all right we are going to go ahead and get started here on the agenda meeting for the lane use and zoning committee it is 4 31 on september 15th welcome everybody out in the audience so item number one 2026 124 is deferred with a public hearing next cycle on november 17th 2026 item number two 2026 125 is deferred public hearing next cycle 11 17 26 item number three 2026 126 open continue item number four 2026 127 is open continue item number five 2026 436 is open continue item number six 2026 523 is going to be open continue is that correct mr harden what's the yeah so we'll we'll do an open continue until what's that date 10 20 10 20 all right is that good got it all right so we're gonna do open continue until 10 2026 7 2026 524 exparte open continue with the this is the companion right yep we're gonna open and continue the public hearing until 10 2026 item number eight 2026 532 this is going to be the star of the show tonight and we are going to have this item taken up last um because all the other bills are going to take basically no time at all so uh that's where we're going to take that up last and we have an amendment with some conditions and i'm sure there's going to be heavy public participation on this as well item number nine 2026 556 exparte open close move item number 10 2026 557 is deferred and then item number 11 2026 558 uh that is open continue with no action item on that tonight as well other other folks here in the audience for 2026 558 is that the blue shirts out there yes okay are y'all familiar with so the the the committees on how we have multiple public hearings and that we're not going to be voting on it tonight so just just for what it's worth generally when there's no vote it's more effective to have your public comments heard the the day of the vote the night of the vote so to speak um you're welcome to fill out public comment cards tonight um however it'll be more it'll be well more well received so to speak um the day of the vote which is 10 6 is that correct so october 6 is when we're voting on it um so if you come on 10 6 that's generally the the kind of the template of when you come down and like make your case so if you're here tonight and you're prepared to make your case that's great um but what happens is sometimes we see one or two things will change between now and october 6th and then we have to hear all new public hearing again we have to hear all new comments again um so that's just food for thought feedback food for thought for whatever it's worth um if you'd like to save yourself some time tonight that's great if not you're here and you're ready to roll then that's good too so that's just for y'all to discuss as a group all right number 12 2026 559 ex parte open close move mr harden that'll virtually be the first action item or second action that'll be second action item right is that all you have tonight i think that's the one you requested okay all right number 13 2026 556 ex parte open close move and then 14 2026 618 ex parte open close move 15 2026 619 ex parte open close move and want to note that we do have conflicting recommendations planning department denial with planning commission approval number 16 2026 620 ex parte open close move number 17 2026 621 ex parte open close move number 18 2026 622 ex parte open close move and then i think that's like that's like that's like that's like that's like i'm so if mr Vladimir is here i don't see him here it's a shame all right number 19 2026 631 okay and then 2020 or number 20 2026 632 is open close move number 21 2026 647 is deferred number 20 20 Number 22, 2026, 648, 649, 650, 651, 652, 653, 654, 655, 656, 657, 658, 659, 660 are all deferred with a public hearing next cycle on 10-6-26. Item number 35, 2026, 661, ex parte, open, close, move. And I believe that would be the last action item on the agenda. The following bills are on second reading, 2026, 689, 690, 691, 692, 693, 694, 695, 696, and 697. Mr. Harvey, did we miss anything important? Planning department? Nothing? Okay, cool. This meeting is adjourned. Community, if you have any questions for me, I'll be available right over here if you want to discuss anything. Thank you.
