All right. Welcome, everybody, to the Land Use and Zoning Agenda Meeting. It's 4.30 on May 5th. We are going to go ahead and get started through this agenda. Item number one, open continue, or 2026-122 is open continue. Item number two, 2026-123 is open continue. Item number three, 2026-124 is deferred with the public hearing next cycle on 519. Item number four, 2026-125 is deferred. Item number five, 2026-126, open continue. Item number six, 2026-127 is open continue. Item number seven, 2026-168, open close move. These are the two, I think we've, we've seen these before, right? Yeah, okay. Yeah, we did, okay. Why were they deferred again? Councilwoman Tarana Clark Murray. Oh, okay, yeah, and that, okay, that brings me to my little sticky note that I have that says she's going to be here and that we would like to take these items up first, which we probably will anyways, assuming there's no speaker cards on the rest of them. So, item number eight, 2026-169, ex parte open close move. That's the companion. Item number nine, 2026-208, ex parte open close amend and move with conditions. Anything crazy on that one, Mr. Harvey? What's up, sir? The conditions that were proposed by the planning department and approved by the planning commission, the applicant is in agreeance with the conditions, so no issue. Cool. Item number 10, 2026-209, ex parte open close move. All right. Item number 11, 2026-210, ex parte open close amend and move with the conditions listed below. Item number 12, 2026-273, 274-275-276 are all deferred. And the bills on second reading are 2026, 289, 290, 291, 292, 293, 294, 295, 296, 297, 298, 299, 300, 301, 302, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308, 309, 310, 311, 345, 363, and 364. Next meeting's going to not be good. Yeah. This meeting's going to be fun. Yeah, so if you're going to go out of town, go out of town next week. This meeting's adjourned.
