Commissioner Fadgen. Yes. Commissioner Horland. Yes. Commissioner Reinstein. Yes. Commissioner Sortel. Yes. Thank you. Public request of the Commissioners regarding the CRA. Mr. Conklin, I see you filled out a form. Welcome, sir. Dennis Conklin, 4581 Northwest 6 Court. Heavenly hosts protect you and all of your family. My request has to do with possibly locating Ollie's in the Gateway 7 or the CRA district. I know it's a tight squeeze, but they seem to be moving further and further south. And they move south in progression of basically cities about 20 miles from each other. And so they did Palm Beach County, now they're in Delray Beach. And guess what? We're 20 miles from Delray Beach. Just a thought. Also, Kong Hi Pa Choy. Last week was Chinese New Year. I was away with my family enjoying the year of the fire horse. I got to see up in Orlando H Mart. I don't know if you ever heard of it. I never did. Just opened their first store in Florida last year in September. And they started out in Queens, New York, of all places, in 1982. The store H stands for Han Arayum, which means an armful of groceries. The store was 183,000 square feet. Now, I know that won't fit in the district. But you got that doggone Broward mall, and it's been sitting there for over a dozen years. And it might be a candidate for that. So I'd like to also make one last request. When you demolish the Plantation General Hospital, please keep the limit of three stories high for replacement construction. And I yield back my time. Thank you, Mr. Conklin. Any other public requests of the commission for the CRA, not the City Council? Hearing none, the CRA meeting is now adjourned at 627.
