why are the lights like this i'm sorry this gentleman right here is going to fix the lights on items number six and seven we just received an email from the applicant regarding um his proposed amendments which would require us to re-refer i don't know if you want to take those items up today but if you do it would be an amended re-refer it'd go to council so that way it could be re-referred back to the committee but it'll have to go back to planning commission because of the changes that he's doing did we hear who is the applicant paul harden do we hear anything from paul harden what does he need is he here he is not here we literally just received an email from his uh paralegal so what happens if they stay deferred you'll bring this item up next cycle when it comes up but i didn't know if you had had a chance to speak with him as we discussed earlier no so what do you so what was his request re-refer correct we would have to amend the bill uh with these changes and then re-refer i will leave committee go to the full council and then be re-referred so what would the motion be amended re-refer if it's marked as defer on here do we have to get a can i just undefur them similar to i can defer them you can well you can bring it up for committee action today yes you are allowed okay committee action is make an amendment for re-referral yep okay yep and so it's just re-referral is there anything else that needs to be stated with that no there he has an amended um uh land use so he's amending both the land use which is 523 and then um uh uh excuse me also 524 the pud to amend the legal descriptions on that so it changes the um acreage on the on both the land use and the zoning and then he's also adding some additional uh changes to the pud from my
