And I believe that, well, my background is in landscape architecture from the University of Florida, where I spent five years studying and actually did my capstone project in the historic east side neighborhood. So have been very involved with historic preservation and development from, of course, education and background. From then, I then came and worked for the parks department for five years. So understanding the importance of environmental, the built environment and environment within that and how it functions for individuals and making it comfortable. I also believe that I am prepared to be on the board. I traveled across the country as well as in other countries and really understood how important urban cores or metropolitan cities work and how they help kind of make a thriving neighborhood or a thriving community and thriving city. So I do believe that that also gives me some leverage of understanding that. I also intentionally moved downtown for about two years with my partner and understood how that dynamic works. So I got to experience our downtown from a resident standpoint and understood the importance of that as well. And now I am a director of housing and real estate development for Lift Jacks. Having served on land use and zoning, there is a constant refrain about the building code. I'm just curious, just for a few seconds, if you can share your perspective as to what kind of, and I know it's a big ask through the chair, what kind of modifications or changes are necessary to make it more efficient, not just for you as participants in the industry, but for our property owners and communities that are sometimes overwhelmed. I think using the building code appropriately and interpreting the building code is a big one, right, because it's often up to interpretation and how we're applying it. So I think good knowledge and understanding what the root of the code is and how it's meant to be applied goes a long way. And I think education in that is really the key for us to understand that and be able to apply it. As far as our code, it's part of the International Building Code, which gets into the Florida Building Code. That's how it's brought over, and that's what we've adopted over the years. So I think it's pretty thorough. I just think you need to know how to apply it and to be able to make that happen. I think we need knowledge. All right. Thank you. So I currently serve as the principal of Andrew Jackson High School. I've been here in the district working since 2003, worked at the elementary level, middle school level, high school level. I worked at Eugene Butler when it was known as Eugene Butler and was one of the lowest performing middle schools in the state of Florida and was the lowest performing middle school here in the district. We had some success there, but I was on the both sides of conversations, looking at what was going on with our families, looking at what was going on with our kids. I currently serve at a dedicated magnet where we serve families from across our district. And what the Journey Forward does is just truly inspirational. And I would love to be a part of what that is and what they're doing and the work there. I think that I have a lot to bring to the table and to the conversation for improvement. All right. Thank you. These changes come because locations desire not to be a polling location, and so we have to go out and try to find something to take its place. Of those eight, we have made permanent changes, too. One is going back to its original place. That's the one to Glenn Kernan. There's also two that are temporary changes because they're being remodeled at this time. I made a misinformation this morning at the committee meeting. There was a question asked, are we reducing any precincts? And I had referred to the council member to District 14. Precinct 1408, the Argyle Church of Christ, has sold its building. It is also part of this amendment. It will be combined with two other precincts, and so we will go from 160 precincts to 159. Our notification process to all the voters is, all the voters are impacted by any of these changes. We'll get a new voter information card. In addition to that, on their sample ballot, we'll indicate where their new polling place is. In addition to that, at the previous location where they had voted in the past election, we will have a signage to let them know where their current polling location resides at. And so that'll be our process of notifying the voters, again, of these changes coming up for the August 18th primary. Thank you. I don't see anyone in the queue.
