43] Their currency is valueless. [1:54:45] I read today where their currency is of no value. [1:54:48] And the New York Times said, Iran is doing quite well in the war. [1:54:52] These guys, fake news is just fake news. [1:54:55] There's nothing you can do about it. They're sick. [1:54:57] They're just as sick as their partners, the Democrats. [1:55:00] In just 18 months, we've turned this country completely around. [1:55:07] Our border is secure. [1:55:09] Our jobs are up. [1:55:10] Inflation is way down. [1:55:12] Investment is pouring in. [1:55:13] Factories are opening. [1:55:15] Our military is more powerful than it has ever been. [1:55:18] And America is back. [1:55:21] And our greatest victories are still to come. [1:55:24] Our greatest victories are yet to come. [1:55:26] It's amazing. [1:55:29] Amazing what we've done. [1:55:30] What we've done. [1:55:31] And I would not have said we would have done this in a year and a half, [1:55:34] but in a year and a half. [1:55:36] And I tell the story all the time. [1:55:37] The king of Saudi Arabia, two years ago, I was there. [1:55:40] And he said, you know, just I was in office for a little while, [1:55:45] like six months. [1:55:47] So it was a year ago. [1:55:48] And he was with me, good guy, smart guy, under siege, by the way. [1:55:53] All those countries are because Iran was known as the bully of the Middle East. [1:55:57] And he said, you know, sir, that a year ago we said your country was dead. [1:56:03] And now you have the hottest country anywhere in the world. [1:56:06] He said that. [1:56:07] That's why I got the expression. [1:56:08] Many other leaders say the same thing. [1:56:10] Every other leader says it, but a lot of them don't like saying it publicly. [1:56:14] So in conclusion, with the help of our Republican majorities in Congress, [1:56:19] we will crush violent crime to the lowest levels ever already there. [1:56:24] We're already there. [1:56:25] Lowest levels, best crime levels in 125 years on murder and most of the other crimes. [1:56:31] We will impose harsh new penalties for dangerous repeat offenders. [1:56:35] We will crack down on Marxist prosecutors. [1:56:38] We will never abolish the police instead. [1:56:41] We will abolish the sanctuary cities. [1:56:44] We will abolish them. [1:56:45] We will destroy them. [1:56:46] We will take them out. [1:56:47] We're going to take them out of service. [1:56:49] And we will immediately end no-cash bail. [1:56:53] We will pass the great health care plan to stop all payments to big insurance companies. [1:57:04] We'll give – you have to understand, the insurance companies are totally controlled, [1:57:09] 100 percent. [1:57:10] They're totally controlled by the Democrats. [1:57:13] And give the money directly to the people. [1:57:15] They give billions and billions of dollars to insurance companies. [1:57:18] We're giving them directly to the people. [1:57:21] You go out, you buy your own health insurance, and you have money left over. [1:57:24] You end up with better health insurance. [1:57:27] So you're going to get better health insurance at a lower cost. [1:57:33] And finally, we will pass the Save America Act to defend our sacred American election. [1:57:48] Because all voters must have photo ID, and all voters must provide proof of citizenship. [1:57:55] Have to do it. [1:58:02] We have to do it. [1:58:06] And mail-in ballots, we're going to make them so secure you have no idea. [1:58:09] If you want to stay home, you can do it.
