at 16:00It's substantial, and when you're talking about a potential 70-something million-dollar hit, if you increase it to $250,000 in terms of a property tax exemption for properties in the city of St. Petersburg, that equates to 70-something million dollars.

at 16:18What we pay for with our real estate taxes is police and fire, so when you think about taking a 70-something million-dollar hit, that money is going to have to come from somewhere or something – because they're telling us we cannot decrease police and fire.

at 21:40we cannot forget that sustainability should be at the heart of everything that we do.

at 1:18:42So, again, I will go back to Council Member Druskell's point when, Claude, respectfully, I heard you say that you put this on hold because you were going to wait for this.

at 1:19:14And do you think that, realistically, City Council could get an email on the morning of, say, April 17th, two weeks from tomorrow, that the notice has been that it's gone out?

at 2:37:52I mean, certainly, and those of us who were at the EDC yesterday heard, you know, a lot of talk about AI and understanding that this is going to be the future of pretty much everything that is being done.

at 2:38:34I'm not sure, but, you know, certainly want to make sure that the permitting piece of it is a standalone focus, because that is really, I mean, I literally, while sitting here on the dais right now, have a resident emailing me about her permitting process.

at 2:18:06I'm sorry that this was your experience, but I believe sometimes those of us who are in a position of power are given an opportunity to see the ugliest parts of our humanity because it reminds us of the side of history that we have to stand on.

at 2:19:26I've been very enriched in my life to have many friends and mentors that are in the Muslim community, and to see their culture and the love and the peace that they share has enriched my life.
