So it is with great pleasure that we take a moment this morning to welcome the CITT, I'm sorry, wrong, sorry. We celebrate the accomplishments of our CITT Ambassadors. These frequent transit riders provide feedback about their daily experiences in the CITT Ambassador app and receive points they can use to redeem rewards. The data they provide is shared with DTPW and our municipal partners to help identify issues, celebrate great employees, and make improvements. The CITT recognizes and awards the top performers who have earned the most points completing surveys each month, quarter, and year. Today, we congratulate Alex Montalvo, CITT Ambassador of the Quarter, for the third quarter of 2025, and Diana Ortiz, our CITT Ambassador of the Quarter, for the fourth quarter of 2025. Diana was unable to join us today. However, we sincerely appreciate her outstanding volunteer service and will ensure she receives her rewards. Congratulations to you, Alex. Where are you? There you are. So Alex Montalvo, who was a previous Ambassador of the Year recipient, continues to do great work. So we celebrate you today as the CITT Ambassador of the Quarter, for the third quarter of 2025. In honor of your extraordinary volunteer service, we're happy to present you with this beautifully engraved plaque and award you 5,000 bona foins. Thank you, Alex, for your unwavering commitment. For those regular transit riders who want to be contributors like Alex and Diana, please consider becoming a CITT Ambassador.
